Dear Sir, I have booked an I-10 Magna bearing Engine No. 829492 Chassis No. 577200 and the delivery is expected shortly. I have been trying to get the information of its manufacturing MONTH AND YEAR.     This was the 2nd time i visited Capital Hyundai Sector 63 Noida in past one year but nothing has changed in the past one year with Capital Hyundai. Their attitude towards customer satisfaction still remains indifferent and nothing possibly can change that. During my visit in last year, i came out unsatisfied because of the time taken by them to service my Car. I had to literally drag technicians to attend my Car but the people working there are too casual to understand the essence of time. This time also the same thing happened. I gave my Car to attend to starting problem at 9:00 am on 15.06.2014. The advisor there was too reluctant to take Car out for a Road test and it was only after i repeatedly insisted him to take a Road test that he agreed for it. Approximately after 2 hours of staying in the service centre i decided to leave and keep the Car at the service centre and let the technicians attend to it. I called up the advisor at around 12:00pm, 1pm, 3pm, 4pm & 5pm to know about the status of my Car but everytime he did not update me properly. i still don`t have the bifurcation of the Bill amount of Rs 2200/- . Though i have the Bill but that Bill is of no use because even after my repeated calls to the advisor regarding the Bill amount he was not ready to give the exact status of the Vehicle or the Bill amount. I gave zero rating to the Call Centre when they called me for my feedback. I lodged a complaint last Wedneday at the Call Centre and they told me that the engineer will visit my place on Sunday i.e. 22.06.2014 but no one came and guess what no one also informed me regarding that.I am the one who is chasing for everything. I will not recommend anyone about this service centre and even though i stay in Noida Sector 62, i would prefer taking my Car to Delhi for servicing. I also know that this mail will fall on deaf ears and no one will come forward to resolve it. Thanks & Regards Raghav Gulati

      Team, Recently I had purchased Hyundai i20 Asta Model Diesel Car from KUN Hyundai, Chennai My vehicle number : TN 22 CP 9862 Not even a month completed, Car Battery have issue and unable to start the car . Day1 (Saturday) : Made the complaint with KUN Hyundai service team. Service man came and start the car with the help of another battery, and assist me to dry run the car for 45 mins and he left the place . After 45 mins i try the same issue remains same i am not able to start the car, I call the same person again he assist me to call hyundai service help line directly, So i did the same, Hyundai service person came and he was help less . So I called service and Sales representative of KUN hyundai, both of them promise me that they can fix the issue on Monday morning . I have no option so i agree for that. Day 2 (sunday ) : no action Day 3 (Monday ) : I called them again, Service person promise me that he will come and pick the car and fix the issue within EOD . They pick the car but no reply Day 4 (tuesday ) : Morning i called them again, they promised me with in EOD they will Close the issue, Evening i call them again they replied me, they can update the status only by Wednesday when they can fix the issue. I am clue less and frustrated, four day passed still they are not able to give the commitment to the customer when they will fix the issue ? List of other complaint : 1) Automatic lock is not working, when i check with service person they cheated me 2014 model i20 car don;t have this features only previous version of i20 car have automatic lock at 40 km, How a company can deprecate such option in new version ? 2) I am not able to change the songs via bluetooth, they replied me i20 car don;t have this feature but i10 grand have this option . How low end version have this option but in high end car ? I purchase asta model it's the high end variant in i20 . 3) Will they give proper demo : No ; They didn't educate the customer on child lock, how to set automatic weather control and other best options in car, Customer need to read the manual to understand it 4) While purchase i noticed that Insurance cost is high compare with online insurance of same company( Bharthi axa ), 10 k difference .Sales person not able to give any explanation, instead of that he threaten me, if you take the insurance out side KUN hyundai, company won;t support you in claim processing and Customer need to take car of his of claim processing .         The undersign send i-10 car no:- RJ-14 Cm 6556 to M/s. P.L. Motors Ltd. and authorised Hyundai service center, B-12 C, MIA - Jaipur on 6.6.2014 for regular service / A/c Check. The cases handled by Mr. Vasudev, Service engineer. Mr. Vasudev given the estimate of Rs.4, 800/- initially for this work. When I have taken the delivery of Car on 20.6.2014, the final bill amount paid by me is approx Rs. 50000/- . It means the service center miss guiding to the customer and charging a big amount by the name of genuine part without informing to the customer. When discussion held it found that some part already included in the invoice unneccessory. overall I have paid Rs.50000/- approx to the service center. The copy of bills along with photographs of different parts changed by the agency without my consent are given below as per the following. 1. Copy of estimate of Rs. 4, 800/- 2.Copy of original bill / finally payment made of Rs. 47, 444/- + Rs. 1599 = Rs.48, 943/- 3.photo of parts changed without my consent/ broken during the service by the service center Hence you may do need full at the earliest otherwise I am submitting the case in the consumer forum if the company / service center not respond positively within next 10 days.             I am using i20 vehicle of Hyundai delivered by Kaizen Hyundai, Panvel. After using for some months I complaint to the same dealer at time of second service for a steering noise to which the technicians could not resolve besides repeated attempts. To the dismay, the technician asked me how the sound is, I explained by self driving and confirmed from them that the sound is there but later on reaching the workshop, they were clueless. In the third service, they just replaced a bushing/plug for the same complain and said that the issue is resolved in warranty. After some months the same issue cropped in and on searching Kaizen, I came to know that the dealer is closed down. Recently I got the whole Gear Assy Steering replaced by self payment as the Servicing manager of Sharayu Hyundai confirmed me that it is not possible to get replaced in Warranty. Worst part is today after 10 days, the same sound has started up. Why do Hyundai gives dealership to such thugs who works with inefficient technicians & closes anytime? Secondly, why do Hyundai manufacture such a sub standard steering rack? There is something called post sale callback & rectification. Doesn't Hyundai have such a policy for there mistakes.

