Dear Sir, I lalit kumar, purchased a new car santro from M R Hyundai Ghaziabad in april 2014. i have driven it 10000km till now. and from 500km to till now i am facing a problem. my car is going in left. for hat reason its making a bad effect on tyres. i got my two tyre changed on 8000km. for that i have paid too. i have called to hyudai customer care more than 20 times but no use. i talked with dealer but no use. and i had a talk with Anju at regniol office but again no use. still problem is same. now i am not getting understand what to do?     Dear Concern My hyundai Car was got damaged in an accident and I went to the Hyundai Agency located at mehlan road Sangrur as on 27 April 15 to get my car repair but no service was provided to me by the hyudai agency staff. I went to Mr Sarabjit Singh (Manager accidental repair) and Mr Vikram (from Body Shop) to get estimate of the damage to get insurance cover but they least bothered and kept me waiting for three hours to get the estimate only even after that they didnt provide me the same, in addition to this they lost the key of my car which they handed over to me after another half an hour. Due to their rude ignored and unprofessional behaviour I was forced to get my car repair from local private service station. I request you to pay heat to my words and take some prompt action against the staff personals so that in future they may perform their duty sincerely. Regards Mandeep Singh [protected]

      Hi, I bought my new verna fludic on 25th mar 2015 after a week i got an issue above 40km speed noise was coming from front tyres it was very surprise when i given it for first service, on 23rd April 2015 the told me water go inside the disc and car was stand up for 10-15 days in such a case the problem occur, i told them i am using car on daily basis almost 60 km a day running never stand up for more than one day, they replace the disc but i want to know the actual cause, it seems to be a manufacturing defect which they want to hide. i don't know what to say next if you spend 13 lac for a particular car and found issue with in month time felling cheated.

