On date 16/03/21, I purchased a brand new Venue

from your B.M Hyundai Showroom Anjar to Gandhidham Highway.
I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that.The fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.I have sent my car 9 to 10 times to showroom but still its not working and the owner of the company has told do whatever you want to do we will not do any work of car.I demand replacement of car, fixing of the problem or refund as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high so do something. I have 3 Hyundai car so am your reputated customer.I hope you will do something regarding this problem...

    Car display is not working since 6 months. I have given complaint at Sangamner, Ahmednagar Branch for replacement of Car Display. I have visited at showroom on 14th July for the same issue. Yet Showroom have not responded.
    I am requesting to kindly help to solve this issue.

      Dear Team,

      Recently i have visited at jalore authorised KD motor Hyundai showroom for change MDPS controller and general service. Further I have got my car today in afternoon and in night when i went for test drive with my family then suddenly car was stoped in middle of the road at deserted place and car was not moving then i was trying to restart the car then suddenly smoke and smell coming out from silencer.
      After this insident i was trying to cheak engine oil and i was shock to see that engine oil is more then to it's higher level.
      But in invoice they have charged to me for 2.50L engine oil. It's really disgusting to know that engine oil is more then 2.50L.
      After this insident i have left my car at that same place and it was very difficult for me and my family to handle this worst condition.
      Know if any other Major problem will occur in future that will be your responsibility to solve that problem and again handover my car at my place in same condition.
      So please you pay your attention to this complaint and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

        My car is at your hyundai showroom in Bhuj in last 1 month & 4 Days
        You guys have given me a faulty car and cheated with me. I have repaired my new cars 9-10 times at the hyundai Anjar and Gandhidham workshops, and still showroom owners say we are ready to do the repairs. Can you tell me if I bought a new car or an old car? How anyone can be ready to do repairing work in a new car. Another thing, I have not been able to use since I got a this new car, my mom has to go to Ahmedabad every month for medical reasons and that is why I have bought a car, what to do if I have to go to Ahmedabad with my mom in case of emergency? Who will be responsible if my family is harmed in any way due to your faulty car or such a disgusting procedures to handel a customer complaints? Definitely the responsibility will be Dealer of B Mangatram Company Hyundai - Anjar.
        Now all I am demanding that replace the car, I don't want to do any repairs and I want a new car instead of this faulty car.

          I Viresh S T (Ph.No: [protected]) purchased Aura car last year in the month of February from Shivnath Hyundai (Jaika Automobiles Pvt Ltd) Jagdalpur, Dist-Bastar Chhattisgarh -494001. Last from one month there is problem in starter push button & use take 3 to 4 push to start or stop. Since yesterday it started to take more than 10 pushes to start or stop the car & it feels that vehicle will not start. So today morning I took my vehicle(CG-17, KT5984) to Hyundai Service center (Shivnath Hyundai) Jagdalpur. They checked & told that requires to change starter button. But they are not having the spare starter button so they inform to wait for at least 20days still procurement as in near by city also not available (Raipur, Nagpur). I am shocked by hearing of not available of spare of reputed company like Hyundai in near by big city also. I request kindly help in solving problem within 3 to 4 days as now a days we can get material within 3 to 4 days in any part of india.

            I bought my new hundai creta in October 2020, I'm facing my first complaint since day 1 was 2 of my speakers were non functioning and I didn't get accessories attached as promised.then I stared getting weird noises from my stearing and wheel alignment was so bad that doesn't occur to new car. In span on 10 months I have sent my car for atleast 3-4 months for same complaints again and again. But till date I haven't got any resolution and always got manipulative answers. They once realised their mistake and change part after 6-7 months but soon after I started hearing that weird noise again and again and I always found some unnecessary things as bolts and other things unattached in my car. And after 10 months of buying the BRAND NEW CAR I'm having same issue. I don't know where to complain regard this.and more of what they didn't even have spare car to give in exchange.this type of service is totally unacceptable. And I didn't even get videos of what they say they provide of oil changing or services once.

              Hi,
              Yesterday 29/8/2021 I booked one road side assistance paying 885/- rs and within 30 mins I cancelled the booking. Because the Road side assistance service person called me and said that the window glass has to be broken to bring out the key from my locked car. But after sometimes a local car mechanic came and fixed that issue without breaking the window glass. Now when I asked for refund from Hyundai RSA for not availing the service they denied to refund saying that the RSA service person reached your place before I cancelled the booking but that is completly false statement they are giving. After I cancelled the booking no one from RSA team informed that guy about the cancellation and he reached to that place without having informed. This RSA is third party provider of Hyundai.Please help me to get my refund back and help others to not being cheated from this worst RSA service of hyundai.

