motor insurance under the hyundai assurance program

This is regarding motor insurance under the hyundai assurance program, andheri, mumbai.

My car (Mh 04 gu 8740) insurance is handled by above company.
When insurance was due for renewal in may this year, ms nilima patil from shreenath hyundai, car insurance, andheri, mumbai contacted me and quoted a figure. I got a quote from modi group which was higher than that of ms nilima patil.

I purchased my car from fusion hyundai secunderabad on 4 th june and i driven only 30 kms some huge sound from back side of the vehicle then i intimate to showroom authority, then they will send technician and take my vehicle to service centre on 10th june. Till today they not identified and solve the problem. And the agm sales not responding and giving reckless answer. Now what can i do. My vehicle tr no is ts08butr1317
Please take necessary action and also take action against agm sales

    Buy grand i 10 on 7 of june from fortune hyundai before delivery executive says everything is ready when i am on showroom to take car delivery he makes me wait for 2 hrs and when car comes for delivery fastag, car cover, mud flap number plate not given with car executive says will going to provide in 2 days now it has converted in 7 days no positive response from dealer i am really unhappy with hyundai and never suggest any one to buy hyundai car you guys are giving such a sales very bad really annoyed and going to write mail to each and every high authorities about this they don't tell the functions of car nothing done very bad

        My self k. Balaji, my vehicle number ap39 cd 0413 elite i20 sportz. Purchased date 23.09.2019. This is a wonderful car until the second service. There are no complaints before service.. Normally petrol engine clutch is very smooth the only option to select this car. But i felt the clutch pad was very tough and hard to engage while driving after 2nd service on the next day. The charge of free service rs.4032/-but everywhere shown service cost is rs.2500/-after the 2nd service driven maximum 200kms only, the clutch cylinder failed on the heavy traffic road.. I faced very trouble and the help of the public and police parked my vehicle on the road side.. Then i was informed to kusalava hyundai showroom auto nagar and they came with toe vehicle and taken back to workshop for repair. Next day i visit the showroom and met the customer service manager regarding this issue. He said, this is a regular complaint on this vehicle, don;t worry we will correct it within 4-5 days. But till date no response from kusalava hyundai. My vehicle is new one and total covered 10526kms only. How is the clutch cylinder failing so early???

            I have hyundai verna - 1.6 crdi sx. From the start, my car has a problem with the power leakage, if i don't drive or start a car for two-three days the battery will discharge automatically. There were 4 or 5 times the car has gone for checking for this specific issue at riya hyundai mehsana service centre, mahesana.

            In the beginning, they were telling me that there is an issue with the battery. After that, they told me that there is an issue with the alternator and they checked it. Again the same issue this time they changed battery at amaron mehsana branch, but after changing the battery they checked the battery charging voltage of the car at an average speed of 40-45 km/h but in the voltage meter, it showed 13.80 which has to be near 14.0. There are comments added by amaron branch manager in the service book (Image -1) and he also told the riya hyundai service manager that there is a problem in the alternator which was later changed by riya hyundai service centre.in lockdown again the car battery discharged so i had a telephonic talk with the service manager of riya hyundai he told me to charge it from the local guy and rouse the car daily, which i was doing in a 12-hour gap but again the battery discharged.

            From the start, my car had a problem with power leakage. I never saw this kind of problem in my other cars toyota - innova crysta, skoda - superb, volkswagen - polo for that, i feel little shame for wasting my time and money and also little shame on riya hyundai service centre which has failed to resolve this issue for 2 years while riya hyundai has such a good showroom and service facility in all over mahesana district.

            I kindly request you to look at this issue seriously from centre level and try to resolve it as soon as possible or find a better alternative for this.

              This is not a complaint but it is request. I could not get the service of my vehicle within the stipulated period judged the guidelines i was in impression that the 24 months limit is still on and could not monitor the limit of kms and i run vehicle by 34000kms against the limit of 20000 kms.
              Moreover, due to this corona problem everything gone out of mind.
              But i accept my fault and fault is fault.
              Therefore you are requested to consider my request and allow me to avail the benefits of third free service and oblige.

