I Purchased my Hundai i-10 car from SewaKung Hundai Khanna on[protected]. They provided Nippon centre locking in my car with 5 Year warrenty. On[protected] my car centre locking got defective. I contact wiyh Sewa Kung Hundai people buu no action havebeen taken yet. Please see it

    I am a victim of mechanical failure of i-10. Couple of weeks back I was driving on Bangalore-sarjapur ,I just wanted to avoid unlevel edge of the road so slightly turned my steering towards right, at that moment my steering took sudden right and I could not steer back my vehicle. The vehicle went out of control and did not stop as brake also did not respond inspite applying fully. The vehicle crossover to the otherside of the road and fell upside down in 4-5 feet trench. I was trapped inside the car and tried opening the vehicle but unfortunately it got jammed. I was scared to death for any explosion, the local people came to rescue and I could come out of the car. Seat belt and air-bag were my life saver. During this whole accident my i-10 car got fully damaged. This has been reported in local police station.
    When reported about the EPS malfunction with service centre, they completely denied of any malfunction. I had written to Mr. H.W Park, MD CEO , although I got answer from their customer Care but no convincing answer for addressing EPS malfunction and mechanical failure in i-10s. As a survivor of the accident resulted due to malfunction of the i-10, I feel it is my responsibility to make people aware o[censored]nderlying malfunctions in i-10. If my accident was fatal nobody would have known about the accident and as any other accident would have blamed the driver. In my 22 years of driving motorised vehicle, I had never faced any malfunction, this one could have been disaster.
    Who, if not Mr. Park would take the responsibility of such malfunctions and the accident resulting. People are putting hardcore earn money to buy i-10 which they never know can give them such a horrifying experience. I urge people who are reading this post to make their family and friend aware of this malfunction in i10 and discourage them to buy/drive this death vehicle. In response to my complain, Hyundai has conveniently denied from any malfunction as vehicle is fully damaged.
    It is very unfortunate that even I after knowing the underlying facts on these malfunctions in i-10, Hyundai is keeping quite and keep doing business and playing with human lives. I wish I had read the online reports before buying i-10. If accident could have been fatal if any oncoming traffic hit my vehicle, nobody could have replaced me for my two small children and family.
    This malfunction in i-10 should be made available to common people so that they can be saved from such accidents. Life once lost can not be compensated.

      I just bought this brand new car and while travelling I found out that the leg space next to the driver's seat was getting wet all the time. I took it to the Hyundai service center at mulund and they told me that there was a defect with the air-conditioning pipe in the car. Since this was a manufacture defect, they told me that it would be taken care of by the company itself. The company spokesperson told me that it was a small issue and would be taken care of within a day. I have been visiting their service center ever since and they just keep telling me that the spare part is not yet available. Now the carpet in my car is emitting a foul smell due to this. I told them about this and they just keep telling me that work will be done as soon as they receive the spare part.

        sir/mam,
        i would like to bring in your concern that i have purchased a hyundai santro registration up- 14 aq 3447 ..since then the car is not working properly it has been facing the problem of left pulling and cng.. even after sending the car for service for more over then 50 times the problem has not been resolved.. we have been mentally harassed by the company and the service executive for more over then 3 years .. we have been fooled by saying that the car is working fine when it was not due to which my child also had an major accident an year back ... i would like you to help me in this regard and help me change the vehicle or compensate me for the harassment and the loss....
        we spent a lot of money on the car getting repaired but that was not of any use.. i feel like cheated and mistreated by the company.....

          i had purchased a hyundai verna from ultimate hyundai phase 2 , industrial area , chandigarh on 06.08.2011.
          i was having a hyundai santro car before . they commited me a ayality bonus of rs 10,000/- [ rs ten thousands only] with in six month . i rang them up many times and now ultimately they have refused saying that the company giving so . so kindly register my complaint any take the necessory action against them.

            I bought i20 (asta) in 2009 from republic hyundai ,line tank road, ranchi. Recently about 1 weeks (on 2nd july) ago the front glass was cracked , so we took it to the service center to change the glass. We were told to claim for the replacement of glass.So we did as they told us. But due to bad sevice the glass again cracked in 1 week (on 8th july) while the car was on halt.We again rushed to the sevice center,this time again they are telling to claim for the replacement of glass. It was their fault that they didnot fitted the glass properly then why should we bear the claim.They are also not ansering our question, how did it cracked.

              First off let me furnish the details of the purchased car.

