I bought i20 in december 2010 and it was running smooth like butter before I gave it for the first service.
All the guys at Harsh Automobiles,Indore service center are blady and are not versed

with the features of car.Even their MD is a highly unskilled and unprofssional person who has banged the drivability of my car and who never checks the car before delivering to the customer.
Immediately after service,the car lost its smoothness and there started coming the noise and some weird sensation from the front two tyresup to the steering but there had been nobody to hear me.
I think Hyundai has the worst service network and they don’t know that they have to train the people in their service centers.
I had been calling to their call centers but no help.The call center guys are simply the dumbs you would ever come across who keep on promising that I'd get a call from local dealer which I never got.They always make fake promises and commitments.
I’ve a Maruti and a Honda car and their service is much much better than hyundai.
The MD in the service center does not know what features are in the car and he keeps on testing with no head and tail.Last week when I took the car to service center,they dropped the key of my car in gutter and as a result I could not enter in my car and got late for office.After lot of discussion,they agreed to change the lock and ultimately put the new lock in the car.Now today,my AVN system has stopped working for no reason and touch screen panel is also not working.Microphone in bluetooth is s poor that the person at the other end calling me,can't hear my voice.
I had gone through lot of mental trauma and pain and feel like exploding my car and have decided not to buy Hyundai car again ever in my life but would leave no stone unturned to sue them.

but now it will take double petrol as compare to other i20
hi vikas, you are write, the hyundai i20 DL2CAE9333 which i purchased was a drinking machine. It drank petrol. The worst part was its airconditioner. The compress bursted thrice. The service workshop of M/s. Hans Hyundai, Naraina Vihar, New Delhi could not diagnose the fault. Even their mechanics did not knew how to open the fuse box of i20. They finally open it with the help of diagram chart. I agree with you, hyundai people are cheaters and their service stations are much worse than road side mechanics.

    i bought i10 car on[protected]. after a few days i noticed some tic-tic sound from below after the car is switched off after driving. i took the car to the dealer for first free service & told him about the problem at sunrise car dealer, patpadganj, delhi. they said it is from the carborator & can not be fixed though they will try but to my dissatisfaction the car was delievered without fixing anything. i want to know , can it be fixed or not. if yes whom to approach & where. my name is munish khurana, 39 gagan vihar extn, delhi--51 phone no--[protected]

      I had purchased the Hyundai i10 car on 17th Oct.2010. Since than facing the major problem in its AVERAGE / MILEAGE.

      Where company is claiming mileage of 19Km, my car is giving average of just 12 Km in city with normal driving conditions. Shown it to Orion Servive center 4 times till now, but no improvement, though 2nd servicing has also beeen done in 1st week of April, 2011 itself.

      Request help on urgent basis.

      7-8 is a controversy even in dense traffic. Get the car to the service center-check the ECU for error codes using the hyundai scanner. Check tyre pressures/ brakes for binding(also hand brake). As service is over the other routines(filters) will be normal. If nothing works an ECU reset might help, do update and shall guide you how to do that. can do it at home itself)

        i have purchased hyundai i 10 on aug 2009. but recently i meet with an accident only because the breaks are sudden jam. How such thing can happen with hyundai motor relaible parts. here i m safe but there is no such garantee that this will not be repeated in future. there will be a loss of life if these error are not rectified soon. Request u to kindly take a serious action otherwise i will take this matter to consumer forum.

          We have purchase Hyundai I10 on 28th Feb 2009 (MH-02 BJ-4469) initially i have getting the average of Approx 14-15 KMPH, after doing my first servicing at Excel Service Station at JVPD Near Mithibhai College. the average drop to 8KMPH and after that i have done 2nd & 3rd service at srinath Gogeshwari he they fail to rectify this problem and now i have done the paid service at Saryu Service center Gogeshwari. They have not done rectify these issue as well. I am feedup with all these follow up.

          I don't understand how u will solve my problem.