        Dear Sir, Thanks for your continuous support. I have bought a used car from my friend lase week. The car name is Santro Xing and registration no. TN04 AD 1707. I given to Vinayak Hyundai for Running repairs on 27/04/2014. Apart from the labour charges they charges Rs. 180/- for tools in my bill. I enquired they told that for depreciation and wear & tear of tools they have charges they told. For what purpose we are giving labour chaerges is a big question? I enquired to the executive who have attended my car he told fuel injector was cleaned. I also enquired to the mechanic who attended my car, he said the injector was not cleaned. More over i am seeing my car from the customer looby the service which has been performing by them. They replaced only the spark plug and wire only they have not touched the injector itself. For that they charged Rs. 415 /- I have bought to notice that i need the reimbursement of Rs. 595 (415 + 180). I have worked in Hyundai and i know the systems where the injector is located and all the parts. Now i am an practicing lawyer. If you have not taken any other step to resolve my problem i am having no other option to proceed under court of law. Kindly make an advice to reimburse my amount.           To whomsoever it may concern this is to bring to your notice that it has been a shame on hyundai's part that they are not able to solve the problem of a customer since December-January. The issue with the car is that the seats of the car is RUSTED (PLEASE FIND THE ATTACHED PHOTO FOR UR REFERENCE, all what was possible to take have captured) A seat being rusted is never what I have seen or heard of I am owning at least almost 15-20 cars from i10 to Mercedes M Class Have never seen any problem in any car of mine I have been owning many cars of Hyundai in the lot Have recently after all this also booked the new Elantra 2015 I have never experienced such kind of service and bad experience. The people at your customer relation are just to make fools. Feels so sad to see such response After all this I am actually gonna rethink to buy the Elantra because of the service one of the main things isn't up to expectations then there is no point of buying a car from such company. I have been making a complaint at your service station i.e. SIKKA HYUNDAI MAYAPURI DELHI. They have been telling me that site we have raised a complaint and the company will provide a feedback soon. It is really disheartening to see a service from Hyundai so bad The service manager do not respect customers and in all have no words a to say anything about it Have been also tweeting regarding the problem but the company is also so concerned that they don't bother to call or get back in any way. I hope this mail helps to solve the problem or I would be forced to take an action and file a complaint in the consumer forum against Hyundai for such service and quality CAR MODEL/ NO.             Dear Manager, I recently got my car (Xcent) serviced from DPM Hyundai dehradun. My car on an average runs for about 550-575 kms in full fuel tank, but this time it only ran for 360kms. I made a complaint to the feedback caller next day regarding the same. After making complaint I received around 5-6 calls from Hyundai conforming about my complaint. Till yesterday I was only excepting an apology from your company. But today when a received a call from [protected], addressing himself as service head at DPM HYUNDAI. Changed my view for your company . More than it changed my view I regretted why I purchased a car from HYUNDAI . This person instead of feeling sorry, talked to me in rude language and asked me as to why I made a complaint. On top of that this person shouts at me and asks me as to what logic do I have behind my complaint. Sir I am a reputed businessman in town, have paid 5.25 lacs for this car, am paying 6000 on its service. Do you think that I will put my integrity on stake and lie for Fuel worth Rs 700-800. Now you tell me is this the way you treat your customer when they make a complaint? I have 3 cars of different companies Honda, skoda and Hyundai, But I have never faced such type of problem with the other brands. Today where companies give best of their customer service to keep their customer satisfied, you own such bunch of people who have no etiquettes as to how to talk to a customer, and please stop asking your customers for feedback if you cannot handle negetive feedback. I was just expecting a simple apology from you company nothing else, do u think I have demanded much from u people? Then instead of accepting your mistake by simply applologizing you shout on your customer that why have they made complaint against you . Till now things were different. I was only expecting a simply apology over the phone but after todays episode it’s a matter of my nose also. I want a written apology from whom so ever was the concerened person and the compensation for my loss.               My car was left at Mandona Hyundai, North Lakhimpur on 21st April, 2015 for replacement of front and rear bumpers and denting and painting of LHS fender. The was was received after service in the evening on 24th April, 2015. But to my utter surprise it was discovered that someone in the service center has stolen my original LHS headlamp assembly and replaced the same with a faulty one. This was confirmed as my original assembly had some marks for identification which were missing and adjuster of the replacement assembly was faulty. Moreover, I fitted my headlamp bulbs with Philips Extreme Vision bulbs. But that LHS bulb was missing and was replaced with a cheaper one. When the matter was brought to the notice of the service manager, he refused to acknowledge the same. Mr Manoj Sarma, the person in-charge denied being involved in any such activity. Now, I am deeply aggrieved at such immoral practice on the part of Mandona Hyundai and seek quick redressal.

                ÙSir i want to bring it to your notice that i booked a car ie i20 active earth brown colour vtvts model on 19 march and i am not been able to get the delivery till date the sales manager and the sales executive promissed me to deliver me the car by 23 of april but it has come to my knowledge that even the chassis number is not alloted to me till date sir kindly help me i am suffering a lot due to this delay as this car is to be given as dowery at my sisters marriage on 26 of april sir kindly allot me chassis no as soon as possible hope for some positive reply from you.                   I have purchased i20 elite Petrol car on 27th September 2014 from Cochin dealer MGF Motors. The vehicle has covered 6200kms during this period. The vehicle has trouble on its half-clutch and RPM gets fluctuates very fast and leads to engine stop. It is mainly found when half clutch is applied and in inclination.

                      myself vikas koshta purchased hyundai xcent on 24th feb 2015. during the bargain i was offered free accessories of worth rs. 3000/-. but during the deleivery i was given only mud flap, steering cover & foot mat worth rs 2000. Moreover even the manager did not entertain me & i was taken forgranted for the delivery of the accessories. it took 4 turns for me to get the accessory.

