I am dr deepak sharma working in esic hospital jammu as a physician . I have booked hyundai verna fluidic 1.6 sx crdi on 7 of august and given 50, 000 rs cheque on the same date as booking money. I was given in written that vehicle will be delivered in 15 days, but till today i havn't received my vehicle even i have deposited the full payment of 10 lakh five thousand seven hundread 10 days back .When i call the concerned people of kc hyundai they don't pick up the phone and were giving daily false assurances that vehicle will come tomorrow ..I hve also told them that i cant take the vehicle after 7 of september due to some relegious aspect (Shraads) for atleast next 15 days . I want to know that, why you people give 15 days time when you dont even know the status after 30 days. This is the bad experience i am having with hyundai. I need either give my vehicle on sunday or return my money back so that i can go to some reliable company.Kindly take necessary action

    Sir, We have come back from the hyundai tumkur showroom Vicky Hyundai (manasa motors pvt.ltd. Grr Petrolium Sira Road, Tumkur-572101) not taking the delivery of our new i20 elite which was due today. Our payment through RTGS vide company's cash receipt no.330 dt.3.9.14. with the full payment of 7, 87, 701/-including Rs.10, 000/-advance which stands in the name of MR.G.V.Srinivas.The first thing is as promised they did not give us both the mud flops and body cover and on insisting they not only denied but also went back on their promise. The company executive Mr.Stimith Shekar was now here in the showroom to attend to us or even talk to us regarding the promise and wanted to take the delivery as it is condition by Mr.Madhu-sales manger/team leader Mr.Harsha/Mr.Rajesh which we denied and came back disappointed. we were supposed take the delivery on our auspicious time from 12.30 to 1 pm on this friday ie.05.9.14 but unfortunately the vehicle was not ready and the company executives were in no mood to care for the delivery time. As for the company of your stature it is highly disappointing and we may not consider to go for Hyundai cars at all.       Problem of Clutch in Fluidic Verna

      Dear All The fluidic Verna has an intrinsic problem in the clutch. My car MH46W8677 was having a problem right from the beginning I got the vehicle serviced from Sharayu Hyundai periodically. At 10k service we informed about the clutch problem, the informed that this being hydraulic clutch the feel is different. At 20k service the clutch was adjusted and they recorded the same in the service records. At 28k the clutch...

      I had purchased Grand i-10 (Magna) from JSV Motors & Cons. Pvt. Ltd., VIN Palace, Ring Road, Lucknow on 8th Oct-2013 whose registration No. is UP-32 FB-3117.As per quotation & price list attached I was charged Rs.13730/- for insurance of car whereas in policy certificate the premium amt. paid is Rs. 10652/- i.e. Rs. 3078/- has been charged extra from me.This matter has been several times conveyed to executive whenever I was approached for rating of vehicle, but no proper feed back has been given except with the assurance that "Sir, we will see it." Its going to be around one year but my case has not been solved. As a customer, I feel that I had been cheated by Hyundai Motors.Hence, you are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount paid by me.         Steering locked while driving

        Hello, Myself Deepak from Pune.I have purchased i20 magna in May 2011 as I was impressed with Hyundai but from day 1, I suffered lot.There is problem with suspension, tyre was cut from side, gear changing problem. But In the last week, steering locked while driving.When I asked for service center, they told me that there is problem with EPS & need to replace whose cost is @27000 Rs.I was surprised because running of car is @33000...

        Hi, I had purchased my Hyundai i10 with registration number MH03-BE-9298 on 5th July 2012 from Shreenath Hyundai, Near Shoppers Stop, Ghatkopar East. Since then till today, the car has kept giving me the same trouble regularly. While driving normally, the engine suddenly trembles and the car shuts off. All the lights on the dashboard go on, and the engine dies. On turning the key again, it starts back up, but I have to keep racing the car, even in traffic, to ensure that it does not die again. After stopping like this a few times, the problem disappears and I’m able to drive normally. I have spent over Rs. 25, 000 in the past two years to service the car at Modi Hyundai Car Agencies, Vidya Vihar. My service advisors were named Firoz, Rizwan and Subramani. Each time, they are only able to temporarily solve the issue. At least on 4 separate occasions, I have had the car towed away from random locations on the road, because it had stopped over 20 times each, and even refused to start back again. I always hoped that each new advisor would have encountered a similar complaint before, and would be able to solve it. But now I have given up. I want an answer from the very top of Hyundai. Either replace my vehicle with a new one, or give me a replacement while my car is taken away for a thorough inspection and resolution. I also need money back for each time the car went for servicing with the car being towed away and yet the problem not being resolved. Do look into this matter with utmost seriousness. Do note that I have always kept the car well serviced, in terms of battery, engine oil, coolant, air filter, spark plug and so on. I have never missed a single service. An interesting observation is that this problem occurs more when the AC is off. Though my car is fitted with a CNG kit, this problem occurs in petrol mode too, so please don’t use that as an excuse to put the fault on my back. Looking forward to an honest and diligent resolution to my two-year-long battle with my Hyundai car. I am at my wit’s end now with this problem, as it has often left me stranded when attending to urgent duties, both personal and professional. Please tell me who will solve my problem.

