Dear Hyundai Team, I am writing this Mail as i am in the receiving end of bad service provided by your service center at Kalyannagar, Bangalore. On 24th July, I had left my Car (KA 14 M 7143 - Santro Xing) to service & it was handled by one of the rechnicians. It was assured to us that servicing will be over by evening & they would give us a call back for the delivery. We didn't receive any calls from the center even on Friday & we ourselves have to make a call on Saturday to the service center and inform them that we are coming in 2 Hrs to collect the car. It was told that car is ready & we can come to collect. When we went to the center we were unattended & made to wait for 1 hr. Frustrated we went to the manager who was downstairs & told him to arrange for the delivery. It was found that car was parked inside, though some cleaning was done, dust had piled up on the car & there was no one to take quick action. Irritated by this we have to tell them that we would be returning tomorrow & keep car ready on Sunday 27th July. As usual to make sure we told them in prior to arrange the car within our arrival. We were told to make the payments & finally when we got the car, we were not at all happy about the cleansing. Even the visible stains were not wiped properly & even after reporting it we found the associated persons were very very lazy & careless to act on it. Finally very much dissatisfied about the service, I want to stress about 2 things here - 1) There was no call from the service center to intimate us about the completion of service. When called we were told that person responsible handling our service is on leave. If he is on leave, does it mean that no one should take care about it & make us to wait forever ??? There is lot of communication gap with the members over there as we were unattended for longer time when we went to collect our car & some people over there don't have any idea on whom to contact or what to do. 2) Secondly unhappy about the finishing touch, there were lot of visible stains which could have easily wiped & also when told there was too much of lethargic attitude displayed by the team. They didn't even bother to give the feedback form as they are themselves guilty of providing bad service. We had a fairly good experience in one of the less developed cities like Shimoga previously with Hyundai & never expected such bad response in much developed city like Bangalore. I hope you people take this mail seriously . The lengthy size of this mail shows the frustration in me about your service. Hope you take some strict action & educate your service centers to drive customers to full satisfaction. Better if the team calls up to hear the feedback from us in more detail. Hi,
I have an I20 Elite ( DL8CAE6586) purchased in month of October 2014. I meet with an accident and have got the car repaired by Himgiri Hyundai Wazirpur New Delhi. The kind of service that they have provided is horrible for which I had an exceptional experience with Hyundai.
I personally will never want to buy a Hyundai Car in future and will also let my friends and family about the worst experience so that they will think twice regarding the after sales service of Hyundai Cars.

    Subject: service complaint on blue hyundai mysore rd Ref: accent executive KA 41 N 711 Last week i got my accent executive car serviced i.e regular periodic maintance at blue hyundai mysore road bangalore. After service i noticed a problem with idling, i.e higher idle as i compliant this to adviser he couldnt give proper explaination. As i asked it to get it right, but none of the technician in that service station couldnt rectifly the problem, they cornerd me to clear the overcharged bill and take the car, promising to call me back to solve the problem next day. But he doesnt have returned with the call nor the blue hyundai mysore rd service center have attend the compliant which i had given them when they asked for feedback, they only to call you remind the service dates and ask us to leave the car for repair for them to overcharge me as always without soloving any of my car problems. They just wash car, fill oil and give back the car. for 3 days they kept the car and returned me with the speed idler sensor problem after they couldnt solve the problem they just blame the problems with the sensor which have the life of car. hours car was working fine before service and then this problem, everytime i get serviced they leave me with new problem im totally dissapointed with hyundai authorized service center.       I bought an XCENT car bearing number DL12CE8910 in my name, Henna Dhawan, on 29th June, 2014. I had hardly driven the car since purchase as I was travelling. To my utter surprise, on 22nd July, the Rear Left Tyre just burst on its own when the car was being driven at a very slow speed in Khan Market, Delhi. I called the Dealer (Koncept Hyundai, Kailash Colony) representative (ANIL) to let him know what happened. He said, he will come back to me. Which he never did. When I called up again, he said the dealership cannot do anything, please register your complain on the customer care. I called the customer care and registered my complaint. I was told that I would get the complaint number within 24 hours and action will taken within 48 hours. When I did not get the complaint number well after 24 hours, I called the customer care again and fought for it. It was only then that I got the complaint number[protected] on 23rd July. Since then I have been calling up customer care everyday but there has been absolutely no response for 4 days now after getting the complaint number!! Each time I call I am told action will be taken SOON! What is SOON? Can anyone define it please in timeline? Once I was told to go to the dealer again and ask if the tyres were company fitted or procured by the dealer; If procured by the dealer then ask him to address the issue, if company fitted then the company will sort the issue. IS THIS MY JOB???? I have to travel out of Delhi again; road travel. I cannot travel without a stepney tyre on the highway. How apathetic is HYUNDAI AFTER SALES SERVICE!!! I have been a HYUNDAI customer from the year 2000 but now I wont recommend HYUNDAI to anyone! Disgusted!

