AS01AP6900 FROM MUKESH HYUNDAI GUWAHATI BY PAYING RS.540, 000/- ON 11/02/2013 JUST 5000 KMS USED CAR. NOW IF YOU REFER MY EARLIER MAILS ATTACHED TO IT YOU WILL RECALL ABOUT ALL THE BACK TO BACK EARLIER ISSUES, A BRIEFING OF THE SAME: 1. STEERING BOX, GEAR BOX PROBLEMS WITHIN 20 DAYS OF PURCHASE. 2. ECM PROBLEM, WHICH WAS REPAIRED BY ME BY PAYING 13000/- RUPEES AFTER 2 MONTHS FROM PREVIOUS ISSUE. 3. AGAIN THE ECM PROBLEM, JUST AFTER 2 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY (AND THE SAME TOOK 3MONTHS FOR RECTIFICATION) 4. LOCK SET PROBLEM, JUST AFTER FEW MONTHS AND AGAIN THE SAME TOOK 3 MONTHS TO GET RECTIFIED. AND NOW 5. AGAIN THE SAME ECM PROBLEM. MY CAR IS LYING IN HYUNDAI WORKSHOP FROM LAST 1 MONTH AND YET THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM GM AND ANY OTHER SERVICE INCHARGE OF MUKESH HYUNDAI GUWAHATI. IS THIS THE WAY MUKESH HYUNDAI GUWAHATI CHEAT INNOCENT CUSTOMERS????? ON ENQUIRING ABOUT THE SAME I WAS CALLED UPON AT THE SHOWROOM AND WAS CONVINCED BY THE GM MR.SAURAV MODI AND ASM MR. DHIRAJ THAT THE CAR HAS SOME PROBLEMS AND THATS THE REASON WHY IT BREAKS DOWN VERY OFTEN AND I WAS ASKED TO EXCHANGE IT WITH A NEW ONE. ON BEING ASKED FOR OLD CARS VALUATION I GOT A COMMITMENT OF RS.320, 000/-(JUST 12000 KMS USED) WILL BE ADJUSTED WITH THE VALUE OF NEW ONE. ACCORDINGLY I FINALISED IT AND PAID AN AMOUNT OF RS.50, 000/- ON 30/03/2015 AS BOOKING ADVANCE AND BOOKED A NEW ELITE I20. THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT TO BE PAID AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY I.E. ON 17/04/2015. NOW WHEN I ARRANGED THE BANK FINANCE OF DIFFERENCE AMOUNT AND WITH ALL COMMITMENTS I MADE, I WENT TO THE DEALER TODAY ON 18/04/2015, TO TAKE THE DELIVERY, I WAS SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT MY VALUE OF OLD CAR CANNOT BE ADJUSTED AS THE ECM PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS IN THE CAR AND THE GM MR.SAURAV MODI AND ASM MR. DHIRAJ WANTS ME TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE CAR. AND THE DELIVERY OF CAR WAS NOT MADE TO ME. AND FOR THAT REASON I AM COMPELLED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING. NOW IS IT JUSTIFIED WITH AN INNOCENT CUSTOMER? ARE YOU PLAYING WITH THE SENTIMENTS OF INNOCENT CUSTOMER? I USED THE OLD CAR FOR JUST 7000 KMS AND READY TO BEAR A LOSS OF RS.220, 000/- JUST BECAUSE TO END THINGS IN PEACEFUL WAY, BUT MUKESH HYUNDAI GUWAHATI IS NOT AT ALL COOPERATIVE AND ONLY TRYING TO USE AND CHEAT CUSTOMERS.IN THE LAST 2 YEARS FROM THE DAY I PURCHASED THE CAR, THE CAR WAS WITH THE SERVICE CENTER FOR MORE THAN 1 YEAR. AT THAT TIME YOU HAVE ASSURED ME THAT ALL THE PROBLEMS HAVE BEEN SORTED OUT WITH A WRITTEN WARRANTY FROM YOUR END THAN HOW CAN IT BREAK DOWN?? IF YOU WONT RECTIFY OR WONT PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE FROM YOUR END, ARE WE THE CUSTOMERS LIABLE TO PAY FOR IT?? NOW I WANT MY OLD CAR BACK WITH ALL THE DEFECTS BEING SORTED OUT FROM YOUR END.         I bought a 2014 new fluidic verna SX O on August 2014, I can surely say that I was a proud owner of Hyundai car. Because this is my 3rd hyundai car, previously I owned hyundai i10, then i20 now this Hyundai fluidic verna top end diesel(SX O Diesel). The cars performance was too great and it's highway performance was also very good but everything was good until 2 weeks back, for the past 2 weeks I started hearing some unbearable metallic sound whenever I make an ' U' turn on both sides which was not good for a car of this much dynamics and cost, immediately I contacted the service centre, initially they couldn't make out but finally they accepted and placed an order for the particular spare since this comes under warranty, 2 days back I drove the car in highway, whenever I crossed the speed above 100 km, my accelerator started vibrating which was unbearable and when I crossed above 120km speed the entire things( accelerator, brake and clutch) including the car started vibrating which is totally unacceptable. I am totally disappointed with my new cars performance, not even one year is completed and it's giving me so much trouble, I don't know what to say, I have given my car for service in KUN Hyundai service centre, Mount road branch, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, and I am waiting... Once I get my car back I am going to sell it and going to buy another car definitely from different make, I am not going to buy a Hyundai vehicle anymore.. Sorry to say this...

