My Name is Annamalai, I have purchased Hyundai i20 Sportz Diesel Car Bearing Reg # TN-37-BU-0429 on 08/12/2011 in Chandra Hyundai Showroom at Coimbatore,Tamilnadu.From the Day 1, I am Facing Many Problems and the Problems are:

Front Both LHS & RHS Metal Noise & Tyre Alignment Problem, Engine Noise, Poor Mileage, Power Window Noise, Win Shield Crack, Steering Noise & LHS Pulling, AC Smell, All Door Rattling Noise.

I have Visited Hyundai Factory and its Outlet in Chennai, But Still i have nor Received any Proper Response from them. I Left my Car for Service 15 times for the above said Complaint's, But its Still Remains the Same. I have Sent Many Mails to Customer Care but there is no Proper Response.

The Quality of the car and its Spares are not Good. All Parts in the car not Upgraded. Worst Customer Care, Worst Response and Worst Service.

    I have purchased car from Advaith Hyundai, Outer ring road Bangalore
    When I booked car, Advaith have given me offer saying Hyundai will give you Samsung 32’ smart TV (533RXL model) of cost Rs. 42500”, Due to this offer I have booked i10.
    At delivery they told that we are short of TV, we will deliver TV to you next day. Next day ->will take 10-15 days to deliver you TV.
    After lots of follow-up they arranged TV and when I checked, It was not smart tv, its cost is Rs. 35000, not wify enable, no VLAN. They again asked me to give few days to give me correct model. Again after lots of follow up they told me that Samsung stop manufacturing this model and model given to you is latest. I don’t know to whom they are making fool?
    How come 36K model (w/o wify, VLAN, smart tv) is latest than 43K model ( with wify, VLAN, smart tv) ? I am seeing this model available in market.
    Even after waiting for a month, I din't get TV.

      I Purchased A Brand New Hyundai Santro Xing(UP 70 BV 8110). Date of Purchase[protected], the mileage of my car is very bad and the representative is told me that the mileage is improve but the mileage is as it is the mileage of my car is (Petrol:-6kmpl.and LPG:-7.5kmpl)and i complaint in Hyundai Customer care several time and every time they told me that i forward your complaint at related department.first he say after 1st service the mileage is gain and after service the mileage is as it is.Now the 6 month is over and Hyundai is not solve my problem.

        simillar case in Hyderabad 2 swollen tyres of the same make not even logged 1200 km. .As a special consideration they gave one tyre and took one defective tyre to erase evidence.The matter was reported to hyundai . Hyundai Motors India do not care for customer complaints and not bothered with customer satisfaction. their selection of Bridge stone tyres is only to cut costs and improve profit at customers cost.Bridgestone is not sincere and their tactics is to evade and not own responsibility and finally suggest that the tyre is not intended to match Verna requirements .IF IT IS FAULT TO BE OWNED IT 100% The day we received Fluidic verna the peace in home is vanished and on account o[censored]nsuitable tyres we have to drive with fear for life and every hump small or big is a torture to cross on account of faulty suspension design and ground clearance.All over world the auto manufacturers recall defective models and rectify.
        TATA, TAYOTA, HONDA etc.
        The Verna was purchased against advice and with full hope on brand .Now it is realised not a good decision.
        BUY any car but ensure proper TYRE BRAND as the SAFETY IS DEPENDING ON WHEELS MAINLY.
        FIAT has come out with a ground clearance kit to improvre ground clearance for Lienea to rectify the bottleneck .But HYUNDAI dont realise the plight of customers and concentrat on skillful marketing only and customers have to fend themselves.

          The car was met with an accident on 2nd august 2012 .and on the same date the car was handed over to Company Outlet at Bareilly(Sachin Hyundai).
          But till date i havnt got receive my car repaired .Kindly look into this matter .

            I am shanavas PK, Owner of hundai I10 car(2010dec registered - KL 40 D 7595) purchased from popular hundai show room(Vyttila,Kerala).I complaint to showroom many times(6 months after purchase) about the Clunky noise from front side of my car(may be from shocks absorbers).They checked many times.But they couldn't resolve the issue upto this time

            Is this kind of services providing from hundai ?
            I am totally disturbed and unhappy about your service.If you can't manage this kind of small issues, Please replace a new car or release my money of car.

