Sir,
I am the owner of Santro sportz purchased in July 2020, within 1 year the AC of vehicle starting cutting off automatically while showing the problem in your service centre the staff told me that the parts of AC are of old model due to which the problem arises. This is the default of Company kindly remove the part free of cost as it is the problem of Company.

    As i am your customer from so long but now i am very disappointed from your samta motors private limited, karnal ( haryana). On 30th august 2021 i have booked verna car by the employee name pardeep kumar by giving advance of rs 15000 and receipt number is 21-22/BKNG-517 and by saying that we need car on 7th of october 2021 but your employee from last 1 month he is forcing us to buy car before time on full payment and now we got a message that your car is out of stock and you are not eligible to buy car and pardeep kumar is blackmailing as well regarding that you will not get the car so that we need strict action and need our car on time.

      Respected sir/madam
      I have purchased a hyundai car on august 2020 {hyundai grand i10 nios}, vin no.MALB351CLLM065706
      AS01EL4330 .
      And recently have been facing serious issues in my suspension setup and my car is in warranty .
      I am very unhappy to inform you that i have visited the hyundai service center but they are not attending my problem . They lie about this tiny thing saying they have repaired the problem but i have not seen any improvement in the suspension . It is giving sounds and i can clearly say there is something wrong with it .As my car is in warranty i expect that my problem should be solved but i have visited the service center like around 3 times but they dont respond to my problem at all .
      i am afraid to say that i am going to take a serious legal action about this issue with all valid documents . Its a kind request to yiu that please follow up with this problem or else i will be bound to ask a compensation for this through consumer legal steps . I request to to please resolve my issue as soon as possible, i will wait for some more days pr else i will have take an legal action on this . Hyundai being such a huge brand these type of tiny issue should be resolved as soon as possible . I boight my car from MUKESH HYUNDA GANESHGURI branch and taken it for service in the MUKESH HYUNDAI SERVICE STATION . Please get back to me as soon as possible with this issue solved . If my problem is not solved i will have to take this issue up with the names of the service head of hyundai to the consumer court and claim for compensation for my loss .Please look into this as soon as possble .

        We had given our car(i20) for regular servicing on 6th September in Hyundai's Udyambag Showroom, we were aware that there was damage to the tyre arm of the left side, due to heavy rain as the car had hit a pot hole.

        Service executive took the car and explained the process and mentioned that the part is not in stock and they would have to place an order to get and replace it and asked us not to take the car on long journey after the servicing.

        we were assured that the request has been placed for the part and it will be delivered within 3 days from Chennai location.

        we followed by after 3 days and were told it was delayed and will take another 3 days, so checked up after 3 days, got to know that request hasn't been placed for the part and it would be delayed further and it has been more than 19 days since our first discussion about the part replacement.

        Spoke to CRM executive member about the issue but there is still no assurance if they can get the part anytime soon and fix the problem.

        No one from the service branch reached out nor updated us about the delay, we follow up but there is no proper response from the executives.

        we are still waiting to hear back from them. we hope this forum could help expedite the process and resolve our issue.

          We had booked a car from your dealer shakun hundai bharatpur (rajasthan) on dated 27.08.2021 against receipt no. 3213 an amount of 11000/. But due to some problem we would not purchase the vehicle. Now we are demanding our booking amount back from your dealer. your dealer is not giving back our refund of total rs. 11000/-.he is demanding 3000/- for processing charges. So kindly do the needful .

            Purchased Creta SX model from your authorized dealer at Jammu M/s Pace Hyundai Moters, 13B/C Gandhi Nagar Jammu on 21st Nov 2020 in the name of Shubam Raina R/o Trikuta Nagar Jammu and Paid full amount of Rs15, 44, 832/-

            Mr Ravi Gandotra was the sales representatives of firm who informed me later on that there is refund of Rs 3500/
            When I approached him to collect the cheque he informed me that it needs to be renewed by the accounts branch which he will and inform me. I approached accounts branch of firm also but in vain.
            I approached him no of times to get my refund but he always delayed it on one pretext or other.
            I am left with no option but to approach you to get my refund.

              I have done service bharat hyundai i wad given 3 minor complains pls change this parts 1 is roof light assemble dicky shocks dicky switch advisor have say ok sir same day evening advisor have call me sir we didn't have parts i said ok but when will come this parts he say 15 to 20 days i said ok after wardd no body responce me then i call to advisor he wad not lifiting my phone then i call to branch head his name is abid he say sir i will confirm with 10 mints then he was also forget me pls take immediately action on bharath hyundai advisor & branch head not good thank you.

