Bought new creta on 30th July, 2021 from Sapphire Hyundai, sec 19- Dwarka New Dehi. Rainwater observed inside closed car at door area. I suspect it is a defective or already used car.
Very bad experience.

    I Purchased a new I20 Sportz model on 30th June 2020 from BM Hyundai Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

    It has been just a month and the roof paint has started eroding at many spots. I went to the BM Hyundai, Dehradun and their reply was you must have thrown some acid on the roof. While I did not take my vehicle to any such place and just went from my home to workplace in the due month.

    The type of erosion seems to be like the car was painted before delivering to us as the company painted surface cannot get eroded so easily as it is not a wear and tear surface. In my opinion, this is truly cheating with the customer coming to purchase a new car and the damaged vehicle is sold to me as a new one. This is very uncommon thing and I hereby request you to look into the matter by getting it checked from the Hyundai expert itself instead of BM Hyundai and take hard and legitimate action against BM Hyundai.

    I bought this car after a lot of research and comparison. Now I am truly regretting Hyundai being a well-established and renounce brand worldwide showing such irresponsible behaviour by hiding their mistakes and blaming the customer instead.

      I have given my venue to the service center at Jhansi (Natraj hyundai, Gora machhia, Jahnsi) on 11 of may, which was a accidental case and had its insurance as well.
      But till date my car has not been repaired.its over 4 months till date.
      And whenever i call them they just say wait for 10 to 15 days more its now very late or i have to file a petition regarding this to the court.

        I am Jayin.V.Kalarickal.I have a Grand i10 NIOS car.Registered owner:(Annamma Varghese, Mother/KL-33M-2504).
        I am here by highlighting the service issues I am facing from the authorised dealer at Kottayam M/S.Popular Hyundai, Kodukatha, Kottayam, Kerala.Past 10 days before I had given my car for scratch removal and some painting work on the left side door(two doors).I experienced worst response from the executives at the time of delivery.They delivered the vehicle on a day at 7 pm and one I checked the damaged areas where I found that the painting was not up to the mark which I am expecting from a dealer of Hyundai with higher quality.Once i complained about that within next hour they have taken the vehicle promising that they will clear the issue within very next day.But it was not happened.Again after the next delivery i found that there is some scratches on the door.After again complaining they asked me to bring the vehicle at the service centre and I done that on last saturday.Then they said that it will take time to resolve the issue and our driver will take the vehicle on Monday.But after that I have received any call from the centre and they forced me to call the service manager Mr.Thomas very frequently.But nothing is happening so far.I feel like a teasing towards me and I am not a begger or something.It may be my emotional feeling.Whatever it maybe I never expect these kind of activities from an authorised dealer of Hyundai.

          I had purchased the Top end Creta variant, on 06.08.2021 for Rs 20.95 Lakhs and at the time of delivery I was assured that since the vehicle is fully loaded no additional security features are required. The said car was stolen on 09.08.201 at 3.20 AM. There was no burglar alarm, no GPS location. The thieves took 3 minutes to inactivate the so called HIGH END security gadget of Hyundai .Even after 3 days the company is unable to locate through its Blue Link. The customer care is expressing its willingness due to New Issues.
          Same happened to me today . after buying the same variant of creta 2 months back

            Dear Hyundai,

            My daughter, Rachita Matta purchased Creta SX ( DL8CAY6314 ) in August 2019 from Unity Hyundai Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, India.
            The insurance of the same was done by Reliance General insurance policy no.[protected] which covered 3rd Party insurance for 3years i.e. from 23rd August 2019 to 22nd 2022.

            In the year 2020, when the yearly insurance was due, I received a call from Ms. Sonica ( [protected] ) working the same showroom from where the car was purchased for the renewal of the same.
            She asked me to send a copy of the my RC and copy of last insurance policy on whatsapp. On receiving the same, she sent me a voice note that the picture of the documents were not clear and then she asked if there was any claim on my policy. I, then personally visited your showroom and produced original documents ( RC and insurance policy). After scrutiny, Ms. Sonica issued the policy ( ICICI Lombard policy no. 3001/HI-1120197/00/000) amounting to Rs. 26500 ( including taxes ). However this amount included Rs. 7890 ( 3rd party insurance) which I had already paid for upto the year 2022. She overlooked this detail and charged me this extra amount. This detail was hidden from me.

            In August 2021, when I wanted to renew my insurance policy, I approached other companies for competent rates and it was then brought to my notice that I have been wrongly charged Rs. 7890 in the previous year by Ms.Sonica ( Unity Hyundai) .

            I have been requesting her to refund my money which was overcharged due to her negligence and deficiency of her skill in executing her duties but it has fallen on her deaf ears.

            Kindly look into the same and revert at the earliest.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I am a proud owner of grand i10 nios sportz which I bought on 14th Feb 2021. It was a dream car as I have invested my all life savings to purchase the car. Any small issue takes away all the happiness from me. In the past 6 months I observed few things and have been through few incidents which I would like to share with you so that I can get a positive result from your side to solve my issues.

