Hi all,

I have my own hyundai creta and having bumper and top color peeling issue which I complained to the nagashanti hyundai 4 month ago and given Date of 1 month and yet I am not getting any update and yet they giving date of next month and that also not confirm. Due to the peel of color unable to service of car and not getting date .
Forgot to add car no I.e. KA22MA4272

    My car no AP31EA5559, recently my car was serviced at Mango Hyundai, PM Plaem, Visakhapatnam..even one solution was not done where I was stated waht should be done...your service is very bad and they looted my money in all the way...

        Dear sir,

        hope you are doing well,

        On 07 October 2021, we have got delivery of Creta EX 1.5 Diesel car from ZEM portal through LIC of India user of Ravi Kumar Rusia. just after one day of delivery it has been noticed that car was not unlocked through remote, thenafter same has been done through key. this accident has been informed by us to the respective dealer AS Motors Gwalior on the very same day and time, on which AS Motors has requested us to kindly visit the workshop. Today we have visited to As Motors workshop situated at Shivpuri link road Gwalior. technician of the workshop has opened entire interior and checked the wiring and other parts of the car, and then it has been observed that Fuse Box of the car was not in working condition, immediately technician has changed the same from another Creta car, but all interior fittings and wiring have been opened which reflects the poor manufacturing work. conclusion of this incident shows that Hyundai is not focusing product quality and manufacturing, which discouraged my decision to buy Hyundai Creta car, result of which, we are not at all satisfied with the product.
        hence we raise our complaint to change my vehicle with Deliver us the New Creta car.

        detail of the vehicle is attached herewith, kindly find the attachments and take immediate action to change my vehicle

          I Hari Ram S/o Late Shri. Lekh Ram, V.P.O. Jukhala, Teh Sadar, Distt Bilaspur (H.P.)174033 want to say that i have reniwed my insurance policy on 14 Nov, 2020 so the period of insurance policy will vary from 14 Nov2020 to 13 Nov 2021 but i found this updation absent on the online pletforms which are still showimg my insurance policy had got expired on 24May, 2020. which are still showing wrong updation of my Insurance policy as on 24May, 2020.i have called so many times at hyundai service centre Mandi at this no [protected]. but still i don't get any updation Regarding my insurance policy since calling daily upto on month.so i am requsting u to take further action regarding my complaint.

                Dear Sir/Madam

                I have made a payment of Rs 11000 as booking amount but your sales person unable to fulfill my requirements and the booking cancelled it on August 21.after three months Rs 7460 has been credited in my account as booking refunded.

                Why my full amount not credited???.

                As you have failed to deliver the required car on time hence i have made the cancelation then why should i pay for extra charges.also you have not informed me about the cancelation charges before cancelling my booking.

                And cancelation done on August and you have paid the lesser amount after three months.

                Kindly refund my rest amount as soon as possible

                  I am a loyal customer of Hyundai and this is my third hyundai car, presently I am owning Hyundai Grand i 10 . Last time I had sent my car to Saini Hyundai, Kolkata Garrage since I understand there was some current leakage issue with my car . I had purchased and installed a new Exide Battery, even after that, almost in every alternate day the battery was being drained . The battery was sent to Exide factory and they re-confirmed that the battery is in order and adviced me to send the car to authorised hyundai garrage since they suspected current leakge problem . Accordingly I contacted Mr. Nani Debnath, the service advisor whom I know may be for last 10 years since almost on yearly basis I get my car servicing done annually and incidentally he had been overseeing my car service issue . This time I had sent the car and accordingly it was told to me that since the servicing is due so they want to do the car servicing for which I consented and also I was told that there is a minor leakage because of which the battery is draining which has been rectified, a bill of more than Rs.10000 was raised which I had to pay . Again after few days the battery got completely drained and the car could not be started . I reported the matter back to the service advisor on 15/09 and he wanted me to wait since on 17/09 there was Viswakarma Puja which I happily agreed for and I was assured the car will be lifted for my premises, brought back to garrage and the problem will be rectified . Unfortunately till date, inspite of many assurances to lift the car it has still not done, I wonder why such Casual approach which is quite unlikely for a company like Hyundai of International repute !! Now your people looks like have stopped receiving my calls also, my car is idling for so many days and nobody seems to be bothered about it and trying to falsify the cause and making excuses after excuses . I am compelled to put my grievance in this forum for now, if no immediate action is taken, I will take it to wider forum which definitely will tarnish the image of Hyundai though it is not my intension . Also make a note, that I am not willing to pay any further money for rectifying this defect since last time I was charged such hefty amount which was not required at all, whereas the fundamental problem area was not resolved . But the thing is that he is provoking and lying that company is unable to take order due to that you cannot get your back. What the hell is going on. If delivery is unavailable then why he said those things. Its really blue my

                        I purchased the car on 17 Sep 21. On 22 sep the clutch plate burnt . How this is possible and why should I accept this. I made the entire payment so change my car. I am suffering huge mental problem with in 4 days of purchase it is showing defective manufacturing.