              I have sent my verna car (reg. No. CG 04 CZ 1101) for servicing and to cheek some voice coming when car put in upper speed on dated 16.6.14 morning. After trail over there, the machnic told me that he has to change the suspension rod, bush and bearing of front wheel and estimated cost about 20 thousand and your car will be ready on 17.6.14. But he has not handed over on 18 th also now on 19 th he is saying that your car is not running properly and we have to take more time and it will cost more than the estimated cost.How it can be possible for me to stay more as have send my car in running condition.                 Dear Sir/Madam On 28.5.2014 My Hundai i10 Car (AP23 AJ 9230)suddently breakdown while i was on the way to Siddipet. I immediately contacted the customer care and toed the car to Talwar Motors, Siddipet the then service engineer attended the car and replaced the clutch plate and charged Rs.5, 300/- on 3.6.2014 after a lapse the 13 days ie., 16.6.2014 (Approx 2000 KM run) again car developed problem in gear box, i mmediately rushed to Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy, Telangana State for checkup, the service engineer at Laxmi Motors Sangareddy checked the car and found that gear box mounting bolts are missing thereby caused this problem. the Service Engineer, Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy immediately contacted the Talwar Motors, Siddipet and informed the same. They are not ready to take the responsiblity for the same and they answered vagily and switched off the phone. Presently car is laying at Laxmi Motors, Sangareddy. Please suggest and persue the case immediately and advise for early repair of car or else I am compelled to approach court of law for seeking justice. Expecting a word of reply at the earliest.                   Today while washing and cleaning the interiors of my Hyundai i10 Next -gen model, Registration No.: KL 51 B 5114, a CRACK was noticed in the plastic part in dash board. I am Very sure that there was no load acted on the defective location as there is no Mark of external load. Such defects have been observed in cars like Maruthi 800 where plastic parts are bit inferior. Request to take serious corrective action for the Quality issue

                    Sir, I have recently purchased a Hyundai Verna two months back and it is giving recurring problem of ignition light from the time of the first servicing of the car. The light comes on once the car is started, but does not go off. I have taken the car now on 3 occasions (since the first servicing), i.e. Thrice within a period of 15 days. and on the third occasion the car was kept at the workshop for a period of 4 days. But I regret to state that the problem still persists with the ignition light comes on. I would kindly request you to look into the matter as it appears that the car is faulty and I request you to be kind enough to have the car replaces as the technical experts at the workshop are unable to rectify the same.                       I have sent my car seven times to Hyundai Plaza in the last one and half month record is with workfshop Practically for the complete extreme Summer it has remained in the company workshop.Still the AC is not giving propercooling.Hyundai has really harassed me.If Hyundai is not able to repair my car either the car should be replaced or my complete payment should be renfunded

