I have booked creta e diesal date 21/4/21.insawan k motors pvt. Ltd. Near sec -18 panipat haryana.. But the givan delevered date givan to me after 18 month from booking... But i dont feel company booked my car.. Because so much time not givan by other agency... Is this process is correct... This ways damage image of Hyundai motor... But if I givan 50000 premium (black) on this they givan me within month...

My car get accident in January 2021 I send my car to jsv hyndai they repaired my car but there is a problem in my car on that side get accident on right side back there is noise is coming and inside car vacuum is created I have complained so many time but they are not solving my problem.

I had got my car repaired from Hyundai showroom (district-Jhajjar, State-Haryana, 124103) in February 21.
Again my car got hit & I given for repair in Aug 21, service PIC(Bhiwadi, district Alwar, Rajasthan) told me that one engine part is not available.
I am surprised to hear about it & shocked.
I want a proper investigation about it, as this related to mine safety. I any misshappening...

We purchased new car from Hyundai dealer Sunrise Hyundai, Plot 96 Patparganj Indl Area Delhi-110092, in exchange of our old Hyundai car i10 (delivery form attached).

Its been already 7 years now and we came to know that ownership transfer formalities is not yet completed by dealer till date.

Hi, I had got my creta sx 2018 model car routine service from Kusalava motor pvt limited, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, recently on 5th August 2021.
Yesterday night (20/08/2021), had engine oil leak indicating malfunction.
In an emergency situation repair got done by local mechanic.
It was found that engine bolt was lost and leading to loss of engine oil, due to malfitting of bolt and not checking properly before car delivery...
