Yesterday i have put my vehicle eon gj16cb4318.

Today i paid the service charges bill at your showroom rs.3609/-

In bill there are charges for sanitization mentioned free of cost and your representative explained me sanitization cost rs.170/- which is recovered in other services code of outside job work.

So, i just want to know sanitization is free or chargeable.

    Filing this complaint against hyudain india dealership here in karol bagh named autoweb hyundai. They took bookin charge from me 9 (September 2019) months ago, i booked grand i 10 for which delivery should be in january but they failed to deiliver and continuously delaying the date, finally from lockdown started in march they are not there and closed there showroom since then. I went there 5-6 times but nobody attended and guard said showroom is closed. Finally i was able to contact to an accountant of their showroom on 7th june 2020. Since then he is continuously giving me dates for my refund amount. It has been one month and they are now not picking call, showroom is closed. Worst service center ever. They are thief. That employee named rajesh who is saying that he is an accountant in autoweb, was abusive on call and not when i asked for my refund amount.

      I am dr akhilesh kumar singh, purchased i20 from surjeet hyundai, jk road, bhopal on 17.06.2020.
      I have been repeatedly making calls requesting for sale invoice but neither the same has been given nor any satisfactory response has been made. I have been told by mr. Narendra that he has been sent on leave and his response was fortified by ms. Malin.
      Ms. Malin called me about service satisfaction on sunday dated 28.06.2020, i have very clearly told that you people are absolutely not responding after delivery of my vehicle. She assured me to resolve the same but till time and date not resolved.
      I have been also trying to know the status of issuance of number from rto but no response. When i called ms. Malin on 29.06.2020, she said that since new series is going to start by rto, so my papers are still with showroom and could not be sent to rto. I am surprised that even after about 13 days have been passes, my papers could not be sent to rto for issuance of number.
      I am absolutely not happy with the unprofessional attitude of the showroom and disappointed as well about my decision to choose hyundai as my new car because of poor response.

        I am purchase i 20 car and after two years his pants starting picked up.
        Going agency coordinator confirm problem is coming many vehicle hyundai car.

        Two times painting my vehicle back degi and defender.
        Till time the paint flow quite a lot. Going to hyundai agency not support.

          I an a. Prabhakar naidu i purchased venue car on 03.09.2019
          Reg no. Ka o5 mz 5039 from pavan hyundai kanakapura road bangalore -560061

          And i found that my three car tyres got air bubbles i have informed in the
          Service manager of pavan hyundai kanakapura road bangalore karnataka

          And they took the car for inspection they kept the car two days in the showroom and they said that they will send the report to the company and will inform after one week
          I called them after one week and they said no report has come to us and to wait another week. I called they they said that our request is rejected by the company and 13.06.2020 once again they taken the damaged tyres pictures and and i visit the showroom today on 24.06.2020 they given one letter without signature and senders company name (Herewith attached the letter) and i herewith attached pic's of tyre's and letter kindly do the needful.

            In concept hyundai, ahmedabad, i have given my car for repair & service with a complaint that 1. Car is leaving peak-up while running 2.in long travel ac left flowing air. After 5-6 days, they informed that there is a problem of filter assembly, filters etc... And required to replace. After approval they replaced and closed the job. But after taking delivery i am suffering from same problem.
            I feel frustrated, also feel that without proper diagnosis parts have been replaced for commercial purpose only.
            Now feel that hyundai has to solve the problem in car and to refund the money that charged against part replacement.

              This is about a serious concern regarding quality of petrol pipe being manufactured for new cars. I own i 20 sports petrol variant and i seriously frustrated with rat bites on my cars fuel pipe, this is the fouth time i am facing this issue. Atleast in future change your material to build the petrol pipes instead of rubber pipe. I tried several things nothing worked to keep the rats away from it.

                Sir, I purchased grand I10 last Year July 10 2019, I had an accident in December month, we had put that car in Subhash Nagar Service Center to recover, but we have not received our gari till now, it has been complete 7 months and neither Do we ever get any information from him about what work is left in our car and if we CALL ON our behalf, then your manager MR. Ankur and Mr. Ashish(subhash nagar branch )he don’t know how to talk customer acquitted in Batimize, I want to know who has given authority to him talk to the customer in ### language. You don’t know Customer somehow manages to get the LOAN to come so that he can walk home and he is working day and night to pay your installment, now let me tell you, it has been 7 months. We have not got any support, we have gone to such a disadvantage, now we are not even able to pay more money because you don’t understand customer situation how the customer will pay an installment, know we are mentally disturbed to see your this kind of touchier, now we don’t want your gari to take it back I don’t care and neither am I going to pay any installment. I will also file a case against all of you in the Consumer Court for the reason that I have been harmed and because of you, how much you harassed, when someone comes to your workshop to buy new car than give all false commitment but when a customer buy this then there is no one to solve their problem.

                it's surprising no one has replied to my complaint, really pathetic.

                can anyone give any solution or not, otherwise I will kill my self I am so frustrated and And you will be responsible for it, I don't have an option there are so many karja on my head, because of the negligence of you.

