I purchased the car on 17 Sep 21. On 22 sep the clutch plate burnt . How this is possible and why should I accept this. I made the entire payment so change my car. I am suffering huge mental problem with in 4 days of purchase it is showing defective manufacturing.

No body from company is talking properly on this matter and they are very arrogant..

    I have purchased new brand card in Jan 2019, all trailing service has been done regularly in Hyundai Service station as per schedule ( free and paid both). Yesterday My car AC was failure because of Cooling coil leakage while I was roaming with my family.
    Nearer service center( just 45 km) contacted and his reply was that car might be put in work shop for 3-4 days to claim part as per warranty policy.

    I was not in position to place my car in workshop because of my family was along with me and I was 800+ kms away from my home town.

    I have got it done ok by local mechanic by cash paid within half day.
    My reliability to Hyundai is now lower for this incident.
    Money is not matter- Failure of part because of not cared it during regular service by Authorized service station personnel.

    If they was took care for proper cleaning of dirty parts during service, this was not happened on road side.

      Dear sir,
      We have booked 02 nos of new hyundai aura s cng cars on 16/06/2021 at NAVJIVAN hyundai, ADAJAN, surat, Gujarat and the showroom sales dept assured us for delivering the said vehicles on or before 60days after the booking date.

      Now it is almost 110 days completed after booking till we did not get our car. We have completed all formalities at showroom level and also at Bank level for the car loan but we only get reassurance only.

      But when will we get our car we don't know.

      This is the worst experience ever faced by us while purchasing a new cars.

      Please do needful for this matter.

        I have booked hyundai creta Diesel version E variant colour Titan grey on January 2021 till now no phone call from either the marketing executive nor from the showroom side, only when I visit the show room they are telling some silly execuses and now they are telling colour does not exists do what you can I have nothing more to do so just to remind you a gentle answer from the company side or else I have no other option to move to the court of law

          No service has been made to my car and payment has been taken from me I visited again and complaint it regarding the same which they took 2 days to resolve and still washing not done for my car and a new problem has been made in the car by the staff of mr Hyundai service centre people . No communication has been made to me for the issue and overall a bad experience . I am never gonna visit it again . Bad service .

            We have booked 02 nos hyundai aura s cng cars on 16/06/2021 at hyundai showroom ( navjivan hyundai, adajan, surat) and the delivery they assured within 60 days but we have been getting only reassurance but did not get the delivery of the car yet.

            The show room personnel are not in position to answer about the correct date for the same.

            The 60 days was completed on 16/08/2021. From this date they have been assuring us that we will get the car on next month and so on.

            Now when the next month will come we don't know.

            We have put the trust and faith on your company and the said showroom personnel but now as the responce we getting we feel that all these was our mistake and like one sided relations.

            We never think about this kind of situation where we ready to pay but can't get the car after almost double the booking period.
            We are asking to our politicians who are giving long lectures in upper and lower house of our country and make the legislations as well on consumer rights.

            Consumer rights are only looking like a jock.

              I am Shyam Kumar, owner of Hyundai Vanue S1.2. I gave my car for 2nd free service today at 10:30AM. I received it back at 05:00PM. The service was very very poor. When I received my car, there is lot of dust at everywhere in the car & inside cleaning is not done properly. The dust was on all the seats, windows, front shield gaps & rear shield gaps. Inside the engine area, no cleaning has been done. All the areas were dirty. I have faced this problem 2nd time from the same service center. It's too much disappointing after having the same poor quality service after two services in a year. I have all the pictures from all the areas in front of the Hyundai executive who drops my car. After first service when I complained, they sent me free service voucher but it's not the solution every time as they don't want to improve their service quality. It's very very poor service I have got today. I am to much disappointed.

                Myself dr deepak analdas, i booked creta basic E disel model at jp hundai Ranchi branch ratu road zarkhand, they assured me getting delivery by month end of September but failed so I cancelled my booking by 20 September, not yet I have receive my booking amount Rs 25000 to my account, plz help me otherwise legal action will taken against company

                  With extreme pain and grief i am writing today that my car broke down with same problem which occured in last month 20th Sept., then with assistance of RSA team car was dropped with nearest service centre( Name : Trend Hyundai, Mahabubnagar, Telangana- 509001 ). They have checked and conveyed that vehicle has no issue.
                  Again today it's engine stopped working during driving, after many trial it' s ignition could not start . I was going with my family, was forced to cancel my journey and faced lots of harrassment to start the engine . But it did not work . Then i dropped my family by taxi . I am facing pathetic experience of buying Hyundai Grand i10 Nios this year january .


                  I have terrible experience with Hyundai for that i will neither buy nor recommend anybody to Hyundai Car .

                      I had booked a Creta SXO AT Diesel 1.5CRDi by paying 25000 INR via Hyundai CTB platform and selected dealer as Kun Hyundai Kondapur on OCT 15th 2020.

                      Booking number: PR[protected]

                      I have submitted the request to cancel my booking to the dealer multiple times, however, they are not refunding the booking amount.