        I have given my car at service centre with the problem of pick up when AC is on, they have told me that we need to scan the car with scanner to understand the problem, then they have told me it will be expense of Rs. 3000/- for throttle body and injector cleaning, but after that also they dont know wheather the problem will get solved or not... This is purely misleading the cllient... I am truely unhappy with Modi Hyundai Bhandup ...

          I had sent my Hyundai i10 for a regular repair work to Himgiri Hyundai Gurgaon workshop. There was a minor issue wherein the tunning had to be done. The driver from Himigiri Hyundai picked the car from my residence and at that time there was no problem other than missing issue. However, when the car was delivered back to my residence the Power Steering was not working and car was showing EPS sign on the dashboard. There is something that the Himgiri guys fiddled with. I have tried to escalate the issue however, even the GM of the workshop seems to be involved in this. now, i am being told that i have to pay INR 30, 000 to get this rectified. I tried reaching out to Hyundai India team as well but they also turned deaf ears. I would like you to please intervene and get the issue resolved at the earliest. I dont understand as to why should i pay for this now. It should be repaired by the Himigiri or Hyundai team, since they fiddled with it. I am looking forward to a positive response from your end.             THIS IS A CASE OF PURE CHEATING FROM POPULAR HYUNDAI DEALER KANJIRAPALLY, My verna fluidic 2012 model car met with a small accident last month at kottayam, The damage was minimal to the car, only breakage in the wind shield and left bumper fog lamp. You can check the complaint in FIR.Instead of giving the car to my native kollam show room, i have given to kanjirapally shop by the recommendation of a friend.

            The first estimated amount they told me is Rs 18000/- and after that they told me it will come around Rs 38000/-. at that time i strongly opposed about the estimate and they told me that they talked with the surveyor from the insurance company, so i will get Rs 32000 from the insurance company.Totally i felt a fraud approach from the dealer.

            2 days back i got a cheque amount of Rs 15500/- from Insurance company, i really wondered by seeing the amount. The report from ths insurance company is that total labour required for that small work is Rs 8000 /- which they approved and they approved the cost of spares also. The remaining amount was inflated by the dealer, They created fake bills for simply getting the money from insurance company.
            i talked with the dealer so many times, now they are calling me for Rs 5000 /- cash back.
            I lost Rs 33000/- for a minor accident from my pocket. actual cost of this repair is only 17000 /-. But dealer simply cheated me with a expectation of getting money from Insurance company. Responsible person from the dealers are Mr Joby, Mr Renjith and Mr Madhu.

            i want justice from this great organization, i am a good customer of hyundai, i have trust in your company. This is my 3 rd vehicle from hyundai. So kindly do the needful to get my money back.All documents with me. i am ready to submit

              This is Rata Agarwal here. I had booked the below car on eve GudiPadwa - March 3th 2014 by paying 2000 INR as booking amount. As per request from sales agent of Garve Motors I made payment of 9000 INR on April 2nd 2014.

              At time of booking sales agent gave me his word that the car will be made available latest by April 15th. In between April 2nd and April 15th there was no follow up from Garve motors side despite me calling them number of time to enquire on status. Finally by April 13th I got a call from Garve Motors sales agent team lead informing me that car will be made available only by April 25th. Reason cited was some issue in production line for Garndi10 Asta model.

              If that was the case I should have been proactively informed about the same. However no one from Garve motors did so. I asked them to refund the money as I could not wait until April 25th and they informed me that they will not be able to refund full amount owing to their cancellation policy. Why should i pay the penalty when Garve motors or Hyundai were not able to live up to the promise made at time of selling the car?

              Finally, I agreed for a delivery by April 25th as they stated that they will give me a 3000 INR voucher and a body cover to compensate for delay .On April23rd the sales agent called me that car will only be delivered by April10th as alloy wheels have not arrived from Korea. Post that I tried to callback and my phone was not even picked up by sales agent. There after there was no communication from Garve motors side despite of me calling the sales agent dealing with me.

