I have booked Hyundai Creta 6 months back at dealership Ishanya Hyundai Ambegaon katraj Pune..
That time I had called customer care before booking and asked that is it mandatory to take insurance policy from Dealer..

Reply of Customer Support : It is not mandatory, customer can take Insurance Policy from Anywhere where he thinks fit..

But now Dealer is unnecessarily forcing to take Insurance Policy from himself which is costing me 30, 000 extra..

Also in IRDSI guidelines it is clearly written that Dealer cannot force customer to buy Insurance policy from Himself..

This is Blatant violation of Govt Rules what should a customer do now..

      I’m sad to say your dealership Alcon hyundai porvorim Goa is not worth buying any cars from them as I have received a defect vehicle from them which 1 full side is repainted and touched up I have all the proof with me. Vehicle was bought on March 6th 2021 the images below will show you the Damage and also there are many more defects too which can be Seen in person
      I’m only sending you a few and also this matter has been sent to more mail id which I will cc them and the manager Shree Krishna is delaying in sorting things out I don’t want any paint jobs done to my vehicle I need a replaced vehicle or refund. Or I will put this in consumer forum and also media. Very bad service

        Dealer has accepted booking of Creata SX with color Lava Orange with 90 days delivery promise but after 3 weeks was told color is not available. Then again after selection of another color was told to be delivered June 2021, however was again told after some weeks that SX is no longer manufactured rather take lower SX Executive variant. Even by confirmation I had raised my finance processing which i had to abort and lost processing charges.

        There is no clarity with dealer regarding the variant and color. Everytime after weeks i am told to change my option. Even Hyundai website is still mentioning all those colors and variant on its portal.

          Sir for the past one and have years my hundai accent car 2009 model newly bought from trichy arasu hundai, when i gave my car to the service center for annual service at trichy gt hundai the remote lock assembly was in good condition on 2019 june in gt hundai trichy, after that service center door lock along with the left, right indicators and sound were not working properly, again it was not also properly cleared and cared by gt hundai so i changed service option to my nearby cuddalore vb srs hundsi service, after
          the service completed with pending work on 30/06/2021 delivered but while i drive my car both left and right indicators glow with wrong operations, causing confusion to front and rear vehicles following me on nh 45 on 10/07/2021 still my problem is not solved both the service center is wrong and late, wrong diagnising vehicle complaint, causing unnecessary mental tension and extra spares purchase for door lock by gt hundai trichy kindly take necessary acton in this process.             Sir,
            it is requested that I went for servicing of Air Conditioner of my car number UP 14 CY 1156 on dated 10th July 2021 at 9:30 am as it was not cooling properly at the said service station “ Nimbus Motors Pvt Ltd Sahibabad” where I was attended by the service advisor Mr. Gagandeep Singh and after check up the Air Conditioner of my car by mechanic in my presence then I was told that 200 grams of gas is less and one valve of it needs to be changed and the service Advisor gave me an estimate of ₹ 7500/-( Copy enclosed).
            After this, at around 4:00 PM Shri Gagandeep informed that the work of my car is completed and I can take it. But when reached to get the car, I was asked to pay ₹1453/- which was twice the estimated service charge of Rs 7500 and I was told that the entire system has been changed, while in my presence according to Sh. Gagandeep the service Adviser and mechanic, the cost was estimated as ₹ 7500.
            It is to be considered that what the actual repair cost can be up to the twice the estimate cost given by any professional service advisor. The difference in the bill has never been more than ₹1000 or ₹2000 so I request you to kindly check whether the service Station had charged arbitrarily only to increase the bill. My car has run between 50000 to 60000 kilometres till now, I have been getting my car serviced on time continuously from your authorized service stations in the past. It seems to me that the service station has unnecessarily changed the nondetective parts of my car just to increase the bill, which were in good working condition in investigation by the service advisor Mr. Gagandeep and the mechanic in my presence.
            I have also discussed this matter with Service Manager (Mr. Bist) but he also did not show any particular interest in this matter nor he took any interest in solving my problems. He only advise me that he will reduce ₹1500/- in my next service. But how can he imagine any one can repeat service of one’s car by such unprofessional service station. I doesn't seem appropriate from any point of view to get car repaired from the said service centre.
            so you are requested to enquire about the above mentioned Nimbus Motors Private Limited Service Station service station and their service Manager and advisor also whether they are qualified or professional one or not. Possibly they may be charging similar arbitrary service charge from other customers also 4 to 2 times more then the estimated service charges.
            I request you to inquire about overcharging and arrange for me to compensate suitably. Otherwise, fix back the parts they have changed in my car so that I can get it repaired by another mechanic at reasonable cost. Hope you will solve my problem and give me proper compensation.

                My car KA 05 MH 1056 met with accident and towed it to Advaith Hyundai agency on Bannerghatta road near Sagar Hospital Bangalore. Was shocked to get an estimate of 1.3 Lakhs. I have been a loyal customer for this and the other Advaith Hyundai in JP Nagar and your records will show all my repairs and servicing at these two agencies although many mechanics have sprung up.
                When I informed them that the estimate is very high they said I can take the car and charged me RUPEES 5000 for inspection charges which I feel is unreasonable. Please take up with the concerned.