            I have got a job offer without conducting interview or anything direct or indirect meeting. interview/ contact or nothing. And was asked to download offer letter from http://www.turboupload.com/88beovecfkv5.

            They have mentioned that I was shortlisted based on my project. But I never had mentioned about my project on my resume. They demands to pay Rs. 8786 though bank account for ensuring my interest (which will be spent for air ticket & accommodation in Delhi) & also the cash is refundable. If it is why can't candidates take their own tickets & produce it for claiming refund.

            Thus counting all together I felt something fishy. I am getting such a letter for the second time. They are using the brand name of Hyundai to promote this fraud. There is a chance for innocent candidates to get fooled. That's why I thought of bringing this to notice.

            Please take some action on this fraud & help our country.

              My LPG kit is always giving problems,

              Most of the time after every thousands of Km, I find less and less volume of gas is allowed inside, finally it will show full tank but there wont be no gas in tank and it wont allow any gas inside.

              Then I will have to take the car to the service center which is far and they will clean something and it will work properly again,

              I have paid 40k extra for the kit, also the mileage it is giving in gas is poor ~7-8 Km/Ltr in city with AC.

              Please help.

                I have bought a car from Kundan Hyundai Thermax Chowk Pune on 3rd Dec 2009. When i brought my car i was told that i will be given exchange bonus of Rs 15000/- on submission of my pre and post RC book with insurance copy.Now hyundai is asking for RTO transfer receipt of my old car after one year to get the exchange bonus.

                This is just cheating a customer as they do not want to give my bonus.

                  I have an Hyundai i10 car, MH[protected] which i gave for servicing, there was some rattling noice in suspension, the service was not done properly and the noice still comes, the steering wheel is so fitted crookedly that there is a worn out noice in brake paddle, i tried calling the landline number, but i just could not get through the line, I have purchased this car from MOdi Hyundai from wadala. kindly get the car repaired at the earliest or atleast ask any of your representatives to call me.

                    I have bought Hyundai i 10 magna on 29th Jul 2009 from Sub Dealer of M/s Crest Hundai, Jammu from Udhampur (J&K). The car was purchased in response to i 10 car performance the company being claiming for and in expectation of exchange bonus of Rs. 15000.00 in return of old car. Requisite documents in support of exchange bonus as advised by the Dealer M/s Crest Hundai, Jammu as well as their sub dealer at Udhampur were submitted within the prescribed duration.Since last 1 & 1/2 year I am regularly contacting M/s Crest Hundai, Jammu as well as their sub dealer at Udhampur, but every time I am getting assurance only. They said that i will receive my excahnge bonus check of Rs. 15, 000 shortly. Every time I call them up they are with new new Lame excuses. It is now unbearable and therefore lodging my protest for non payment of exchange bonus of Rs. 15000.00 till date. Beside there is monopoly and harassment at service center too. As per the commitment from Sub Dealer of M/s Crest Hundai, Jammu from Udhampur (J&K) free accessories in token of purchase of Hyundai i 10 magna were assured, few items given in piecemeal, but fog lights are still pending.

                    I am a manager in United India Insurance Co.and do you think I have so much time that i run behind them. This is the height now. So many promises and in return nothing.

                    Please let me know when I am going to receive my exchange bonus check of Rs. 15, 000. Beside this the Co. should also look into daily problems being faced in such affairs.

                    i 10 — Non payment of exchange bonus

                    I bought a I 10 car in my wife's name bearing Regn.No.DL 3CB 0960 during end Jan 2009 from dealer " Suhrit Hyundai" Mayapuri. Unfortunately the dealer closed down the business. It took more than 6 months to get my Registration card from the RTO (after lot of follow up with customer care of Hyundai. Now I am following
                    up with them for the last one year for the Exchange Bonus. The Company is not
                    bothered to pay the same.

                      there is no solution.

                        Hyundai — Old car sold papers not received

                        I have exchanged my Maruti 800 in January to Hyundai i-10 from concept hyundai - Ahmedabad. The RTO and other papers for Maruti 800 is still not received. I have called them various time but there is no proper reply. Pl. do the needful for the further actions.