                Paid to finex merchants private limited

                Rs.199, 404 advance paid on 20 march 2020 receipt no fmpl/7084/19-20.
                I had request for refund the total amount to my bank as per details mentioned below on 22 may 2020 and since then no reply.

                  Hi, i'm having a service issue with my mother's automatic santro car kl-16-c-5074. First i had given this car in hyundai showroom enathu, adoor, kerala for clearing oil sealent leak problem and they told it will cost 5000 and last it came around 10000.

                  After that my car starts showing pulling problem, a/c problem & smoke coming from engine (Video is with me) they came to ma home & told it will go within a week and after a week they took my vehicle and corrected only ac. Then after a week i again reported them with axle problem, pulling problem & car getting off while running. Again given a bill of 4000+ and changed something in axle part and not corrected starting & getting off issue.

                  Again within 2 weeks i got issue (Not starting tried for 20min) when i went for testing and they came and told to put some more petrol i did it and they told to check for a week, within a week again stucked in road and called the manager, he insults me by saying to put petrol and automatic car needs more petrol, (Starting problem petrol guage photo & video is with me) and he didn't come and i took the vehicle home by my own way. Next day i took the vehicle to workshop and given for a week they changed all filters, plugs (Already changed from outside workshop before but manager is blaming them and shouting at us and it costed around 3000 but no changes in car and i took the vehicle back.

                  Then after a month again i had given the vehicle and told the issues again and i told them to check petrol wires and they changed petrol relay and all costed again 3000 something (You can check all the service history and cost in your database) and delivered the vehicle without floor matts and was dirty. After that i didn't call them as i can't use this car (Km you can check, only 200 km driven. Last week i took the vehicle again to that manager and he is shouting at me and my dad and without even checking he told us to do engine work (His last try to grab our money) and i took my vehicle back. They took my vehicle around 7times and wasted around 3500rs petrol for testing each time and as it is an automatic car mileage will be 6-9 only.

                  One manager named sanooj (Other showroom in pathanamthitta) he was a nize guy he was calling me in between when all this issues happened and todayi have given my vehicle for a last try in other showroom in pathanamthitta to find out the issue as i can't even take this vehicle to public area it's not mooving at all.

                  I'm going to report this manager's worst behaviour with video to social media as i'm fed up with this issue.. I don't want to ruin hyundai' s name so i'll not post anything against hyundai only against that manager. It was a nize car before giving to this showroom now even i'm thinking to sell as i can't use and its having lot of issues.
                  So please help me to solve this issue and please give a reply as my car is now in pathanamthitta hyundai showroom.

                    I gave it on 11 march and they are only giving fake dates and promises till now and now saying parts are not available while i was told on 25th may that the parts are all available but today they are saying its not available.
                    Only fake dates and promises since lockdown is relaxed and fake dates were also given pre lockdown

                      I have given my car (Mpo6ca3777-i20) to the himgiri hyundai dilshad garden for servicing on 28/02/2020for some engine related issue. Firstly they told me the amount of 30350 + gst, then after some days they told me for additional amount of approximately ₹30000, and on the date of delivery they have charged ₹94824, i am facing the big time troubles regarding the service provided by dealer named himgiri motors. He promises to return back it till promising time that is (2/03/2020) but whenever i called them they give me a excuse for not fixing the car. The person named sanjeev who dealed with my car. They gived me the car after 3 months with a bill of ₹94824. After the 200-250km the car having the same issues which i got serviced for. This the worst or i should say worstest company i dealed with. If the service centers could not helped the people so why they opened it. When it comes on money they dont even gives the any discount but when it comes on service the worstest work is get served.

                        The steering wheel became hard & eps light was glowing & not switching off after starting the car. Took it to austin hyundai, patuli, kolkata. Back of the envelope calculation was estimated at[protected]/- depending on whether motor or other part was defective. I was then informed that the ecm has to be changed due to deposit of sulfur & repair was not possible for the ic in the sealed unit. Along with cabling, the cost would be around 60000/-. My car has hardly done 36000 km. I feel the charges are exorbitant & repair should be possible at a much lower cost. Please help.