                    1. The aqua teal paint layer is extremely thin as after few washes and due to dust the whole car body got scratches which is painful to see. It lost the new look of the car and shine of the clear coat. If you could help me regain the new look I will be highly obliged to you.

                    2. I just drove for 1400kms and already thrice my car indicated Engine malfunction. On checking from service centre, it was found For all the three times it showed 3rd cylinder miss fired. The mechanics tried to resolve the issue by cleaning the coil, and spark plugs and tried their best to satisfy me but could not solve the issue. In a new car it is very unfortunate.

                    I am spending sleepless nights die to these issues. I hope you will try to address my problems as soon as possible. Looking forward to you.

In the middle of the road the cletch of my car was broken. If this happens in very after first year purchase, what guranty have expect for my life from this company. Need an answer for this Asap.

                          I bought Santro car in dismember 2019. But from the very beginning, the sign of Malfunction sign is visible on the screen. I have always got my car serviced at an authorized service center only. Those people reset it again and again. And that sign comes back again.                             Reg. Vehicle No. GA06F2899- I0 DAYS OLD VEHICLE INTERNAL WIRE DAMAGE . INSURANCE CLAIM - O DEPTH POLICY COVERED.

                            This is to inform your goodself that, have purchased the Verna / Automatic model from Hyundai Alcon on dt. 15.07.2021 .

                            01) On 29/07 ( Thursday ) night my car internal wires damaged by the rat in my building parking and hence it was not starting & fuel leakage.
                            02) On 30/07 ( Friday ) reported the same to Hyundai Alcon, Porvorim for emergency attendance as it was not starting and fuel leakage.
                            03) On 31/07 ( Saturday ) Road side assitance team attended my vehicle
                            04) On 03/08 ( Tuesday ) got a call from Hyundai verna asking to visit showroom and complete the insurance formalities.
                            05) On 03/08 ( Tuesday ) immediately attended the matter from my end and completed the process and formalities of insurance and inspection.
                            06) From 03/08 to 09/08 ( till date ), I have been following with Hyundai Verna, Hundai Alcon porvorim and Bajaj Insurance
                            07) Insurance is covered from Bajaj with 0 dept – provided by the hyundai alcon, porvorim.
                            08) 09/08 ( Monday ), taken the updates from Mr. Deepankar Naik, Hundai Verna and understand from him that he has to receive the approval from Bajaj and thereafter it will takes minimum 20 days as they need to order the wires from stores .

                            This is my third car from hyundai and m really very upset the issue / matter is taken care and once again request to kindly intervene and do the needful on priroty.

                              I am writing to Hyundai about a problem with my Car which I purchased 2020 December. Its almost 8-9 months, and running KMs are 3000+. I can see a Crack in one Tyre. I have contacted the SS Hyundai, Kottarakara Branch, from where I purchased this vehicle. Had a telephonic discussion and they said they will replace the tyre. They asked me to bring the vehicle in the showroom. But now they are not agreeing for a replacement. Not expected such a poor service from a company like Hyundai Motors. How come the Crack coming in the Tyre such a 6-month-old car. Which is showing the Poor-quality tyres Hyundai used and the service also pathetic.

                                  I have purchased grand i10NIOS Megna 1.2 AMT (Reg No. DL12CT6463) from Koncept Hyundai, Green Park, Delhi on[protected]. I drove the car only upto 1000km. I was very disappointed and shocked to see that during heavy rain water entered inside the car cabin (back side) as well as in boot space. I complained in the company and they took my car to service centre[protected]. After one week[protected] I have faced the same problem again there was water inside the car due to rain (Photos attached). I think that the car was not tested before handover to the customer and we got the defected one. I was having a great faith in such a reputed company Hyundai. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacture of your size and reputation. I am losing faith in your company Hyundai. I am scientist in DRDO and invested my hardcore money for purchasing of this car. This type of issue with Hyundai car is really disappointing and wastage of time of the customer. I demand replacement of car or refund. Please take a strict and prompt action to resolve the issue. I hope that you will not disappoint me.

                                      Ek month ke bad bhi me car Santro megna jo mai date- 08.07.2021 ko liya tha jiska abhi tak registration nahi karaya. 08.07.2021 ko car delivery ke samay showroom staff ke dwara bataya gaya ki ek week ke bad apka registration number mil jayega. Lekin 1 month ke bad bhi mere car ka registration number aaj tak nahi diya gaya. Showroom ka staff ko phone karne par bola jata ki 2 din me ho jayega. Ab phone bhi receive nahi karta hai sab. Mujhse registration ka charge lene ke bad bhi aaj tak mera registration number nahi diya gaya. Mai bina registration ke out of state bhi na ja pa raha hu. Staff playing with the safety of customers n even they were not asking the incoming customer to wear the masks.So very bad experience for me to see the condition their.Better to close the showroom n don't play with the safety of customers.