                Dear Sir or Madam,

                This letter serves as a formal request for a full refund on the booking for hyundai venue from your company,

                I made a booking on the 20th of august, and paid a total amount of Rs.10000

                As they made cancellation charges and received only 7000/-

                I gave a query on this to issue my full repayment due to my financial issues. the branch not responding and very cheap behaviour from your company. i going to post negative comments in all socialising websites facebook, twitter and media as well about cheap behaviour of 3000/-

                I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to a full refund due to my personal financial reasons.

                Now I understand that HUYNDAI has got bad privileges and even in the future I won't book and I will make negative reviews everywhere and I won't encourage any of my references based on this.

                  My I10 2010 is showing error in ECM . While looking online for the issue found that this is one of common problem with Hyundai i10 . Since this is most common problem, i am sure this is making issue in car.

                  And should be fixed by Hyundai, I do not want to invest 40K in car, for the problem which is manufacturing defect.

                    I would like to lodge my concern in regards to my Hyndai EON car wiper problem.

                    I went to Hyndai Service Center, Tenkasi for a regular Check up of my car during very recent.

                    a)I got it replaced my head light Assy left right with a new one, and other few replacements also I did like as follows
                    b)Back boot cover hydraulic assy changed
                    c)back boot lock was having problem. So they changed that also
                    d)General check up like engine oil AC filter etc checkup and water servicing

                    I told them that I’m my wind screen water is not spraying for the wind screen however the wiper was on full operation. No problem at all.
                    They changed the hose pipes and rectified the problem of water spraying.

                    But unfortunately, when they were assembling the wiper Asst and checked my wiper was not working only water spraying Ok.

                    When I gave the wiper motor assy was working well and it wiping.

                    They tried their best but could not rectify.

                    I paid around Rs 13000 total but I’m not satisfied becoz my wiper not working and I m not able to take my car outside since it’s rainy season now here

                    I request your honour to rectify my wiper problem and I m not interested to spend Rs 4000 for the wiper motor problem now which was done by your technicians

                      I am Ranjith K Menon. purchased Hyundai Creta Ex variant from Popular Hyundai, Kuttanellur, Thrissur Kerala on 12/7/2021 with registration number KL08 BW 9081. During raining water drops seepage into the door panel of all the doors including the dicky door. Several times water drops into the space provided for concealed speaker.That apart an anonymous noise coming from the front left door and bottom of the vehicle while driving. I informed my concern to the dealer Popular Hyundai, Kuttanellur, Thrissur Kerala. They checked the doors and changed the weather stripp ( door seal) and checked the doors alignment. They also tried to clear the anonymous sound from the vehicle while driving. Even after the same the aforementioned complaint of the doors remain as such. In the scenario I am forced to place my concern before the company. I hope that, the company being a trusted one by millions of people, take necessary steps to clear the complaint or replace my vehicle.

                        I have purchased Hyundai Creta in 2016, and my car's both front door top portion getting rusted just below the rubber beading. As it is only 5 year old car, I don't expect this to happen and which is worrying me a lot and feels discomfort on the quality of the Hyundai product. Please provide your comments on the rusting of the doors, and what advise you can provide on that. Waiting for your reply..

I bought Hyundai venue Diesel sx last year from golden Hyundai.last week dpf indication was noticed.the company attended the fault and couldn't find the cause. After that the indication was not shown in the dashboard when key was inserted.the company told the symbol appear only on fault.but i am not satisfied with their reply. I am doubted the symbol DPF disabled.please clear my doubt

                            I have hyundai Xcent car model XS year 2014 with vehicle no DL10CS3746 purchased from Charu Motors moti nagar delhi. My car is being service in routine from their workshop only. I have lodged a complaint in 2019 for heavy water seepage on car floor in front and back seat. The workshop people kept the car for 2 days and than confirmed issue has been resolved. After 4-5 months again the issue emerged and water starting seeping in car. I went to workshop again and showed. They again kept car for 2 days charged Rs 1000 and confirmed that there was leakage from Car AC duct line and they have repaired it. After 20 days again same issue started and when i approached workshop they checked and said they need to keep car again for 1-2 day for checking. I agreed and asked to provide permanent solution. After 2 days i was informed that some coupling of AC drain out pipe is broken and need to be replaced. Since part is to be ordered hence it will take 4-5 days after placing order. I asked for estimate and it was given as Rs 1000/- again. I agreed and after 15 days of follow up the part came and i got call confirmation for same. I went to workshop and approached to reception and i was allocated a supervisor (Mr Rahul Thakur). He asked me the problem and i told him that it has already been registered plz check in records. He refused yo check and insisted me to confirm. Later based on my feedback without checking given me an estimate of Rs 9000/- When i got annoyed and resisted than i was asked to meet service manager or store in charge for checking the part myself. I met Service manager and i was told there is some mistake and they are not aware of any such complaints. They need to recheck my car for the issue and earlier supervisor (Mr Bhushan) has left the company hence i may connect him myself and check for whom to approach. I was kept waited for 2 hr and later i was told that AC duct pipe part is required however they need 2 days to change and check. The revised estimate was given of Rs 5, 500/- when i told i was given estimate of Rs 1000/- than they said its wring and i need to pay this amount only. Again I had to leave car in workshop and it will be returned after 2 days. To the more surprise same day in evening i received call from workshop that work is complete and car is ready. I went next day and i saw water on rear floor. I raised issue for same and I was told that it will dry itself in 4-5 days. I asked to show me the part changed so they replied it can’t be shown. After lot of argument i was assured to get floor dry but again as always car need to be left for 2-3 days. Now i have few concerns:
                            a) Is this the kind of service Hyundai provides
                            b) Is this the right treatment for customers
                            c) How do i assure that part has been changed after paying Rs 5, 500/- now as i already paid Rs 1000/- earlier also.
                            d) what is the issue arises again as twice in past

