I had verbal conversation with Mr. S.P.Srivastava (General Manager,Workshop SAS Hyundai) [protected], but he failed to resolve the issue and talked very rudely.



I had given I-10 Sportz, Copper Gold, 30 days back with a promise that I will get the delivery within a 20 days with document . but still (10-may-2011) i didnt get my car. sometime he told "we didnt get the approval from insurance company/ sometime...

I bought a Hyundai i 10 Car in March 2009 from M/S Ultimate Automobiles, Chandigarh.
I was told that a Loyalty Bonus of Rs15000 would be paid to me if I sold my present car and submit the transfer papers of the car along-with the registration of the new i 10 car to the dealer.

i have purchased i10 car just two months back. but it was going very poor mileage i.e 8.5kmpl. at the time purchasing vehicle show room officials given assurance 20.7kmpl, but it will come on road around14-18kmpl. as per your authorization service center given report i.e 8.5kmpl only..kindly take appropriate steps for fulfill of your promises at the time purchasing or replace the same..

I had purchased the Hyundai i10 car on 17th Oct.2010. Since than facing the major problem in its AVERAGE / MILEAGE.

Where company is claiming mileage of 19Km, my car is giving average of just 12 Km in city with normal driving conditions. Shown it to Orion Servive center 4 times till now, but no improvement, though 2nd servicing has also beeen done in 1st week of April, 2011 itself.

i have purchased hyundai i 10 on aug 2009. but recently i meet with an accident only because the breaks are sudden jam.
