Hi Concern,
This is bring into your kind notice that I bought one Santro Xing GL Plus petrol car from Koncept Hyundai (Green Park)in Feb 2012, When my car’s 1st service due I get this done from one oHyundaiai authorized service centre “Deep Hyundai in B72/4 Wazirpur Industrial Area New Delhi.After 5 months from the date of purchase ,I went to the same service center and ask about the CNG fitment details ,where they referred me to the concerned executive for CNG (Mr.Anil Kumar) and he told me in details that there are two type of CNG kit available wherein one would cost about 35000/ and another will cost about 47000/ .As my car was new, I was only concerned about the 2 Year warranty on my car and the originality of CNG kit. The Executive who is Mr.Anil in this case , specifically told me that warranty on the car would remain as it is with no changes at all Hyundai Service stations across India. After the Discussion , I went ahead with the CNG fitting from DEEP HYUNDAI outlet for Rs 35000/ paid on the centre,

But now I come to know a SHOCKER that the CNG installed by DEEP Hyundai in my car at their own premise (First floor) is a local CNG kit and also not approved by Hyundai company itself as it is not a CEV CNG KIT as a result 2 year warranty on my car would not be there at all Hyundai Service stations across india as they treat this as a local CNG fitment,I am still not in a state to understand how come a Hyundai self entity can do such a disaster with their own customers and that too with no intimation/information. This is absolutely comes under cheating, mis representation and disguising customer from the actual fact. I am really very very disappointed by knowing the fact that such kind of blunder can happen with open eyes within such a big and renowed company. Now due to fitment of local kit into my car have shown its impact as I am facing problems like leakage of fuel,missing,pickup,non effective AC,disbalance of my car and many more,i have also communitcated with the DEEP HYUNDAI service manager Mr.Rahul and CNG head for then Mr.Vinod Aggarwal but no result have come.They know they have done this big mistake but they are scaptical to accept the fact and not coming forward to help me in this regard,

Now i am not driving this car any more till the time i will get the satisfactory action been taken, i have also wrote to the the hyundai india,deep hyundai and Koncept Hyundai(From where i bought my car)but till now no revert been received till now

Hyundai/Santro CNG — cheating by hyundai and delar

i purchased a cng santro cng with the commitment that the company will provide 12kg cng cylender but later on i come to know that it is only 10kg but after regular complaints no action has been taken

    I was given my santro car for service to popular hyundai karamana branch.they were taken it and given me the bill for wheel alignment.but due to discomfort i checked it yesterday at an alignment centre outside,then i came to know that it was not able to align properly as its tyre roadend was complaint and my tyre was got discarded due to that. i would like to know then how the popular team had told me that it was done and gave me the bill.what i can do to get me the compensation for my tyre which was got discarded due to their mistake.

      I purchased Hyundai LCD 32 inches from your LajpathNagar Store Delhi and i was offered a Videocon D2H connection along with the purchase. I paid the D2H registration charges of Rs500/-- along with the amount.
      The purchase was made on 14th Aug 2012.
      I was promised that within next 2 - 3 days the D2H connection will be installed at my home.
      But to my surprise the installation has not been done till date.
      I am calling the LajpathNagar store every single day and the employees out there are always giving false promises and un reasonable excuses.
      I am bringing this to your notice that i am left with no option other than escalating the matter to the consumer court.
      It has been an harassment for me to purchase from NEXT.
      I have the call recordings of all my conversations with your employees . I will be spreading the Bad Word of Mouth about NEXT to all my Friends and Relatives.
      Almost all the Internet blogs/review websites will be filled with my horrible purchase experience .

          I purchased a verna fludic in Dec 2011. The vehicle was serviced first time by M/S Dee Hyundai workshop in Allahabad. My vehicle air conditioner started working intermittently, I took the vehicle in July 2012 again to the same workshop who intimated me that the main central console is defective and they will procure the item from company and then undertake the repair, thereafter on 08 Aug I took my vehicle to the workshop after their confirmation that all the spares have been procured. However the service engg and manager could not repair it then and advised me to leave the vehicle there and they will deliver it back by 09 Aug 12. However even on 10 Aug 12 when at 1800 h I contacted the Works manager of M/S Dee Hyundai I was told that its still not done. I fail to understand as to how long will I have to wait for the lack of service by the authorized company workshop. Will some one in HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED PLEASE LOOK IN TO MY PROBLEM or else I will be forced to take the legal course. My vehicle registration No is HR 26 BP 7023.