          1. Late delivery (Promised date: 21st August 2014; Delivered date: 29th September 2014) 2. Wheel alignment problem. (Within 1st week of delivery of car) 3. No AC cooling (Within the 1st month) 4. 2nd time : No AC cooling (After 1st servicing) 5. In the month of December we again faced the same problem of AC; This time we met the showroom manager. He sent us to the concerned person at the workshop . He changed the Hose ring and assured us the problem wont arrive again. 6. To our surprise on 3rd April 2015 again the same problem came of ac cooling. We went to the workshop and we were said to keep our car at the workshop. And till now the car is still with the workshop. Its been more than 15 days now.

            Subject:- Regarding you Hyundai Grand i10 Car (Reg.no. MH34AM4320). Dear Sir, This has reference to your letter/e mail dated 15th Apr.2015 regarding you Hyundai Grand i10. Regarding reported concern related to engine, we would like to mention here that the performance of engine depends on various factors such as engine run without oil, operating condition etc.We would like to confirm that there exists no manufacturing defect whatsoever in the car. Therefore, please do not have any apprehension regarding the same. Dear As I have launched my complaint against the repair cost of my vehicle I got a reply from ketan Hyundai, chandrapur which I am forwarding you in that they are telling its not manufacture defect, yes its an accident and I did not realize it because I did not see any indication of less oil on the dash board and it was proved by two of ketan Hyundai representatives when I called them on spot they started engine and checked may be the sensor did not work at that time so how come I am found guilty for the same. I am not satisfied with the reply given by Ketan Hyundai if its an accident definitely I should have been compensated for the same Ketan Hyundai should compensate atleast 50% of the cost I have spend because you can understand within 3 months of purchase if any accident like this definitely some warranty should be there. Peoples have started diverting themselves to Maruti because of this monopoly. I am sure that you will look into this matter as concern.               Bought I 20 car in ( UP 14- BV- 0250 October, 2012 from Nimbus Sector 5 Noida -Along with other payment also made payment for 3rd year extended warranty. - Sales representative handed over me one form, showing that my car no. is eligible for 3rd year extended warranty, which was duly signed & stamped by Nimbus. - On 15th March, 2015 went to DS Hyundai in Noida for servicing of my car & they shared that Hyndai website don't have details for 3rd year extended warrant for my car. - Made call to Nimbus motor, send scan copy of form to Mr Amit Malhotra & others also. Did not receive any reply fron them -After this approached Mr Ankush( [protected]) he advised me to send my complain to Mr Vikash Anand @ vikash.[protected]@hmial.com. Forwarded details to Mr Vikash Anand also, but yet to see any response from him. -After this received call from Ms Ekta, who said that, as we don’t have any payment for this facility so can not go ahead on your complaint. - Replied that how did I get form duly signed & stamped by Nimbus, .                 I have bought my car in Oct. 2014 Grand i10 sports model from Khanna Hyundai Jagadhari (Yamunanagar), Haryana with Future General Insurance policy NO. 2014HFA93924FPV . Car VIN number is MALA851DLEM157438 . At that time they told me that this is your 0% dep. policy and premium of this is already included in Car cost of 5.95 lacs. But now unfortunately I have filed a claim for my car and I came to know that They have added one clause in this policy for Voluntary Deductible Rs. 7500. When I contact to Insurance company they told me that you paid less premium for this thats why this clause is there. I also contact in Khanna Hyundai for this and they told me that we can not do anything now for this.So they cheated me, because of just 2000 to 2500 Rs. they added this clause in my Insurance policy. And now unfortunately I have registered 2 claims for my car within 45 days so I have to pay 7500 + 7500 extra for these. I have also registered same complaint in Hyundai Customer care but did not get any response till now. My complaint no. is[protected] . Please do needful in this matter.

