    I had booked a Creta SXO AT Diesel 1.5CRDi by paying 25000 INR via Hyundai CTB platform and selected dealer as Kun Hyundai Kondapur on OCT 15th 2020.

    Booking number: PR[protected]

    I have submitted the request to cancel my booking to the dealer multiple times, however, they are not refunding the booking amount.

    Its almost 12 months now and still they are not refunding

      I have hundai i 20car. I have paying so much amount extra as service charge. Part rate is 3000 for labour charge to fit that part is 3500 means what is this going on here it's hawfull I am going to complain to consumer court against hundyai showrroms

          महोदय मेरे पास hyundai कंपनी की दो गाड़ी है दोनों verna गाड़ी है ।महोदय बड़े खेद के साथ मुझे आपको बताना है मै जब भी अपनी गाड़ी आपके सर्विस सेंटर मैं क्लेम में देता हूं तो मुझे बहुत कष्ट उठाना पड़ता है, इससे पहले जुलाई 2021 में मैंने अपनी वरना गाड़ी जो दो तरफ से डेंट थी, उसके डेंट पेंट में आपके क्लेम विभाग ने मुझे इतना दौड़ाया और इतना इंतजार करा आया मैं जिसकी व्याख्यान नहीं कर सकता हूं ।उस समय मैं असमर्थ था और थोड़ा व्यस्व्स्त होने के कारण होने के कारण मैंने इसे टालमटोल कर दिया। परंतु महोदय अब मेरी एक दूसरी गाड़ी गाड़ी संख्या यूके 07 डीवाई 710 0 है। इस पर गाड़ी के आगे की साइड एक बड़ा सा खरोच आ गई है पता है आता है अतः आज मैं आपके नजदीकी सर्विस सेंटर ढाबी, मैं गाड़ी लेकर गया क्लेम के लिए पहले तो महोदय इन लोगों ने मुझे बहुत घुमाया क्योंकि वहां पर क्लेम विभाग कि कोई भी कर्मचारी मौजूद नहीं था ।फिर जब एक व्यक्ति आता है तो बड़े अभद्र भाषा में कहता है एक 2 महीने के लिए गाड़ी छोड़ दीजिए फिर बताएंगे और मुझे जाने के लिए बोल दिया महोदय मुझे लगता है जिस तरह का मेरी गाड़ी में एक छोटा सा नुकसान है उसके लिए इतना लंबा समय का इंतजार उचित नहीं है और आप अकेले विभाग स्पष्टता बताते भी नहीं है कि क्यों इतना समय लग रहा है मैं बहुत परेशान हो चुका हूं, आपकी hyundai

            मैने अक्टूबर 2017 में नेक्स्ट जेनरेशन वर्ना ली, और आज की डेट में वो सिर्फ 3769 किलो मीटर ही चली है, मैने उसे अभी अगस्त 2021 में हंस हुंडई में सर्विंग के लिए दी, उसके बाद कर में प्रॉबलम हुई तो फिर से उसे सर्विस सेंटर ले कर गई तो पता चला कि स्टीयरिंग की मोटर खराब है। आपका प्रोडक्ट इतना खराब है कि सिर्फ 3769 किलो मीटर में ही उसकी मोटर खराब हो गई। या तो मुझे प्रोडक्ट रिपाल्स करके दिया जाए या फिर उसके है खराब पार्ट को रिप्लेस करके दिया जाए। कर की गियर शिफ्टिंग में भी दिक्कत है। Really it's to much poor product.

              I’m Amartya Datta and I have purchased the 'New Verna SX Turbo Automatic' last year in June. Due to heavy rainfall in Kolkata, I've met with an accident and my car got water-logged. The incident occurred in July, I toed the vehicle to Saini Hyundai as Mukesh Hyundai refused to receive the car in their workshop which was nearest to the location of the incident. However, it has been 2 months since I’m waiting for the replacement of the parts yet I have failed to receive it due to the unavailability of stock. We bought the car for my mother as she is a health worker and during covid we wanted her to travel safe, yet after 2 months, there is no progress with the situation and the car is sitting idle in the workshop without any reason and is waiting just for the parts to arrive without any proper ETA. How long shall I have to wait for the car to be fixed? as I'm really in a need of a car right now.