                        No body from company is talking properly on this matter and they are very arrogant..

                          I have purchased new brand card in Jan 2019, all trailing service has been done regularly in Hyundai Service station as per schedule ( free and paid both). Yesterday My car AC was failure because of Cooling coil leakage while I was roaming with my family.
                          Nearer service center( just 45 km) contacted and his reply was that car might be put in work shop for 3-4 days to claim part as per warranty policy.

                          I was not in position to place my car in workshop because of my family was along with me and I was 800+ kms away from my home town.

                          I have got it done ok by local mechanic by cash paid within half day.
                          My reliability to Hyundai is now lower for this incident.
                          Money is not matter- Failure of part because of not cared it during regular service by Authorized service station personnel.

                          If they was took care for proper cleaning of dirty parts during service, this was not happened on road side.

                            Dear sir,
                            We have booked 02 nos of new hyundai aura s cng cars on 16/06/2021 at NAVJIVAN hyundai, ADAJAN, surat, Gujarat and the showroom sales dept assured us for delivering the said vehicles on or before 60days after the booking date.

                            Now it is almost 110 days completed after booking till we did not get our car. We have completed all formalities at showroom level and also at Bank level for the car loan but we only get reassurance only.

                            But when will we get our car we don't know.

                            This is the worst experience ever faced by us while purchasing a new cars.

                            Please do needful for this matter.

                              I have booked hyundai creta Diesel version E variant colour Titan grey on January 2021 till now no phone call from either the marketing executive nor from the showroom side, only when I visit the show room they are telling some silly execuses and now they are telling colour does not exists do what you can I have nothing more to do so just to remind you a gentle answer from the company side or else I have no other option to move to the court of law

                                No service has been made to my car and payment has been taken from me I visited again and complaint it regarding the same which they took 2 days to resolve and still washing not done for my car and a new problem has been made in the car by the staff of mr Hyundai service centre people . No communication has been made to me for the issue and overall a bad experience . I am never gonna visit it again . Bad service .

                                  We have booked 02 nos hyundai aura s cng cars on 16/06/2021 at hyundai showroom ( navjivan hyundai, adajan, surat) and the delivery they assured within 60 days but we have been getting only reassurance but did not get the delivery of the car yet.

                                  The show room personnel are not in position to answer about the correct date for the same.

                                  The 60 days was completed on 16/08/2021. From this date they have been assuring us that we will get the car on next month and so on.

                                  Now when the next month will come we don't know.

                                  We have put the trust and faith on your company and the said showroom personnel but now as the responce we getting we feel that all these was our mistake and like one sided relations.

                                  We never think about this kind of situation where we ready to pay but can't get the car after almost double the booking period.
                                  We are asking to our politicians who are giving long lectures in upper and lower house of our country and make the legislations as well on consumer rights.

                                  Consumer rights are only looking like a jock.

                                    I am Shyam Kumar, owner of Hyundai Vanue S1.2. I gave my car for 2nd free service today at 10:30AM. I received it back at 05:00PM. The service was very very poor. When I received my car, there is lot of dust at everywhere in the car & inside cleaning is not done properly. The dust was on all the seats, windows, front shield gaps & rear shield gaps. Inside the engine area, no cleaning has been done. All the areas were dirty. I have faced this problem 2nd time from the same service center. It's too much disappointing after having the same poor quality service after two services in a year. I have all the pictures from all the areas in front of the Hyundai executive who drops my car. After first service when I complained, they sent me free service voucher but it's not the solution every time as they don't want to improve their service quality. It's very very poor service I have got today. I am to much disappointed.

                                        With extreme pain and grief i am writing today that my car broke down with same problem which occured in last month 20th Sept., then with assistance of RSA team car was dropped with nearest service centre( Name : Trend Hyundai, Mahabubnagar, Telangana- 509001 ). They have checked and conveyed that vehicle has no issue.
                                        Again today it's engine stopped working during driving, after many trial it' s ignition could not start . I was going with my family, was forced to cancel my journey and faced lots of harrassment to start the engine . But it did not work . Then i dropped my family by taxi . I am facing pathetic experience of buying Hyundai Grand i10 Nios this year january .


                                        I have terrible experience with Hyundai for that i will neither buy nor recommend anybody to Hyundai Car .