                Myself Mr.Amol Salunkhe holding Hyundai Xcent car and Custmor since 7 years MH-46 AL 8150

                In June 2021 I have issued Future Genralli insurance Zero Depth from Vishal Hyundai which is located at New Panvel (Navi Mumbai) while going for insurance claim Mr.Nagendra who is workshop manager reverted that we will not be assured for both side damage I.e. denting and painting issue coverage and not even to ready for giving service.

                However I have already asked while issuing new policy whether I will get the facility’s or not and they assured will provide.

                Resolve this issue and it’s very poor Serivce and false commitment from Vishal Hyundai New panvel Navi Mumbai

                Hope considering long relationship will get the solution.

                  Sir my name Rajkumar Purohit.
                  My Aura MP1381WAS dropped for second service on 23.8.2021 in morning for inspection and maintenance.at Prince hyundai Ujjain Madhya Pradesh
                  To my surprise I received the car without cleaning, washing, and polishing which is mandatory for all service irrespective of free or paid service .
                  The service advisor Rameshwar Malviya upon calling him, said we only charge amount for oil, filter and other things .. your team billed me 1879 / which I did not accept to pay till my car gets properly washed, cleaned, polished .
                  The boot is smelling and dirty .

                  The attitude of service advisor was also not good was forcing me to pay the bill amount .
                  I'm not satisfied with the service of my Aura petrol car

                  Pls look into the issue raised and take necessary actions on Prince Hyundai and Rameshwar Malviya service

                    Regardless of my complaints my car is not at all performing up to the standard.
                    The accessories which are bought from the showroom which are all company products are rusted and getting moisture inside.
                    Don’t go for Hyundai it’s service is pathetic

                      This is in regard to your Royal Hyundai Dealer Gwalior and Shivpuri, we have received a quotation for i10 Nios Megna for Aqua Teal color, where the quotation which was given to us we made car loan disburse according to the same and after the payments received by the dealer then he started manipulating us by saying that we don't have Aqua Teal color take Grey or white, then they updated us that Aqua Teal color is available but we need to pay more money for the same.

                      Have quotation in writing and we made payment after dealer asked us to do so.
                      We are very disappointed with the behaviour of your dealer and their actions.
                      This is completely unethical business practices where customers were informed something else and after receiving the payments dealer's are demanding something more.

                      I request you to connect me on an urgent note my Name is Shivam Goyal and my number is [protected].
                      We have disbursed the loan and payment is in the account of the Royal Hyundai Dealers account and we want i10 on the same quotation that we have received earlier.
                      Please note we are getting no support from anyone from Royal Hyundai, no Manager is shorting out our complaints.

                        Yesterday I have given car services in shiv hundai at gondal road branch rajkot,
                        But car was not proper serviced and even not washed.
                        I have attached photos of car after service by your employee please sea of photos it's not washed and untouched. However he told my cars service and washed is complete!!!
                        Also your employee take a second time car for service and wash then who will provide petrol for second time it's your fault then you will provide petrol.

                        And employee behaviour was rudely.

                        So i hope you give a proper service and satisfactory service from your side.

                          I have purchased Hyundai creta E+ from dealer Surjeet Hyundai - JK Road
                          Bhopal, car is base model but the dealer forced us to take accessories of rs 40000/- from showroom (which include car music player, back camera & fog lamp) with out accessories they refuse to sold car. I purchase car with accessories from dealer, after some months complete lock down has made. After lock down when we used music system that system doesnt work property. I complaint for this to the showroom but the sales manager or other staff did not help me and said that player is out of warranty and we cant help you. They give me accessories bill in which no time limit is given for guarantee or warranty. Dealer did not corporate with us we want to change or replace the player.

                              I have bought the create SX top End Manual of 2018.I met with an accident recently where the car is fully damaged which is beyond repairable. But to my surprise airbags have not opened and i was in big shock with this accident and moreover airbags have not opened in such a massive accident to give the protection as it was explained while selling the car..

                              I have bought this top end car with trust and airbags will protect me when some unforeseen incidents happen like this and I was wearing the seat belt while driving the car

                              I would like to hear from Hyduai how this happened with this top end car?