            We planned to purchase a new Santro GLS which costed us around 4 L. We already have a Hyundai I 20 and we were offered 20000 loyalty bonus. We deposited 70000 advance on 2nd August 2012 and booked the car. We got our loan sanctioned from PNB and got the draft in the name of Himgiri cars pvt. Ltd.

            Yesterday, 4th of Aug, we went to the showroom at Wazirpur to complete all the formalities, like Address and Identity proof for registration, Insurance (cover note) of the latest insurance of I20 and the RC. We were told to come on 5th Aug to take the car. Now we have been sitting at the showroom for almost 6 hours and the car is still not delivered.

            Now at the last hour we have been told that they need the insurance copy and not the cover note. We arranged the insurance copy from the insurance company, and now we have been told that the insurance should be 6 months old (min). I am quite shocked to hear this. We should have been informed of these terms beforehand and then we would have seen the option whether to take the car from Hyundai or not. Now to increase the harrassment, we have taken the money back from Himgiri and would need to get the draft from the bank again favoring towards another car dealer.

              I purchased a new Hyundai i20 car in the month of February 2012.

              The level of service meted out to the customers at the Hyundai Service Center is absolutely pathetic.

              I had a minor accident with my Hyundai i20 and had given the vehicle for body shopping at the Hyundai service center. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I observed that the cluster glass was not cleaned properly and had lot of spots on the inside which could not be cleaned.

              In my second free service, I told the service center guys to clean the glass. They initially refused but then upon telling them that it was the fault of the body shopping guys, they agreed to clean. When I got the car after servicing I observed that the cluster glass was broken. They told me that if I need to get it fixed, I need to replace the cluster glass and pay for the same, for a mistake of theirs.

              I raised a complaint but no one has ever bothered to get back to me with any response.

              ABSOLUTE pathetic service.

                Hi, I am tarun thakral from new delhi, india, I have bought a verna fluidic/CRDI/1.6/SX white color, chassis no MALCU41ULBM034185*K , engine no D4FBBU010859 , RC no DL4CAV7711 by the name of Tarun Thakral on 21/oct/2011 from samrithi hyundai ambala, I have been facing some problems in the car since that very month only.

                I am deeply disappointed to lodge a complaint against your service centre in Chennai Saligramam branch DSC Hyundai, wherein i had given my car for service on Sunday 26th 2012 with just 3 complaints: 1) AC cooling to be checked 2) water refilling in the wiper 3)number plate to be changed
                WE were assured of resolving the issue and delivering the car the next day evening on Monday 27th 2012.
                Sadly speaking there was no news from your team until Thursday morning regarding the delivery. It is only after repeated calls and complaints with the service centre , did we get the delivery on thursday evening. To my shock, the delivery was done on such a haphazard note that none of my complaints were taken care off. For your info, the number plate was not changed, water not filled in the wiper and the same not checked, ac cooling problem still remained and moreover to addon, i was rather surprised to see the amount of dust still lying in all my ac blowers which clearly indicates that the car service was not done despite retaining the car for service for 5 full days.
                On speaking to the Manager Mr Selvam, and one Mr Jaffer they had nothing to speak about but of course the payment of a huge bill of Rs 10500 approx.
                Now one can wonder what was the bill all about!!!!!
                I am now urging to take immediate action against the service centre as i have informed them that the payment shall be made only post receipt of an apology letter and compensation for the the unnecessary and unwarranted mental trauma given by the center

                  Have extremely bitter experience of Hyundai Post sales service experience from Hyundai dealers.Have had owned Maruti for 10 years superb service experience and addressal to problems,however its just the opposite for Hyundai cars.Have changed from Sharayu Hyundai to Ritu Hyundai but no change.Unable to resolve problem, no quick response,no post service follow-up.Fed-up with the service level of Hyundai car dealers.Next time I change car definitely it will not be Hyundai

                    I am Vinod Tanwani, customer of Hyundai.
                    I bought Santro Xing, GL Plus from Mithila Hyundai-Mira road last year. (MH04 ET 9443)

                    I am extremely unhappy from Mithila Hyundai's service.
                    From day one whatever they commit they don't act. I am not giving any minor detail as time has gone and I will not get those minor things.
                    But I will explain major points, which I am suffering most.

                    When my car's insurance was expiring in May-2012, I got email (along with so many calls) from Mithila saying that "If you will renew car insurance from Mithila, we will give you bunch of benefits" and they sent one excel sheet which included free oil on every paid service.

