I have bought the create SX top End Manual of 2018.I met with an accident recently where the car is fully damaged which is beyond repairable. But to my surprise airbags have not opened and i was in big shock with this accident and moreover airbags have not opened in such a massive accident to give the protection as it was explained while selling the car..

I have bought this top end car with trust and airbags will protect me when some unforeseen incidents happen like this and I was wearing the seat belt while driving the car

I would like to hear from Hyduai how this happened with this top end car?

    I bought a Hyundai CRETA SX Executive on 14/08/2021. Proud to be associated with Hyundai family.

    One of the promised accessories at time of booking of car on 01/04/2021, viz Infotainment system was not fitted due to stoppage of Supply.

    I was supposed to buy this from after/open market but was insisted upon by the dealer to get the same from Hyundai. I had no option hence agreed to purchase from Hyundai. The initial cost was agreed upon was Rs 22, 260/-., but at the time of delivery it hiked to Rs 25000/- I had no option hence paid .

    Surprisingly the Features of the accessory DO NOT do justice to the Price of it.

    Besides, the accessory is not working smoothly. Dropping Bluetooth connectivity, for instance.

    I would therefore, request you to take back the accessory and REFUND me the amount in Toto.

    Give free hand to customer in this regards & avoid spoiling the name of HYUNDAI.

    An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

      Dear hyundai car company . my name rakesh dewangan & i have purchased i20 magna 2015 in july. but ever since i got the car i have always face the problem. list - 1st problem since 2016 silencer problem - they are creaky sound & but hyundai service fix this problem free of cost.kyunki woh warrenty mein tha.
      2nd problem - since 2017 Always show engine shine on dash board . engine shine was always visible but the car was fine inspite that.
      3rd problem - since 2019 The problem of the AC of car came does not cool.

      and finally this the biggest problem of my car power sterring hardness creaky sound. i was driving with in city area when i came across the issue car was not turning. its last week. how such a branded car company with saftey of the user. i do prefer never never buy hyndai car because they are negating saftey of the people.
      your company should give me discount on this product for power sterring motor .cost too much.

            Dear Sir/Mam,

            Greetings for the day...!!!

            This is for your kind information and support which I need in regard of my car creating problem. I am Jitendra Dixit, I own a car of Hyundai and the registration number is - RJ-14 NC 8724

            I met with an Accident on 16/02/20 in the evening by a bus on Sikar Road which in fact was a major accident. I immediately called up tow service and drop it at Roshan hyundai workshop but as it was sunday so no one was there to attend and on monday Roshan Hyundai denied to admit the vehicle for Cashless Repair and informed me that they don't take cashless category cases for Shriram General Insurance. Then I had to hire a tow-away vehicle again to drop it at other service Center which is located in Jhotwara Industrial area (Crossland Hyundai), He charged me extra to drop it on the other place. I got it dropped there to get it repair on 17th of February 2020. I got the delivery date of 5th March, 2020. Meanwhile there was lockdown which happened in that month due to this Corona pandemic situation and it took more than two months.

            I got a call from Crossland Hyundai to pick up my car, i picked up and paid Rs.36000 (Total Bill amount is Rs.128590) rest was paid by Insurance company.

            Now I am facing a problem within only one year and car engine is vibrating more then its normal vibration feels like engine will come out . and even AC is also not working too.and entire car is wobbling like anything.
            I want to tell you what happened when I took the delivery too,
            Second day I felt my front left tyre wobbling when I went to the service station they said we forgot to change the rim which was charged in your bill, then they changed it.
            Second day I saw a oil leaking from the engine, I immediately called to Mr. Nitesh who was handling my car repair, he said gat it again to the workshop. I took it again then they said that break seal is having issue they asked me to pay for that then I spoke to the Manager there and argued with him and they agreed to repair it free because it was their fault they didn't do it right when car got repaired. In June 2021 too there was one issue with front left tyre, it was puncture and I had to unbolt the tyre and one bolt was very tight was not getting unbolt and the nut was broken, I had to got repair it same happened with front right tyre too after some days. In fact I am not at all feeling good while driving it. Even bike riding is much better then spending Rs. 128590/-.

            I didn't find the satisfactory service first time from well known brand Hyundai which is by Cross land .
            I am the customer of Hyundai since 2007 and was getting very good services from Hindustan Hyundai. I never had a such bad experience even a single time from there but the experience I had from Cross land is really pathetic and disappointed. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy Hyundai car even due to this experience and myself too will upgrade but won't go with Hyundai.

            Keeping in mind, the loyalty and good relations of mine with your company, I would request you to kindly take into consideration the present issue and would request you to support as per the requirements.

            Else I will have to take help with cosumer forum.

            Seeking for the kind support in positive direction.

              I bought a i20 Vista in it didn't run much just 37000 in past 5 years but it's been 3and half years I have been facing the problem that the clauche becomes hard and can't be pressed after every 40 - 50 kilometers and the car becomes slower over time and stops. Every time I go to the show room they change the whole kit and it costs approximately 15000 . But, it starts again after 5000 kilometers running. I have changed it 4 times in these years with this small running kilometers. I'm facing problem due to this fault and I can't trust on my own car that it will help me at my emergency situation.