              Even after delivery, Garve was not able to get my Car registered as I did not have a registered rental agreement. This was made clear at time of sale that buyer (I) will not be providing the registered rental agreement still the sale was made. Once delivery was made salesman told me that, I would be required to pay 3000 INR as to RTO officer to get the car registered. I Garve motors have found a way to get the car registered with the current set of documents, well and good, however they need to bear any and all cost associated with it

              PLEASE NEVER BUY CAR FROM GARVE.

              Garve service centre pune is the worst service centre I have ever seen. G.M. service doesn't have even manners. Service executives will follow the GM. Worst worst service.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, This refers to my visit on dt. 12th July 2014 to one of your authorized service centre name below – Sunrise Autoworld Pvt. Ltd Plot no – 376, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi – 110092 Contact Person – Mr.Vikas Bakshi ( Sr. Service Engineer ) Reason for Visit – My Hyundai i 10 (Magna) car bearing reg no – DL13 C 2094 – A.C Compressor was not working. I contacted Mr.Vikas Bakshi ( Sr. Service Engineer ), I was told that compressor is not available and can take 6/7 days to reach from Cochin, also they asked me advance money Rs.5000 which I paid ( there voucher no – 299 / ref no 291 ) dated 12th July. I asked for receipt which I was not given and told printer is not working and was confirmed by them that they will send soft copy by mail which was not given after several follow ups and finally I send my man on 17th July and got the same, but to my surprise when I asked status of my compressor then came to know that it was booked on 15th July and there Sr.service engineer told me that after 20th July it will move from Cochin !!! My Complaint to Hyundai towards above Service centre – 1. False promises 2. Poor Response and unanswered calls 3. Poor Communication 4. Very casual attitude, not at all professional people Till date almost 10 days, I am not aware about the status of my A.C compressor ( order no / part no – N- 120824GMV dt. 15/7/2014). I kindly request you to take up the issue with this service centre and pl resolve, these type of services are never expected from the Service centre of HYUNDAI .                     Dear sir/madam, I am the owner of Hyundai i20 car with details as HYUNDAI I2o MODEL-i20 sportz 1.2 BSIV REg. no. HP62B 0562 Chasis no. MALBB51BLDM600282 ENGINE NO. G4LADM123224 I bought this car from Sant hyundai, Kullu, Himachal Pradesh on 30th Dcember 2013. I would like to bring to your notice a serious life threatening incident which happened with me today ie 19 july 2014 with this car in Shimla city, Himachal Pradesh . I was driving a downhill road at a slow speed and to give side to a bus comimg from opposite side as i applied brakes, it appeared that brakes completely became nonoperational and hard. I applied brakes many times but they were just not working, eventually car hit an electric poll in front and stopped. I with my family were in shock as we were on top of 100m deep gorge and this incident could have ended our lives. It is to inform you in strictest sense that this tragic incident had happened because of some serious technical and mechanical failure of the car. I have also came to know from the internet and other sources that this had happened with other customers in the past especially in hilly terrains. Hyundai an international company of highest repute in credibility and customer satisfaction, it seems has ignored this serious issue from some time. I would like you to take this present issue very seriously and do the needful at an earliest. I hope your timely actions will satisfy a customer who had faith in your product and services and will prevent taking this issue to legal level. Hoping the quickest and best response from you.                       we have called to customer care so many times and asked dealer for battery discharge problem since buying of car...after 3 years dealer has replaced battery with great obligation...now again that problem started...i have so many times complain it is technical fault in car...i hv to go to consumer court i do not think company have interest...DR.V.P Shukla