                            I had really bad and harassing service experience with this dealer.

                            I am raising my grievance and formally lodging complaint. I as a consumer expect a positive response of my issues.

                              Hello, my name is Sesha. I own a 2018 white Creta, recently started seeing an issue with the paint. The paint from the bonnet is peeling off, this is the first time I am seeing something like this. I have previously owned multiple cars and did not had any issue particularly with paint. I know that the issue has been recalled which i came to know very recently but we did not receive any communication with regards to the recall earlier. Can you please help rectify the issue.

                                This is to inform u that we have purchased a car Verna SX Diesel on 29 January 2021. I have given my car for second service at 10, 000 kms at PR Hyundai Lucknow and since then its not giving average as earlier . Cluster meter as well as fuel gage has been changed but then too average of the car is very poor .There is no proper and positive response from the service centre . I had a talk with area manager Amit kumar and service centre manager D.K .Sahu but still no positive response is there. Since last two months I have been wandering from one service centre to the other but nobody is there to help me out. And after changing various parts they are saying that we are not able to solve problem of the car and so they will be forwarding this issue to the technical team but still no revert is there. If I am driving my car for just 5 kms the meter is falling down upto 30 kms, and since then I if am paying for diesel of 1000 rs it giving a result or average of only 300 rs...I am fed up of this problem now .
                                So it is a humble request to u kindly solve this problem or replace my Verna SX UP32LY0815 with a new one or just return my money back..

                                  Dears,

                                  My car Hyundai Creta ( 2018) met an accident on 12th of sec 2021, the front portion of car ( bonnet, bumper. Headlight, engine block assembly ) was damaed and subsequently is under repair at Himigiri Hyundai Gurgaon.

                                  The entire accident was major, me and my daughter (19 years) was sitting in the front seat and was wearing seat belt, Thank God we were saved but to my disappointment the air bags of the car did not open due to some technical fault in your car. This is not expected from a reputed car manufacturing company like Hyundai.

                                  I want somebody to look into this matter and revert me personally and see what ever damages have been done should be taken care.

                                      I Narendra Bhandari owner of Grand i10 sportz car vehicle number GJ15CD8762 Gave my Car for service on date 01/09/2021 to till date. I regularly follow up for my completion of car service, but he told me to give my car on 21/09/2021. Today one of your employee took my Car for his personal need without my permission at 9:30 pm. As I received toll tax (fastag) message on my mobile at 9:30 pm . Details are as follow
                                      Your FASTag A/c has been debited with INR 75 for transaction, Vehicle no. GJ15CD8762 at Toll IRB Bhagwada on[protected]T17:09:35. Balance is INR 1033.88.

                                      Note:- If any accidents occurred or Illegal work happens who will be responsible for that. If any RTO dispute occur who shall take all responsibility. I want immediate action against them. Please do needful action as soon as possible.

                                        I had given my axcent car MHO9 DH 8558 FOR service and repair in my hundai kolhapur Maharashtra..dining floods there was some repairs under engine and other work..the advisor suggested me for under bracket supporting panel damage, power staring motor, major services ..and I forwarded some damage work for claim under insurance, the claim was regected saying that pre-existing damages..still I paid the amount and received the car after 1 month, after dilivery the noise under the engine was same again I visited the deler and asked the issue and then they take test drive and said there is problem in suspension and crank road etc will give you estimate and advice new works ..I totall disagree with this when I first put my car for work they suggested unessary work and without test drive or remaning work handed the damaged car to me this is horrible..I really now wanted to ask was the deler not aware of all work needed to be done before and did unnecessary work, without test drive and final inspection how they diliver the car to costumer.now the point is why I should pay for new work, why I shoud not get my refund o[censored]nnecessary work done by deler previous..I hope the company will take some action against the dealer..or eles I may have to take legal action against the dealer..for inconvenience and unprofessional service given to me