                        Sir, I am the registered owner of Santro Xing vehicle no KL-05 AG 9073 registered at Kottayam in Kerala .My Vehicle has an unnatural sound from the frond bottom and its both frond tyres has weared completely and replaced at 22, 000 kms . To rectify this complaint, My vehicle is at the service centre Popular Hyundai, Popular Motors World PVT LTD, Kodimatha, Kotttayam (Dist), in Kerala from[protected] onwards.But till date my vehicle's complaint has not rectified .The service centre authorities informed me that the required spare parts are not available at their custody. It is very unfortunate that even after two weeks in custody, the service centre authorities not repaired my vehicle .Since I feels very difficulty with out the vehicle, I expect proper intervention from your part on my complaint.                           I am owner of a i10 car purchased on 25.07.2012, on 02.05.2014 I couln't start my car, reason was malfunstioning of battery.I contacted my local dealer at Berhampur, odisha, But they refused to entertain as battery's warranty perod of 18 month was over..battry was just 21month old..my point is are u giving batteries that should work for only 18 or 20 months only.I m sorry this is bringing a dent on ur reutation of company.I hope you will surely look in to my complaint. I already shown three times my car at service station for central & remote lock is not working. But still the problem is not resolved.                               respected sir/mam i have purchased car elantra from m/s mithila huyandi mumbai in the month of jan 2014 and tii date not recd lbt paid papers... on repeated follow up over mobiles, and visit to the showroom and respectful managers this is what happened the day saturday 07/06/2014...i visited showroom...at about 6.45 pm...i was kept waiting by officers for 45 minutes...later on demanding lbt papers asked to wait for 4-5 working days...on still forcing to repay and handover the chq/dd of the said amount the treated me with assaulting me phsically with abusing the lady members this was a suprise 1st the company m/s mithila huyandi has defaulted in submitting papers on the right time 2nd customer is been physically touched and family is abused and ladies also 3rd senior people at showroom watching and one senior asking the others for DNA test and police complain for the customer blaiming him for drunk behaviour ... the senior person was not educated, , , insted of alcohol check he said DNA test?????? THIS PROVES THE QUALITY...EDUCATION ETC... KINDLY REVERT FOR FEEDBACK THIS COMPLAIN IS NOT TO LET DOWN THE SHOWROOM BUT TO SAY THAT CUSTOMERS ARE FOOL TO PAY 100% ADVANCE BEFORE DELIVERY AND LATER BEG FOR PAPERS AND LATER WHEN PAPERS NOT SUBMITTED GO TO SHOWROOM LIKE BEGGARS AND GET WELCOMED IN SUCH A ADORABLE FASHION HOPING SOME FEEDBACK IS GIVEN IN WRITING THANKING YOU BYE

                                Below mail was sent to Chandra Hyundai on 05.06.2014 and still no support. Very very disappointed. Kind Attn: Managing Director I recently purchased a i20 Asta Crdi car from you. During its 1st service I raised complaint for less pick up and more engine noise, clutch play. I was informed that the turbo is lagging and this is due to manufacturing defect so it will be replaced. It was done after few days once the replacement part...

                                I have bought a Hyundai I10 magna which was sold to me by susee motors vellore.but the company is no more active.the last car sold by that particular dealership is mine.I have bought the car on loan which was offered by Sundaram finance.By the time of delivery the dealer hand over the master key to me.He said the secondary key will be hand over to the finance company.The dealer said that by procedure he will hand over the secondary key to the finance company.they have not handover the key to the finance company till now. I lost my master key now.when I requested for the secondary key the finance company they said no key was hand over by the company.so i am forced to pay 11000 to change the key assembly set from my car.if the company have provided the secondary key it is not necessary for me to pay the penalty now so i request you to involve in this problem and give me a proper solution.i totally believe the hyundai service.with that little hope i m approaching you.                                   I have met with an small accident with my hyundai i10 car last friday i.e23/05/2014 ..i called the hyundai showroom employee to take care of the vehicle and get it done...he promised me to hand over the vehicle with in 3 days but till date i have not recieved the vehicle ...today i called the showroom the and the answer was not so appropriate..being one of the biggest car manufacturing company this is not the way to give response to yuor customer...i have suggested many of my friends to go for hyundai vehicles, , , but from now on i will not suggest anyone to go for hyundai...we spent lakhs of money...and doesnt even get a positive response from the so called hyundai employee or the management..actually i was planning to go for hyundai amaze next month...but has been awarded beautifully...so that i will never go or suggest for hyundai vehicles in future...if it is possible plz help me in getting my vehicle ready...in normal condition... my car details