                                I bought a Hyundai CRETA SX Executive on 14/08/2021. Proud to be associated with Hyundai family.

                                One of the promised accessories at time of booking of car on 01/04/2021, viz Infotainment system was not fitted due to stoppage of Supply.

                                I was supposed to buy this from after/open market but was insisted upon by the dealer to get the same from Hyundai. I had no option hence agreed to purchase from Hyundai. The initial cost was agreed upon was Rs 22, 260/-., but at the time of delivery it hiked to Rs 25000/- I had no option hence paid .

                                Surprisingly the Features of the accessory DO NOT do justice to the Price of it.

                                Besides, the accessory is not working smoothly. Dropping Bluetooth connectivity, for instance.

                                I would therefore, request you to take back the accessory and REFUND me the amount in Toto.

                                Give free hand to customer in this regards & avoid spoiling the name of HYUNDAI.

                                An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                                  Dear hyundai car company . my name rakesh dewangan & i have purchased i20 magna 2015 in july. but ever since i got the car i have always face the problem. list - 1st problem since 2016 silencer problem - they are creaky sound & but hyundai service fix this problem free of cost.kyunki woh warrenty mein tha.
                                  2nd problem - since 2017 Always show engine shine on dash board . engine shine was always visible but the car was fine inspite that.
                                  3rd problem - since 2019 The problem of the AC of car came does not cool.

                                  and finally this the biggest problem of my car power sterring hardness creaky sound. i was driving with in city area when i came across the issue car was not turning. its last week. how such a branded car company with saftey of the user. i do prefer never never buy hyndai car because they are negating saftey of the people.
                                  your company should give me discount on this product for power sterring motor .cost too much.

                                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                                        Greetings for the day...!!!

                                        This is for your kind information and support which I need in regard of my car creating problem. I am Jitendra Dixit, I own a car of Hyundai and the registration number is - RJ-14 NC 8724

                                        I met with an Accident on 16/02/20 in the evening by a bus on Sikar Road which in fact was a major accident. I immediately called up tow service and drop it at Roshan hyundai workshop but as it was sunday so no one was there to attend and on monday Roshan Hyundai denied to admit the vehicle for Cashless Repair and informed me that they don't take cashless category cases for Shriram General Insurance. Then I had to hire a tow-away vehicle again to drop it at other service Center which is located in Jhotwara Industrial area (Crossland Hyundai), He charged me extra to drop it on the other place. I got it dropped there to get it repair on 17th of February 2020. I got the delivery date of 5th March, 2020. Meanwhile there was lockdown which happened in that month due to this Corona pandemic situation and it took more than two months.

                                        I got a call from Crossland Hyundai to pick up my car, i picked up and paid Rs.36000 (Total Bill amount is Rs.128590) rest was paid by Insurance company.

                                        Now I am facing a problem within only one year and car engine is vibrating more then its normal vibration feels like engine will come out . and even AC is also not working too.and entire car is wobbling like anything.
                                        I want to tell you what happened when I took the delivery too,
                                        Second day I felt my front left tyre wobbling when I went to the service station they said we forgot to change the rim which was charged in your bill, then they changed it.
                                        Second day I saw a oil leaking from the engine, I immediately called to Mr. Nitesh who was handling my car repair, he said gat it again to the workshop. I took it again then they said that break seal is having issue they asked me to pay for that then I spoke to the Manager there and argued with him and they agreed to repair it free because it was their fault they didn't do it right when car got repaired. In June 2021 too there was one issue with front left tyre, it was puncture and I had to unbolt the tyre and one bolt was very tight was not getting unbolt and the nut was broken, I had to got repair it same happened with front right tyre too after some days. In fact I am not at all feeling good while driving it. Even bike riding is much better then spending Rs. 128590/-.

                                        I didn't find the satisfactory service first time from well known brand Hyundai which is by Cross land .
                                        I am the customer of Hyundai since 2007 and was getting very good services from Hindustan Hyundai. I never had a such bad experience even a single time from there but the experience I had from Cross land is really pathetic and disappointed. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy Hyundai car even due to this experience and myself too will upgrade but won't go with Hyundai.

                                        Keeping in mind, the loyalty and good relations of mine with your company, I would request you to kindly take into consideration the present issue and would request you to support as per the requirements.

                                        Else I will have to take help with cosumer forum.

                                        Seeking for the kind support in positive direction.