                          We have book i 20 sports white chassis no ‘ malbm51bllm 798729 petrol in the name of heena upadhyay from gujarat - surendranagar. At the time of selling the car your representative promise to give four accessories metting, mudflap. Cover, and flooring. After so many calls and personal visit they provide cover which is inferior in quality and without anttena space. When we ask about the flooring then they give reply that it is not in form. At the time of selling the product you promise us to provide and on that basis we make our decision to purchase this product and after you denie it. This is case of fraud and not proper transparency. I will file complaint in consumer court if it is not resolve internally. The word/promise of hyundai representative is the word of company. This will affect the brand of hyundai and not trustworthy brand. I will never recommend to purchase the car from this fraud hyundai branch

                            At the time of selling product they are giving me in writing that in accessories we are provide you flooring in car but after delivery they denied to provide as say that it is not mention in order form. One of the representative give in writing that we will provide it. Concept representative words is the word of concept hyundai. So it is a fraud which is done by hyundai concept

                              I purchased venue on 14/02/2020 and the sales man showed the ac vent in provided in glove box but vent was not providing any cooling. When i asked salesman he was also confused and said sir maybe it will cool after some time. But it is not providing any cooling effect even when ac is continuously on for 3-4 hrs. I have tried turning on/off radio switch provided on vent. My details are as below:

                                I will buy new i20 asta top end in pavan honda tumkur. That new car as default that i inform to the dealer & hyundai showroom, the dealer and hyundai showroom is not responding properly, i am not satisfied to this company until the solve the problem. If you any case not responding this problem i will complaint against consumer act hyundai showroom... I i am not buying freely...

                                  I am a hyundai customer.
                                  I have been given estimate by your surjeet hyundai workshop post initial survey of my accidental car and policy etc which was of 15k only. Same was mentioned in my job card copy too, accordingly being salaried person i planned for 20-25k amount. Post this now as my vehicle is prepared they are asking me to pay 175643/-rs. Which is a huge amount and i can't pay it, i am feeling that i have been cheated by hyundai. First giving small estimate so that customer should not go to anywhere and post that submitting huge amount bill. I am not going to tolerate this and will go to court if my issue is not resolved in next 3-4 days time. Yesterday when i visited workshop then again i found that survey of my vehicle is also done and i have survey report of my repaired car. Which is reflecting that surveyer has also considered claim under zero debt but unnecessarily i am getting pressurised to pay huge amount of rs1.75 lacs. I humbly request you to please get my matter resolved at earliest before i knock the door of court or social media highlight such cheating of hyundai showroom / workshops.
                                  Problem:-
                                  Tell about my problem in month of february i met with an accident and my car got damaged excessively and i gave my car on repairing to surjeet hyundai jk road bhopal bhopal i meet mr prashant chaturvedi and shubramanyam ji in body shop department they told me that it will take 20-25 days to get repair and under nil debt policy you need to pay 10 -15 thousand and i planned my budget for 20 -25 thousand and after that lockdown started and it has been more than 2 months in between i called customer care toll free i note my complaint regarding late service then after some time i received call mr salman khan then they told me to wait as invoice was not ready and report is under process and submitted by surveyor mr brijesh shrivastav so i waited and now today i went to them to receive my car they showed the bill of 1, 75, 623.00 now you tell me i m a salaried person how can i give 1, 75, 623.00 rs when they didn't inform any thing about this expense from starting onwards they keep telling me that i need to pay only 10 -15 thousand. So now you tell how will i manage this when they didn't inform me anything about this expense atleast they should have told me about it previously. Please solve this matter otherwise i go to consumer court.

                                    I purchase my eon era car in february 2012 and it has clocked only 22000km. But, from last two days no eps sign is on while starting the car. I fail to understand how eps can become faulty also eps moduke battery voltage supply connector (Harness cable) burnt completely in such a short duartion & after 22k. I checked with a service center and they are charging 7500 for module plus service charge & harness wiring cost for its replacement. I think this problem is coming in most of the eon models and its manufacturing fault yo can see in attached pictures hyundai should replace their faulty eps module free of cost.

I will go to popular hundai kottiyam showroom to repair my car they hold my car in 1 week but not get my car in that week so i will call regularly. And they give a damage peace of back bumber and also they are not paint properly in my car inside so many paint. Now my car like old and neetless. My new car like old car