        I am having a patethic experience
        with Capital Hyundai

        I have given my car(I20 UP 70 BY 0371) for repair on
        19th Aug and today is 30th Aug still I am not sure that car will be delivered
        tomorrow as assured On 28th when I went to see the status I was surprised to
        see the way they work.

        I had following experiences and
        they are bad
        1. On
        27th Aug morning when I called I was told that all the work has been
        done except the dead axle for which the alignment test is required and after
        that if it requires replacement it will
        be done and car will be delivered on 28th Aug

        2. On
        28th when I was there I was told by service manager that the car is
        on 3rd floor as soon as it will come down the alignment and road
        test will be conducted and on the basis of report the survey will be done and
        then replacement which was supposed to
        be done on 27th so I waited around for 3 hours

        3. Then
        I went on third floor to see the car and was surprised to see that back door
        handle and inner part still not installed, rubbing of bonne and bumper was not
        done then I asked them to please complete the leftover work which can be easily
        done on third floor and I kept on asking them then finally they started doing
        it. I asked the mechanic that why he has not done rubbing and he replied that
        he was told about the back door only.

        4. After
        all this around 4 pm they took the car down for test and the mechanic in just 5
        min said that dead axle needs replacement and I asked them why this test was
        not done on day 1 which could have saved lot of time and now again survey needs
        to be conducted and have to wait for the approval of which nobody gave me clear
        answer

        5. I
        was asked to wait till Saturday i.e. 30th Aug and asked to call on
        29 to take the status

        6. On 29th when I called up I was
        told that surveyor will come on Monday
        as he is not giving approval I had no option so I dialed the surveyor to
        request him to conduct the survey, here again I was shocked when he told me
        that he went there spend around 2 hrs and was not told anything about the
        survey and then I took service manger on conference and he tells that he is not
        aware that the surveyor had come and cut the phone this means he never called
        surveyor

        7. Now
        today is 30th August car is still not ready

        I don’t know
        what should I do about this attitude I am totally speech less when in each
        conversation I told them that I need car urgently and still this is happening
        this shows that they actually don’t care about others time and urgency, and the
        repair work for which they are taking so long I bet if I would have given
        outside I would have got my car back within two days

        I request you to
        please look in to the matter and take necessary actions

          Dear sir, I made paid service at kothari service center Kharadi pune in June first week... And engineer checked my car and engineer assured that car is my100%ok ..with assurance Hyundai brand name and kothari service center brand name i fully believe on there words... After two month Aug 2014 i was going with my family with car ...car all of sudden make noise tak tak...on highway I checked with local engineer he told that there is no engine oil...just because of no engine oil car is seized... On that day there were Sunday ...i thought that service centre may be closed ... On Monday second day i call kothari service center but i m not getting any response ..manager is saying i can not help you ... Sir my coplain is this how engine oil get empty..it means in service time engine oil qty may be put less and charged more...plz help me... After seizing engine i went to kothari service center for parts ...he is saying there is mo parts available it will take minimum 15 days...this is totally harassment...how i will manage without car... What i have made mistake.. my mistake is only i purchase Hyundai make car and these type of services offering... Really this is shameless... If you can help me plz do.             Hi I'm Akhil Mehta . I have i20 sports .my eps motor is damaged . I'm from Mumbai . The worst part is that I have been to 3 dealers for that spare part and all of them come up with the same ans that the part is not available. The dealers don't even take the pain to ask main Hyundai office for that part . It was my duty to ask every Hyundai dealer for that part. It has been 15 days my car is at service centre. And those jerks say that it can take any time from 15 days to maybe 2 months. This is the worst one can face. I would recommend everyone not to go for any of the Hyundai cars. I think I should burn the car and post it on every social networking site to show the company it's brand image. Worst experience with Hyundai

