I booked Hyundai nios on 28th June’21, by paying 10k as advance. Booking was handled by Lokesh around 5-6pm on 28th June’21.
Since there was a death in my family, I could not do any auspicious work for 40 days, which I got to know later after booking.
I informed Lokesh the same day around 9pm to cancel the booking and he did confirm, the docket id was not created.
It’s been a month now and I still haven’t received my refund, Lokesh confirmed, I will get the refund in 10-15 days.
Spoke to Anil the GM, but no luck, extremely disappointing to see poor customer service from Hyundai, I have been loyal customer of Hyundai for a decade.
