i Manpreet Singh, i ve purchased I20 diesel, but i m not satisfied with the pick up of my car,
when i test drive the car they provide the car fitted with 5speed gearbox, but when they deliver me a vehicle it was fitted with 6 speed gearbox. i m not satisfied with this car, if there is any option to change the gearbox so, please tell my car has done only 5000 kms

    Bought Hundai verna Fludic costing ten Lac and took delivery on 28th September from Mithila Cars Mira road Dist Thane
    whiles driving back home 2nd gear slipped to neutral and third gear was not shifting atall and was going to nutral only
    As it was late and next day i dint get time i went on 30th after work with consent at 7.45 pm. The man took drive and agreed that there is some problem and that too a minor problem which will b resolved with in 15 minits so I requested to inward the vehicle and attend to it the next day
    the staff ( not to be named ) were too too arrogant and point blankly refused to inward
    after a lot of arguments and request i gave up and slowly drove the vehicle back home
    Next day after driving 6 KM all gave the vehicle to said dealer and they too agreed that there is some problem which will be attended by Hundai team only that too on 3rd Oct 2011
    My point here is
    How could hyundai deliver the faulty vehicle ?
    then why dealer , Mithila did not check the vehicle before delivery ?
    And how could the people be so arrogant and rude to a customer ?
    How did the vehicle pass the QA & QC departments of HUNDAI & MITHILA cars
    Please advice as I m unable to think ahead with the faulty machine

    Mithilai Hyundai is the Worst Service Station that i have been to and i am sure the same is with sales office of new car.

    The Service Center is so pathetic that the take 18 days to acquire spare parts and also keep customer in dark on inflated bills. This refers to Service of My Hyundai Accent Given for servicing in August 2011 under RO R[protected] The Bill Send to me was of INR 80000 and the one communicated with me on the first day was 34000.

    Since i have to take my vehicle for Ganpati Festival. had paid the bill and took the delivery. To my Surprise they have not answered my Gear box problem, Their was noise from rear wheel same was not answered and they have also tampered the electric wiring of fog light and Speedometer. They have cheated me by not servcing my car as requested and by not informing me the inflated cost. I feel cheated

    The ambiguity was also found in billing that they have billed me for 3 head lamps. In All Worst Experience Would Suggest all Mira road residents to beware of this loot

    Sincere Request to Hyundai India to look in to this matter as their is a reputaional risk involved for your brand With such kind of lapses and lopsided service and sakes franchisee.
    I completely agree with Mr.Amit, Mithila Hyundai are the worst service people they should shut down their service . After my car (new fluidic verna) servicing they gave me back my key completely bent now i am having problem inserting and removing the key but when complained they say it is perfectly ok (Alex service advisor) and inspite giving online complaints they have not rectified the problem till date. and they keep asking for rating and demand that i rate them as excellent!!!.
    Not only the car section is unprofessional and pathetic service...they are builders too...the quality of construction is pathetic...Also they ask for Black and they have a note counting machine on the reception which they do not show to the public...I would not recommend Any one to JOIN MITHILA GROUP as hey are not only unprofessional but Stupid too...they just dont want to pay the employees and keep on deducting their salaries...with no reason...I am one of their existing employee who is fustrated with them...they acually should close their car and the builders section ...

      My car Hyundai i10 number is UP81AH8180 is 1 year old and its km reading is 10,000.
      Its average and pickup is worst and i am complaining for it since begning in workshop and they have sent to me to delhi and said my cars all problem will be resolved there. Then i went to delhi but after few days my car condition become same. here in Aligarh no one listens.If my car problem will not be resolvede then I will go to consumer court.

        Cheating by Popular Hyundai Kottayam

        I decided to buy a Hyundai i20 from popular Hyundai kottayam and when i got invoice from them it was mentioned in that the handling charge for car delivery is Rs.5000.

        I went with this invoice to bank and arranged vehicle loan based on this invoice.

        Later they informed they had hiked the handling charges to Rs.7500.And after the delivery of the car they took Rs.10000 from me as Handling charge.

