Recently on 30th Jan 2020 i bought Hyunday Venue SX(O) 1.4 CRDI variant.
Hyundai people commited me but now no one even talking with me. Few points i have to tell...
1- Commited to me to give 2020 Make on said price but after payment i found 2019 Make.. Here people cheated with me and now i want to return the vehicle.
2- Commited features like Engine ON/OFF through Blue Link, now saying this is not available in this variant, without this feature i dont want Blue Link. Clearly froudulant case. I want to return the vehicle.
3- Commited to provide Leather seat cover with vehicle. Now after one month provided me poor quality regsine Seat cover.
4- Commited for best service but no one reciving the call and reverting. No one semms responsible person. I have complaint in customer care but not recieved any call back..
5- Not recieved Vehicle invoice till date from Dealer Prestige Hyundai, Jabalpur. MP, India.
Now i am sending this mail with lots of hope and positive response.. Otherwise only i will the help of legal...

Now after receiving the loan amount from financier they are harassing us by saying that we have to deposit of Rs -21500 /-(Rs 700/- per day )as penalty .i am not able to pay the huge amount of Rs 21500/- Also they are not providing us the Rc of the vehicle, resulting it I am not get my car on road . They are also not providing us the seat cover, Fast Tag, Bodycover, mud flaps & 5 ltrs of diesel as committed by the staff during my first visit in the showroom on dated 27 of dec 2019. I want to get my solution at thr earliest and also want to lodge a complaint about the harassment of the staff.THANKS
