This is for your kind information and support which I need in regard of my car creating problem. I am Jitendra Dixit, I own a car of Hyundai and the registration number is - RJ-14 NC 8724
I met with an Accident on 16/02/20 in the evening by a bus on Sikar Road which in fact was a major accident. I immediately called up tow service and drop it at Roshan hyundai workshop but as it was sunday so no one was there to attend and on monday Roshan Hyundai denied to admit the vehicle for Cashless Repair and informed me that they don't take cashless category cases for Shriram General Insurance. Then I had to hire a tow-away vehicle again to drop it at other service Center which is located in Jhotwara Industrial area (Crossland Hyundai), He charged me extra to drop it on the other place. I got it dropped there to get it repair on 17th of February 2020. I got the delivery date of 5th March, 2020. Meanwhile there was lockdown which happened in that month due to this Corona pandemic situation and it took more than two months.
I got a call from Crossland Hyundai to pick up my car, i picked up and paid Rs.36000 (Total Bill amount is Rs.128590) rest was paid by Insurance company.
Now I am facing a problem within only one year and car engine is vibrating more then its normal vibration feels like engine will come out . and even AC is also not working too.and entire car is wobbling like anything.
I want to tell you what happened when I took the delivery too,
Second day I felt my front left tyre wobbling when I went to the service station they said we forgot to change the rim which was charged in your bill, then they changed it.
Second day I saw a oil leaking from the engine, I immediately called to Mr. Nitesh who was handling my car repair, he said gat it again to the workshop. I took it again then they said that break seal is having issue they asked me to pay for that then I spoke to the Manager there and argued with him and they agreed to repair it free because it was their fault they didn't do it right when car got repaired. In June 2021 too there was one issue with front left tyre, it was puncture and I had to unbolt the tyre and one bolt was very tight was not getting unbolt and the nut was broken, I had to got repair it same happened with front right tyre too after some days. In fact I am not at all feeling good while driving it. Even bike riding is much better then spending Rs. 128590/-.
I didn't find the satisfactory service first time from well known brand Hyundai which is by Cross land .
I am the customer of Hyundai since 2007 and was getting very good services from Hindustan Hyundai. I never had a such bad experience even a single time from there but the experience I had from Cross land is really pathetic and disappointed. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy Hyundai car even due to this experience and myself too will upgrade but won't go with Hyundai.
Keeping in mind, the loyalty and good relations of mine with your company, I would request you to kindly take into consideration the present issue and would request you to support as per the requirements.
Else I will have to take help with cosumer forum.
Seeking for the kind support in positive direction.