              I have bought the vehicle because of the trust I had for Hyundai. I’m now regretting my decision on buying an automatic, as, during the time of purchase, no one mentioned that it would be of any issue, but after the water-logging situation, staff at Mukesh Hyundai is saying that I shouldn’t have bought the automatic version as there is no proper support. I desperately need someone's help to resolve the situation and want to know how long will it take to fix the car and upon that the workshop said that there is still no 100% guarantee that once the parts arrive, the car would be fixed. I'm still paying my EMIs but have not been able to drive my car for 2 months now. If Hyundai is selling an automatic, I would expect that they have the same strong support as any other cars that they sell.

              My humble request to anyeone who is reading this that, you see the matter closely and help me resolve the situation as earliest as possible. It would be a great help and my faith in Hyundai will be restored.

                After repeated reminders for regular service from your Miyapur service center, today morning went for service, in the service center entry I told for service, he allowed me to go, in the reception they were so busy could not look at me for few minutes and finally asked and told that I have come for service, then she asked me entry slip which I did not get from the entry point. Then she entered all the particulars and asked me to wait and after some time a worker came and took my key and no one turned for about 45 minutes. Then I reminded reception busy people, and they called somebody. Since my insurance time is getting expired I thought I can claim for small scratches and traffic dents. He said we don't have tie-up with your insurance company, hence it takes a week for us to complete the process and work. Then I decided to go for other alternative and complete the regular service, then I noticed my pen which I kept on the seat along with the service book is missed. When I asked they said we will give you some other pen instead of finding out atleast. The question is not pen or you don't have tie-up with my insurance company, the kind of people you are having. And decided not come again to you. Previously also similar kind of experience.

                    I left my grandi10 RJ20CE1276 at workshop on 15 Sept. for accidental repair.But they are not repaired till now due to nonavailablity of spare parts at workshop.They are indent spare parts but not received till now.
                    Plz do needful for the same.

                      Almost i have added .15 lack accesories at Lakshmi Hyundai, Moosapet Branch, Kukatpally Hyderabad. But few products are fake like Steering Music Control and Chrome products.

                      Generally i wont believe outside market products and generally i went for genuine product in showroom. But showroom people also added fake productions. Please help me on this.

                        Hello,
                        I have an I-20 Elite Asta Dual Tone (White - 2017 Model). The paint had started peeling off the body just after 3.5 years o[censored]se. This is the worst quality of car paint a company like Hyundai can offer. I have already raised the issue with the company, but I am not getting any proper response. This is like, the company first sell bad quality product and then refuse to serve as the warranty period has ended.

                        At the end, I got the response from company to bear only 60% cost of Paint job, rest has to be borne by the owner himself. I didn't bought a premium car only to pay for Paint Job which is due to the bad quality products used by Hundai.

                        I am so disappointed. I was about to upgrade my I-20 to New Creta, but I will have to revisit my decision.

                        Any help in the matter is welcome.

                          I am (Dr.M.M.Nomani) owner of i20 MH20EE2349' Residing in Beed Maharashtra . My i20 car damaged from front in last month. I have repeatedly contacted to DEEP HYUNDAI BEED. They denied repair service due to un availability of parts. For 1& 1/2 month i have repeatedly visited the service center. Initially they told me to wait for 1month than 1 week than again they are telling me to wait for 1 month. Not given any acknowledgement to my visits.

                          I am very surprised and feel hurted. Today also I consider the Hyundai Service as best of service, But please give me reason for why I should not change my view about Hyundai.

                            I have purchased the above vehicle recently and couple of weeks back, the vehicle got stopped in the middle of the road all of a sudden and another car which was coming back of my vehicle came and hit mine and the car got damaged.

                            This issue was reported to Dealer (POPULAR) and HYUNDAI central team who came back and told me that there is no need of any apprehension about the safety of the vehilce and they have tested the vehicle and everything is normal. Subsequently, I have asked for the copy of the test reports which they are not ready to share with me.