        Hi, I purchased a Hyundai Verna in 2009 , and since then i am facing problem . from the very first day , car is pulling towards left ,,authrised dealer said this problem is faced in all verna's .
        then at thee year end and @ 40000 kms ,its turbo charger failed .
        It was repaired under warranty ,then again after 3 months , Turbo charger again failed .
        It is an expensive part costing around 80k .Though the car is stil in warranty and i'll be giving it for repair.
        But what should i do , as part is costly ,, ,on searching net i found that there are repeated turbo failure in many of their cars.....i wont be spending huge amount if it again fails after warranty

        Hi Nikhil,

        Your dealer is telling you the truth, most of the verna cars sold during your time and later were having manufacturing defect and were tend to pull towards one side. Internet is full of complaints by such defective car owners.
        Mine is also suffering from same problem and I am fighting in a court against it.
        Lets all join hands for such negligence by company at some common plat form.

          We have purchased Hyundai i10 Era car in June’2009 from Himgiri Motors, Wazirpur Area, New Delhi. The Registration Number is DL8CS6753. We got the first Servicing done after 1 month of purchase from the Himgiri Service Station.
          After 6 months of purchase there was problem in A.C. It was working but there is was no cooling. Alongwith our Second Servicing, we got that checked in Himgiri Service Station, we were told there was problem in pipe, a small bubble was there and it has been repaired. After that same problem occured in July.2011, again we went to Himgiri Service Station, it was repaired and we were told now this will not happen again.
          Just after two months, we are again facing same problem, we went to Himgiri Service Station, now they say the Coil is damaged, it has to be replaced. But we told them that its under Extended Warranty, but they refused to repair the same and asking money for the same. We wrote a complaint mail to them and we got a reply that we have not undergone with the Servicing from them in for last 1 year so we are not eligible for the Extended Warranty. We have paid an extra premium for that and now we are not eligible for the same. This is so surprising. As our car has just run for 20,500 kms so did not realize that Servicing is required so frequently. I’m working women, so do not have so much time to go to their Service station so frequently and without A.C. its too difficult to travel.
          I also asked them the same problem was there two months back, then why they did not told us?
          We are so surprised to see that a big Brand car is giving this kind of harassment to their customers. Within 2 years of purchase we have faced so many times this problem.
          Please look into it and guide has what to do next.

            I have an i10 SPORTZ model of Hyundai - i went for this higher version because it comes in with an inbuilt car stereo (nippon) fitted by company. I have extended warranty also.
            After 2.5 years o[censored]sage the car stereo died down . I was told that extended warranty was not applicable to car stereo. Thats OK so i requested if something can be done and i dont mind paying for the repairs.

            The service centre people checked with Hyundai company , who gave them authorized sevice centre for Nippon in Mumbai. I personally went there with the stereo (which i got it detached from the car by the service sentre - Sreenath Hyundai ) and i was surprised to hear that they do not support models whcih comes inbuilt with the car. The service centre people informed me that nothing could be done and i had to purchase a new stereo worth over Rs. 12,000/- which would fit the slot of the inbuilt stereo.

            I personally searched for repair people and found one who would repair the stereo. After checking , he said the main IC was dead and nothing could be done about it. he also said he had four other pieces of the same model and all had same issue.

            I would like to know why Hyundai is providing such equipment which cannot be even repaired?? Why is authorized service centres (both Hyundai and Nippon) both incapable of servicing me in this matter? Why should i spend 12,000/- Rs. for a new steroeo?