                        I was advertised and sold a Hyundai I20 as a Euro V Ready Vehicle in June 2009. I attach the Advertisement of Hyundai in period January/February 2009 (reference number bottom right, it is a legit Advertisement). In the advertisement you will see that this vehicle was sold as a Euro V ready vehicle (bottom list of specs). In fact all their brochures and print advertisements were carrying this information. You can also find a Hindu article of that period: http://www.hindu.com/2008/12/30/stories/[protected].htm I bought and registered the vehicle in Bangalore in June 2009. Now I need to move the vehicle permanently to Ahmedabad. The Regional Transport Office at Ahmedabad only registers Euro4 vehicles. The Hyundai company is now telling me that my vehicle is a Euro 3 vehicle only, and trying to find all sorts of meanings to ``Euro V ready'' that they had advertised the vehicle with. I am an engineer: When a complete vehicle is advertised as Euro V ready, it means the Vehicle's Engine, along with the Car Kerb Weight, Catalytic Converter, Transmission, is putting out emissions which comply to Euro V standards. There cannot be more meanings to this!! In fact, this was one of the only cars that was advertising this as being ``future ready''. I had to highlight this wrong doing from Hyundai India for people to know, because the Dealer and the Hyundai Regional Office are trying to misguide now, by trying to find meanings to Euro V ready. Hyundai India Management wakeup, don't let the company go to dogs like this and try to make a fool out of Indian Consumers. I have been a happy Hyundai Customer, but Gross Lies and Misleading Information like these are not acceptable to us.

                          My Name is Nilesh Chaudhary, i have purchased Hyundai EON SPORTZ BS4 on name of my wife Vibha R. Chaudhary, Registration number is GJ 18 BC 4143, i purchased it on 25-april- 2014 from the day of purchaded i faced a power steering problem, power steering work like a manual steering, in this model i dont aspect a manual steering, i think if car goes for service it will be done but the problem is not solve out after that i give car for steering problem for 1 day but problem is not yet solved, today i was going to punjab hyundai, gandhinagar for solution but your service head says in this model company don't give a power steering if this is true that means 'Hyundai Company Cheats With Me'
                          because at the time of purchased sales executive tell me this model have Power window and Power steering thats why i purchased, this car had no pick up and no proper power steering, Unfortunately i would like to say that a Maruti Suzuki 800 better if i purchased its my mistake if give any solution reply otherwise i take a some legel action on Hyundai Motor india...My Cell Number Is +91 [protected]

                            Respected Sir/Madam I vaibhav gupta purchased Hyundai verna 1.4 regn no.DL8CAA9897 under the name of my firm M/S WELWORTHSCHOOL SCHOOL UNIFORM from HIMCARS CARS showroom, wazirpur on 4 june 2013. The day I have purchased the car I am facing the problem of pollution from silencer due to which the rear bumper turned black and the pick up and average is poor.black smokes comes from the silencer.secondaly from the day one I am also facing the problem of Bluetooth voice in the integrated system provided by you i.e during driving when I use calling option I cant receive the voice of the speaker but.for this also I have complaint several times in the service center but no result has been found.as I was using maruti swift (servicing done by d, d motors) and Hyundai santro(servicing done by samara Hyundai) from last 6 years, never had any problem.but this time I am facing great difficulty due to the worst service provided by himgiri, wazirpur service centre.they keep on begging for points before completion of work.last my car went on a running repair work on 17/04/2014 and was attented by the employee MR.SACHIN ([protected]).after completion of work he told me now the same problem will not be again for silencer smoke and he has clicked the photographs of sound system which he will change in 7-8 days and he also said if satisfaction phone comes from the company don’t tell them about the cmplaint.i myself will change in 7 days but now it has been more than 3 months no service has been provided.the sound from the engine has been increasing day by day and car looks like as it has been 5 years old acc to engine.i please request you to see this case very seriously so that I wouldn’t face the complaint in future.my extended warranty is till 24/05/2016.                               I am deeply saddened and shocked by the utter lack of professionalism shown by your so called managers, technicians and representatives.

                              I shall mention my grievances point wise as they happened so that you people get the story straight.

                              1. I met with an accident on 05 july 2014 and had the car towed into hyundai baltic faridabad the very same day. Finished all my paper work gave the entire insurance document, drivers licence everything on the very same day and was promised by the head of the body shop that the car will be ready by he weeks end.

                              2. I go to check on tuesday. No work is done on the car. Representative claims that the work will take 10 days now. I leave.

                              3. I went to visit on saturday. Still no work done. To add to the horror the drivers seat door panel had been removed. First i was lied to and told that the worker had accidently removed i then later when i compained to the v.P. It was found that the workers had left the key of my car inside the car itself and while trying to open it they broke the lock. After all the lies and deciept they promised me the car would be reay by monday 14.09.2014.

                              4. On monday i get a call saying that the representative from the insurance company had not come and hence the car would not be able to be given

                              5. On tuesday i got a call from the manager of the body shop saying that the car was finished and he thought it would be a good idea to get the wheel alignment done. I said yes and was promised that the car would be given by 4 pm.