              I am sending this complaint as the alloy of the car got cracked . I was on my was to my friends place seating 5 people when suddenly front left end tyre got punctured with a loud noise on passing through a small puddle, thought it was just a normal tyre blow off .But sadly when I changed the tyre came to find out that the alloy got cracked 3/4th which was completely out of the blue and I believe is not supposed to happen to an alloy, an interesting fact being the car is just 1 month old (3500km approx.). I informed the dealer(MGF Hyundai ,Kottayam,Kerala) about the same and gave the alloy and gave a written complaint to the service manager.He said we can go for warranty claim if its made sure the car dint suffer a major crash or something and got it checked out,checking the underbody and all.He then said will give a reply within a week but did;nt do so.Please kindly look into the matter.The customer satisfaction quotient of the dealer(MGF Hyundai ,kottayam,kerala,india) a big thumps down.All the want is more cars on the road .

                in the name of HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LTD they are offering false offer letter for job and they demand security money of rs.8550 in the name of some personal persons account of PNB(a/c-[protected].name-sandip kumar).the person who come in the contact with mob no is SUBHASH HARSHVARDHAN,mo-[protected],[protected],they are just making fool and playing with the emotions of the job seekers who r in deep trouble,and frustated about their future and trying their best to get job.and when the call is made to the company complaint nos-[protected] and when they are come to know about this complain they dont even try to listen the problem and by hearing about the false offer letter instead of helping the person suffering from such a loss of both money and happiness of job they just dissconnect the phn without telling any thing.i am also the one who is suffering from this problem.i request to take some step against this who are playing and making fool of the person who are in great need of job.please please take some step regarding this.i am attaching the offer letter which they used to sent in mail.thanking you for your support.please dnt make this happens to other poor job seekers.help us please.

                  I have purchased new i10 magna from Asset hyundai Kanjunmarg. Pooja material especially the red Roli with which we do pooja was been provided by them which have completely damaged the color of the my white car.When contacted the delaer Asset Hyundai,their sales Executive Mr.Shreekanth became abusive and was not talking on the phone properly and said nothing can be done and threatened us to do what ever we feel like like.Also during the deliver time they collected 151/- from us for which the receipt was not provide.

                    i have having getz 1.1 gle purchased around july end thirty five years back from showroom at ratnagiri
                    we are having service station at chiplun
                    their is heavy rainfall around 350cm in chiplun
                    i informed service station at chiplun that i need viper (both)with arm unit
                    for last one week they are not getting it anywhere
                    i can not drive car for last one week as this is rainy season

                      i have purchased Hyundai i10 1.2 kappa2 from B.M.Hyundai . when i ask them abt averages they told me that 1.2 kappa2 is latest engine and it will give average 19-21, but now my car is 4 month old and runs 3500 k.m , but its giving average of 10.50/p.km, i have chek it with hyundai service station at bhuj @1000 k.m , they told that after one service it will give good average. butt till its not giving average. as per thy stated me . now what to do?

                        I purchased Hyundai Accent 2 years ago with the extended warranty of 3 years, after just 6700 km I am facing issues with fuel pump and not getting any service for the fault for which there is a warranty, fuel is not passing to the engine and sometimes car doesn't start, it indicates that everything is fine including the self, its only fuel is not going to engine.

                          Dammaged i-10 sold to me by Nimbus Hyundai and Mr. Rochak Rawat [protected]@hmil.net
                          of customer care at Delhi office at Mohon Nagar refuses to listen to me. The dammage was underneath and no customer can see that. It came to light only after 2400 Km when the car started making rattling noises. Mr. Rawat replies ot my complaints only that it is not a manufacturing defect... He is not listening what I am saying.

                          As it is , Hyundai cars are not value for money, keys are ugly, Nimbus dealer in Noida does not honour the guarnatee and Customer care is shameful. They are just a show piece.

                          GUY, always look the UNDERNEATH OF YOUR CAR BEFORE BUYING!
                          AVOID HYUNDAI...and if you must....AVOID NIMBUS MOTOS; NOIDA AND GHAIABAD AT ALL COSTS....

                          PLEASE WRITE SUPPORTING LETTERS FOR ME TO THIS GUY ROCHAK AND ASK HIM TO JUSTIFY HIS SALARY FROM HYUNDAI.

                            Today when i started my Hyundia i10 there was a heavy leakage of fule, when i checked the engine the fuel pipe was leaking, a local mechanic told me that its due to rat bite,
                            When i called the service station, they said that it is possible and not covered in insurance
                            The leakage of fuel could cause fire in the car

                              I am the owner of santro car and is being currently serviced by Hyundai Motor Plaza at cotton green, reay road, Mumbai.