              i bought the i 20 sportz model on november 2013 from your authorised dealer Goyal hyndai ludhiana and when i done it with its 1 service on 1000 km i notice that my car headlight which is on right side are covered with fog from inside and i mention the problem to the one advisor that my car headlight is having fog from inside he tells me no problem in sunlight i work gud and fog will soaked up and on second time service which on 10000 km when i have done it same problem again repeat i told to him that problem again repeats he told me no problem sir your car is in warranty i will change your light under warranty and my car met with an accident after that from that side and the lupperlock of headlight breaks down when i got repair the car same problem again occur and now when i got the time to change my headlight they said that lock was broken so we cant change your light

                Dear Concerned I have purchased a white Hyundai Xcent 5months back from Kaushalya Motors Kurukshetra Haryana(17.04.2014). At that time I have paid for mud flaps and foot mats(Which was compulsory as per them), but I was shocked to see that foot mats given to me were fake. When complained many times finally they have replaced it but even after 5 months I have not received mud flaps although payment was made to dealer 5 months back. As per dealer they have not received the stocks till now. Is it true??????? if yes then why did they charge me at that time?? It was a loan case and my bank has made them some excess payment but even after so many reminders they are not settling my account. Keep me posted what action are being taken on all the points Is it compulsory to buy mud flaps and mats from company. Why they are giving fake items Why the delay Why not settling my account.                   Hyundai Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  The car i10 had some paint works and windshield glass replacement undertaken by the Laxmi hyundai staff at Vizag post HUDHUD cyclone under insurance and took a 25000.00 bill for the job.But in the recent rains, i noticed a good leakage from the port roof corner, making water to drip into the cabin front seat and the floor. I believe it is the poor servicing work undertaken by the staff out there on a new car. I couldn't take the car to them again as i am transferred out to Kochi. PLSE CONSIDER THE REPAIR TO BE UNDERTAKEN AT KOCHI ALONGWITH SECOND SERVICING OF THE CAR(WHICH IS DUE IN APR) UNDER THE PREVIOUS JOB BILL.

                    I Eshan Singh Cheema booked i20 sportz optional model white coloured car vide receipt no SB 3211 by paying check no 589052 worth Rs10, 000/= to M/S Berkeley Hyundai, Plot no 375, Industrial Area, Phase-1, Panchkula through their representative Mr Subash Mobile no-[protected], & [protected]. Today I was called for the delivery of the said booked car. I instructed my bank accordingly, and the bank send the DO letter immidigiately for the delivery. After reaching in the company show room with my father, Mr Subash guided us to Mr Varun Sood SM of the company and he started Compelling us to take the delivery of either i20 Sportz of white colour or of sportz Optional silver colour because they wanted to give i20 sportz optional model car allotted to me to some other person for the reasons unknown to me. I refused and told them to take the delivery of our booked model and colour only, but they billed car allotted to me in the name of some other person while we were sitting there. From their show room itself I send a mail from the Mobile phone of my father to the GM sales also with noresponse back and no body listen to us. After calling for delivery they refused to deliver the car and told me that now I will get the car after 7-10 Days. We asked them why they are postponing the delivery of car after calling us here, they said that our cars are selling as hot cake and they have the monopoly and they can do this otherwise if you have some problem then you can cancel the booking. Since last so many years we were using cars of Maruti and Skoda model and this time we decided to shift to Hyundai and we got a very Bad experience. You are requested to take a necessary action in this regard.and guide us what to do now.

                      My Hyundai Verna Fudic diesel is accelerating without use of accelerator peddle. It even goes to the speed of 40-50 kms per hour without use of accelerator. If I am using accelerator peddle and jemove my leg from the peddle, the engine doesnt return to idle condition and the car keep on running around 40 to 50 speed in 4th gear, it does gives any sign of step down the gear. This is clearly a threat to the safety of the people on the road as well as for the driver. A car should not speed without using accelerator. I am trying to complain to the company but they are not listening and are not even replying my emails I feel that this is a manufacturing defect in Hyundai diesel car Vivek Mandot[protected] Udaipur