                I have request for a duplicate copy of invoice of vehicle no AP28-DD-1994 on 19th Aug 2021, as I have shifted from Hyderabad to Guwahati, Assam.

                I have communicated with the dealer as well as Hyundai customer care. But till now I have not received any response (both email /call).

                Please look into the same and resolve my issue ASAP.

                  I booked Venue on 1st July 2021. I was promised to deliver it on 25th July then postpone it to 8th August Then told now that version is not available.So they gave me test drive for IMT. I approved it because they promised me to deliver it by end of August 21. Mean time my old car Amaze was taken by same group as exchange. That time I was also promised that my old vehicle will be taken just two days before my new Venue.
                  All above fake and false promises disturbed my life at the age of 63.
                  The played with the sentiments of a senior citizen.
                  Now I request them to return my Amaze car and also my booking amount of 25000.
                  "The worst sales team of the wolrd from Hyundai in India I!!"
                  This is the right term for this team!

                    Hyundai snatro car was purchased 6 months ago and during the starting days of August it started vibrating. When we came to showroom at Panna Hyundai, chanpur, Tripura on[protected] they informed that ignition coil is damaged which is within warranty but till now the part is not replaced; so we are facing serious troubles. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and save us from this trouble.

                      Sir my name is Deepak Gupta. I purchased my car Hyundai Verna fluidic in February 2017 from JSV hyundai Lucknow Uttar Pradesh India .My Vehicle Registration No. is UP32HT0092.
                      The issue is regarding bodyshop and service .
                      Due to an accident with the sewage main hole my Gear box assembly got damage then i take my car to the bodyshop @jsv hyundai vibhuti khand Lucknow they intimate the claim and unfortunately it got unclaimed by insurance company. Then few days ago i told them that i am ready to make payment by my own so please repair my car as soon as possible.
                      Now there is a person name Mr Rakesh who attend my car for repair . Today when i ask that when are you able to repair my car he tells me i am providing other people number please talk to him i told him that why i have to talk to other person if you take my car for repair then he told me he will give me call when he gets free.

                      So my concern is that do i am a fool who purchased hyundai car. Why should i have to call several people for repair? Your staff of JSV hyundai is disgusting they don’t have any manner how to deal with customers.
                      Sorry to say but these guys gave me experience of hyundai so will not gonna purchase your cars again and will not suggest any person to buy hyundai cars.

                      Your service manage Mr Rakesh and Mr Anupam chaubey. All these guys gave me a good experience to not to buy hyundai car sir.

                      I know i am wasting my time in emailing you guys and nothing is gonna happen with my issue but i am emailing you for thanking you that you guys teach me very good lesson sir.
                      So thanks a lot.

                      When my car is insured then they should repair my car under zero dep policy why should i have to make the payment for repair and if i am making the payment then why you guys are providing insurance policy and cheat with peoples.

                        On dated 23.8.2021 I contacted hyundai service center in alwar for repair of ac cooling fault of my car i 10. i spoke to narendra ji to whom i narrated my problem. narendra ji told me to come modern Hyundai service center on 24.8.2021and also said that it would take 5 to 6 hours for the AC service.I reached the service center at 10: 20 am on date 24.08.2021 after some time the mechanic inspected the car and Said to leave car for next day. I gave reference to Narendra ji and said that I have been told to give back the car in 5 to 6 hours and I have to go out of the city the next day but the mechanic said that we have more There are vehicles, we cannot give all the time to your car, I told them that if you repair my car according to the priority list, then what is the problem but they did not listen to me and ignoring my words and Went to the another customer I had to come back disappointed I prayed a lot to him but all in vain. This type of behavior is very disappointing and brings down the reputation of the company in the eyes of the customer. I strongly condemn

                          We bought this vehicle from Pinnacle Hyundai Thrissur on May 2018. In the beginning of this year, we experienced a gear shifting issue for the first time and the same was reported to the showroom officials of Popular Hyundai, Kutaneloor, Thrissur. Complaint was registered with them and the car was picked up for repairing the issue by them.Then they claimed that the issue was sorted and the car was returned to us three weeks later.
                          After 2 weeks, we experienced the same issue and the car was again taken for repair. This time they claimed that the issue was due to accumulation of dust particles inside the sensor of the gear box. They also that it was cleaned up and then they returned the vehicle after 2 weeks. Things were fine until last month and the same issue again repeated.
                          Again the car was sent for service and this time they said that the issue was due to damaged inhibitor switch and had it replaced and the car was sent back to us last week.
                          Unfortunately again the same issue reported immediately after receiving the car and the sane was again taken to the service station. This time we were informed that the issue was due to faulty history codes which was erased by them and the car was sent back.
                          Two days later, the same issue again repeated and the officials were made aware of it and whose response was not very welcoming this time. They were not ready to taken in the vehicle for checking again.
                          If they continue responding like this we will have to raise it with the courts which will definitely affect your sales.
