        I wish to inform that last month I have purchased a new HUNDAI venue, WB02AR3901, my 1st service was due on this month. when i went to Gajraj Hyundai, Saltlake branch for servicing, they asked me to have rust coating under the car and said Rs 3400 will be charged approx. and it will be done after proper cleaning and washing to car. when i came back to take my car after 3 hrs, i was surprised to see that the car was not washed or cleaned under neth. and the coating was done over the dust. when i raised the complain, they gave a free washing voucher and a discount of Rs 300 to compensate on it stating their water jet was not working.

        when i checked the car a nail was found in one of the tyre. on request they remove the nail which was almost 2 inch big. i asked them to check the tyre if it has been damaged, they checked and said it is everything ok. but when i returned home i found the tyre was leaking and it was punctured. i have to replace with the reserve tyre.

        my question is that how such a big brand like hyundai can be so liberal or non professional with their work. i am highly dis satisfied the way i was handled and the kind of third class service was given to me. we send our car to your work shop thinking what ever is damaged or not working properly would be rectified, but here they have just made formalities and no proper service was given. i want a written explanation of the work done by your end and on the punctured tyre why it was not checked properly and rectified.

          TN29 BT 5108 Hectic service from golden hyundai salem pls find the details below

          1) 12/3/2021 went for oil service Himavasani Dharmapuri in 65000KM i find no issuses with the vehicle

          2)within 5000km I felt smoking complaint as per service advice from golden hyundai, Vehicle reached service center on 23/8/2021 and they confirmed vehicle ready for delivery on 24/8/2021 and charged me Rs.8021/-
          4) I took the delivey and traveled 50 km and felt uncomfortable with the vehicle 1)vizel noice in the engine 2) pick up (vehicle pulling power is completely low. service team delivered the vehicle with this compliant. wiht out proper notice
          5) 24/8/2021 called the serrvice adviser he didnt picked up the call
          and 25/8/21 again i called him he said driver not available to pickup the vehicle thy took delivery on 26/8/2021 11.20 am
          6) fisrt he said ingector compliant and charges would be 6000 it was done outside the service center without our confirmation.
          7) after completing it, the team said prolem not arrested we need to open the oil shield and infomed us bearring was broken.
          8) every time i do services only with Hyundai service center pls chech your service history b
          golden hyundai service team not analasing the exact pproblem but assuming r this may be the problem and collecting additinal service chareges from the customer

            I am very disappointed for being a hyundai customer due to bad service done by the company here in "Ka Shillong Hyundai" Mawiong, Shillong Meghalaya. They never respond properly and they never take things seriously. I order some parts of my vehicle till now i couldn't get its nearly one year. And when i go for servicing I'm not satisfied with what they've done.

                  I have I20 sports model it was gave to Fpl hyundai service center at chennai on 31.08.2021for some issues the follows
                  1) General services,
                  2) Front side right mirror not work
                  3) Rain water inlet to ingine through left wipe
                  4) Reverse Horn not work
                  5) Head light loose contacts
                  Etc.,
                  After four days it was delivered to me on 03.09.2021 But they have done only general service others not fulfilled and they said related spares not available now next what to do

                      We had an accident in august nad aproched the dealer from where we purchsed but they said that there might be 3 month time to procure parts and assemble them.and they advised for rudrapur and when we approched rudrapur then they misinformed everything and now after months informed that parts are not available and takes more time.
                      I talked today to body workshop manager rudrpur, he told me that the parts come from chennai and takes alot time .
                      And when i required nomber of senier member or dealer owner then he refused.
                      I CA naryaan chand practising at rudrapur khatima very unhappy at service level and will also share the same to the general public

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          This is to bring to your notice that I bought my Hyundai car- Elite i-20- Sports (o) model in February 2015 from Mukesh Hyundai. My engine no- G4LAFM542103. My chassis no- MALBM51BLFM059232*A. My vehicle registration no- WB02AG6290...Since then I have been straddled with one problem after the other.