              I am an owner of a fluidic verna CRDi .i delivered it from S.S Hyundai,Mavelikara two months before.after one month itself my A/c pipe got bend and holed resulting on the complete gas drain out.even after at the time of service the service centre was not ready to replace the A/c pipe.they are asking Rs.7000/- for replacement.Also extreme black smoke is coming from the exhaust itself.what shall i do?

                air conditioner of my car stopped working in just 2.5 years. i went to dealership and they changed a rely kit.
                but just after a day it again stopped working. i went to the dealership again, now they said that field coil in compressor needs to be changed. i asked them, what is the warranty of the air conditioner if i get it repair from them. they told they will give a warranty of 6 months for field coil only and they will not be liable if any other problem occurs with compressor or any other part of a/c. Now my concern is if after sometime, a/c again stop working and they say now problem is with compressor, what do i do in that case.
                I register my complain in hyundai customer care. I asked them to cover my a/c repairing in warranty. But they denied to do so.

                  3 months ago I booked a Hyundai Fluidic Verna SX Crdi from St.Antonis showroom (Kollam). That time the sales person assured me that they will deliver the car within 45 days. Before the booking the sales person was very eager to call me to know our decision whether we will purchase that car or not. But as soon as I booked the car there was no call or response from sales person regarding the delivery status. But I thought I will get the car on time. Just before 2 days from due date of delivery I made a call to the sales person. He told me that he can’t deliver the can on the mentioned date and we have to wait for another 30-40 days.
                  After 30 days I called him again. This time he told me that “Unlike Maruti Suzuki Hyundai has only one plant in Chennai”. The company is experiencing too much demand for this car and their production is not able to balance the demand (For diesel cars of Verna). So the waiting period of the car has gone up to between 120-180 days. And he told me If you want I will give you Petrol car.

                  These are the Words of Arvind Saxena, Director – Marketing and Sales, Hyundai Motor India Ltd, I got from website.
                  “We are pleased to receive an overwhelming response for the new Verna from our customers. In order to cater the strong demand, we are trying to increase the production to help us reduce the waiting period and clear the backlog of bookings at the earliest.”

                  Neither the company nor the dealers have communicated to their customer directly about the current situation they are facing. How many of the customers will go and browse for these information??
                  “If this is the case Hyundai India Motor Limited will Become a Premiere Padmini soon”

                  So I think both the company and salespersons are ignoring their customers at the time of their prosperity/ demand for a particular product. They are following an attitude that “IF YOU WANT YOU BUY IT OTHER WISE WE HAVE OTHER CUSTOMERS TO BUY THE SAME PRODUCT”.

                  I think there is no integration or synchronization in their sales and marketing activities. The other sales person in the same show room called me to give information about Hyundai sonata and Santa-Fe which are almost 2.5 times the price of the car we opt for. The most interesting aspect is that this call came one month after the booking of the desired car. I think the sales people are not thinking practically and they are not even able to differentiate the customers opting for different segments of cars.
                  Latest news I got from my friend who is working in another showroom (Popular Hyundai) is that the sales person may give priority to customers who has the financial muscles to give premium of Rs 30000+???? These needy people are often marriage parties…
                  I have already complained my painful and bitter experience from sales persons to company head quarters New Delhi. But no response. After 4months of waiting still there is no replay from dealer. The dealer says that they and hyundai will give priority to customers who have given full payment in advance.What an unethical practice is this?

                  I had the same experience but i keep complaining to customer care last they allotted the car. later i spoke to man who works in Hyundai production line from Tamil Nadu he mentioned that they purposefully creating the demand to their brand verna, they have thousands of diesel car kept in factory bay for delivery . but frankly speaking this car engine is but don't expect a good ride very bad road control, seriously speaking i feel to resell my 2500 km run verna crdi sx option car . if the keep so demand go for vento.tough car but engine is not refined as verna toque power all seems to be look, i recommend to you that. good luck

                    i have hyuandai i20 (HR21D8313)which is in service station (M R hyuandai). gzb(UP).from last 22 days, i am facing some AC problem from last 2 month, they told me some AC pipe is broken. so i am ready to change this pipe ASAP, after changing this pipe they sayes comprasser problem is there, so i say change this in warranty becouse my car is in warrenty.

                    after this they told me that this is not done in warranty so you have to pay almost 22000 and change this.

                    then i go to customer care and register my problem on 13 sep. but after 48 working hour means 17sep i call back to customer care then mr. neeraj sats there is no complan so please tell me how can i help you sir???

                    after register my complain he told me you gat a call on monday(19SEP) then we solve this..

                    at the time i am suffring with very poor poor poor very poor experince with hyundai I20..