              I had a problem yesterday (1.11.2012) at 7 pm, hot air is coming from AC vents and I stopped and restarted. I found that coolant temperature has gone to High. I called immediately emergency[protected] and they asked me to contact some other no. Finally I got Adyar, Chennai Hyundai service and they finally told to tow the vehicle and leave the car in their service station as car should not be run and finally they advised me to drop nearest service station to look at the fault. I left the car in Choice Motors neares service station and they are charging me Rs.3, 500/ though I have taken extended warranty. My concern is :

              1. When there is an emergency why cannot organise to tow the vehicle to their service station as they may have better understanding ?

              2. They dont have courtesy in an emergency for lady driving car ?

              3. Kun Adyar is hesistant to contact choice motors to solve the issue by mutual understanding of not charging this due to extended warranty ?

              4. As mine is office vehicle and I will not be recommending in futur to our company to buy any more Hyundai car ?

              Is there any other way to take up this matter to solve this issue ?

                These service centre guys think they are smart in cheating the customers giving fake reasons for any complains we render
                they dont attend the complaints i have faced this problem several times at arasu hyundai service team at trichy .when we ask for the change old parts they ignore and charge us heavy and they dont give the vehicle in time...when we go for one small complaint they come up with different issue of changing the entire spare parts it may be just an adjustment issue. so took i to the another susee hyundai service centre they adjusted it. at nellai.

                kindly take strict action against these arasu hyundai service centre at trichy and tanjore as well.. i really had bad experience at these stations..

                  Dear all,
                  I am one of those unfortunate Hyundai customers who bought an i10 care on 1st Jan 2011. Till date it has visited service station more than 10 times for the same problem and still not rectified. And it is not only me but when you go and discuss in open you find many such Hyundai customers who are going through this pain.
                  Don’t even think of buying a Hyundai care especially i10 or may buy but at your own risk and then be ready to suffer.

                    EXCHANGE BONUS ASSURED : Rs.15,000/- (All documents duly submitted at the time of purchase and also submitted again in April 2012)
                    DEALER : JAI MALHAR, SHIRDI ROAD, AHMEDNAGAR

                    There was assurance of exchange bonus of Rs. 15,000/- on purchase of New Car from Hyundai if there is sale of old vehicle of another make. I owned a maruti 800 and sold the same and bought Santro. However, i have not received exchange bonus received till date. There have been numerous reminders / inquiries to dealer as well as customer care of HUNDAI INDIA.

                    They are the worst customer care i have ever seen. There is no co-operation since past two years for exchange bonus due from the company. There are only false assurances given to us. No one calls up neither responds to the query. Looks like Hyundai India is fooling around with people under name of CUSTOMER CARE wherein there is no value of CUSTOMERS and CARE is the far off word to be understood.

                    NOTHING HEARD FROM DEALER, CUSTOMER CARE CALL CENTRE, WEB COMPLAINTS AS WELL AS FEEDBACKS. NO BONUS RECEIVED. FORGET RECEIPT, THERE IS NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM ANY OF THE PERSON RELATED TO HYUNDAI. I HAVE ALSO WRITTEN TO HYUNDAI INTERNATIONAL TWICE BUT THERE IS ALSO NO RESPONSE.

                    Apart from just Rs. 15,000/- it involves interest cost and all ancillary cost of communication and again sort of harassments from dealer for settling the issue for some free servicing or freebies, etc.

                    Can you please help us to recover the amount and publicise the company treatment to Customer Care

                    hyunmdai Santro — exchange bonus

                    Dear,

                    I bought Santro Xing on 23rd April 2007 from Ultimate Hyundai Showroom Chandigarh and the sales person dealing was Mr Umesh who committed me that the exchange bonus will reach by next maximum 180days and today it is 24 march 2008 full 11months and I have not yet received my exchange bonus amount . At the time of selling the car, he made very high promises and when the time came for actual then no appropriate response just trying to gain time. Now he is saying it has become too late for the bonus and he doubts that we will not get the amount now I question when I submitted all the documnets on time and all and waited for full one year and after so much of patience I get a reply that may be I dont get the amount. Kindly revert back to me otherwise I will have to opt for some other means.


                    first he tried to fool us by asking for the documents again and again, and being tortured on that too I submitted the documents to him again and again after every fortnight and now he gives stupid reasons for not giving the money

                    Hundai /Santro — Exchange offer of 15000/- not Recd

                    Purchased Santro Car From Sharma Hundai Ashram Road Ahmedabad in Oct 2007. Company has not given Exchange offer of Rs 15000/- as promised .

