I have purchase car in 28/12/2010 & car has been run only 4800km but car having alot of problems(starting prolems) i have complain so many time to aldiam dealer but they are not taking properly to resolve the issue due to that i am facing alot problems on the way(during driving).

My cousin bought new car in December 2011. Its been only 7 months and we are tired of facing problems related to our new car. It just doesnt starts. I found too bad customer service in the Advaith hyundai show room located in Rajajinagar. I am having a new verna fludic,but there was a problem in reverse sensor but they replaced it. But i asked for an free body wash because i left my car for 2 days it was become dirt but thes guys told directly to the face that it is chargeble i.e i should pay for it.

i bought a santro zing car in 2004. having done 45,000 kms the crank shaft nut got loose and with a visit to the authorised service centre i got it tightened. however i was told that the crank shaft needs to be replaced as it will continue to get loose, having worn out. on my next service visit at 54000 kms, i was advised by the service centre to replace the crank shaft but i did not. now at 77,000 kms when the timing belt was to be replaced...

and paid the full amount Rs-3,41,650/- but they give dent,and scratch car.
And they missed temporary registration certificate.
In a booking time they offered full tank petrol,but time of delivery dealer refused the above offer.

I have been giving my car - Hyundai Getz (KA-02 / MA 2620) to Safdarjung Hyundai for service for past 1- 1/2 years and must have spent around Rs. 75,000 to 100,000 till date. But their service has never been satisfactory. Doesn't have words to explain the kind of service we get here in India. I had given My recently purchased I20 sports to one of the dealers in Gurgaon India(Superion Hyundai) for repair but to my surprise came to know that entire region doesn't have even the basic spairs to maintain any vehicle & minimum downtime is one month.

i am deepak from rohini on 08.05.2012 i went to hyundai for service n milage problem my santro xing giving milage 7 or 8km per litre service manager nafies promise me to resolve this problem in 2 days they give me in written aswell on company letterhead i can show u and they delay it for arround 1 month i visit there for 10 times n they check milage for 6 times but they do not get good results
they are ignoring this...