                    Hi, I am krishnan iyer, from mumbai. I have hyundai i20 petrol. I am too facing some rpm related issues in my car.. my car is under warranty.. 3 times my car was @ service center they charged me 500 + 500 =1000. But the problem yet not solved.. additionally I am started facing battery issues after the 3rd free service...hyundai customer care are useless. They are only there for receving calls and say thank you... hyundai service is worst and their mecanics are not expers they dont have enough job knowledge
                    I am Arvind mehindru from Hoshiarpur. I have i20Diesel megna. My car is under warranty. There is a problem in Air Mar censer. I want to confirm that this part is under warranty or not. I have dialed two to three times to customer care No. but no proper response.

                      I have purchase Santro LPG in 19 jan 2011 from DREAM HYUNDAI KANDHARI AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD, Now the tyre have been plain only at 20k km.it means hyundai cheated with customer. I m working with SAMSUNG INDIA ELCT PVT LTS as a Area Service Manager. Now I m going to mark a mail to all user of hyuandi in my organisation to stop buy HYUNDAI.
                      it is surprising that the tyre have been plain whereas i given my car to service timely

                      On the basis of above, it is very clear that car is not bebing checked properly handing over to customer after service. Moreover customer also suffers due to this indeciplinery activity.

                      In view of the seriousness of the matter, please take appropriate action immediately otherwise customer will switch over to other Brand .I am very upset due this cause . If we will get such kind of service from HYUNDAI, I am sorry to say that your esteemed organisation does not have much time to survive in the market......... Now advise me what I have to do, who will pay for time consuming, suffering, freight & communication charges.

                      So, i request you to provide me solution for the same problem as i am contiously facing one or the other prb. I also request you to kindly replace my tyre with the new one. I am seriosuly disappointed with the Hyunad product . Provide me solution asap otherwise i will have to contact the higher management or consumer form for the same problem.

                        this is to inform you that i am very much un satisfied by the, repairs and service of my car. it is not upto my expectations. the worst part is --- even if i took my car twice to the service manager, he was unable to solve the problem.

                        I purchased a Hyundai i10 from das motors, Abu lane, Meerut, u.p., India 10 months back. The car has started making noise. I took it to the dealer mentioned above and they told me that the engine is defective. Now when I want the parts to be changed, they are continuously delaying the repair telling that the parts are not available and are awaited. This has already taken 30 days and my work is suffering a lot because of lack of my vehicle. People concerned at the dealer’s workshop do not give any proper information as to when the parts will be available making the problem worse. Can anybody help me out I am in deep trouble.

                        I have purchased i10 car from Shivnath Hundai, Raipur in the month of August 2009. When I have given it for first service it was returned without servesing. No cognizance is taken on my complaint. My Car no. is CG04 HB 3363 and my address is 51, Vivekanand Nagar, Raipur.

                        This is very sadful that such a big company is doing such a mean job.

                        I opted for pickup and delivery. Show room executive told me to go for anti corrosion painting. I agreed for the same. I also told them that my central lock is not beeping when switched on or off. They promised to fix that.

                        Car was delivered to me at 5 clock with a bill for anti corrosion painting and car pick up. I asked the driver to show anti corrosion painting done. To my utter dismay they sent the bill without doing the painting. Also they did not fix the cental lock beeping issue. I had to take the car again to show room for that.

                        My car was very smooth prior to first service. Egnine is making noise in nutral now, after the first service. Also breaks have to be pushed deep inside to stop..