                          Hi, I have been in relation with Hyundai from past 9 years now. I bought a New Verna Fluidic last year (14 months back) with a great hope and healthy continued relation with Hyundai but i am sorry to say, Its like a total defective car is delivered to me. Thankfully you give a 2 Year Warranty that i have not been charged much yet but i am sure i will be paying large bills at the service station in the future if the problems i have faced continues the same way, One buys such car with a great hope and faith in the company. In Every few days i am facing troubles for something or the other. It started with the problem with the stiching of the cloth on the door trip for which when approached to the Service station was replaced and it was sad to have such problem with a brand new car but still i thought its okay but then the problems started arising so regularly with something or the other made me waiting sitting in your service station the past year. [1] Its Armrest started making noises in two months and i got it replaced then in next two weeks its [2]Silencer broke down, first the service center tried to put the blame on me that car might have been bumped due to my negligence but when questioned that where do you even see a single scratch on the base or on the car they agreed that it was defective from the start and got it replaced then after few days the[3] NEW ARM REST which was replaced before again started making noises for which i believe i was cheated again and the part delivered was not original and since then i am driving with those scratching noises, [4]again when i was nearing 15000Kms some noise started coming from the engine and for that the car was taken twice to Hyundai Service Station but guess the professional engineers failed to figure out the problem and i was delivered the car saying the problem has been resolved but the problem was still there. Still i had been polite and thought its okay probably they are facing a difficulty to get through that noise then again the 3rd time when i took one of the engineer on a request for a test drive he took one hour but thankfully he could understand what the fault was which was with the clutch and after 2 days the car was delivered to me and i was told that the clutch of the car had been replaced. The car was delivered to me in 3 days and problem was resolved then [5]after a month i had to push start the car as it was not taking the self, again i approached the service station for the same and after spending 5 hours at the station the car was delivered to me saying that there was some problem with the battery charging and again i faced the same problem the next day, [6] again i approached the service station by making a call and requested them to pick up the car from my address and they did and returned the car in the evening at the same address and told that they have fixed a service battery until the new battery comes to them and took the necessary documents from me. [7]After a week the new battery had come and was fixed which was not of the same size so the 'battery cover' could not be fixed and then again[8] after a month i faced a problem of the same noise from the engine which was resoled before by replacing the (clutch) of the car which when approached again been told that it will cost me around Rs. 30, 000/- and wont be done under warranty this time since it had already been done once, i mean what is this? The car is still under warranty and i am afraid that even if you change the part under warranty this time too i will face the same problem soon again after the expiry of the warranty period & that time i will have to keep bearing this cost again & again. I believe you understand my situation right now that what i had been through at your respected service station and if you go through all my job sheets i have with me you would know that the car most of the times had been in your service station rather it would have been me driving and enjoying the drive of the car.I believe you agree that the car delivered to me is totally defective and after the warranty expires i will be at the service station paying the bills and getting the parts changed all the time. I do not mean that Hyundai Verna is not a good car but i believe the car car delivered to me is a defective piece. I demand a fair compensation of all this mental trouble and mental harassment and demand a complete check and resolution of the problems of the car. Please revert back immediately. Even after buying a new car i have been been spending money on the public transports as my car had been in your authorized service station most of the time and never a standby car was provided to me. Please look into the matter immediately.