                    Hyundai Sentro — Non fulfilment of offer

                    In the first week of August 2009 an offer was given by Hyundai Motors for Santro cars at a discounted rate. Under this offer the GL model was offered at Rs 2, 99, 000/- to 3, 03, 000/- depending on non-metallic & metallic colours. Normal price is Rs.30, 000/- more.

                    A sentro GL (metallic) was booked during the offer period with a dealer named Ojha Hyundai, Guwahati in the name of my sister. Now after a few days an executive from the Dealer rang up to inform that they will not be able to fulfill the contract saying that company is not providing the car as they are out of production. They have added that I can go for the newer version or another model but not at that promissed discounted rate.

                    I would also like to mention that at the same time other offers by other companies like, maruti Zen Esthilo was also available, but as new zen models have come up, those offers are also no longer there and have missed that offers too.

                    In such a situation, what kind of response should be appropriate from my side.

                      It has been only 2.4 years and we are very unhappy with the performance of the car and we now retreat or decision of buying this car.

                      The car is driven only 23,400 Km till date and it has been regularly serviced at authorized service station whenever it was available for servicing and till date the vehicle has never gone for any major repairs and no insurance activity has taken place. This is to inform you that the car is driven always on Inter City Highway and flat terrain, average distance of 25 Km per day.

                      We had sent our vehicle for servicing Modi Hyundai Work Shop at Goregoan. The advisor after testing the vehicle communicated to us that:

                      1. The vehicle has a tight clutch and the same needs to be replaced,
                      2. The car steering is making noise and the same needs to be checked and replacement of parts are required
                      3. The suspension is making noise and needs to be inspected and mostly various parts in the same needs to be replaced.

                      The total estimation excluding replacement of the steering and Suspension parts was given as Rs.16000/- and after adding the above it would have been approximately Rs.50000/-.We ordered the supervisor to stop the work and only do the basic servicing.

                      Secondly the tyre of the said vehicle are so bad and of inferior quality that in this span of 2.4 years more than 17 times we have rectified the puncture and which has cost us Rs.150/ puncture.

                      We like to inform you that our experience with the car has been unsatisfactory and we can only conclude that either the car provided to us is faulty or the parts used are of inferior quality.

                      The suspension, which is supposed to last for minimum 60000 Km as per your own service personal under tough driving conditions.

                      The customer service is so bad that you keep calling and they only register the complain but no solution, the management has no contact or email id neither their is any after sale person to look after.

                      Kindly ignore buying Hyundai Car.

                      It is with great feel of Humiliation and regret to tell you that till date I have not got my Passport issued. My Key No: is H005639, i HAVE APPLIED FOR THE PASSPORT ON SEP'06, SO MUCH OF TIME HAS PASSED, ALSO THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION FROM PASSPORT AUTHORITY SIDE, AS TO WHY THE PASSPORT HAS NOT YET BEEN ISSUED.                       Hyundai — faulty suspension of car

                      I sandeep yadav owner of Hyundai Verna (DL 7C E 8826) car model June 2007 has problem regarding tyres.I have noticed uneven wearing of tyres in-spite of alignment and camber setting is fine, thereafter i approached Nimbus Hyundai noida sector-5 they first of all did not co-operate well, after some checking of vehicle there service engineer said vehicle is fine even he also agreed tyres are having uneven wearing.Next day i called hyundai costumer care and registered my complaint (no.[protected] and had again appointed to get my car for check up at Nimbus Hyundai sahibabad.I take out time out of my office hours and reached nimbus sahibabad.There C.S. Bist service manager checked himself the car and he agreed suspension of car is faulty but he says he had to take approval to change it, for which manager of nimbus mr. Dixit had denied.They told me to bring the car to HMIL, mathura road for a once more checkup.
                      I am now too much fed up by this Hyundai feedback.Please make out any solution of this irresponsible service of hyundai.

