Too much issue regarding repair work and non cooperation from staff...shifting responsiblity to one another...

We had an accident in august nad aproched the dealer from where we purchsed but they said that there might be 3 month time to procure parts and assemble them.and they advised for rudrapur and when we approched rudrapur then they misinformed everything and now after months informed that parts are not available and takes more time.
I talked today to body workshop manager rudrpur, he told me that the parts come from chennai and takes...

Given accidental Creta car for repaitring, Fitting and finishing of parts under warranty is not up to the mark its look like damaged car or 2nd hand car not looking like warranty car tbough we informed them twice for that but not satisfied with quality of their fitting...

This is to bring to your notice that I bought my Hyundai car- Elite i-20- Sports (o) model in February 2015 from Mukesh Hyundai. My engine no- G4LAFM542103. My chassis no- MALBM51BLFM059232*A. My vehicle registration no- WB02AG6290...Since then I have been straddled with one problem after the other.

Till today, ie, 02/09/2021, I have sent my car 19 times for servicing to hyundai service...

1. I purchased my verna on 13 october 2018 and i was given 3 year unlimited warranty at that time, but i was shocked to know that my warranty expired on 30 June 2018....