                  I have initially booked a Hyundai Aura SX from Kalyan Hyundai and also exchanged my old car with them. At the time of booking they told me that only Rs 5000/- to submitted as booking amount and whenever you pick the car pay the balance amount. Also they told me that full amount of old car will be transferred to your bank account so that loan on the same can be closed.
                  Once I have booked the car they told me to pick car by next day but after three days been past they told me that we will hold 25% from the old car and also need to deposit the whole down payment of the car first then only they will transfer the amount of old car to me.
                  Due to this false commitment at the time of booking I decided to pick my car from Arvind Hyundai and ask Kalyan Hyundai to cancel my booking.
                  They even haven't tried for understanding my issue with them and ask me to write the application for cancellation which I wrote and submitted to them on 30th June.
                  On continuous reminders to them for my refund they refunded an amount of Rs. 2000/- on 9th July after deducting an amount of Rs. 3000/-
                  Mistake was on part of Kalyan Hyundai then why should i bear the deduction of Rs 3000/-
                  Also i have changed the dealer and not cancelled the car and yesterday I have taken delivery of Aura Car from Arvind hyundai

                  I request you to please look into the same as false commitments was made by the Kalyan Hyundai and not on part of me.

                  Hoping for justice from Hyundai part
                  may be Rs 3000 is small for you or Kalyan but not for me

                      I have booking creta ex at the showroom of Bharat motor corp pvt Ltd, sathupalli, khammam dist, telangana state.booking date 23/03/2021, booking amount of 25000/-, but my father was died so some sentimental issues have dropped. But showroom manager and executive was telling booking cancellation charges 3000/-. I have again booking of after january or february 2022. I have very disappointed of booking cancellation changes of 3000/-. When you are taking Like these type of charges i has to stop buying Hyundai vehicles permanently.

                        False commitment for the accessories given as chrome kit missing and just the window bidding in boot that too unfitted by the dealer AM Hyundai at Jammu.
                        No resolution as of now and dealer denying for the same.
                        I challenged him to check the recordings which he failed to.
                        Such pathetic service and looting customers on the basis of accessory is such a shameful act.
                        Coz they denied me if i dont go for accessory then they will not provide the car so hd no option left.
                        But i clearly told them what to give and what not coz the things they have given is of the 3rd grade quality!!

                            I have challenge with front bumper undercharcee. Every time I go service people charge around thirty thousand fix it. With a week time this patch work will break or loose again similar issue.

                              I have booked my order for hyundai creta and after sanctioning of my loan for the same, the showroom has cancelled the pre-booked order of car due to minor problem of not taking insurance from the showroom..It is not mandatory in any traffic rules that insurance is to be taken from showroom from where the car is coming.Also they have taken rs.25000 in advance.How can they transfer my car to someone else when the date was finalized 12th july 2021 for delivery.So i request to take possible steps to stop this as it decreases the reputation and goodwill of hyundai.And if satisfied steps are not taken, i'll also go to consumer protection forum.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have booked Venue SXO Fairy Red on 13th April 2021. During booking I was promised to get car well within one and half months max. Since that time I was in continued conversation with Sales executive about the happenings and car availability and executive always said that car is in stock and not to worry at all. The PO from company released on 18th June soon after that Sales executive started telling cock n bull stories about car getting delayed. I couldn't understand why he has stories now but didn't tell anything for two months. I was very upset n angry, then I visited Rajaji Nagar Blue Hyundai showroom directly to speak to Manager NaveenKumar and discussion was not satisfactory. Till now I am clueless about when I might receive my car.
                                  I am much much dependent on the car as I have really important commitments related to visiting to hospital for my baby. Also as I am buying car from my office loan, the company is concerned about the emi starts and car delivery confusions. Kindly help me on this matter

                                    We bought an i10 NIOS, FQ 1354 car from NRL Hyundai, Agra in November 2020. On 21st May 2021, my father ( Mr. Yatendra Agarwal ) had a car accident, and the company took the car to the workshop. Until now, we have not received my car as they are giving us multiple excuses for the delay in delivery. I have been asking and complaining for more than a month, however, they did not send us the updates of the car and the claim passed. Even we have no clue whether the car has other faults after the assembling or the insurance company did not send the claimed amount. As we were aware of our rights as a consumer, with no option left, we filed a case with consumer court but your dealers have still not executed the order. Even they fraudulently sent a consumer positive feedback letter with the false signature of my brother to the court. They willfully cheated the execution of orders. Sir, all the dealers are fooling us by giving us multiple dates for delivery. We are seriously fed up, so please have a detailed visit to the workshop as they are openly cheating customers. I need my car now in whatever condition it is.

                                    Somebody called me and requested me to close the complaint. They are faulty people, use consumers for their comfort. They make false promises of delivery. They said that the insurance company is taking too long. We have no clue what is cooking between them. Please do something. We just needed one date which is confirmed.