                        We bought one i10 Car of Hyudai From thier dealer Baltic ( Faridabad ). At the time of purchase they offered us Rs, 10,000/- bonus on as exchange bonus on old car. They said you can sell old car and submite the transfered RC with in ninety days, then hyundaio will give you Rs. 10,000/- as exchange bonus. We sell the car and submitted all the documents along with transfered RC on dt. 27.03.2010. But we didn't get the bonus amount. When we asked after ten months they refused and said one documents is missing, so we are not able to pay the bonus amount.
                        I purchased i20 from the dealer KLG, industrial area, near tribune chowk, chandigarh on 14.06.2012. The dealer promised me to give Rs.10000/- as an exchange bonus (on account of selling my old alto maruti car). I deposited all the required documents with the hyundai office at IT park, Chandigarh for claiming the amount but so far i have not received the amount. I have also written to hyundai office and telephoned many times and they kept on telling me that your exchange bonus would be given in few weeks but till date i have not received the same. Today Mr Sandhu an executive with hyundai office at IT park, Chandigarh told me that your bonus amount has been given to the dealer but the dealer is denying and saying that he has not received any amount from hyundai. Now i am feeling cheated and harassed and rolling between two offices.

                        I am writing this letter stating the facts and can you please help me in getting the exchange bonus amount as i am feeling that hyundai company has cheated me and harassing me.
                        I HV PURCHASED VERNA 1.6 IN DECEMBER 2012, DEALER PROMISE ME THAT THE COMPANY WILL GIVE RS. 15, 000/- AS EXCHANGE BONUS BEFORE 31ST MARCH. STILL I M WAITING.

                        IS THIS STATUS OF HYUNDAI COMPANY.

                          We had complained during 1st service in Dec 2010 that the side view mirrors are faulty. The object is nearer instead of being far.The warning written on the mirror is that objects are far than it appears. As per Sunrise this is in all the i10 cars. I would like to know who will be responsible in case of any mishap. If this is the case then why wrong message is written on the mirrors. I would certainly go to the consumer court and sue Hyundai for such blunder if the case is not resolved within this week.(up to March 26,2011)

                            Dear Sir,
                            I have purched i-10 ERA in August 2009 from Hyundai Motors india Ltd.Till date my car is under warrenty but i am facing many problems from the first day. now i have cheked my car its consuming engine oil so Hyundai dealer told me engine overalling is requires but its a new engine under warrenty so i think Hyundai must change my car engine FOC basis.Below mention are the problem i am facing as :
                            1. (Engine Starting Problem) My car engine starting is very delay after 5-6 regular ignition my car get start.
                            2. (Huge Smoke at starting) When i am starting my car its give huge smoke.
                            3.(Engine Oil Consuming) My car engine is consuming engine oil very badly every run of 50 Km it consume 1 Ltr. engine oil. For this your Orion Hyundai people check the compression test also.
                            4. (Missing problem) Engine get missing when running and standstill posion.
                            5. My engine get turned OFF when car running at low RPM.
                            6. When engine is ON but car is not in moving position either Petrol or CNG mode whole body gets viberation i.e.fuel is not injecting properly.
                            7. in CNG mode car some bumping voice is come i.e some cracker is blast and engine get OFF.
                            8. Recently my car Cultch plate is changed due to hardness but still the same CULTCH HARD problem is there.
                            9. Many time i have complained for Steering Suspension (i.e. in jerky area or bumping area hissing voice is coming).

                            So i request you please help me getting my right because i spent huge amount on buying this car.

