On 7th July, I purchased a brand new [venue] from you. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find this situation very irritating, New cars simply don’t do that.
Not at all satisfied on the delivery because while I was actually seeing this car even for me it was shock, mainly I was not in need of that segment which they had given me, As u know According the new rule vehicle is been delivered after all the registration procedure so according to that the staff should be aware of making sure that this is the segment which the customer need, If it was not then the customer will have to face situations which I felt so deep.
I will come to the point one by one which I faced and still regret of having this segment
I decided to buy your venue by getting excited and shocked by the features which u had given to the car, I chose ur car on the first look on ur catalogue itself which u r providing, Then I contacted to the Sale head and asked the details She described me the features and I was asking her about the car segment which was in the catalogue, the only matter I told them is Not interested on Automatic engine, Then she had given the details of the manual transmission,
She informed me that on full option they only provide automatic segment So it's better u choose the SX turbo variant.. She told that all the features including sunroof, Allow wheel, automaric wiper, auto headlight and auto rear view mirror everything is included only change is with the transmissiom and quick buttonstart, Due to this Pandemic situation the Showroom also is partially open,
So I decided to trust on the words of the staff and I had booked the car given the advance then the down payment, only in the trust o[censored]r catalogue again the sale staff,
Then comes the delivery day saw the car there wer no power start and it was not automatic as she said I was so happy taking delivery and I had left from showroom soon Coz almost the Car delivery was so late where I'm not satisfies with the timing which they made to sit in showroom even it was late evening, and the staff who I had talked and made purchase was not on the showroom, she is on other hyundai in kannur itself . i ordered full feature whatevere segment it is but the delivery time i wondered . my vehicle i expected features was not there, anyway i procede this complaint to consumer court or else you have to prepare what i expected features.
The vehicle was not at all As promised and as per my need and requirement
The features wer different, what to say about feature when even the segment which I got was different, and when I contacted her she was telling me for this model only this much is there. But is it the segment which I asked them?? As I told u at begining I was impressed on the feature and took the vehicle,
This is not the type of product I would have expected or trusted from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.
I demand [replacement of spare, or either giving me the spare feature of atleast the rear view mirror, after all this I'm just having a hope that u people do understand and take action, after all suzuki is giving the rear view mirror as a standard type on cars above 8lakhs, and what about the car of hyundai which is bought for 12 lakhs.On the matter of this spare doesn't make me hate ur brand or give a bad review on every platform, Even am ready to case a file on consumer court under cheating section, Giving the false information, catalogue and giving different product after deliver, if the new rule of this registration of car before delivery didn't come means I could have not took the delivery of car from there,
One more Sentence from my side for ur customer service section, when I was enquiring and complaining about this matter to ur main head office they are asking me to contact the dealer which we bought and they can't do anything, My questioning is every state same hyundai car only is sold just the dealer name is defferent . So it a way to get a response on a complaint which is given to head office?
I had spent my this much time on writing a email in detail coz I dosnt need some other customer to face the same issue
