Almost i have added .15 lack accesories at Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosapet Branch, Kukatpally Hyderabad. But few products are fake like Steering Music Control and Chrome products.

Generally i wont believe outside market products and generally i went for genuine product in showroom. But showroom people also added fake productions. Please help me on this....

Paint Peeling off I-20 Elite Asta Dual Tone

Hello,
I have an I-20 Elite Asta Dual Tone (White - 2017 Model). The paint had started peeling off the body just after 3.5 years o[censored]se. This is the worst quality of car paint a company like Hyundai can offer. I have already raised the issue with the company, but I am not getting any proper response. This is like, the company first sell bad quality product and then refuse to serve as the warranty period has ended.

Denied repair service by authorised service center DEEP HYUNDAI

Hyundai suv car - venue automatic, turbo petrol safety issue

I have purchased the above vehicle recently and couple of weeks back, the vehicle got stopped in the middle of the road all of a sudden and another car which was coming back of my vehicle came and hit mine and the car got damaged.

This issue was reported to Dealer (POPULAR) and HYUNDAI central team who came back and told me that there is no need of any apprehension about the safety of the vehilce and they have tested the vehicle...

Santro AC complaint

Sir,
I am the owner of Santro sportz purchased in July 2020, within 1 year the AC of vehicle starting cutting off automatically while showing the problem in your service centre the staff told me that the parts of AC are of old model due to which the problem arises. This is the default of Company kindly remove the part free of cost as it is the problem of Company.

Regarding warranty claim

Respected sir/madam
I have purchased a hyundai car on august 2020 {hyundai grand i10 nios}, vin no.MALB351CLLM065706
AS01EL4330 .
And recently have been facing serious issues in my suspension setup and my car is in warranty .
I am very unhappy to inform you that i have visited the hyundai service center but they are not attending my problem . They lie about this tiny thing saying they have repaired the problem...

Delay in providing proper service

We had given our car(i20) for regular servicing on 6th September in Hyundai's Udyambag Showroom, we were aware that there was damage to the tyre arm of the left side, due to heavy rain as the car had hit a pot hole.

Regarding refund booking amount

We had booked a car from your dealer shakun hundai bharatpur (rajasthan) on dated 27.08.2021 against receipt no. 3213 an amount of 11000/. But due to some problem we would not purchase the vehicle. Now we are demanding our booking amount back from your dealer. your dealer is not giving back our refund of total rs. 11000/-.he is demanding 3000/- for processing charges. Cancellation charges mafia kun hyundai dealer

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the booking for hyundai venue from your company,

I made a booking on the 20th of august, and paid a total amount of Rs.10000

As they made cancellation charges and received only 7000/-

Problem with ECM after 65k run

My I10 2010 is showing error in ECM . While looking online for the issue found that this is one of common problem with Hyundai i10 . Since this is most common problem, i am sure this is making issue in car.

And should be fixed by Hyundai, I do not want to invest 40K in car, for the problem which is manufacturing defect....

Water drops seepage inside the door panel

Rusting in my 2016 Creta both front doors

I have purchased Hyundai Creta in 2016, and my car's both front door top portion getting rusted just below the rubber beading. As it is only 5 year old car, I don't expect this to happen and which is worrying me a lot and feels discomfort on the quality of the Hyundai product. Poor service quality and customer response

I have hyundai Xcent car model XS year 2014 with vehicle no DL10CS3746 purchased from Charu Motors moti nagar delhi. My car is being service in routine from their workshop only.
