Hi,

I have a Hyundai i20 car no-MH-47 K-1323 Model magna. My service centre is Modi Hyundai which is located at Goregaon-West S V Road. I had purchased the car on January 2021 & till date I give my car for service at Modi Hyundai which is your authorised service centre. I am very frustrated with the poor service they offer & after that the car has issues & please note that the issue starts immediately after the service is done. When there is any issue they don't charge less than 10, 000/-. Also the parts are very low quality & expensive. Very upset with your pathetic service & also your customer care as they have no records of the service done in 1 yr & made me wait for more than an hour, The most funny thing is after my service they call me in months time for another service. According to them we should service the car every month. In the name of service they only wash the car & give it back. I have spoken to the manager of Mode Hyundai Mr Milind Anavkar buy he has paid no atttention to my issues.

I am so upset that there are 2 members in my family who wanted to buy Creta but I have advised them not to buy. I am even thinking of moving to consumer court to have this sorted.

    Hyundai India car dealer ( DPM Hyundai-dehradun) is not agreeing on getting the new car insurance to be done by me(customer) and saying its not possible, and your wish whether tou want to buy it or not!! Mr. Bhushan, who is the sales person at DPM Hyundai isn't even giving the receipt of booking, which I made while at the time of booking Verna Diesel S+ model, neither he mentioned a date of ETA against vehicle. Only a booking form I received in lieu of that.

    Why should I pay approx. 15000 /- extra for the same comprehensive insurance to the dealer, which I am getting from ICICI Lombard at a very lesser rate?? Isn't it harrasment from dealer to customer ?? Isn't a kind of loot and dealer is behaving like a decoit ?? When I am asking to cancel the booking, dealer is asking that 3000/- of charge will be cut from your booking amount, which wasn't asked at the time of booking. I will put this further to consumer court if things are not going to settle down by Hyundai India within this week.

        First of all i booked appointment for my car venue (HR02AS2001) on 10/7/21 for pick and drop facility and they told me to pick vehicle on Monday i.e, 12/7/21 but it was delayed for one week without any prior information so i had to book my appointment again on Saturday (17/7/21) and then they finally picked my vehicle on Monday (19/7/21). After the service, i was totally disappointed as even washing was not properly, the service was also not upto the mark. After that i again registered a complaint regarding that, in which i got my car serviced(Khanna Hyundai, Yamuna Nagar) but even after calling them twice i got no updates, highly disappointed.

          I have my car grand i10 nios whose number is HR 77C 7469. On[protected], SRISHTI HYUNDAI ROHTAK was raised to get the work done in state haryana, in which the work of excel, tongs, and shocker was to be done. But till date its work has not been done nor is giving any feedback. Let's just say that the truck has not brought all the goods yet, the truck is just bringing the parts of the car one by one. I am very upset. Now I am giving a complaint letter in consumer court also. Now let's see whether my hearing is held here or in the court. Please redress my complaint. My service advisor is rahul no [protected] & service manager megha no[protected] .Thank you

            I have given at least five to six times for the battery issues, in spite of being battery being new the car stops abruptly anywhere and every time road assistance is called. Continuous complain has been done at the service center temporary issue is getting resolved but no permanent solution comes down if this pertains I will sell the car.

              Hi,

              I have purchased all new hundai i20 on 10th December 2020.
              This is to bring to you notice that after meeting with an accident car's front bumper needs to be replaced, I dropped my car to "Shivnath hundai, telibandha, Raipur Chhattisgarh" on 14th July 2021.
              It has been 8 days now, there is no progress and I have been informed that it will take another 15 days i.e. 5th August 2021.
              Please let me know why is there so much delay in the process? And also how should I commute if my vehicle is in the showroom for 20-25 days.
              Request you to take this matter on priority and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                My creta HR51BV732 IS in warranty period. After 05 days of 50000km service. the gear of the car got stuck and some fluid below the car got leaked. The dealer gave me a bill of Rs. 27500/-. If the Car is in warranty period then, why should I have to Pay. I am agree that Clutch is not covered in warranty, but what about other parts. why liquid leaked from the car. I need refund of that amount from Hundai motors. Also my battery got discharged. please let me know why u say that 03 years warranty i[censored] did not covered anything.

                        After sanction of parts from insurance company I take my car to showroom they told me to take back after 8 days I Delivered car at 3 july 2021 but TILL 17 july they dont did any thing after that I take back my vehicle home I found car was runned 200 km more and petrol position was NIL I complained regarding this to showroom they misbehaving and abusing to my family members

                          I visited the service center six times but they have not given me the proper service on the vibration or the parts that is consistently in constant friction with each other.

                          The service manager said he will change it once the parts arrived and till date they say it's not arrived.