                              6. On reaching i found that no wheel alignment was done, an old locking system was put instead of the one broken by the workers and the managr and subordinate faught tooth and nail to proove me wrong. Finally they replaced it

                              7. On reching home after 3 hrs. Steam was coming out of the radiator. When checked in his morning it was found that instead off coolant they had put water.

                              Outrageous service blatant lies and bullish attitude.
                              This forms a case for harrasment towards not only me but also my mother who when called was shot down by the body shop manager saying that he was in a meeting and what not.

                              This is not acceptable and if no action is taken will be sent to every newspaper head of sales consumer law judge in india.

                              Pathetic dosent even begins to descibe the treatment an educated man was made to go through at the hands of your crew.

                                Hi, While going through the complaints mentioned here by so many people, I would like to ask, did any body got any help/benefit by posting your problem on consumer complaints. What i can see here is only complaints and no solution or any thanks/appreciation post resolution. Pls share if by any chance you have got any solution to your cars problems.

                                  this problem of battery discharge, we are facing since we have purchase car...Dealer only ask us to drive more but in our campus so many car they also dive 5 kms only daily...even I have another hyndai car 1 20 that have same usage...but no battery discharge i think in this santro car its same technical defect...DEALER HAS ONLY CHANGED BATTERY ATE 3 YEAR FIGHT...I WANT NOW COMPANY ATTENTION ON SAME SUBJECT...WE ARE MENTALLY TIRED...I THINK YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN SOLVING OUR TROUBLE...I HAVE TO GO CONSUMER COURT FOR SAME [protected]

                                    I have purchase a car Hyundai i10 on 31/07/2013 from Hisar Hyundai, Hisar dealar. At that time they told me about corporate bonus and exchange bonus. I have submitted all documents at time. But one year to go, I do not receive any money. So please do the needful so i can get my amount.

                                      I have a Getz which is 7 years old and has been going for service only to the Dealership Service Centre since the 1st service. Last year on 14th March, I got the AC pipes and AC filter replaced as the AC was not giving proper cooling. At that time the cooling coil was also cleaned and the gas was filled. After that, when the AC was still not cooling, I was advised to get the compressor changed, which was done on 13th June 2013. I still have the invoices of M/s P L Motors Ltd. to prove both of the above.Even after that, the cooling was not proper and the people at the centre had no clue about it. I got so frustrated that I have stopped going to the service center where I have been going from last 7 years as it is the nearest to my home. I got my AC checked by an external mechanic and he told me that the compressor is working at 60% only and that is the reason of improper cooling. This really got me angry as it is not even an year since the replacement and the AC was not required for atleast 3 months in between. I got the AC checked at the M/s P L Motors, Jaipur and after 4 days was told by the service manager that the compressor is faulty and needs to be changed entire with all the accessories! I denied doing that as it was ridiculous that spend another 35000/- when it was not an year that the thing was replaced. Now that compressor has stopped working altogether and I have no other other option than to lodge a complaint in the consumer forum.

                                        Hi, I Jawahar Raj R purchase a Hyundai Grand I10 (White clour) on 9th of June at Arasu Hyundai Trichy. (Reg no: TN 48 AB 9723) The car make was Sep 2013 and car was kept in stock Yard for more than 7 months. When i tried to cleaned the interior floor part of the car i shocked to see 1) "Universal joint" (below the steering) was rusted and in very poor condition, (Major fault) which may lead to severe accident incase of poor steering movement.The life o[censored]niversal joint may last in few months and possibly may lead to severe accident and claim life even. 2) Rear AC vent was broken. 3) Rear seat was dirty seems like oil spilled over the seat. 4) Air filter was damaged and bitten by Rat. I am with zero tolerence and plan take this to the Service manager's notice during the first free service today. Again i frustrated with the reply given by the service manager, He says we will clear the rusting of the universal joint. They blammed that damage in Air filter is due to Rat bitten at my parking.In both the case they blame on us. Indeed the reason for these fault is poor maintenance of the yard, lead to damage of the car.I have no responsibility for these things. I request you to kindly do a replacement of the above mentioned parts Universal Joint and Rear Seat and AC vent.Instead of repairing the same.They did a replacement for Air filter with charges. And also i am not ready to pay even a single rupee for the mistake made by them and failed to maintain the quality of the car. Kindly consider this as a prejudice notification and do the needful.
