Dear Sir/Madam
On 28.5.2014 My Hundai i10 Car (AP23 AJ 9230)suddently breakdown while i was on the way to Siddipet. I immediately contacted the customer care and toed the car to Talwar Motors, Siddipet the then service engineer attended the car and replaced the clutch plate and charged Rs.5, 300/- on 3.6.2014 after a lapse the 13 days ie., 16.6.2014 (Approx 2000 KM run) again car developed problem in gear box, i mmediately rushed to Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy, Telangana State for checkup, the service engineer at Laxmi Motors Sangareddy checked the car and found that gear box mounting bolts are missing thereby caused this problem. the Service Engineer, Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy immediately contacted the Talwar Motors, Siddipet and informed the same. They are not ready to take the responsiblity for the same and they answered vagily and switched off the phone. Presently car is laying at Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy.
Please suggest and persue the case immediately and advise for early repair of car or else I am compelled to approach court of law for seeking justice.
