Hi,
I, dr salauddin haque would like to put a complaint regarding my RC book delivery.I purchased a creta car from mukesh hyundai, Baguihati branch which I got delivered on 18/10/2020. But till date I have not received my RC book from them. I have given several times of reminders but the salesperson mr sumon and other officials from mukesh hyundai including CRM Ashmita but nobody is taking care this and harassing me since last three months.

      Car registration no WB02AB9482
      Yesterday I have returned my car from service center after incomplete servicing . We want to report that and have tried to inform them but service engineer and others misbehave to us though they have billed 11390 . At service center, they have damaged the negative terminal of the car's battery at the time of washing but they denied to rectify that for that reason car was totally stopped when returning from the service center . By the help of outsiders we are able to bring our car at home . Please do something as necessary otherwise we will forward in proper way

        Dear Team, I am having one Grand I 10 petrol & purchased few years back. As noticed repeatedly fuel stolen from my car from different places during parking. As checked it got stolen from the fuel entry point by any small tool & there is no net inside the entry point. Also wondering how

          C.Narasimha Murthy Partner Of M/S Radans Impex (Exports ) Bought A CRETA Car No. TJ-02-BJ-7614 On 2nd August 2017 For 12.5 Lacs . Few Months Back My Air Conditioner Was Not Working Properly And Took To The Arumbakam kun Hyundai Service Centre For Repairs And One Mr Baskar Engineer Has Attended to It and billed for the repairs . within 2 Months another breakdown down occurred on Nellore Highway the Vehicle Was Getting Heated due to the fan Not Working Resulting the Radiator Getting Heated And Once Again the Kun hyundai service centre has attended attended to the repairs Sent Me A Huge Bill And Again, On yesterday again the vehicle was getting heated for the Same Defect . The Car Was Taken To Service Centre And The Manager Of The Company Informs The Head Has To Be Removed And Estimate Cost Will Be Around 1.5 Lakhs Which Is Shocking To Hear, It Is Purely Deficiency In Service Or Manufacturing Defect And Kindly Investigate Into This And Repair Costs With Spares must not be charged . These Kind Of Incidents Will Cause The Reputation Of The Brand . The Amount Of Insults With My Family Members And Agony Of Standing In The Middle Of The Road On A Highway Pl Imagine, Finally I Am Aged 75 Years .             Sir i sold my i20 car HR29AR0641 dated 31.12.2020 to mahadev hyundai faridabad and took creta car instead. Today, even after 7 months have passed, they have not got my car transferred, that vehicle is still registered in my name. If they do not get my car transferred in my name within a week, then I will be forced to take appropriate action. My car was bought from me by mahadev hyundai faridabad for 4.40 lakhs. If he gives me back that car even by 4.60, then I am ready to take it back also.

              I bought one hyundai creta from mukesh hyundai of kastapur branch. I got my car delivered on 18/10/2020. But still now I didn’t get any registration certificate. The showroom people are totally ignoring me. But they took sufficient money from me for this purpose!

                I booked Hyundai nios on 28th June’21, by paying 10k as advance. Booking was handled by Lokesh around 5-6pm on 28th June’21.
                Since there was a death in my family, I could not do any auspicious work for 40 days, which I got to know later after booking.
                I informed Lokesh the same day around 9pm to cancel the booking and he did confirm, the docket id was not created.
                It’s been a month now and I still haven’t received my refund, Lokesh confirmed, I will get the refund in 10-15 days.
                Spoke to Anil the GM, but no luck, extremely disappointing to see poor customer service from Hyundai, I have been loyal customer of Hyundai for a decade.

                    I have bought hyundai verna on 20 july bt i have some fault in clutch paddle from same day, bt second day service center have opened engine and fixed problem, after that in first drive in rain i have noticed blurness in front sunglass, i have wipe it from wiper many times and even from colin and soft clothes, bt i m fail to clear the blurness, service center dont listen about that, plz help me, i m from ayodhya, up india

                    I have bought a new verna on 20 july, on the same day i have jam problem in clutch paddle, on next day service center opened engine and fixed problem, in my first drive in rain i found that my front sunglass is very dirty and blur i have wipe it from wiper and colin also, bt fail to fix the problem, service center only changes wiper rubber bt not fixed my problem, so plz help me my car have very blur front glass

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        On August 2020, I purchased a brand-new Grand I 10 NIOS CNG Sports Model bearing No: MH12 SQ 9892 from GARVE HYUNDAI Wakad- Pune. After few days upon driving the car, I discovered that there is a Vibration sound approaching from Steering wheel side. Thereafter I approached the Garve Hyundai service center about the said problem to be rectify. They have obtained my car more than 5-6 times to solve the problem of vibration, even though they have replaced Reduction gear and bushes etc. Even after replacing the said part, I am facing the same problem, hence 5 days back they have again recalled my car to solve the issue but they couldn’t and I was promised by the dealer that the car has no major issues and is in a perfectly working condition. Upon driving the car, I found out that whenever I use to take trial after the completion of their work the trial does well, but after the driving of the said vehicle approx. 90 to 100 kms the vibration sound starts constantly again.