                              I had given my car for minor fixes and when the car was returned, it started overheating. To my surprise the car in the initial incident had been fixed with the parts which were not related to the complaints.

                              After a day the car started overheating and when i sent the car back i was told that another part needs to be replaced and additional cost of 10 k has to be borne.

                              This is the second instance from the same service centre happening to me wherein the car is returned back with additional complaints.

                              Please convey this message to the service centre and also if possible, tell me a way out of this mess as none of the Customer complaints are handled properly by the service centre.

                                When i had clocked 24k KMs on my car i felt the clutch was too hard and taken it for servicing (DSC). Engineers there replaced the cable and said it should be fine now, after a week i experienced the same and i approached them again, this time they said that i have to replace the clutch plate. My warranty was still place , it was just 1.5 years since i have bought he vehicle and clocked 24kms. DSC and HMP said that the part cannot be covered under warranty and i have to replace it, my only question was if i have to replace the clutch plate at 24K km, then should i change the complete engine by 50K KM??..is that the quality of vehicle/parts that hyundai produces??..i have got several feedback calls from DSC and HMP and i have shared the same, with very limited action from them so far.

                                Hyundai i10 Magna — automatically switched on

                                I bought I10 Magna model before 2 months ago, and d night before yesterday the car was parked as usual, at 1 AM due to some shot circuit in the car Car started burn, after starting burning car automatically started and move , headlights got ON, Horn also... This was a horrible experience, its like tarzan wonder car... so d car got wall. but the engine fully burnt, so we call fire brigrade.

                                Hyundai i10 Magna — Mileage

                                I bought a i10 Magna and was told about 14 KMPL Mileage. I have never crossed 8 KMPL on my i10.
                                Have not been receiving any kind of positive response from the dealer
                                Hyundai is very poor in mileage (petrol) and the most of the dealers are arrogant and useless. I almost finalized i10 and then went ahead with Maruti Ritz just because of the stupid and irresponsible behaviour of the sales people. Maruti delears are well behaved since Maruti has stringent monitoring & feedback system from customers.
                                Firstly, milage is definitely an issue, unless u drive between 60-80 kph.
                                secondly, CLutch-plate is a common problem in i-10. My car has run 24, 500 km. I had changed clutch wire @ 17k km.
                                I had gone inside th workshop are... and inspected the same and spoke to the mechanic attending to my car. As per him he recieved 80% of complaints on i-10 w.r.t clutch plates. He ASSURED ME that i have 2 replace the new clutch plate by 30k km.
                                Totally agree. I have a i-10 1.2 kappa, 2009 model. It hardly gives 13-14 km per lt even on free drive. I am from Delhi. The fuel tank finishes almost half by the time i reach greater noida from dwarka.

                                Hyundai i10 Magna — exchange bonus pending

                                I have bought i10 magna in dec 10 form paraskar auto world pvt.ltd.Akola & invoice date is 30/12/2010.I have submitted transfer documents of my old car to paraskar on 24th of Jan 2010 which is before one month as per information given by dealer.Dispite of that till date not recived exchange bonus & not recived any communication. My complient no.[protected].

                                  They are playing with human emotions and cheating people who are waiting for their dream jobs desperately.....

                                  This is to show how unfair trade practices are being by the Dealers and Financers and how a comman man has to suffer on their fake commitments


                                  I had booked a Hyundai Verna 1.6 Diesel Top model (Manual) with M/s Pioneer Hyuandai ( MRG Auto ) Ludhiana vide cheque no 344030 Dt 16.05.11 Amounted Rs 50000/- ( Fifty Thousand only ) as booking amount Which got en cashed on 18.05.11

                                  The car was to be financed through HDFC bank for a loan amount of Rs 870000/- in the name of M/s Kishan Dass Kishore Kumar,All the documents were completed and case was processed Through M/s Balaji Finance, Bhoglan Road , Near Anand Palace, Rajpura
                                  At the time of booking The financer and pioneer staff committed to deliver the vehicle in the month of May itself to get the deal executed
                                  I Insisted to get the receipt of the booking amount I paid but I was told that since it being cheque in the name of Company, Your money is safe and you needn’t worry in this regard and the receipt will be sent to you after your cheque gets encashed
                                  On 31st of may I gave a call to Mr. Naresh Ahuja, So called MD of M/s Balaji Finance for the status of the car delivery who assured me of the delivery of vehicle within Two – Three days as the car was in TRANSIT from the company works to Dealer showroom
                                  And he also assured me that he can even provide me with all vehicle details such as Engine no And Chassis Number which made me more excited and relaxed that New car will soon be arriving at our home
                                  The commitments made to me were so exciting that I could not think of being cheated
                                  Well, as the time changes it is said that people do change and as well as their words and the commitments of Delivery of car in MAY Month changed to the first week of June which had to be waited for no other solution.
                                  Since I was finally committed to get the car positively by the first week of June I sold my present car on 4th June at a price I got as I was in a hurry to sell the same and to get in the new one in that place
                                  Since My Job requires extensive traveling to our respective customers and suppliers I used to hire a taxi from the market so as business may not get effected a lot