                            I have sent several emails to Hyundai India including the CEO but there is no response other than "regional office team will contact you".

                            I am really concerned with my case which is genuine and customers right to know what was the tests done on the vehicle.

                            My vehicle is with Dealer for the past 3 weeks as I have refused to take it back and use without getting the reports which is very important for me to avoid another safety incident and convincing my family members who are reluctuant to use the vehicle due to the above incident.

                              I am the owner of Santro sportz purchased in July 2020, within 1 year the AC of vehicle starting cutting off automatically while showing the problem in your service centre the staff told me that the parts of AC are of old model due to which the problem arises. This is the default of Company kindly remove the part free of cost as it is the problem of Company.

On 30th august 2021 i have booked verna car by the employee name pardeep kumar by giving advance of rs 15000 and receipt number is 21-22/BKNG-517 and by saying that we need car on 7th of october 2021 but your employee from last 1 month he is forcing us to buy car before time on full payment and now we got a message that your car is out of stock and you are not eligible to buy car and pardeep kumar is blackmailing as well regarding that you will not get the car so that we need strict action and need our car on time.

                                  I have purchased a hyundai car on august 2020 {hyundai grand i10 nios}, vin no.MALB351CLLM065706
                                  AS01EL4330 .
                                  And recently have been facing serious issues in my suspension setup and my car is in warranty .
                                  I am very unhappy to inform you that i have visited the hyundai service center but they are not attending my problem . They lie about this tiny thing saying they have repaired the problem but i have not seen any improvement in the suspension . It is giving sounds and i can clearly say there is something wrong with it .As my car is in warranty i expect that my problem should be solved but i have visited the service center like around 3 times but they dont respond to my problem at all .
                                  i am afraid to say that i am going to take a serious legal action about this issue with all valid documents . Its a kind request to yiu that please follow up with this problem or else i will be bound to ask a compensation for this through consumer legal steps . I request to to please resolve my issue as soon as possible, i will wait for some more days pr else i will have take an legal action on this . Hyundai being such a huge brand these type of tiny issue should be resolved as soon as possible . I boight my car from MUKESH HYUNDA GANESHGURI branch and taken it for service in the MUKESH HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION . Please get back to me as soon as possible with this issue solved . If my problem is not solved i will have to take this issue up with the names of the service head of hyundai to the consumer court and claim for compensation for my loss .Please look into this as soon as possble .

                                    We had given our car(i20) for regular servicing on 6th September in Hyundai's Udyambag Showroom, we were aware that there was damage to the tyre arm of the left side, due to heavy rain as the car had hit a pot hole.

                                    Service executive took the car and explained the process and mentioned that the part is not in stock and they would have to place an order to get and replace it and asked us not to take the car on long journey after the servicing.

                                    we were assured that the request has been placed for the part and it will be delivered within 3 days from Chennai location.

                                    we followed by after 3 days and were told it was delayed and will take another 3 days, so checked up after 3 days, got to know that request hasn't been placed for the part and it would be delayed further and it has been more than 19 days since our first discussion about the part replacement.

                                    Spoke to CRM executive member about the issue but there is still no assurance if they can get the part anytime soon and fix the problem.

                                    No one from the service branch reached out nor updated us about the delay, we follow up but there is no proper response from the executives.

                                    we are still waiting to hear back from them. we hope this forum could help expedite the process and resolve our issue.

But due to some problem we would not purchase the vehicle.                                         Purchased Creta SX model from your authorized dealer at Jammu M/s Pace Hyundai Moters, 13B/C Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 21st Nov 2020 in the name of Shubam Raina R/o Trikuta Nagar Jammu and Paid full amount of Rs15, 44, 832/-

                                        Mr Ravi Gandotra was the sales representatives of firm who informed me later on that there is refund of Rs 3500/
                                        When I approached him to collect the cheque he informed me that it needs to be renewed by the accounts branch which he will and inform me. I approached accounts branch of firm also but in vain.
                                        I approached him no of times to get my refund but he always delayed it on one pretext or other.
                                        I am left with no option but to approach you to get my refund.