                        I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don’t do that. I am wondering at this point whether the dealer has tested the car and went through the necessary checks. This is utterly outrageous and completely unacceptable.

                        While I do understand that manufacturing errors do happen, still I can’t comprehend the fact that the car was not tested before handover. This is not the type of product I would have expected from a manufacturer of your size and reputation.

                        I demand replacement of car now or I want to go ahead to surrender this car as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
                        Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. My expectations are high; please don’t disappoint me again. If you remained to solve this issue positively then you leave me with no other choice but to approach for a legal remedy.

                        Note: Kindly check the history of service for this complains with Garve Hyundai (Wakad) The service Manager is: Mr. Sunil / Swapnil who is handling my issue of car.

                            I had booked hyundai alcazar through click to buy medium selecting ultimate hyundai as dealer before the price launch on 17th june 2021 and due to some personal reasons had cancelled the booking on 9th july 2021. While booking i was clearly told that the amount is fully refundable and i had also submitted all my documents with a letter to ultimate hyundai asking for refund since 9th july 2021 and did several follow-ups with lady called anju from the dealer but have neither got my refund nor any concrete reply from the dealership. Today is 31st july 2021
                            It creates a negative impact on the customer and indicates how unethical the company and their dealerships are..

                              Dear Team,

                              This is Lijin Thomas from Pathanamthitta district of kerala.I wanted to express my grievance over uninformed deduction of Rs 3000/ from the Booking Amount of Rs 5000 sent towards the subject model.
                              I had paid the said amount to Hyundai Dealer "Popular Hyundai", one of the two dealers who service customers in my district.The transaction details are given below:

                              I had to withdraw my interest to purchase Hyundai venue due to the local of value for money when compared to Kia Sonet.

                              This is presenting a bad experience for a prospective customer who has to lose 3K due to absence of information provided by the salesman in this regard.

                              In addition, the booking agreement was made verbally without me signing on any document that indicates this disclaimer/terms and condition.

                              Interestingly, when I did a casual enquiry with the 2nd dealer "SS Hyundai" on this matter, the response was different.I was given a confirmation by the sales agent that the full amount would be credited to the customer in the event of a cancellation with the former.

                              So, I would like to know from Hyundai Management why customers are treated differently by each dealer.

                              I would like to emphasize that it's not the matter of losing 3k, rather of trust and the impression given to the customer by Hyundai.

                              Given the background above, i'd humbly request to consider this matter and take appropriate action to credit the full amount

                                I had replaced a new Lighting Switch Assly. in my i10 sportz car due to the old switch assly. got defected. It is pity that the new one also got defected after installing of 2/3 months, i.e within warrant period.
                                The defect function of the assly. was when the indicator switch Was ON then all main and dipper of both head lamps were OFF. So it was very difficult to drive at the night time.
                                I have complained to [protected]@gmobis.com for replacing new genuine spare, but above email address is an invalid gmail address which was not delivered to concern email address.
                                So I am requesting you to resolve the problem sending perfect parts to UTKAL HYUNDAI( SPARES), MANGULI, CUTTAK.

                                  My name is Saurabh Jain and I stay in Indore. My mobile number is [protected]. I bought Creta from Khandpure Motors LLP, Burhanpur, MP. Along with the Car I bought few Accessories like Music System, Seat Cover, matt & Mudflap.
                                  The case is, I am asking for the bill of the accessories since the date I got delivery of the Car, but till date they not provided me the bill. They say, that the accessories has been provided by Khandwa Branch of Khandpure Motors LLP and they are showing reckless behavior.
                                  I am facing issue with the quality of the accessories like Music System is creating trouble and the seat cover they provided is of local quality with no brand, however they informed me that they are of Hyundai company, but when I checked it with Indore Hyundai showroom they said is is a local product. This is all getting so messed up and creating trouble.

                                  Would appreciate If you could please look into the matter and ask them to refund the amount of the accessories and take this all provided accessories back. This is really burdonesome and harsh on our part to face such things from such a great brand.

                                        We have purchased a i20 vehicle from derik hyundai Nagercoil three months back. Now the vehicle met with an accident. We contacted the service manager of derik hyundai Nagercoil and asked for the quotation in order to claim insurance. But they refused to give quotation saying that the insurance is not made through derik. And also they said they need to order for parts for which we need to pay 1000 at first and refused the same saying the reason that we need to pay 10000 since we have not insured through derik.
                                        Kindly take necessary steps...