                            Dear Sir I am Dev Raj Saklani working as Technical Officer-A in Headquarters, Snow and Avalanche Study Establishment(Defence Research and Development Organisation), VPO Bahang, Tehsil Manali, Distt-Kullu(Himachal Pradesh) Pin 175103. I bought a new Hyundai Xcent car VTVT S BSIV, Seedan color S Silver bearing Chasis No: MALA841CLEM019547 AND ENGINE No: G4LAEM298586 on 02 June 2014 from your dealer i.e SANT, Hyundai Motors, Bashing, VPO Babeli, Distt Kullu (HP). On 04 June I reported low mileage, low pick up and non function of auto door lock personally at their office and gain in first week of July. On 29 July 2014 I gain reported them about the same. On 14 August, When I was driving to my native place, I got stuck at mandi because it was giving plenty of smoke and petrol from exhaust pipe I parked the car and call the SANT hyundai (Mr manoj Guleria) and he sent an engineer Mr Sunil on 15th Aug and he checked the engine oil, coolant etc and found ok.. He advised me to call Toll free no and around 0700 PM, they tow the vehicle to Nearest service station i.e Devbhoomi, Hyundai Motors, Gutkar Mandi. On 16 Aug, I visited the service station and met Service manager Mr Jitender over there. He told me that he is in touch with the Technical team at Chandigarh as they were not able to find out the fault. On 18th I again spoke to Me Jitender, but the problem still prevailed. On 19th August, again I visited Devbhoomi Hyundai Motors, Gultkar, Mandi, Still the problem couldn't be rectified. They even didn't hand over me the receiving certificate till 19 August. When I asked the same, then they handed over the same. The meter reding is 1542km. My family got stuck at mandi from 14 August to 19 August and finally we returned back to Manali as My kids has to join the school and myself the office after spoiling 05 days. On return to manali, We met the Service Engineer Mr Raj at SANT Hyundai motors, but didn't get any satisfactory answer. May I request your goodself to give me my vehicle at right conditions or replace the vehicle with newone. I don't want to defame the company whom I am the part. Neither I have to go to consumer court for harashment, discomfort and money and time spent by me..                               Dear Sir / Madam, Dealer : sanjay hyundai PCMC bhosari Pune. As discussed with sanjay hyundai dealer at PCMC bhosari pune, I have booked i10 old car in last 4 to 5 days back & given booking amount only 5K, but unfortunately in my family member hospitalisation issue so due to this my plan cancelled for booking car & I have been visited so many times from yesterday but no one help me for cancellation of my booking & I have given yesterday one letter for cancellation & Mr. Vikrant & Chaitanya told me give me one day TAT I will solve the issue & I called in the morning they promised me we will solve the issue at evening & I am waiting for called but don't get any call from hyundai office & finally I have been visited to hyundai showroom at bhosari & I surprised at the time of booking I got so many called from showroom & for cancellation doesnt getting any support from them even if am ready for cancellation charges pay to hyundai dealers like 5% charges at hyundai kharadi & thermax chowk pune hyundai dealers etc. So plese help me to cancelled my booking.                                 Sir This comlaint is regarding taking new number plate for my car HYUNDAI XCENT NO RJ CW 1165 purchased from ROSHAN MOTORS (JAIPUR) PVT LTD. A-118-B-119-120 ROAD NO 9-A VKIA AREA JAIPUR DATED 29 MAY 2014. May be due to rain my front no plate was lost and so I did called to the dealer who told that the same will be replaced in RTO OFFICE. So I did rush to RTO office and got to know that it is the dealers who are authorised to give me new no plate as the rights to issue new no plate has been authorised to them(ROSHAN MOTORS ONLY). SO i did call again to roshans who were persist ant that the same will be done by RTO ONLY. Finally I did made the RTO person (MR NARENDRA DHOKA) TO TALK TO YOUR PERSON AND ONLY THEN THEY WERE CONVINCED THAT THEY WILL ISSUE ME CAR NO PLATE. Finally your person Mr Sanjeev told me that we will get you your number plate but only after a month. But sir what I feel is that they are simply trying to put off my work rather than cooperating me.                                   Last month I took my car for service at V3 Hyundai located in Perungudi, they did initiated tentative quote approx. 12K which in inclusive of 7th paid service, next day received a call from Kishore the service guy took care of my car and said AC is not working fine and wish to fix it which will cost another 9K + 14.5% service tax, I was not convinced but agreed since I car my car much., but V3 failed to do so., due to lack of ownership and reckless attitude towards service they broke by Viper link rod and claimed to get rusted and broken, Kishore said it will cost 6K to fix it, also he advised to buy local spare from GP road in Mount Rd., he said it will cost approx. 1K to cut cost I did went in search of these and it’s been 1month since I started to search not finding one., please get this fixed with 100% Hyundai liability failing which leads to further escalations., Thanks Srinivas +[protected]

                                    Dear Team, I am Nitish Gupta and not at all pleased with the service centre from Hyndai workshop, Lucknow Kanpur Highway near Amausi Airport, Lucknow. I have bought my Car Hyundai Verna 1.4 on 3rd April 2014 from SAS hyundai and it met with an accident on 2nd May, 2014, all the insurance formalities has been completed from my end by May and repairing had been started from the end of May. Mr.Srivastava, the manager of workshop has promised to delivered the car within a month (i.e. end of June), but when I contacted them back after June they every time say 10 to 15 more, as it has already passed 2 months and they have not delivered it till now. They were asking for the advance payment of INR 50, 000, Could any one tell me if my car worth Rs.10, 00, 000 is with them why should I pay the advance as job is still pending.