                            It is with disappointment to submit that I have handed over my car EON bearing no DL10CS0121 in good condition with STEERING is working well on 18th july 2021 at 12:50pm to pickup driver Mukesh deputed by FRONTIER HYUNDAISERVICECENTRE, SECTOR -3, DWARKA, NEW DELHI for service at FrontierHyundai. Car was delivered to my wife at 8:30PM after service without checking as I was not at home. At 10:20 PM I checked and found STEERING is locked and not working. I talked to SERVICE SUPERVISOR DEVESH and Driver MUKESH. Both of them has assured for repairing on 19th July 2021. But till now no repairing done by service centre. I have proof receipt of collection of car in good condition by Driver. Service manager name Harkeet Manku [protected]. Kindly help me otherwise I will choose legal options.                               Respected sir, we have purchased Hyundai creta sx in January 2021, but two tyres of it have been swelling on the side of tyre. I have lodged complaint online for on site attend. But nobody has attend it. I had carried it to vasu arjun automobile, Moradabad. They had received the vehicle and said that they have e mailed the complaint to tyre company. But till now, problem had not been rectified. With such a reputed automobile company of world, the way of rectify the complaint is unsatisfactory. As I have already told that vehicle is very new and I am facing a problem to rectify the complaint, kindly arrange to rectify the complaint as soon as possible.                                 On 18th July I saw a classifed Ad in TOI asking applications for Part Time Job in Hyundai Motor Company.
                                Upon calling on [protected] I was told by the person that I need to send my details (viz. Name, Age & Address) and Rs.3100/- .When enquired about the Job description, I was told that daily I have to send 100 e-mails (?) & at the end of the month Rs.25, 000.00 would be credited in my account.Laptop & Mobile will be provided free by Hyundai Motor Company.
                                I would like to know whether above such opportunities are there in HMC & if not whether you intend to take action against such fraudsters keeping in view the company's reputation.

                                  I have booked creta sx model on 07th February 2021 at garve hyundai pune & I was told that the car would be delivered within six months on 17th July I get call from the dealer that sx model has been discontinued is this some kind of joke going around that after waiting so long you get to hear that model has been discontinued. This is not at all acceptable I have waited for so long for this model & expect the company to keep its promise & deliver the car ar per timelines

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I had booked a Hyundai Creta SX Manual Petrol (Titan Gray) model at
                                    Garve Hyundai, Wakad, Pune on 14th March 2021. It's been 4.5 months as
                                    of today and suddenly I got a call today mentioning that the SX model
                                    has been discontinued and SX Executive model is available but with
                                    some features removed. I checked SX Executive model and observed that
                                    Music System and Bluelink features are removed as compared to SX.

                                    Initially while booking a car in March these were the main attractive
                                    features which I liked and did not hesitate for long waiting. Even if
                                    the SX model is discontinued i don't have an option to buy the upper
                                    model since SX(O) is not available in petrol manual variant where i
                                    can get bluelink and company fitted music system. This is a very
                                    disappointing thing for me and a lot of other customers like me.

                                    I have been a Hyundai customer since 2013 and did not expect such
                                    service from Hyundai. Request you to make the SX model available for
                                    me if possible from any of the stockyards.

                                      On 7th July, I purchased a brand new [venue] from you. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find this situation very irritating, New cars simply don’t do that.
                                      Not at all satisfied on the delivery because while I was actually seeing this car even for me it was shock, mainly I was not in need of that segment which they had given me, As u know According the new rule vehicle is been delivered after all the registration procedure so according to that the staff should be aware of making sure that this is the segment which the customer need, If it was not then the customer will have to face situations which I felt so deep.

                                      I will come to the point one by one which I faced and still regret of having this segment

                                      I decided to buy your venue by getting excited and shocked by the features which u had given to the car, I chose ur car on the first look on ur catalogue itself which u r providing, Then I contacted to the Sale head and asked the details She described me the features and I was asking her about the car segment which was in the catalogue, the only matter I told them is Not interested on Automatic engine, Then she had given the details of the manual transmission,

                                      She informed me that on full option they only provide automatic segment So it's better u choose the SX turbo variant.. She told that all the features including sunroof, Allow wheel, automaric wiper, auto headlight and auto rear view mirror everything is included only change is with the transmissiom and quick buttonstart, Due to this Pandemic situation the Showroom also is partially open,
                                      So I decided to trust on the words of the staff and I had booked the car given the advance then the down payment, only in the trust o[censored]r catalogue again the sale staff,

                                      Then comes the delivery day saw the car there wer no power start and it was not automatic as she said I was so happy taking delivery and I had left from showroom soon Coz almost the Car delivery was so late where I'm not satisfies with the timing which they made to sit in showroom even it was late evening, and the staff who I had talked and made purchase was not on the showroom, she is on other hyundai in kannur itself . i ordered full feature whatevere segment it is but the delivery time i wondered . my vehicle i expected features was not there, anyway i procede this complaint to consumer court or else you have to prepare what i expected features.

                                      The vehicle was not at all As promised and as per my need and requirement
                                      The features wer different, what to say about feature when even the segment which I got was different, and when I contacted her she was telling me for this model only this much is there. But is it the segment which I asked them?? As I told u at begining I was impressed on the feature and took the vehicle,

                                      This is not the type of product I would have expected or trusted from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

                                      I demand [replacement of spare, or either giving me the spare feature of atleast the rear view mirror, after all this I'm just having a hope that u people do understand and take action, after all suzuki is giving the rear view mirror as a standard type on cars above 8lakhs, and what about the car of hyundai which is bought for 12 lakhs.On the matter of this spare doesn't make me hate ur brand or give a bad review on every platform, Even am ready to case a file on consumer court under cheating section, Giving the false information, catalogue and giving different product after deliver, if the new rule of this registration of car before delivery didn't come means I could have not took the delivery of car from there,

                                      One more Sentence from my side for ur customer service section, when I was enquiring and complaining about this matter to ur main head office they are asking me to contact the dealer which we bought and they can't do anything, My questioning is every state same hyundai car only is sold just the dealer name is defferent . So it a way to get a response on a complaint which is given to head office?

                                      I had spent my this much time on writing a email in detail coz I dosnt need some other customer to face the same issue

                                        Dropped the car for Repair and servicing of Santro car upon prior confirmation from Susee Hyundai Tirunelveli about a month back. Advance payment also made as per their desire to initiate the necessary spares and accessories. But till now there is no update and commitment to serve the customer. Looking forward concerned team to help the customer atleast needy basis.