                              Sir,

                              I Had purchased Hyundai i-10 car from your authorized Dealer namely Pioneer Hyundai, Ludhana, Customer ID No. C[protected],vide Invoice No. H[protected] Dated 31.05.2010 for Rs. 393900/-. At the time of Negotiation your Authorized dealer through his representative, Mr. Rakesh Kumar apprised that they will allow free RC of the Car apart from the free insurance and believing his representation to be true I deposited Rs. 10000/- as token money with them and delivered the said vehicle to me after receiving Rs. 203000/- on 11.04.2010 and the balance amount was paid by the State Bank of India, Mandi Gobindgarh Rs. 190900/- dated 15/05/2010 and as such Rs. 10000/- paid earlier at the time of booking remained with them. Inspite of repeated requests, they failed to pay the said amount and apart from it pressurized me to deposit Rs. 9100/- cost of RC against the promise made by them and I had to get the insurance myself. They have cheated me. I am a retired employee and have spent my hard earned money but no body in that office care for the same and at last I am making complaint to you.
                              you are requested to kindly look into this matter and arrange to refund the amount from your dealer.

                                Respected sir/maam i am Mr vivek.s.langhe owner of santroxing car MH 17 AE 567 had given car in jai malhar service centre ahmednagar after an accident of car.it has been 45 days today car havent delivered.not even spare parts are available.the managers are not cooperating and satisfactory resons are not given.im a loyale customer of worldclass company hyundai but really sad because of such poor dealers.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is Swati Bansal and I want to lodge a complaint against Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) for selling we a 800 Km driven I10 sportz model (which was a test driven/demo car).

                                  I bought brand new i10 SPORTZ (O) 1.2 FL BSIV from Hyundai Motor India Ltd direct company showroom – Hyundai Motor Plaza located at Ground Floor, Unit No. 1, 2, Prathamesh Building, 11/12 Senapati Bapat Marg, Near Phoenix Mill, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013, Tel:[protected]. The issue is as follow:
                                  1. The brand new car is already 800 Km driven
                                  2. It has multiple scratches at the back and front
                                  3. There is no plastic sheets on the seats
                                  4. The wheel alignment is left inclined
                                  5. The power steering and brakes have delayed response time
                                  6. The day I came to get the delivery the audio system crashed due to lose connection
                                  7. Also during the delivery, I and my mother weren’t handled properly. We were asked to move from our seat where we were sitting patiencely for 30-45 mins (waiting for people to get the things on order) as they have to move some car inside showroom without politely asking or offering another place to sit
                                  8. We were told to get the car by Mayur/Arun in the morning and I have informed Mayur/Arun – customer care representative that since I (Swati Bansal – under whose name we have purchased this car is admitted to Lilavati hospital due to child delivery), my husband (Kapil Bansal) would be coming to pick up at 5:00 pm. Also it was clearly mentioned in the delivery status that Swati Bansal I10 is to be delivered at 5:00 pm

                                  - Replace my old i10 car with new 0 km driven car
                                  - Repay my complete INR 5.36 lacs paid to HMIL
                                  - Provide INR 50K worth of accessories (final option to avoid getting into further hassles)

                                  Hyundai Motor India — Brand new car with 800 km

                                  Hi,

                                  This is Kapil Bansal and loyal customer of Hyundai wherein I bought Hyundai Verna in month of May 2010 from Shreenath Motors.

                                  However this time I bought brand new i10 SPORTZ (O) 1.2 FL BSIV from Hyundai Motor India Ltd direct company showroom – Hyundai Motor Plaza located at Ground Floor, Unit No. 1, 2, Prathamesh Building, 11/12 Senapati Bapat Marg, Near Phoenix Mill, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013, Tel:[protected]. The issue is as follow:
                                  1. The brand new car is already 800 Km driven
                                  2. It has multiple scratches at the back and front
                                  3. There is no plastic sheets on the seats
                                  4. The wheel alignment is left inclined
                                  5. The power steering and brakes have delayed response time
                                  6. The day I came to get the delivery the audio system crashed due to lose connection
                                  7. Also during the delivery, I and my mother weren’t handled properly. We were asked to move from our seat where we were sitting patiencely for 30-45 mins (waiting for people to get the things on order) as they have to move some car inside showroom without politely asking or offering another place to sit
                                  8. We were told to get the car by Mayur/Arun in the morning and I have informed Mayur/Arun – customer care representative that since my wife (Swati Bansal – under whose name we have purchased this car is admitted to Lilavati hospital due to child delivery) we would be coming to pick up at 5:00 pm. Also it was clearly mentioned in the delivery status that Swati Bansal I10 is to be delivered at 5:00 pm
                                  a. there was no one to entertain us,

