I want to lodge a complaint against cosmo hyundai sales department. We have purchased a creta chassis no 636160 in the name of ashwani kumar in dec 2019. The sales man then not suggested us about the loan process during visit or we have tried on our own for loan but could not get in the time. The sales man mr mohit get out our loan approved from a private finance ie. Au.
Now after receiving the loan amount from financier they are harassing us by saying that we have to deposit of rs -21500 /- (Rs 700/- per day) as penalty. I am not able to pay the huge amount of rs 21500/- also they are not providing us the rc of the vehicle, resulting it i am not get my car on road. They are also not providing us the seat cover, fast tag, bodycover, mud flaps & 5 ltrs of diesel as committed by the staff during my first visit in the showroom on dated 27 of dec 2019. I want to get my solution at thr earliest and also want to lodge a complaint about the harassment of the staff. Thanks

      Hyundai modi service center - chunabhatti took our car for 7 days and sent back the car in worst condition. Charging us more than half a lac for services promised but not performed on our car. The employee who took our car in at modi service center has resigned (Due to previous complaint against him) and admitted that a faulty bill was generated where they charged us twice for services. They are now harassing us to pay double and even pay for services promised but not performed.
      A clean car is the least a customer can expect out of half a lac worth good service at an institution that reads service center. Right?
      I am looking at going to a higher authority to resolve this as the current employees and head of department doesn't seem to care about the service and are only looking at minting money than solving the issue.

        I have taken grand i10 sportz from ketan hyundai amravati, maharashtra. Unfortunately the tires have bulged in the center and wire have come out. The car has only travelled a distance of 12000 km (Total running till date). The tires were not rubbed and how come this happened. Good year was the tire company when i took the car. I was really proud and happy for all the facilities provided by your company but i am sorry to say this has now proved me wrong. I took my car in the year 2016. Now my question is how to trust the quality you provide to customer. I will be happy if you could suggest me a solution.

          Booked car on jan 27, 2020. They said will deliver on feb 10. Again they postponed the date to 15th. Again said magna amt not available in india, we again move on to sportz amt. They said will deliver on march 5th. But now they said don't have the color what i booked. They are giving option to change color. I'm not satisfied with that dealer service and i have to convey these problems to my neighbors and friends too. I'm not satisfied with hyundai dealers service. Too worst. I'm going to do cancellation. Worst service.

            I have purchase sentro sports amt car feb 2019... This is defective piece.... Call me and discuss this matter...

            Raja hyundai bathinda is not able to resolve tecnical fault.. I have facing below issues from last 7 months.

            1. Shoker problem
            2. Clutch plate system
            3. Automatic dnr signal all is blue light
            4. Airbag module fault
            5. Tyer side rubber replaced
            6. Sparking problem
            7. Battary voltage problem
            8. When key is off, car is running status
            9. Gear problem..

            Raja hyundai serviceman not able to resolve the issues.. I have all videos and images of above mentioned sparking problem..

            No support received by raja hyundai..

            I want to change this piece... Kindly support as soon as...

            I want to change the piece... I will mark legal case within 2 days because i have facing tecnical issues in daily basis... Its a new car...

                A fraud and very unprofessional act was done by anmol hyundai jabalpur mp, as they have sold a car i20 asta which i have booked with a suitable amount without prior any intimation and now they are denying to sell that variant as they are saying it is now out of stock.                   Recently on 30th Jan 2020 i bought Hyunday Venue SX(O) 1.4 CRDI variant.
                  Hyundai people commited me but now no one even talking with me. Few points i have to tell...

                  1- Commited to me to give 2020 Make on said price but after payment i found 2019 Make.. Here people cheated with me and now i want to return the vehicle.

                  2- Commited features like Engine ON/OFF through Blue Link, now saying this is not available in this variant, without this feature i dont want Blue Link. Clearly froudulant case. I want to return the vehicle.

                  3- Commited to provide Leather seat cover with vehicle. Now after one month provided me poor quality regsine Seat cover.

                  4- Commited for best service but no one reciving the call and reverting. No one semms responsible person. I have complaint in customer care but not recieved any call back..

                  5- Not recieved Vehicle invoice till date from Dealer Prestige Hyundai, Jabalpur. MP, India.

                  Now i am sending this mail with lots of hope and positive response.. Otherwise only i will the help of legal...

                      The issue that i have experienced was: as my car was at assai motors for claim so when my car held with an accident my car was in totally good condition. As i was driving my car self at the time of accident when my car hits the bus from back my steringing was jhamed at that time so by crane i took my car to aasai motors in january then they check out my car around 22 feb 2020 as when i reach to take my car the stering wheel was jhamed within 5 mins i call service manager that my car stering is soo tight he said to take a car to gargage again so i take my car to assai motors when they didnt found fault they said we will give you update in evening in evening they argue with me n said you have to pay money for that one part is damaged and you have to pay 10k with labour charge for one part. Then they said give one more day on next day i recevied a call from assai motors they told me some more things will be also changed and that will cost ypu 30k plus gst and start agrue with me that why wiill be pay as a team diffrent people call from aasai and argue and my ac is not working properly now as before do letter i said who have taken test drive before giving me car they say i was on off so we dont knw tehy blaoming eachother and its not our fault if you want to resolve issue yoiu have to pay 30k they argue and not disciplined as my do letter was closed and they have not checked my car properly as for being at safe side they start blaiming that so where is my fault why should i pay soo what is the benfit of my claim as their is lots of issue coming in my car as they just gave my car without resovling i m totally unsatified soo please look my case asap hope to get better response

                      My eon is 2012 model and suddenly today it shows EPS light on the control panel, I was on the way. The stearing was too heavy to turn. Hundai is a world wide company don't make these essential parts so faulty to trouble any one especially when he/she is driveing.
                      Please look into this matter.

