I am writing this to let you know the bad experience I had in your service centre Pioneer cars India pvt Ltd Keezhur, Iritty, Kannur located kerala on 21-08.2020.

I have given my Eon Magna Car (KL 59 E 9385) for paid service on the above mentioned date. After service, I was driving back to my home, in the mid way smoke came from the EPS module and steering became hard. I was not able to drive the car. So I stopped the car and told the complaint to the concerned person in the service station. He told me that it happened because of the water reached the EPSmodule due to flood. I agree that the 2019 flood affected my car. But let me make it clear that the water level did not reach upto the EPS module level and moreover after the flood I repaired the car and last one year I am using it. How come after one year suddenly it happened.
So I request you to rectify my car's power steering problem at your own expense. If not, I will file a complaint in CDRF (consumer disputes redressal forum) against the service center.

Looking forward to hearing a positive response from your end.

    We bought an i20 registration no-up 78 fx 8477; vin no-malbm51blkm736367 from triupati hyundai motors on october 2nd 2019. It's a new car which has covered 4151 km till now and somehow on september 1, 2020 around 20:30, my only son was driving the car and its clutch got free while driving the car. It has not even been a year properly and i do not think it to be something very common because a big company like yours should not have defects like this at such an early stage.

    I am very upset seeing this type of quality being distributed in the market. My only son was driving the car and if something would happen due to the same then who will be taking the responsibility for that. Even you can imagine the seriousness of the situation considering that there is always a person’s life behind those wheels and i want someone to take the responsibility for this situation.

    I would want a full replacement of this car because even if the parts are replaced in the old one, i would not be trusting it again and not expect anyone to drive it due to the manufacturing defects which i faced in a brand new car. I want a serious action to be taken against this.

      I recently went to book a new car (Hyundai Creta) at Fortune Hyundai dealership in Greater Noida. Apart from Ex-showroom and RTO charges they are also charging me for Handling. As per my knowledge "Handling charges" over and above ex-showroom price is illegal and vehicle dealerships across India are generating thousands of crores of rupees every year through this unfair trade practice.

      When I tried to question the Sales executives, they confirmed that in Hyundai it is mandatory to pay Handling charges and I should confirm it from Hyundai. Therefore for the past 10 days I am trying to contact Hyundai Customer Care, Regional Sales Heads and even the CEO Mr. S.S. Kim. However, I have not received a single reply or call from anybody in Hyundai.

      I wish government makes a strict law to clarify this situation.

        I bought venue sx diesel last month, and figured out the door lock and unlock sound are just car horn sound and it is blaring like air horn and not able to be muted. I got ear pain due to this from the day 1. It honks once for locking and twice for unlocking. I took the car to dealership to get it muted but unfortunately they disagreed to do that and added it will void the warranty. And dealership agreed that other hyundai car models has mild sound and some models has option to mute it but especially venue there is no option and no support to mute it. I personally checked venue sx-o has a separate mild sound for lock/unlock but venue sx doesn't have mild sound instead of full blown horn. This differentiation was not mentioned anywhere when i bought.

        As a common man, i am feeling bad for annoying neighbours by honking when lock and unlock and even some my neighbours are complaining. Dealership provided an irresponsible answer that do manual lock/unlock with keys like stone age, with that i am getting scratches near the keyhole and having heavy luggage in the hands, difficult to do manual key lock/unlock. This feature will definitely should be fixed with an option mute/unmute or mild sound like venue sx-o. Is there anyway to knock hyundai's attention or legal option to get it resolved.