                        we bought hyundai i10 on[protected],when i went for second free service on 21/04/2010 .according to the manual second free service has to be six months after delivery or 10000kilometres which ever is earlier.i was late by 24 days .Now they are asking me to pay the labor charges though its a free service .when i asked them why i hav to pay, they said i was late by 24 days so tat i wont loose warranty.they made me pay Rs.600 .towards labour charges plus RS 800 for spares .im very much disappointed with ur rule for collecting money for free service,i bought vehicle from ur company not indebted to ur company where i am made to pay fine for not showing up in time.jus bcoz i was late by 24 days ur employees are making it as if i hav done a blunder and arguing that these rules are strict and cant be excused .i used vehicles of other companies never faced such problems ,they always gave customers their due respect and tried to do their customer favor even if it means adjusting a few rules.watever im terribly disappointed with ur employees and their reciprocation with ur customers .if at all ur rules are going to be this rigid then im sorry to say i would hav to think twice to be ur customer in future

                          It is my pleasure to introduce my self as RAVI JOSHI, an Executive, working for an MNC in Gulbarga district of Karnataka state.

                          I am a very proud owner of a new car purchased on 28th Dec. 2010; the Model is Hyundai - i10 Sportz – 1.2. After a thorough survey of market, finally I selected a vehicle of Hyundai make from your Gulbarga dealer.

                          The reasons to feel proud are many, few of them are:
                          Ø My i10 features are quite useful
                          Ø It’s AC works very efficiently
                          Ø It has a very good Road Grip
                          Ø It’s Pre-loaded Audio System is impressive
                          Ø It accommodates 2+3 passengers comfortably, etc.

                          From the date of purchase, I have been using my i10 on all types of roads without any discomfort. I also accept the fact that, since the condition of the roads is not up to the mark, I am able to get about 15 km as Mileage per liter of Petrol on long drive & 12 locally.

                          Though I am fully satisfied with the overall performance of the vehicle except mileage, I am unhappy and annoyed on the following issues:

                          1. While purchasing the vehicle I was promised that, I would get Rs.15000/- as Exchange money. Accordingly, I sold my Maruti 800 Euro-2 car and the copy of relevant document was submitted on the same day. Even after completing more than 8 months, neither the Exchange money has been paid to me nor a message to this effect is passed on to me by Hundai for the delay.

                          2. During the purchase of vehicle, Mud Guard Flaps, Mats & Rain Covers were provided free of cost as “complementary Gift”. The quality of Mud Guard Flaps is found to be poor. They cannot be fitted with the vehicle properly. Since couple of months, one end of the Flaps got separated and rubbing the Tyres continuously. On enquiry, it is understood that, the issued Mud Guard Flaps are not compatible/suitable to the vehicle and since they are found surplus in stock, the same have been issued as “complementary Gift”.

                          3. The quality of free issued Rain Covers is also as same as Flaps. I park my i10 in the garage of my bungalow without putting on the Cover. I use the Rain Cover very sparingly, whenever I am out of station for a longer period. But, to my surprise, I could see the Cover getting torn at many places & loosening of stitches. The Clips provided for fixing the Cover with Car have come out/broken. Above defects speak about the poor quality of material used and the poor workmanship.

                          I would have been happier to spend extra money & purchase above material of good quality. Whether the “Complimentary Gifts” are offered by you or by your Authorised Agent, ultimately Hyundai’s reputation only get affected, if they are not quality oriented.

                          It is better not to offer anything as “Complementary Gift” rather than offering the “Inferior One”.

                          Hope, you have understood my feelings and initiate proper action without any further delays so as to prove that, CUSTOMER CARE is your foremost worry.

                              I had purchased a KL 17F 7353 hundai santro xing model car from popularhundai perrumattom kerala in august 2009.i had detected an over racing to my car during gear shiftng(when applying clucth) & i reported this complaint to popular service muvattupuzha at july 2011.They tell that they had eliminated that error but,after taking the vehicle from there ,i experience the same complaint and the same process had been repeated for two times,ie with in one and half months ihad given my car three times to eliminated the same deffects. But they cant find the error. Now my car two year warrenty had been compleated ,and i had showed the vehicle during the warrenty peroid. So kindly take any actions to my complaints,as soon as possible because my car is running under complaints.