                                  All my dreams of New car came Sour when the GM Of Pioneer Hyundai stated that They are not having any booking in the very name as on date as I made a bit of quarrel and lots of pressure to get the receipt I was mailed with a receipt of Rs 50000/- about a month later

                                  This whole thing harassed me a lot and also put me under depression that I may have to live without a car for an unknown period,
                                  As it is very well known that summers are on and schools have declared holidays , Children and family are excited about going away in the vacations and I had promised to take them to Manali and also to other places on weekends these vacations of course on The New car

                                  But all the charms are turning sour as the commitments are standing no where and are slipping to more forward and the last commitment was of 17 th June which also seems to be fake commitment

                                  One of my friends advised me that the financer and the dealers all are working for money and it is not a big game that your car would have been sold on black as your booking is already there about month old and now the car being much in demand and the approx Premium ( BLACK ) is Rs 50000/-
                                  This whole thing made me a lot depressed and sad when I finally planned and visited PIONEER HYUNDAI where I had a new story to listen that

                                  I was shocked and stunned what a fool am I being made of , Any how controlling my senses I asked what are you talking sir, I have and advance booking amount of Rs 50000/- vide cheque no 344030 encashed on 18.05.11 on to this the whole scenario was changed and in reply he said that we now require full and final payment for car On to this I spoke to the bank and they said that your amount is ready and we need the confirmation of car from the dealer so as their funds may be transferred on to this I received a more shocking answer That your car will be booked after full and final payment and it will take another one month for delivery of car

                                  Now I would like to know the several things

                                  How can they play with others sentiments and desires??
                                  What is the fun of making bookings if they have not to deliever the vehicle
                                  What is the idea of making false commitments
                                  Isn’t there any law to have a check on these black marketers


                                  I expect that you will allow me the full justice considering all my pains I had to bear and the losses I had input due to the non availability of car and valuable vacations of innocent children and family dreams and finally deliver me the car of my and my family dreams

                                  Such people should immidiately be dragged to the court
                                  SUCH DEALERS ARE REALLY BLACK SPOT ON COMPANY NAME AS THEY ARE BLACK MARKETERS

                                    mu name is raju i have purchased santro xing reg no-up 85 AA 2330
                                    in dec 2010 and i have to go for there servicing in hyundai service center
                                    of merut road ghazibad and i tell him that our gear system for reverse the car not working properly and there is a leakage if oil from engine side i an asking the floor manager to check it but he says this is happened in new car and gear is ok than i will go to another service center he will check the car there is a nut looses from engine side and they charged me for pay that oil which had been leaked
                                    due to this hyundai service center i have pay that money and for gear they are not check i know gear box is not in warranty but why they told that gear is ok if there will be creating a large demage who is responsible for that please it is a request to take aciton immediate otherwise shut down that srevice center if they are not liable to customer satisfaction

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I bought the TV of Hyundai company in the month of Sept.'11. VEry next month we had a problem that TV volume is so high on just point-1. So we have logged complain for the same. But no solution till Jan.'11. So we thought that Hyundai is a multinational company so it will take 2-3 months time. Again since last one week we could not start our TV. So we logged in complain with no.-RAJ[protected]. On wednesday I got the message that your complaint will be serviced by our engineer Mr. Jitubhai and his contact number is [protected], And I am trying to call him since last Thursaday but either his no. is not reachable or no reply from his side. Today after a week I could talk with him & he told me that Mahuva town is not in my service area andYou have to talk with Ashvinbhai and his contact no. is [protected]. So I called him and he replied that I have to log in new complain. As the old complain is login with Mr.Jitubhai so he could not service on them. Meanwhile today I called Mr.Dilip Tosniwal on his cell no. [protected] for the said complain. He replied that you just SMS me your complain no. I will check for the same & replied. I have forwardd the message to him on his cell no. and at that time to till now he is not receiveing my phone.

                                      Require needful action from yourside & from Company side. And within 9-10 months time why it has happen that even could not start TV ????So strange that we are going with a huge Brand name company and facing such a problem...