          Car lying at punya sheela service centre hoshangabad madhya pradesh.
          Car under warranty with run of only 15000kms. Clutch gave up on highway on in first week of August.they changed cylinder.again the car stopped on 26th august.since then it's lying with them.
          Today is 3rd Sept.they don't have any parts to replace.
          Worst is they say the clutch cylinder s were faulty and their are many new i20 cars facing the same issues.
          They don't have any clue when they will be able to fix it.
          Worst of all it would never be safe for me again driving this car

              I was riding my car in slow moving traffic and all of a sudden the clutch did not work, it became hard and gear did not engage and the car stopped. I switched off the engine, the clutch pedal became hard and couldnt press and car did not start. I was in the middle of the road for about 2hr and later the clutch became loose, i was able start the car and reach home. I contacted service centre and they said they need to replace clutch slave cylider as it is worn out, my car has done only 19000km, how can car part wear so soon. And service centre is charging around 5000 ruppees to replace
              The cylinder. It is diificult to trust both the car manufacturer and the service centre, i feel like i got fooled. Please take neccessary action against them.

                The person concerned informed that 5 lts of petrol was in the car. But as soon as left the premises the fuel warning light came on. Since there was no petrol at the allipure filling station I decided to fill it at Garia were I stay. But the car stopped well short of Garia. Now the distance between allipure n garia is about 5 kms. I don't think a new car consumes that amount of petrol.
                The car had to be parked by the side n petrol was fetched from the nearest pump.
                Horrible experience... while purchasing a car

                  I booked hyundai creta e diesel on 10th june 2020 at bohra hyundai in name of shilpkar india pvt ltd. I was told that i will get the car in 2 months but inspite of several reminders i am not getting it. Moreover no proper reply about the tentative time is given when we contact the dealer. I also contacted manager of hyundai india mr rajesh regarding the delivery time, but to my surprise i was told that company is not manufacturing the e model and he can't say when will i get the vehicle. They had no reply to my question that why they took booking if the company is not manufacturing it or why i am informed after nearly 3 months of booking. Further to my surprise they are insisting me to take a higher model which i clearly refuse.

                  My only concern is that why such a big company hyundai is cheating their customers by first taking the booking for basic model and then telling the customers after long waiting period to switch to a upper model. If the company is not interested to manufacture or sell the basic model they should not take the booking for it or inform the customer that company is not interested in manufacturing basic model and they don't know if the the customer will get the car or when he will get the car.

                  Best thing would be if hyundai add a slogan to their booking form "book at your own risk".

                  This is my first experience of dealing with hyundai cars. I had been a loyal customer of naruto for last 25years and always had a feel that maruti is best suited in indian system. This time i thought of changing it and got my lesson.

                  Thanks a lot hyundai for the premium experience. Let me wait and see the height o[censored]nprofessionalism to which hyundai motors can go!

                    My dream car and 1st love towards the brand has completely shattered & proven fatal for me. I had car model Hyundai i20 @ 2010 model. My agony started from year Oct'2014 with major faulty of ECM ( electronic central unit ) part and the same been replaced over a yr. on dt.[protected] and again finally for the 3rd time within a week on dt.[protected] all bills attached ). I have raised a strong quality & technical complaint for my car to be thoroughly checked to dealer & then Co. representative but they just overlooked & didn't pay any heed to the matter. We didn't push it further which proved fatal for me now.

                    My frustration doesn't ends here. I have twice replaced my Motor Assy. part & Hub Assy. RR Wheel part, within span of 4 yrs. ( on dt.[protected] &[protected]. There are many more instances which am not covering here but my dealer & Co. representative for Kolkata, India is well aware of.

                    Coming to my current complaint, where I have replaced the entire Clutch system ( clutch master, cover assy., clutch release, disc assy. ) on dt.[protected], also been replaced once in the past though on dt.[protected] cylinder assy. ) got faulty again within span of 7 months for the same reason ( clutch plate ) and my car is lying at service center for over a month now and I have finally made up my mind not to spent even a single peny over this car anymore..enough is enough..When contacted to the Co. representative over this current faulty issue, was shocked to hear from him that they can't help it as the part is over 6 months warranty period and again I have to pay for the replacement. I was very furious towards their blunt reply over phone showing no respect towards their loyal customer. They don't even pay any heed or show courtesy to reply back to my mail done thrice to them.

                    This strongly has to bring into Company notice towards inferior quality parts and disrespect towards their loyal customer, putting a serious concern towards Cos. credibility.