                                    Dear Team, Hyundai Xcent was booked on 29 March 2014 with Spring Hyundai EM Byepass Kolkata (Dealer). Was told by the dealer at the time of booking that delivery would be made within a month (end April 2014). It was also agreed that I would exchange my old car against the new car prior to delivery. I made part payment of the new car in April 2014. I waited for a month but the car was not delivered. I discussed with the Dealer and was informed that the car would now be delivered by end of May 2014 (without citing any potent reason for late delivery). Again I waited. Later, in mid May 2014, I made balance full payment and also gave my old car to Hyundai dealer. On speaking with the Dealer on 29 May 2014, I was informed that the delivery which was expected on 25 May 2014 would now be made in June 2014 first week. Is this what Hyundai, the leading car manufacturer in India, calls commitment?? Hyundai / Dealer is a cheat making false commitment taking advance money and not delivering product on time. I have suffered loss of interest income on the payment which have already been made to dealer. Further, in the absence of my old car, I am unnecessary spending money on a daily basis on cab hire. I want to be compensated for the same till I get the delivery of my new car.

                                      Dear Sir, Greetings! I am a customer who biught a Huyndai I10 from Godhawari Motors Ludhiana in year 2013.My car was delivered to me in Jan/Feb 2013 for which the registeration was done in Dehra Doon and RC was issued in April 2013. Ever since i bought the car my car was giving various problems for which i sent the car to BM Hundai Dehra doon. I m an NRI and every time my driver who takes care of the car has been complaining. Yesterday on 29 May 2014 i sent my car for second service and i paid a bill of Rs 2600 for various jobs which they told me had to be paid. The car was brought back home yesterday evening and today morning the moment i started the car everything simply died, the power steering, A/C, electric motor of windows. I requested Commercial Huyndai to come and look for fault.The technicians came and tried their best to fix the problem.Anyway they said that the car has to be taken to the garrage, i told them that the car is not working properly but they assured me that they will manage.I sent my driver with the car, after half an hour i checked with the driver who told me the car is stopped and mechanics are looking at the scenario. After half an hour i again checked and he told me that the car has again stopped and they have given him a toll free no to call.My nightmare started then, when i called the toll free no they asked me various details including my cars no which is UP 07, AW 1289, to my surprise i was told that they cannot tow the car because my car was delivered to some Mr Vikas and transfered the line to Delhi call center. The Delhi call center told me car is registered in the name of Rajeev Kumar sood and the records show delivery was made in Jan 2011.I tried explaining them that i have an invoice, RC which clearly shows when the car was delivered and how can it be year 2011. The mechanics who took the car simply left the driver stranded on the road and told my driver to contact towing co.The towing company simply refused to tow the car and i was passed on from one person to other.After 4 hours of tel communication and using my friends to help Commercial Huyndai eventually assisted me and the car was taken to the garage and repaired. I BELIEVE A CONSUMER HAS BEEN CHEATED AND I HAVE LOST TRUST IN HUYNDAI, A SERIOUS FRAUD HAS BEEN COMMITTED BY YOUR DEALER WHO HAS PROBABLE SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE BEFORE AND THEN RESOLD TO ME BUT DELIVERY IS SHOWN AS 2011. I AM TOMMORROW TAKING THIS CARE TO CONSUMER COURT AND WILL SEEK A REPLACEMENT OF MY CAR. I WILL LIKE HUYNDAI MOTORS TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER ON URGENT BASIS AND REPORT ME THE FINDINGS, i as a consumer has been cheated although my warranty is valid but because of the fraud committed by your dealer i am suffering.My e mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and i am not willing to just lay back and accept such frauds by a multinational company.