                      Its almost 12 months now and still they are not refunding

                        I have hundai i 20car. I have paying so much amount extra as service charge. Part rate is 3000 for labour charge to fit that part is 3500 means what is this going on here it's hawfull I am going to complain to consumer court against hundyai showrroms

                            महोदय मेरे पास hyundai कंपनी की दो गाड़ी है दोनों verna गाड़ी है ।महोदय बड़े खेद के साथ मुझे आपको बताना है मै जब भी अपनी गाड़ी आपके सर्विस सेंटर मैं क्लेम में देता हूं तो मुझे बहुत कष्ट उठाना पड़ता है, इससे पहले जुलाई 2021 में मैंने अपनी वरना गाड़ी जो दो तरफ से डेंट थी, उसके डेंट पेंट में आपके क्लेम विभाग ने मुझे इतना दौड़ाया और इतना इंतजार करा आया मैं जिसकी व्याख्यान नहीं कर सकता हूं ।उस समय मैं असमर्थ था और थोड़ा व्यस्व्स्त होने के कारण होने के कारण मैंने इसे टालमटोल कर दिया। परंतु महोदय अब मेरी एक दूसरी गाड़ी गाड़ी संख्या यूके 07 डीवाई 710 0 है। इस पर गाड़ी के आगे की साइड एक बड़ा सा खरोच आ गई है पता है आता है अतः आज मैं आपके नजदीकी सर्विस सेंटर ढाबी, मैं गाड़ी लेकर गया क्लेम के लिए पहले तो महोदय इन लोगों ने मुझे बहुत घुमाया क्योंकि वहां पर क्लेम विभाग कि कोई भी कर्मचारी मौजूद नहीं था ।फिर जब एक व्यक्ति आता है तो बड़े अभद्र भाषा में कहता है एक 2 महीने के लिए गाड़ी छोड़ दीजिए फिर बताएंगे और मुझे जाने के लिए बोल दिया महोदय मुझे लगता है जिस तरह का मेरी गाड़ी में एक छोटा सा नुकसान है उसके लिए इतना लंबा समय का इंतजार उचित नहीं है और आप अकेले विभाग स्पष्टता बताते भी नहीं है कि क्यों इतना समय लग रहा है मैं बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूं, आपकी hyundai

                              मैने अक्टूबर 2017 में नेक्स्ट जेनरेशन वर्ना ली, और आज की डेट में वो सिर्फ 3769 किलो मीटर ही चली है, मैने उसे अभी अगस्त 2021 में हंस हुंडई में सर्विंग के लिए दी, उसके बाद कर में प्रॉबलम हुई तो फिर से उसे सर्विस सेंटर ले कर गई तो पता चला कि स्टीयरिंग की मोटर खराब है। आपका प्रोडक्ट इतना खराब है कि सिर्फ 3769 किलो मीटर में ही उसकी मोटर खराब हो गई। या तो मुझे प्रोडक्ट रिपाल्स करके दिया जाए या फिर उसके है खराब पार्ट को रिप्लेस करके दिया जाए। कर की गियर शिफ्टिंग में भी दिक्कत है। Really it's to much poor product.

                                I’m Amartya Datta and I have purchased the 'New Verna SX Turbo Automatic' last year in June. Due to heavy rainfall in Kolkata, I've met with an accident and my car got water-logged. The incident occurred in July, I toed the vehicle to Saini Hyundai as Mukesh Hyundai refused to receive the car in their workshop which was nearest to the location of the incident. However, it has been 2 months since I’m waiting for the replacement of the parts yet I have failed to receive it due to the unavailability of stock. We bought the car for my mother as she is a health worker and during covid we wanted her to travel safe, yet after 2 months, there is no progress with the situation and the car is sitting idle in the workshop without any reason and is waiting just for the parts to arrive without any proper ETA. How long shall I have to wait for the car to be fixed? as I'm really in a need of a car right now.

                                I have bought the vehicle because of the trust I had for Hyundai. I’m now regretting my decision on buying an automatic, as, during the time of purchase, no one mentioned that it would be of any issue, but after the water-logging situation, staff at Mukesh Hyundai is saying that I shouldn’t have bought the automatic version as there is no proper support. I desperately need someone's help to resolve the situation and want to know how long will it take to fix the car and upon that the workshop said that there is still no 100% guarantee that once the parts arrive, the car would be fixed. I'm still paying my EMIs but have not been able to drive my car for 2 months now. If Hyundai is selling an automatic, I would expect that they have the same strong support as any other cars that they sell.

                                My humble request to anyeone who is reading this that, you see the matter closely and help me resolve the situation as earliest as possible. It would be a great help and my faith in Hyundai will be restored.

                                  After repeated reminders for regular service from your Miyapur service center, today morning went for service, in the service center entry I told for service, he allowed me to go, in the reception they were so busy could not look at me for few minutes and finally asked and told that I have come for service, then she asked me entry slip which I did not get from the entry point. Then she entered all the particulars and asked me to wait and after some time a worker came and took my key and no one turned for about 45 minutes. Then I reminded reception busy people, and they called somebody. Since my insurance time is getting expired I thought I can claim for small scratches and traffic dents. He said we don't have tie-up with your insurance company, hence it takes a week for us to complete the process and work. Then I decided to go for other alternative and complete the regular service, then I noticed my pen which I kept on the seat along with the service book is missed. When I asked they said we will give you some other pen instead of finding out atleast. The question is not pen or you don't have tie-up with my insurance company, the kind of people you are having. And decided not come again to you. Previously also similar kind of experience.

                                      Very bad service of kamalhyundai kota raj.
                                      I left my grandi10 RJ20CE1276 at workshop on 15 Sept. for accidental repair.But they are not repaired till now due to nonavailablity of spare parts at workshop.They are indent spare parts but not received till now.
                                      Plz do needful for the same.

                                        Almost i have added .15 lack accesories at Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosapet Branch, Kukatpally Hyderabad. But few products are fake like Steering Music Control and Chrome products.

                                        Generally i wont believe outside market products and generally i went for genuine product in showroom. But showroom people also added fake productions. Please help me on this.