                                I BOOKED MY HYUNDAI FLUIDIC CAR ON[protected]. MR. SANJEEV SHARMA, SALES EXECUTIVE OF THE CO. HE TOLD ME THAT THE CAR IS BEING SOLD BY THEM AT A PREMIUM OF RS. 50000 TO RS 60000/- AND HE IS MAKING U A FAVOUR BY DELIVERING AT A PREMIUM OF RS 10000/- WHEN I REFUSED TO PAY, GM TALKED TO THE DIRECTORS OF NOVELTY HYUNDAI AND TOLD ME THAT THE CAR CAN'T BE DELIVERED WITHOUT GIVING PREMIUM OR ACCESSORIES WORTH RS 50000/- HAS TO BE BOUGHT FROM THE DEALER. DESPITE COMPLAINT TO THE CO., I GOT NO RESPONSE FROM THE CO. WILL THE CO. DO SOMETHING TO SHUT THE DEALERSHIP AND SAVE ITS REPUTATION OR THE DEALER IS MORE POWERFUL AND DICTATING TERMS TO THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL CO.

                                  I had purchase a new Hyundai Accent company fitted cng car from Concept Motors I Pvt Ltd but the car is not performing good in cng. We are complaining since we have purchased the car to Mr. Ashok Kosta,. Mr Ashok has checked the car 8 to 10 times

                                    I have a Hyundai I10 with a problem; the EPS (electronic power seering) has failed. This is a fabrication fault. In the Netherlands i estimate that their are about 500-600 Hyundai I10 with the same problem. Hyundai has not yet recognised it as a fabrication fault!!! Therefore i have to pay the repare myself.
                                    My dealer will replace only the sensor en not the whole steering colom(?) but it will still cost me about € 400.

                                      Just renewed my car insurance through these guys and faced a very bad experience. Before the renewal phase, these guys followed up with me incessantly. They have a certain Jayanthi who does this part and after you give check they never even respond to your emails or queries.

                                      They sent me cover note 3 times with incorrect name ! and this happened even after I sent out scanned copies of my registration card. Ms. Jayanthi and a certain Nigar were very rude ( and stupid ) during the whole process, finally after multiple iteration I could get hold of Jayanthi and requested her the correct cover note. I hope they forward the request to Reliance and get things in order, I have no faith in them anymore.

                                      Planning to wait for 1-2 days and then I will request refund on the insurance amount.

                                      Hyundai — extremely poor customer service!!

                                      For all you People that have complained about hyundai i feel your pain!!! There is a hyundai dealership in cincinnati ohio, on mitchell avenue the dealership manager's name is doug butts he also mages the dealership right next door a gm dealership.(little conflict of interest thier huh?) anyways i have had my 2005 hyundai sonata towed over 12 times to this dealership, not only did he send my wife and 4 year old daughter out the dealership in a car with 2 yes 2 bent axles, they have never once fixed a problem with this car it now has 50, 000 miles on it multiple lights on constantly(the check engine light, the oil light, and everyonce and a while the abs light). He even had the nerve to tell me a liscenced engineer and former mechanic that it looked like i was tampering with the starter wire. he then even wrote on the estimate that they super glued it back on super glued! last time i checked super glue wasn't a very good conductor of electricity. when in all actuality i took pictures of the starter before and after and even marked the bolts, low and behold after over 12 times of having it towed in and contacting the general manager mr doug butts who said i and i quote " i will personnaly see to it this car gets fixed right" that was what i got a refund and appology for saying i was tampering with the wire ( since they charged me $100 the last visit for "tampering" with the starter wire.) Well 2 or 3 tows later i lost track i was fed up he wouldn't even give me blue book trade in on the car!!! nice right? Thank you doug butts from superior hyundai in cincinnati ohio on mitchell ave don't ever go thier and also the gm dealer thier is run by the same guy. His parents sure got the last name right on that guy!!! So think about that 100, 000 or 10 year warranty because if you buy a hyundai you'll need it!!!
                                      same thing happened to me ..worst service I had ever seen.