                    When I went to opt paid service, I asked them for free oil as per their commitment, I got shocking answer from Mr. Diwakar, who looks for insurance at Mithila.
                    He told me that we don't give free oil as we sent you that offer with star (*) mark, he added that we just wanted to aware that we provide oil on AMC, which every AMC customer gets.

                    I am very sure that at the time of insurance renewal executive used to call me and they used to tell that we will provide free oil every time you opt for paid service, now Mr. Diwakar is saying that we did not give in writing, whatever we gave in writing is with star (*) sign :(

                    I really feel like I cheated from Mithila Hyundai, Whenever they wants any business they commit so many things and when we want any service they don't give proper service.

                    IWe all know that star (*) sign without its description is sign of hidden cost or hidden thing, in this era star (*) without its descriptions is undetectable and against consumer right act. And Mithila Hyundai is still living and cheating their customer with these type of signs

                    I got excel sheet which they sent at the time of renewal of insurance, along with so many calls with so many promises.. I am not getting any service as per their promises, but I am getting foolish explanations like, this is just awareness, every customer gets this services :(

                    Another concern is whenever I go to Mithila Hyundai for opting service, I have to wait for 20-25 minutes to get my turn, every time they are with short of resource who can attend customers, service office is very small with low class walls, low call stickers which throws very bad smell, Its very hard to stand in their service department office for 5 minutes,
                    You should also visit Mithila's service department to see how low class they have maintained. Mithila's sales department is so good and they offer water, tea etc, but service department is so low class, that thing itself explains that they are concern about sales more not after sales services.
                    On the wall of service office they have written bunch of promises which includes they will attend customer promptly, but its not fact.

                    Hi This is Amit,

                    I have been servicing my car at MITHILA Hyundai work shop (MIRA ROAD, PENKARPADA), since last 2 services, but these people are very irresponsible about their JOB, never respond to the highlighted complaints, very unclear on the services, , , , never ontime, , , , always try to delay the service or change of part,

                    I have complaint about the non functioning of the window switch within the warranty period, they always committed to get the replacement with the new switch, but until expiry of the warranty period there was no proper follow up neither reverted on the call in decent manner, , , finally post expiry of the warranty period when I have inquired about the lodged complaint, they seems to say no such complaint was noted or recorded into their system, and now finally the warranty period has expired I have to pay for the spare part, , , , as not such complaint was recorded into their system.

                    I have been loyal customer of HYUNDAI Brand as this is my 2nd HYUNDAI car I have bought, , , , BUT basis on this bad experience where we will never recommend any of the known personal to go for HYUNDAI brand in near future because of Harassment on After Sales Service .

                    I think so it is completely spoiling the name of HYUNDAI Brand, because of such irresponsible & arrogant & fraud after sales service providers MILTHILA CAR WORK SHOP - MIRA ROAD PENKARPADA.

                    Very bad service is provided by Mithila Hyundai Mira Road, Its been two years I have purchased a car from Mithila Hyundai and every time the quality of service provided by them is pathetic. Service centres dont know what is the problem with car and evn if the problem is explained to them it is not resolved.

                    DONT EVER BUY THE CAR FROM MITHILA HYUNDAI ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...

                      VERY TRUE FACT. The so called GM is the master mind behind all this kind of Communication Gaps. He just blame others(Hyundai, RTO etc etc) on the things not happening with the commitment/deadlines given to cutomers while booking. Moreover the same happens when it comes for the freebies commited while booking the car, first thing all freebies are of very very Low quality, nothing to compare with MOBIS parts. I don't think this would be the case when U place with Other Hyundai dealers(they don't give a word and then just walk aways).

                      Any ways beware when u sit for placing the Booking. on every thing.Sales persons, other floor persons are facing the customers and caught in middle of customers with NO correct answer to utter

                        I have purchase new I-10 from Garve Hyundai Wadgaon showroom this people is not a profession people the have committed some offer but not given as per same , not given proper service , not proper communication , delay in car registration work , not handover all documents and all accessories on time only commitments. My best suggestion is don't buy car from them buy from other dealer.

                          Dear Sir / Ma'am,

                          I have been watching your show and i know that you are the only one who can help me now. We purchased an i-20 magna in feb 2011 and since then we have been suffering to the core. The mileage of the car is terrible. The company promises a mileage of 16 kmph on the highway , so it should give around 12-14 in the city, but my car is giving an average of 6-8 kmph persistently in thew city. I have complained about it a number of times and even at the time of first service, spent as lot of money testing the mileage but nothing really happened. I am fed up now and want the company to do something about it! please help me..