                                  c. the RC receipt wasn’t received till this date – 11th Jan’11
                                  d. the car was in completely dirty condition

                                  My car was taken by Hyundai Motor driver Nitin on 10th Jan’11 but haven’t received any status update on the car and as well as on why the brand new car is 800km driven. Please take appropriate action otherwise after spending Rs 5.36 lacs without proper response and action from Hyundai Motor Plaza, I have all rights to go to Consumer court for above points.

                                    i had purchased a hyundai verna in 2007 and from then only my journey starts of too much expense on spare parts in company showroom. when ever any part of my car is to be replaced the price of dealer of company is 4- 5 times of the price it is available in cities like delhi, for instance, i was asked to replace the self of the car of which the price demanded my company is 18000. which was too much for me and so i enquire it outside the showroom for the same company part and which i purchased it for just 5000 from delhi of same manufacture and that too with the help of some mediator who deals in bringing spare parts of vehicles from other cities , so naturally he must have earned in it some thing atleast. this is how company is charging extra from consumer and the vehicle cant be repaired outside the showroom also due to not having all the machines needed to work in the vehicle.

                                      Hyundai i10 Sportz Car — brake and speed of the car

                                      i have purchased a new i10sportz car on 30/07/11 from Krissh Hyundai, Kankarbagh patna. They have delivered me the car on 10/08/11. I feel trouble in brake system and the motion of the car from the first day itself. I am surprised that how a new car having such a big problem. i want to replace the car immediately. The chasis No is-MALAN51CLBM 949074 & the engine No is- GULABM701766.

                                        We had given our new Hyundai I10 ( 6months old ) for second free service at DSC Hyundai Service center at Iyyapanthangal near Porur on 27th feb 2011 with an assurance of getting back the same latest by Monday the 1st of March 2011. But we got a call from the service center manager Mr. Riyaz on Monday that they had accidentally rammed the car in the rear against a pillar (as was told) and assured that they would replace the entire body which was damaged and deliver back the car on Wednesday 03-03-11. But there was no call back and we had to call to find out on thursday on the staus of our car only to know that it was not yet ready. Again we were promised delivery of the car on Friday and again disappointed to know that it was not ready and again there was a promise to deliver the car by 10' O clock on Saturday.
                                        Finally we took delivery of the car by 1.00 O Clock and when we checked we found that the body part was not replaced but was mended and repainted with tinkering works (thanks to the improper finish of paint work ! ). We repeatedly asked the service manager Mr. Riyaz and finally he gave in saying that it was not replaced but repaired..
                                        Here it is not just one issue but a series of complaints from our side. First it was carelessness in handling the vehicle, secondly there was no responsibility to update the status of the work, thirdly vehicle not delivered on the said time and date and fourthly it is lying to the customer and cheating without replacing for the damage caused. The height of irritation is that they readily gave the number of the General Manager to speak with him on the issue without taking ownership of anything. The only convincing part was that the GM was accessible and has promised to meet us on this issue.
                                        First it was the mileage of the vehicle which disappointed us - gives 10.5 kmpl instead of the promised 14-15kmpl in city limits and now the after sales service which is turning out to be pathetic. Please everyone think not twice but thrice before buying any Hyundai car.
                                        I am experiencing same issue with same center and my car is yet to be returned. the guy who promised he will do a complete job didnt bother to inform use this was his last day. After no status updates we find he has quit and no one else is taking ownership.
                                        Horrible service and complete lack of customer inconvenience