                  The Rear Windshield was seen broken. There was no damage to the car as such and was there outisde for couple of days in the broad day light. The entire windshield was broken to pieces and when enquired this with the Service folks they claim itz our mistake
                  The car make is elite i20 ASTA diesel.
                  I got this car in the month of Feb 2015. The car is in good condition and have no issues at all.
                  But this problem was very weird. I parked my Car in front of our Gate.when noticed in the evening, my entire rear winshield was broken.
                  There is a chance that someone might have broken the Glass. but looking at the broken windshield it looks like the problem of AIR and the entire windshield is in bits hanging. I came to know that there has been a problem of rear windshield getting broken when kept in broad daylight due to the heat. this was for old version of I20.
                  Now the service guys are looking for options to conclude that it is my mistake.

                    i am having Hyundai I 10 Kappa 1.2 UP 78 CC 8107. My car got fire due to any internal fault/short circuit. I saved my life along with my family. After that i submitted my car to service center Khanna Hyundai Kanpur. I also complained about same to Hyundai motors. After 15 days of tracking with the Hyundai call center, now they are telling car got fire due to external problem not internal. They are telling that wiring, ECM and sensors are damaged and i have to pay 50000 for that. They are not listening to me (real incident). Please help me out.

                        Sir. I have done 1st paid service of my Hyundai i10 magna 1.2 (DL3CBP 8905) from Elroy Motors Pvt Ltd Okhla on 12.04.2015. They have charged very high prices for their products and service. For 3.6 litres Engine oil, they have charged Rs. 2400/- and for lubrication of 4 doors, they have charged Rs. 401/- in which they have put only few sprays and Rs.1500/- for Engine Decarbonisation, which are not justified. They have charged Rs. 1355 for their labour for paid service and for cleaning different parts, they have charged separately for labour cost. How they can do this?. I am feeling very helpless. Please help for the same.

                          I had bought Hyundai Grand i10 on 19th feb from lalitpur U.P.. Before paying money they were accepted to give all the accessories and service but after paying money they have delayed my delivery by many days and they didn't gave any of the accessories and empty tank vehicle. After that on 16th March car had a small accident near Agra so I gave my vehicle to NRL Hyundai Agra. They have told me that they will take 7 days to fix it. But already around 1 month is over still they are saying that they need 7 more days to complete it. My insurance was Cashless but they are not claiming it. They need full cash from me and I need to reimburse it. I am very frustrated now. The service is really very bad. And I have lodge complain on customer care around 4 times but still there is no resolution and they are not taking any action.

                            Hyundai Team Your Service sucks! Please note my experience with Hyundai. I have booked an Elite i20 Asta 1.2 Start Dust color on 13th February'2015. Service executive promised a delivery date of 10th April wherein i gave them another few days time and requested to deliver by 15th April which is an auspicious day for us. On 31st March service executive confirmed that car will be delivered as per the promised date, and requested me to go ahead with the loan paperwork. Now loan have been cleared and same service executive says car cant be delivered as Hyundai has not allocated any car to the dealer! So i will have to wait till next month. Is it something that hyundai is always doing On further probing into the actual issue the service executive took me to the branch manager named as 'Dorey' - whose behaviors was of third class and looked like he doesnt know how to interact with the customer. Felt like spitting on his face the way he reacted to the questions Can you believe that the dealer says - Car Booking Id cant be given!!! On probing i could get only the following details - Booked by - Biswajit Basak Allotment Number - 02/1037(As per their register) Customer Identification Number - [protected] (As per system) Manager - Dorey - [protected] (As portrayed by Dealer) Service Executive - Srikanth HS (Employee Id - 7259) Trident Hyundai No.9, HAL Old Airport Main Road, Kodihalli, Next to Calton Towers, Bangalore, 560038 Let me know if you can take any action against this !

