Sir i purchase my xcent hundai vtvts typhoon silver color car on 25.10.20 from m/s koncept hyundai show room a-5 green park new delhi - 110016. But till date i did not received by rc with add cng, i received rc in jan but as my car is cng and cng installed by the koncept hyundai itself, but in rc cng is not mention, so i return it back. But from that i regularly contact with show room, but i did not received my rc till date.
I contact mrs meena sharma, mr. Manish gandhi and mr. Ravi regularly, pl help me to resolve the issue, as i am unable to run my car freely on road, their is always tention of challan by goverment authorities.

    Test drive.

    Dealer executive called for pre booking test drive in adoor for which i had to travel from thiruvalla 35 km and waited for a day without providing any test drive or informing any upcoming test drive dates. Later test drive was provided in thiruvalla with manual option vehicle were i have asked for automatic option. I had to go after the dealer executives to get the proper test drive vehicle which was provided on 20/06/2020

    Vehicle booking :

    As per booking form i was verbally informed that vehicle will be delivered within 14 days from the date of booking. Booking date was 20/06/2020 the same day of test drive done on automatic vehicle.
    No proper follow up was done by dealer and was not provided a firm date of delivery.

    Vehicle delivery
    Pathanamthitta showroom.

    I was asked to visit pathanamthitta showroom to see the vehicle and to fix any additional accessories. We reached the showroom and had to identify our vehicle by myself as there was only one automatic vehicle arrived in that showroom with phantom black color.

    No proper covid protocol was performed while we entered the showroom. There were 4-5 staff present on the front office and nobody bothered to attend us or assist us to the vehicle.

    I couldn't find or provided any visitors ledger to enter the name, time etc.

    Adoor showroom

    Vehichle was not washed or cleaned properly at the time of delivery.
    No adequate fuel was filled on delivery time. (Min 5 ltr) informed that dealer filled petrol for rs150/-
    Vehicle stopped in the middle of the road without fuel within 100 meters from the showroom while taking the delivery.
    Accessories worth rs7000/- promised on the quote was not provided.
    Floor mat given was not genuine hyundai mat
    Blue link was not activated
    Features was not properly explained and the executives dosent haven any proper knowledge of the new vehicle. This was felt while providing the test drive even.

    I am totally satisfied and frustrated after owning a hyundai vehicle and
    Would like to inform hyundai team that if this is the way that hyundai dealers treat customers then very soon hyundai will have to pay the price and would like to hear from hyundai team on what corrective actions will be taken against this complaint

      Dear sir / ma'am,
      I have purchased elite i20 sportz plus on aug 28th, 2019 in trichy showroom. Within 1 week i have faced break hard issue and taken to service center they release the air, again i faced the same issue and they released the air on my 1st service. But still, i am facing the issue while driving in city limit traffic.

      Ok now let me raise my complaint, today when i was driving my car (Elite i20) the clutch gets harder and the car stops in the middle of the road which makes me feels guilty on the public the brand new car ran only 4500 kms, not yet completed 1st year anniversary. I loved the car before purchase but now???

      The car is taken by the service center guy who stated that the model facing clutch cylinder problem frequently and the company replacing. Is this a way a company to communicate a customer once we suffer in the middle of the road. Why not you informed us before for the replacement?

      Before i used hyundai accent 2000 model used around 20 yrs it was a very good and smooth car i changed that only for the age of the car, but now i feel compared to that accent 2000 model the elite i20 2019 model is poor than that.

      I feel shame on me on purchasing the car and which makes me mentally ill due to breakdown in public.

      I need a satisfactory explanation and reply from the company.

        White hyundai creta bought year 2016 aug.
        From last few days my well maintained creta car color is getting aired and bubble formation on the back side. Color removal process started in just 4 years. Worst quality paint i have ever seen in any such high end car.

        Before i burst i want somebody to call me and understand the issue.

          We called them and informed that our battery dried out. So, the person who contacted us asked the problem clearly told that to resolve the issue it would cost rs.350/-. He came in direct and checked and told that the battery must be changed. We agreed to change and we are ready to pay for it. He told that it was not in stock. And we decided to change it once it is in stock. All these happened in five minutes. He started demanding for rs.350 for his visit. Our question was if the battery is in stock again will you again charge rs.350 for visiting he told yes. And he never intimated us before about the visiting charge. The person who visited us is kamalakannan. When we asked why he didn't tell us before he simply told how can we tell that to the customer and made us talk to the manager whose name is praveen. Before explaining it he started to talk in the filthy language (Really bad words in his native language). When we asked about it to the serviceman he too spoke all the bad words standing in front of my office. He never even appologised. It made me feel frustrated and it was defamation for me. No one has ever spoken to me this way. Fyi i am an educationist and a media personit made me feel frustrated and it was defamation for me. No one has ever spoken to me this way. Fyi i am an educationist and a media person. I will require an apology from both and compensation

            We booked creta ex model from Kaun hundai Hyderabad gachibowli on 6 june 2020. I was told that if I book on same day then I will get my Creta ex black within 10 days but it's now getting closer to 2 months waiting time and still I didn't here any confirmed date. For time being I got response from dealer like I may get by 20 August. Only reason they are saying like there orders is not being taken by chennai factory. I don't understand why? If orders can't be taken then why showrooms taking booking of cars.