                        In oct 18 we booked santro online in the name of my wife kanchan sharma. The payment receipt of the same is there in the trial mail below.

                        We couldn't take delivery due to personal reasons and the dealership orion hundai times tower mg road gurgaon advised that the booking amount can be adjusted against fresh order if we change mind.

                        However, when i tried for refund i am told that dealership is closed. Request you to please refund the money.

                        For the above i wrote to hmil with service request no 1-[protected]. Since then there has not been any reply from them since last 7 days.

                          Dear sir, i have recently ordered a new hyundai venue diesel 1.4 bs4 on 29/02/2020 from popular honda umayanaloor kollam branch kerala state india they offered 75000 cash discount on that car and provide bumber to bumber insurance for 54575. And then offered a delivery on 6/march/2020. But they cheated me in case of insurance while settling bill. The amount on insurance was 13000 less than offered amount.

That car is not in my possession nor has been transfered from my name avinder ghura till date. Challan have been recd on that car on 06 mar 2020. Action be taken to resolve the issue with traffic police and car dealer at the esrliest else an fir will be lodged.

                            We bought creta 1.6 diesel in june 2019 from harsh hyundai indore.
                            We did all scheduled services on time.
                            After while my car clutch failed on 11000 km only (After 10k service on time). I sent my car to central hyundai khandwa issue was discussed too many days they refuse to cover it under warranty and blaming that driving of person drive that car is not appropriate?

                            After all we pay and clutch plate pressure plate assembly changed. But all of sudden on 4 march 20 on 18000 km this problem again repeated creta break down on the way to indore. Prince hyundai workshop people toe car and bring it to their workshop mr deepak rathore looking after the case and again all that...

                            Clutch burned
                            We hv to change cluth pressure plate assembly??

                            On asking reason he also stating the same what central hyundai service people told before.

                            On exploring on google i found that many of creta customers facing same problem and on same time gap.

                            Kind request to look in to matter and resolve it asap.

                              Sir my car is accident on 25 december. And i give to goyal bodyshop on 26 december, for repair. I take insurance from goyal in the name of bharti insurance. On 26 december i complete my all paper work. But goyal employes no work start one month. And no clear me any thing. I daily go to agency for say please start the work. I come from 60 k. M, now after 2 + month car repair but now he not deliverd me, now every day he mentally harass me. Wait wait and insurance company some parts no give claim. I contact with survavor he say all mistake by goyal goyal no give me bill, late intimation, now still no give to insurance intimation letter. My request is please take any action. Where is my mistake? I buy a car from goyal or i take insurance from goyal or i give my car repair to goyal body shop. Where is my mistake?

                                Shifted 3 time the delivery date of my venue because they have committed to give a colour which is not in stock.

                                When i complained to cochin regional manger. Response was pathetic. Each time i need to do the follow up. They are not at all interested to address anything from there end. I need to contact them on each day. Pathetic and they said me to go legally. When i asked them to produce the evidence for acting against the law of hynduai. Nothing happen. They are working for dealership.

                                  For inquiring hyundai grand i10 nios magna (Petrol). They shown me on road price like this.
                                  Ex-showroom price-rs.589610.00
                                  Insurance - rs.29508.00
                                  Registration-rs. 30548.00
                                  Fastag — 500.00
                                  Handling charges-3000/-
                                  Total on road price-653238.00.
                                  I am worrying about the handling charges. As you know as per govt. Notification the handling charge is not legal & its customer discretion to pay or not. Kindly help me to waive off this charge.

                                    1 had give my car in hyundai sindhu bhavan workshop on 1 feb 2020, by pic up from my office address sapath 5 at that time my hall car inspection by hyundai executive at that time my ac change mode not broken but when my car enter in work shop i got call your ac mode was broken and he will charge from me and still my car in workshop nobody will answering me or resolve my quary

                                      Hi team,

                                      I wanted to notify a scam which was attempted on sunday 23 feb 2020 at around 12:30 - 12:50 pm ist.

                                      A personal approach my society security & asked for the car keys of my hyundai grand i10 for servicing.
                                      He told to the security that he is there to pickup the car for servicing.
                                      Security personal called at our flat landline number, my wife said no to giving keys & denied of booking any service.
                                      Same person called me on my cell number [protected] and said that my service is due & he wanted to know the location of the vehicle. I denied for going to any servicing & told him to submit his i'd proof.
                                      After security guard ask for i'd proof, the guy ran away.
                                      I got call from number: [protected]

                                      Need an immediate assistance here..