                        As a customer I very shame to express my feelings when Visited your service center located in Thalassery, Kannur dist, Keral, India for replace a nut in engine part and it takes 10days excusing to order the part from somewhere else, as an urgent marriage purpose I promise to pay the carrier charge but they refused and it is very embarrassment. Now very sad to buy a car from Hyundai <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> As an authorized dealer you should take care your customer satisfaction. where is your service excellacy ... do think ... Customer is the KING.

                            On 6th March 2015 my Hyundai Santro car got accident and i handed over the car to Authorized Hyundai service center, Ajmer Hyundai, Near RPSC, Ajmer, Rajasthan for repair. The car insurance was zero depreciation and the service center manager was assuring me that i will not have to pay anything for repairing the car. But today after almost 45 days i was informed my car is ready and due amount is INR 24000 which i will have to pay for getting the car. My only conerns are 1) If the insurance was zero depriciation then why i will have to pay INR 24000 for getting my car. 2) in 45 days my car was reapired and i did more then 25 times telephonic and personal contact to get on update of my car. Why i need to pay?

                                I am not satisfied with it's abs system as well as service center service ( Bonnet setting and other work) Once one phone call from pioneer hyundai to come service center but they are not providing me home service. Last time my vehicle detained by service center eleven days just to bonnet problem. Now i am afraid that your service center is not interested to resolve my problem early and i am not setisfied with abs system of the car so many time break is not working properly. if your company or representative will not contact me within this week than i will go to the consumer court for justice.

                                  Dear Sir, I feel earlier Hyundai make vehicle is a very good vehicle. But my thought is wrong because after buying vehicle I-20 Sports I am suffering a lots. Latest problem is that AC of Vehicle is not working from morning. Whenever the AC work has done approx.. 10 days back in your workshop. And that time your senior person of work shop told me that gas has consumed after 6K kilometers so that AC was not working. But that time I was not accepted the same and told him there leakage in the AC unit. But they are very sure and told me there is no Leakage. Please be also noted that in last year the same problem has come, that time gas was top-up. Every time I have paid gas charges and labor charges. I will not accepted this nuisance and failure of your work man ship. Please take corrective action otherwise I will case in consumer court.

                                    Our car has run only 24000 kms and we had to spend Rs.25000 for its repair which is pathetic.Authorized Service center changed the clutch parts by scaring us that if we do not change it then car can stop on the road anytime.But that was not the case as I had myself given the car for servicing by self-driving for 30kms till the service center and there was no problem at all as my car has only run 20000 kms.If the clutch plate is destroyed in just 24000 kms then it is either poor quality of your company's machine parts or the service center has changed the parts without requirement and charged us Rs.25k.And also while asking to change the parts, the estimate given was different and the final bill amount was different and when asked about the difference, they said they have changed 1 more part worth Rs.6000 without our approval.And also basic things to be done is servicing was missing like placing the mudguard in place and repairing the back sensor which are clearly visible and damaged gear which was perfectly fine before servicing. And after charging Rs.25000, they were saying that we have charged you Rs.150 less for service. What a joke to not charge Rs, 150 in a bill of Rs. 25000. Please stop fooling customers who are loyal to you as we also had Hyundai Santro before Verna. And also, yesterday's service makes me feel cheated and will never trust Hyundai again and also advice people not to trust unless some appropriate action is taken by Hyundai.

                                        I had purchased new Hundai Verna Fludic SX 1.6, from Harsh Hundai show room. Indore on 05.02.2015, yesterday rear right hand side Typer burst while driving on highway??, I tried to enquire about the procedure to resolve the problem in New tyre but no support from service centre in fact no clear answer found from Show room. Also in stapiny ( spare tyre) during replacement of burst tyre I observed there is no Alloy frame available on tyre but same was not informed while delivery?? this is a kind of CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER? by AUTHORIZED DEALER HARSH HUNDAI INDORE?? Also this is more than 2 months over but till date I have not rcvd my CAR REGISTRATION DOCUMENT. In after sales customer feedback I rated this Show room as POOR. My Car Registration no. MP09 CQ 8849