              Dear hyundai i ankit sonavane as a customer of hyundai am really very disappointed with the hyundai venue that i have purchased. It's just been 4 months from purchase and the water has been started leaking inside the car from the driver's door. I have also visited service center named (Arsh hyundai) regarding this issue they told they have fixed the problem but for the second time the water is now started to enter the cabin. After talking to the customer car manager mrs. Reshmi more which is unable to help me with the issue and the business head named (Mr. Naresh naidu) which by told to me that the car is alright and no leaking problem would arise but is now proved to be uncapable in their work. There is also a right side driver's door painting work to be pending they have done about 3 times painting on that door but are not able to match the color of door. It's been 7 times that i have visited the service center for the same issue and i have got no resolve regarding the same.in this period of corona pandemic these people are making me travel thier service center for every now and then. They as well as hyundai seem to have no concern regarding our lives. Therefore it's my humble request to hyundai to please please make a strict action against such service centers and make my problem solve.

                I bought a car from hans hyundai moti nagar in 12th jan 2020. My issue is car don't have pickup, average and stop between when driving and some time not start and fuse not working and car parts also not working well. I am facing the issue from starting when i buy the car, every month i visit the service station 6-7 time and waisting my time. They are not resolving my issue.

                      I've booked my car - Hyundai creat 1.5 black SX (o) at. from focus motors Pvt Ltd. Jalgaon on date 21-march-2020 & my receipt number is 35141.
                      Under Name of : Sudhamchand Talreja .
                      Booking Amount Paid: Rs. 25, 000.
                      my delivery date was 27 July 2020, but the dealer refused to deliver the vehicle because I was not buying insurance from a dealership,
                      they are forcing if you will not buy insurance we will not give you the car.
                      hence, they gave me a refund booking amount cheque and insulted the government regulations & IRDAI regulation.

                      I've already raised a query on the same but haven't got any response.Â

                        Dear hyundai,

                        On (May/2019), i bought a latest new launch hyundai car i20 sportz+vtvt reg. No. 'ka51mn 0533' at trident hyundai showroom and recent service done in june/2020.

                        Unfortunately, your product and service has not performed well because while running 80 speed cliché, break and gear together stuck, stopped working on 13 and 23/july/2020, my family taken narrow turn from the death on ‘nice road highway near electronic city’. I am disappointed because i20 latest version i taken and within 5000 km cliche, break and gear stopped working, when i went to hyundai service center manager renias asking insurance for hyundai manufacturing defect, advising no injuries and death happened so not a big issue hyundai can’t do anything, now my car in the hyundai service center but not a proper resolution.

                        I am worried like hyundai making car for death?

                        To resolve the problem, i would appreciate my money back or car replacement only.

                        I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 31/july/2020 before seeking help from the better business bureau and/or filing a complaint with the consumer forum bangalore india.                         I bought Hyundai Creta SX (Petrol) in September 2018. There were some inherent issues with the car:

                        1) car wipers were making lot of noise (rubber was defective) as they wipe on glass... the executives tried to fix the issue during periodic services but could not do... finally during my last service this month, one of the lady supervisor took care of it... and I am hoping that I do not face the same issue when I extensively use the wipers again during next rains...

                        2) the quality of paint is pretty poor (at least in the unit I have).. the paint got chipped off from some places.. when I shared the same with the team, they told me that it may have happened due to some stone hit (from other car...)
                        now to my biggest surprise, today 27/9, I noticed the clear crack in paint that too on the inside area of driver side door.. the inside area is least exposed area and a paint chip-off or crack in that area is a huge concern and I am already worried about the overall quality of paint considering the other experiences i had before.

                        3) the other issue is: there is always some noise or the other from the car doors (inside) as if some small part is loosen or something..

                        overall, my experience with Hyundai is not so great... I thought it will be a much better car for build quality, paint quality etc... which is not the case.

                          My self amit saini s/o mr. Girraj prasad saini purchased hyundai verna car registered as mp41ca8326 from shrishti hyundai dewas (M. P.) the car was purchased in year 2017. Within few months of the purchase the ac vent clips of the car got broken. Initially i thought it must have been due to my poor handling or something related to it. But with time i came in contact with other person having the same car and realised they did have the same problem. I did contact the service person of hyundai, they themselves admitted that the part was of very poor quality and the only solution they gave to me was to replace the entire vent which was a costly procedure. I did replaced the entire vent but the same problem appeared in the new vents..

                                While locking and unlocking with remote, the sound is very very high. Especially, the kids and elderly people around the car get shock with the sound, all the customers are facing the same problem.in my apartment every one complaint about sound bcoz night time its very very very high

                                    I am suryaa, a resident of bangalore, india. Twice in span of 4 months, my hyundai verna's fuel pipe has been chewed by rats and each time i have to spend 3k atleast. I notice this issues are more in hyundai cars and not in other brands. Why is this? Why dont you change the type of material used for these fuel pipe or come up with a new technology for this. I feel frustrated everytime when this happens. Luckily, my car hasnt catched up with fire when ignition is turned on.. Damn!!!

                                      With profound respect I V.AMARNATH purchased a motor car Hundai (AURA )from your show room on behalf of me my friend went to show room and given cash and from last 20 days I am using car but till date I did not received invoice and finally I went to show room I spoke to Mr Rossia (Mgr) of the show room Mettuguda he promised me that he will give the documents next day but when I spoke to him on 18/07/2020 he is very rude in speaking and when I spoke to him why delay, he delivered rude mannerism that he will not discuss anything from myself and suggested me that he not taken cash from me and he will speak only with my friend who given cash, then I asked him why he told me that he will hand over documents on next day whereas all documents are prepared in my name finally he disconnected my call and the same matter I forwarded to GM saboo on the same day .

                                      Sir, I am serving in paramilitary force being a force member I will submit all necessary documents to my Hqrs within one month otherwise disciplinary action will initiated against me for movable transaction so, I request you to handover documents as soon as please