                          Till today, ie, 02/09/2021, I have sent my car 19 times for servicing to hyundai service station for myriad problems. It is very unfortunate that a reputed company like Hyundai company does inappropriate things like selling defective products to unsuspecting customers. i have suffered immense psychological trauma due to my decision to believe in Hyundai. I would like a full evaluation and apology from your company for the state of your undelivered promises

                            I have been using hyundai verna RJ18 CC 6333 from Oct 2018 and i was very much satishfied with overall performance but from last month i am completely shocked and my opinion towards hyundai is completely changed due to below mentioned reasons-

                            1. I purchased my verna on 13 october 2018 and i was given 3 year unlimited warranty at that time, but i was shocked to know that my warranty expired on 30 June 2018. How can it be possible. Due to this I had to extend my warranty after paying 22000/- because there was some problem in engine and i was asked to extend my warranty as it was expiring on 30 june 2021.
                            It is completely unbelievable that how can my warranty expire before 3 years. Due to this i had to go through depression. I am shocked.(Documents related to delivery and first insurance are attached along with this email)

                            2. Secondly I came to know that there is some problem in Part of engine in the manufacturing itself. Then why did not the company called back the vehicle and replacement has to be done before only. But company kept silent and i had to bear all the pain.

                            Kindly refund my money of warranty back along with suitable compensation urgently so that i may not be compelled to believe that hyundai is no longer customer friendly.

                                VERY BAD EXPERIENCE REGARDING SERVICE IN AHMEDABAD and EVEN THEY DONT EXTEND WARRANTY PERIOD DURING SUCH CORONA PANDEMIC TIMES

                                I had purchased a creta petrol car from shivalik hyundai dealer from ahmedabad. Date of registration of my car is 4/06/2018. Since then I have done regular service in bagga hyundai, chandkheda nearby to my home. I noticed some gear slip issues in 2nd gear particularly from some times, but i think that problem might not be just big and in such pandemic corona times as a doctor also it was difficult for me to get checked my car so i was unable to go to service centre..then after sometimes i went to service centre at planet hyundai, khokhra, ahmedabad for check up of my car..they check the issue and gave me estimate cost of around 40 thousand rupees for 2nd gear issue... and my car is only 3 years old and it has only 32000 km run only till now, so my concern is how come in a new car such an issue might come in the gearbox.. in such a short period of time. As I have done regular services at service centre ..this is their responsibility to diagnose such gear slip issue and they hv to solve such problem at the time of service...and I hv 2 hyundai cars in my family...but very much disappointing with service . Now they r denying to cover such issue under warranty period also.

                                During such pandemic condition even I have heard about other auto companies that they are extending warranty periods due to corona issue globally. And even government of India is also giving relaxation in so many things for this 2 years of pandemic times.
                                My complaint also was registered by planet hyundai dealer from Khokhra, which is 1-[protected].

                                  1. I have purchased one new i20 on 3.2.2021 from Balaji Hyundai, kalambagh Rd Muzaffarpur, Bihar (VIN: MALBG512LMM041554, REGD NO: BR06CN9704)

                                  2. At the time of delivery of vehicle, l have told the dealer that wonder warranty should be 5 years . The dealer replied that paper has been already prepared and it has been done for 3 years by mistake, it will be rectified very soon.

                                  3.Dealer has also send mail to Hyundai company that by mistake, invoice has been Punch/generated for 3 years. ( copy attached)

                                  4. After that I have told the dealer as well as Hyundai company several times through phone and Whatsapp message for 5 year wonder warranty but in vain. I have also contacted Hyundai CC through mail and phone many times but no fruitful result.

                                  It is requested kindly to look into the matter and pass necessary order for providing me 5 year wonder warranty instead of 3 years which has wrongly been Punch by Dealer /company.

                                      Given my vehicle for Accidental Repairs on 22-07-21 for rear bumper, LHS tail light and quarter panel repair, committed delivery date was 05 -08-21. Upon asking on 06-08-21 they responded that after releasing DO from insurance company they will handover vehicle. I enquired from insurance company surveyor and he confirmed that the DO was already released on 03-08-21 which I conveyed after which they confirmed to pick vehicle at 02:00 PM on 06-08-21. Upon reaching there I found that the work was incomplete and my AC was not working which was not part of repair and diesel was near to empty, screws of rear bumper was loose, reflector of bumper was loose, back gear sensors were not working. I had to get all this work done by standing there.
                                      MY CAR's AC IS STILL NOT WORKING, ON 29-08-21 UPON REACHING AT SERVICE CENTRE THEY RELEASED MY CAR AC'S GAS, AND TOLD ME TO GET IT CHECKED NEXT DAY, TODAY THEY PICKED MY VEHICLE TO CHECK AND CONVEYED OVER PHONE THAT ONE PIPE IS DAMAGED. BUT AT THE TIME OF HANDOVER MY AC WAS WORKING PERFECTLY. THEY ARE ASKING RS.4500/- + GST FOR REPAIRS.
                                      MY CONCERN IS THAT MY CAR'S AC WAS DAMAGED BY THEM BY MISUSING MY VEHICLE WHICH IS NOT WORKING NOW.
