Regarding peeling of color paint of my hyundai creta suddenly

This mail is regarding peeling of my car color suddenly in rain this year, i bought my creta from bilaspur, chhattishgarh with reg no cg 10 aj 3033. I we r purchasing your brand car for 15 laks n your company provides quarantee for 10 years in color than how this can happen plz revert me asap.

Water accumulation in car cabin and boot space

I have purchased grand i10NIOS Megna 1.2 AMT (Reg No. DL12CT6463) from Koncept Hyundai, Green Park, Delhi on[protected]. I drove the car only upto 1000km. I was very disappointed and shocked to see that during heavy rain water entered inside the car cabin (back side) as well as in boot space. I complained in the company and they took my car to service centre[protected]. After one week[protected] I have faced the same problem again there...

Car registration number ke sambandh me

Ek month ke bad bhi me car Santro megna jo mai date- 08.07.2021 ko liya tha jiska abhi tak registration nahi karaya. 08.07.2021 ko car delivery ke samay showroom staff ke dwara bataya gaya ki ek week ke bad apka registration number mil jayega. Lekin 1 month ke bad bhi mere car ka registration number aaj tak nahi diya gaya. Showroom ka staff ko phone karne par bola jata ki 2 din me ho jayega. Ab phone bhi receive nahi karta hai sab. No one from your staff wear mask despite strict instructions from government. Staff playing with the safety of customers n even they were not asking the incoming customer to wear the masks.So very bad experience for me to see the condition their.Better to close the showroom n don't play with the safety of customers....

Extra charges taken for SOT,RSA, insurance, essential accessories

I've booked a creta in April from a dealers in surat, on time of payment they are forcing me to buy Insurance and SoT essential accessories RSA. According to IRDAI GUIDELINES no car company has the authority to say that, its illegal and against the guidelines....

Sharing of personal information

Yesterday day I received a call from No. [protected] asking me wheather I have received my Road Side Assistant Card or not. When I replied No, she told me Ok, it will be delivered to your Address and you have to pay 3500. I denied and end the call. She had all my details viz Car, Address, contact.
How come customer address are being shared with third party. You must also had shared my Aadhar, PAN etc. Is not against the protection...

Forcing me to buy Insurance/SoT

Some dealers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India are forcing me to buy Insurance and SoT from them. They told me if I don't buy it from them they won't sell me the car. According to IRDAI GUIDELINES no car company has the authority to say that, its illegal and against the guidelines.

Regarding infrastructure of showroom

I have visited your showroom B.M Automobiles at Harburtpur (U.K). This is a showroom hall near about 60×60 feet and company has no proper customer sitting area. Only 1 air condition has been installed over there in 3600 sq feet area. We are not able to sit there because of hotness and so much humous in that showroom. Request you please arrange for correct customer sitting area and A.Cs.