                              Sir, I have visited Hyundai Authorised Workshop i.e., Crossland Cars Pvt. Ltd. for the first Service on 08/05/2014 and have also availed facility of Teflon Coating and anti rust paint. I had given a card by the workshop stating that we have charged for a package in which you will be given teflon coating and antirust painting free on next two servicing of the vehicle absolutely free. I have kept the card very safely with me and today when I went for the 2nd servicing of the vehicle they have informed me that i have deposited Rs. 1000/- only on account of Teflon coating and in which they have already given me one teflon coating on first servicing. When i came back at my home and find out the one year old bill i got that i have deposited Rs. 2500/- + Taxes for teflon coating (3 times )and Rs. 1800/- + Service Tax for Antirust Paint vide VAT Invoice customer copy no. CROSS/2013/236 dated 08.05.2014. For the same the workshop manager Mr. Shekhawat has told me that the company accounting system showing that i have paid only Rs. 1, 000/- for which they have already given me one teflon coating on first servicing. Now My point is what i (a customer) have to do with your company's accounting system and Why do you give bills to the customer under the logo of Hyundai Brand if you don't beleive them?? Why your this act will not be considered under service Tax evasion under Service Tax Act 1974 and Service Tax Act 1994 because you have charger Rs. 2500/+Service Tax from a customer and according to your company's accounting system your must have deposited Service Tax on Rs, 1000/- instead on Rs. 2500/-. Why did you given to me a card for teflon coating and antirust stating that it will be done free on second and third service of the vehicle, if you yourself don't trust/believe on your card.

                                Hi, I have bought brand new Grand i10 Magna 2 months back and driven only for 1852 kms. Suddenly today in the middle of the road gear stopped working and now unable to shift in any gear when engine is on. So basically cant drive my car now. 10 days back horn stopped working then they changed horn. Now gear stopped working. It seems Hyundai has assembled some old parts in all grand i10.                                   Dear sir i am the owner of elite i20 asta and i have purchased on 31stJan 2015 .Today i was driving my car, it was in 2nd gear going slightly downwards and i stop car at traffic signal and speed was aprox 20 km i put my car to 1st gear applied brake.After2 to 3 sec car goes towards reverse, i applied brake but brake was strucked and it ran about 10 meters same time i have applied hand brake. I put 2nd gear and then comes to 1st gear and applied brake it functioned normally .My good luck nobody was there behind my car but sir it is a serious problem for me kindly solve my problem .Till my problem solved i can't drive.                                     My verna fluidic has done 25000 kms in 3 years. Its two tyres ( bridgestone 195/ 55 r16 tubeless) have developed a bubble since the first three months of driving. The service centre staff tell me they cant do anything about it. The most ridiculous part of it is, they dont have the tools to change the tyres. They've been asking customers to have the spare tyre changed at a close by puncture repair wala. Another incident took place where my fog lamps along with the lower front spoilers just fell loose. Upon inquiring, the staff, a service manager, told me its a well known issue with the cars but it will cost you around 7000 rupees to completely replace it. A local mechanic fixed the problem with a set of wire and feviquick. I paid him 300 even though he asked for 250 rs. I am very proud of the company and I love my car. But a service centre like jaya hyundai nanded should be dealt with severely.

                                      I would like to inform you that i had visited joshi hyundai mohali on 27 march 2015 for the problem rectification in ac. As i got to know this problem when my car got checked in recent hyundai car camp. At that time the company dont have spares to repair my car. I continously called joshi hyundai for update on that part and on 27 march they told me that part is available but the technician is absent. However when i pressured them they told me to bring the vehicle. The price of the part which is told to me was rs 6500 / - but after i my car got repaired the part value is just rs 4900. At the time of deilvery i asked service team that i feel the ac cooling is not sufficient they told me to run the vechile for one week so that the problem will automatically solved. After one week i feel some disturbing sound from my car front portion when i checked i am suprised to see that my car horn is completely loosen and my front bumper and grill is improper fitted. Some representative called to give me feedback so i told the whole story for which they told me that they will tell advisor to call me. I got call from advisor that we cannot do anything about this. Please send your vechile again and leave it for another 2 days. Even after spending rs 9000 / - the cooling is very poor and i wasted all my money. I am suprised to see that after purchasing 03 hyundai vehicles i am not a customer for them and they treat us like anything. I would like to brought this to your notice that after 27 march 2015 my car is still in same position and no one cares what happen with customers. Please treat this as serious matter and looking forward for a reply asap from auto market leader in world.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, Reference the vehicle no KA 20P 9072, Model Hyundai Eon, given for service at Kanchana Hyundai showrrom at udupi. while giving service AC is working high pledge after service the vehicle AC is not working. as per your representive sugestion posted the complaint at last week but sinnce a days not sloved the problems even though not getting proper response from your service department.