                          Dear All,

                          Today morning 03/10/2012 @ chennai from Pallavaram to thuraipakkam 200ft Road i found a i20 car diched a person who is riding before the i20 car.

                          Its was a fraction of second the guy who drives the bike has balanced and stopped the bike and the person who drive the car was so rash and went off.

                          Card Number TN09-BK-55.

                          The car was also covered with the sunfilement which is too dark and nothing is visible inside.

                          Kindly take a action against the person. So that we might avoid such insidence that lead to major accident.

                            I had given my Hyundai Verna to Hyundai Motor World, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate for repair of key problem on Sunday, 9th September, 2012. The service advisor told me it will be repaired within a day and it hasn't been done till now, 18th September. Everyday he tells me, we are waiting for some part to arrive and then he says we are waiting for another part. If this is indeed the case, it is pathetic inventory management on part of Hyundai India. Also, the technicians are very incompetent in understanding the nature of the problem for which I told them to replace the relevant problem units entirely (occuring a big charge on my part). Still, they aren't able to completely solve the problem. The service advisor is disinterested and I'm thoroughly appalled at this mediocrity in the services provided by such a multinational company. If this is the case in general, I would seriously advise everyone against buying Hyundai cars. Please consider car service as a very important parameter while buying your car and Hyundai would certainly come last in this respect.

                                I HAVE BOUGHT A I10 FROM HYUNDAI FX IN FARIDABAD ...BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED FROM THEIR RESPONCE....THE CAR THEY HAVE GIVEN ME ....ALREADY DRIVEN 27 KMS AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND NOW THE REGISTRATION IS 3 MONTHS EARLIER THAN THE DATE I PURCAHSED ...I.E I PURACHSED ON 16TH AUGUST BUT THEY HAVE GIVEN ME R.C WHICH IS REGISTERD IN MONTH OF MAY ....AND NOW MY CAR IS GIVING AN AVERAGE OF JUST 10 KM PER LITRE THAT IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT WHAT THEY TOLD ME ....HOPE U CAN DO SOMETHING IN MAY CASE

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,
                                  We have purchased Hyundai Eon on 11-Dec-2011 (DL 10CD 1698) along with “Cross Link” Central key locking System from Hans Hyundai Moti Nager. After five months (May 2012), the Central key locking System giving us problem in opening the car doors. We were unable to open the car doors and for this we have given this complaint to the dealer as well to the showroom manager. They have sent there person to resolve the problem but again it happened same thing thrice and its very difficult to drive anywhere. When the last time the “Cross Link”person came to check the locking system he said that the main problem is our Car Door Lock. That’s why we are facing the problem in Central key locking System. I would request you to take action on this regard as soon as possible. So that my issue would be resolved.

                                    I drive santro xo, Mumbai registration 2006 (over 6 years old)

                                    I get my car serviced regularly. Recently I gave my car for servicing at garve Hyundai, pune. It was 60k km service (some replacements, oil chg, GEAR OIL CHANGE).

                                    To my surprise, for the first time, i came across weird issue. Few days after this service my car makes noise in 5th gear, auto skids out of 5th gear after few mins of drive. Gear shift is noisy too, and now even 4th gear makes noise.

                                    This is painful, i can't drive on 5th gear, service station is asking for few days to check for(why now i.e. after servicing?), n gear shift is noisy and hard.

                                    Can someone help me on this please!

                                      I have purchased EON sportz in oct 2011 from SURJEET HYUNDAI BHOPAL. In first rainy season it is observed that fog is deposited on wind screen in & out side .Even 5 minutes driving in rains this problem use to take place & visibility drops to such level, one cannot drive vehicle. I have made a complaint to SURJEET HYUNDAI, Vehicle was called in workshop & next day returned to me with the remark that it is ok & instructed to drive vehicle with AC on blower adjusted towards wind screen. When I drove the car in rains following the instructions Still I found the problem on outside. I have again made the complaint to SURJEET HYUNDAI for vehicle.Vehicle was inspected by SURJEET HYUNDAI authorized personal.I was told tha wind screen seems to be defective needs replacement. I have talked to service engineer Mr Narendra also He assured that problem will resolved after talking to company.I am in constant touch with Dealer. But with no response.Rather solving problem I am facing arrogance reply from Mishra (General Manager)