                  I am dr. Vivek upadhyay from india. I am having hyundai eon 2012 model. My car running is very limited and till today my car run is 30000 kms. Last month i suddenly face a strong vibration from my car steering and suddenly power steering stops working. After something it came back to normal and again started vibrating very strongly. I was on a long drive on that day and could have faced accident because of this issue. I searched this on google and came to know that this issue is known issue in hyundai cars and many people have done similar complaints online.in fact in some countries hyundai has recalled this part and replaced with new one. I tried to contact hyundai india for same but didn't received satisfactory answer from them. Here i am requesting you to look in to the matter and get my problem resolved free of cost. I will not pay for this faulty (Known fault) part.

                      We have hyundai venue which was been purchased by pala kottayam kerala on february 14th 2020,
                      Vehicle no: (Kl35k1426)
                      Registered by my wife named :binni augustine
                      The vehicle has been run for about 4000km.
                      It has been 4 months since we have purchased and used the vehicle.
                      The car has been facing couple of complaints since 1 months.
                      Complaint:
                      1. Water wipers isn’t working
                      2. The vehicle is not up to the mileage promised by hyundai and is effected the vehicle in a drastic manner
                      3. The vehicle is throwing up unwanted smoke which is harmful for the environment due to bad white fumes/smell
                      * we contacted the branch in pala kottayam kerala in the month of may
                      * the branch staff spoke to my son an told him that there are no parts for the wiper so the branch will contact us later
                      * my son spoke to the hyundai staff on 18th june 2020 regarding the bad fumes been produced by the vehicle rapidly (Especially when the vehicle is at a stand still or idle)
                      * the hyundai branch requested my son to surrender the vehicle to the branch for about 2 days to rectify the issue
                      * various testing was been conducted the branch as said by the staff of hyundai
                      * the branch delayed by surrendering the vehicle back to me by 1 week
                      * i spoke to the hyundai staff quite often regarding the issues faced by my vehicle
                      * the issues faced by the vehicle has still not solved except the wipers
                      * i requested for a spare car till they return my vehicle back
                      * the branch isn’t ready to give me a spare vehicle till now
                      * i hope so your organisation understands my situation and takes the necessity actions
                      * it’s very difficult to transport my family from point a to point b without a vehicle
                      * please solve the issues and help me out with ideal solution.

                        As i belongs to telecom industry with traveling job profile due to not availability of car effect me badly in my job & due to covid 19 i am not in condition to use public transport

                          Popular hyundai executives are not responding with an estimated date by which they can repair my car. Looks like hyundai is struggling to find a fix for my new nios (Dec2019) which broke down on way. Last update i got was a sensors related component emc stopped working and car cannot start till a new one comes from the company. They did not receive a communication when it can come. And that's indefinitely going on till now.
                          It's really frustrating to hear nios advertisement whenever i call them.
                          Usually when we tweet companies take it serious, but Hyundai.. No feelings.

                                Now my complaint is about hyundai arise srinagar jammu and kashmir they cheat me about one product which is grand i10 nios before three months back i have booked the car in srinagar but i gave them my old car which was santro they gave me only 50000rs i gave them 300000 to book the car almost every thing was done but covid 19 pandemic starts everything was deporlised i can't manage the rest of money because of bank everything was stuck now three days back they called me and say your car reached our office please visit and get rest of money i told them it's not possible for me you have wait aleast one week so that i can arrange the money they sell of my car without calling me now sales is very rude to me every person told me that you will not get your cash back. Now need your intervention pls they are looting the peoples on the name of hyundai

                                  We have booked an aura sx vintage brown from oja hyundai, guwahati on 12 march 2020.
                                  Now we have changed our mind and will not buy now.
                                  We have requested for refund of the booking charges deducting the charges. But it has been more than 3 months and have not received it. When we try to contact the dealer they keep on postponing it.
                                  Request you to take the matter with priority as postponing this is showing the customer service relationship of the company.

                                    After your request we have sent the vehicle to your work shop 3 times and changed the several parts to resolve the issue. The following parts are replaced to resolve the issue.

                                        I have two hyundai cars. My two cars recently got serviced at hyundai service center. Due to technical reasons my cars has been stopped suddenly midway. I have discussed the issue with a technician. They are saying both cars have shortage of engine oil. Please look in to the matter. I am totally disappointed from hyundai cars. Please check why such problem is appearing. Cars are only 14 months & eleven months old.