                            Dear sir,
                            I have an i10 magna model with an extended warranty whose scanned certificates with terms & conditions I have attached with the mail. The car had a problem with its rear wheel bearing and needed it to be replaced. But the concept hyundai, Narol, Ahmedabad. said the same is not covered under warranty and only engine and gear box are covered. But one look at the T&C of the certificate tells us that it is not the case. I have also a mail from concept hyundai saying the same thing and denying the warranty being applicable on the bearing and even saying that I was offered 50% discount which I was not.
                            So, please, Take the corrective actions as this is very inconvenient for me and very shady business practices on behalf of concept hyundai as the warranty clearly covers both parts and labour for the bearing.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is with reference to break down Clutch Plate due to which my car Getz Prime was not at all in running condition. I Called the service center and next day the Pick up vehicle arrived and took my vehicle to the service center(around 3KM distance).

                            What disappointed me after repairing the car is the charges of picking up my vehicle was beyond my expectation. They charged Rs. 1500.00 for picking my car for a distance of 3KM. Please suggest what do i need to do so that the same happend to other consumer as well as myself.

                              I have a Hundai Verna Fluidic 1.6 (top most model in Manual). The quality of Verna Fluidic is very poor. Its soft suspension is pathetic on Indian roads.
                              10 Days before my Fluidic AC stopped working with in 8 months of purchase. I placed a complaint at Hundai's Customer Care but i was surprised when i did not got any response from this MNC. As per one of the Authorized Hundai Dealer "Yes Sir, Quality thori to halki he baaki Hundai ki gaariyo se".

                              After Sales Service : Very Poor
                              Interiors Quality : Poor
                              Car AC : Pathetic

                                I have purchase car in 28/12/2010 & car has been run only 4800km but car having alot of problems(starting prolems) i have complain so many time to aldiam dealer but they are not taking properly to resolve the issue due to that i am facing alot problems on the way(during driving).

                                So kindly resolve the issue immediatly Mu resistration no. GJ6 Ed 1349.

                                  My cousin bought new car in December 2011. Its been only 7 months and we are tired of facing problems related to our new car. It just doesnt starts. From these 7-8 months, its been to the service center every month except March 2012 and May 2012. The car just does not starts and if it fortunately starts then you never know when is it gonna turn off. We are tired of visiting the service center so many times and whenever we ask them the problem they say even they are not able to understand it. They never solve it and just come and deliver the car without solving the problem. And the circle starts again . We have been begging them, ordering them, requesting them to please take this car away and give us a new replacement or our money back, but no one is bothered. Please help us as soon as you can.                                     Dear Sir
                                    This is regarding my car registration number UP 78 AW 4015 . i have called and mailed your so called prestigious company regarding the issue of low mileage 4 km per liter for past 6 years . i have shown my car to almost all the dealers and none of them have been able to fix the issue rather they have changed sensors cam shaft and god knows what else but the result remains the same .i have paid at least 50 thousand in repairs . after 2009 i stopped getting the car fixed as i could not afford to get the car fixed for the same issue that they could not find a solution for . last month i showed the car to JSV hyundai lucknow and they changed the map sensor saying it was broken but i know it as i was standing there and while taking out the sensor they broke it any way i paid for it but even after the change the issue remains the same now i have been told that the O2 sensor is not working hence another 7 or 8 thousand i have to shell out . i am now not going to pay a single cent as your dealers keep changing parts but to no effect on finding the reason why the contraption that you call santro is giving me a low mileage , after the dealer has made money by changing the parts the mechanic comes quietly and offers service outside the authorised service station . i must admit it is a well oiled money making racket . i have decided to send the car as a gift to your chairman as i cant sell and buy a new car and neither can i afford to drive such a luxury car. further more you will see a nice letter from the consumer court where you explain to them about the mental torture that your company has given me and look at the fine print that you make customers sign to wriggle out of issues like these.

                                    once more thank you for selling me a contraption that even the sultan of Brunei cant afford to drive

                                    one more request pls request your customer care reps not to say i understand your problem and will so everything to help me and then end the call with that they will not be able to help me as they have no authority and also they cant understand my problem as i am the one who is paying for the repairs and the petrol.

                                      HI,

                                      I found too bad customer service in the Advaith hyundai show room located in Rajajinagar. I am having a new verna fludic,but there was a problem in reverse sensor but they replaced it. But i asked for an free body wash because i left my car for 2 days it was become dirt but thes guys told directly to the face that it is chargeble i.e i should pay for it.

                                      There is no complementry gift from the company till date, they even not provide the tissue paper till date.
                                      there is no customer satisfaction in this Advaith hyundai showroom.
