I purchased a I 10 car in Dec,2009 from Samta Hyunadi,Ambala.They commited me exchange bouns.But after submitting all papers with in time period they refusing me to give this exchange bonus.I have all required doc for exchange with their receiving.pls help me out....

We had complained during 1st service in Dec 2010 that the side view mirrors are faulty. The object is nearer instead of being far.The warning written on the mirror is that objects are far than it appears. As per Sunrise this is in all the i10 cars. I would like to know who will be responsible in case of any mishap. If this is the case then why wrong message is written on the mirrors. I would certainly go to the consumer court and sue Hyundai...

I have purchased i10 Magna with Sunroof in 2008. The Car was detailed with M/s. Advaith Motors (P) Ltd, ITPL, Bangalore 560048 on 07/03/2011 for regular Servicing. As there was a problem in the EPS Power Steering, I requested them rectify the same. But, I have been informed that the Electronic Power steering has failed and cannot be repaired.The same has to be replaced with a new one at the estimated cost of Rs 21,000(app).