                    My humble request towards Hyundai Motor India Limited, to please seriously look into the matter and resolve the issue as soonest possible to ease my pain. Thank you.

                    Note : Not able to do any attachment for supporting my claims since the bills r more than 2MB ..but can be produced whenever needed.

                      Before 1 month of purchase tire was ruptured.
                      After 6 months also not solved.
                      Now 2 nd tire also ruptured.. Till now warranty not claimed.

                      Worst situation.2 tires ruptured. What i have to do...

                        I bought a Hyundai Venue 1.0 turbo in November 2019 and I did not notice the stepney back then. Now when I had to use the stepney for 400 metres the vehicle does not have balance with it and was also wobbling, apart from the fact that the original wheels are 215/R16 and the stepney is a 195/R15 which is a way smaller wheel. It is a steel rim and I am okay with that. What I am not okay with is the fact that they have given me a smaller wheel. I am looking for a 215/R16 or at least a 195/R16 as a replacement for this stepney. I got vague answers from the Sales Manager and they are saying you can sue us if you meet with an accident. Utterly disappointed with the way Hyundai and the Dealership personnel spoke. Utterly disgusting. I have four other cars a Verna, Eon, Tucson and a Santro and I did not face any issues like this with them.

                          I have purchased i20 elite from, pune, in june 2019 and after few day ony i faced hard brake problem at slow speed. The brake went hard all of sudden & unable to stop vehicle. I have discussed said problem with there service center & given vehicle two times to solve the said problem but said problem till the time not sort out from them. Also unable to find out reason of the same. This problem is very serious & occurring at slow speed only.

                          So the concerned should give a serious thinking to solve this problem and arrange to rectify the same at the earliest

                            Since i bought this car its running 6 kilometers in one litre of petrol. I was promised that it will rum 12 to 14 kilometers in one litre petrol. I have gone through the first free service and the average has not improved as it was claimed by the dealer. There is something wrong in the car engine. Please look into the matter or i will consider that the company has cheated me. I seek the help of consumer court if not sorted out by hyundai india as i can not afford the cost of fuel. I have spent rs.12 lacs for this.

                                My car i 20 active registration no. Up78es3826 damage front light driver side i claimed in august month first week but on the same day after change my car front light driver side it take moisture next day i went to triputi hundai work shop fajal ganj kanpur and informed about this but no response from hundai work shop team he told me come again i went their again and again but no response found i am a health worker at central gov. Due to covid 19 duty it is not possible that every day i go to workshop. Please replace above mention part and solve my problem. Thanks regards bhim sen senoir pharmacist at gov.                                   I had booked a hyundai creta sx (O) mulberry red colour on 2-6-2020 with booking amount rs.25000/- through golden hyundai salem. But they are not able to deliver the vehicle after even two and half months time. And they demand full amount as advance. Hence i want to change the dealer from golden hyundai to lrn hyundai salem. Please instruct the dealer to refund the amount or transfer the amount to lrnhyundai salem.

                                    On dated 20 Aug 2020 I visited SAPPHIRE HYUNDAI's body-shop at Mayapuri/New Delhi. After waiting more than 3 hours & 20 min. I approached them to Please attend to me, after that they paid some attention to me. I asked them to file a claim for vehicle DL9CAP9888. They{MRITYUNJAY PANDEY & RAKESH} simply said "NO" & misbehaved with me on the false blame that I asked them to manipulate. RAKESH BAHUGUNA, General [protected]@SAPPHIRE HYUNDAI also turned down my request & got a form signed from me on the assurance of solving my problem with bodyshop guys. Meanwhile I had filed a complaint on HYUNDAI CUSTOMER CARE NO. Vide SR. Acknowledgement: 1-[protected].Till the date, 24 AUG 2020 no one has responded to me officially.
                                    After waiting for 72 hours[3days] I personally interacted with ''Area Manager Name: Tumul Gupta, on Mobile: [protected]'' He told me that- ''They(sapphire hyundai) have the right Not to do your work, it's their choice." This was the actual statement of Tamul Gupta. Regarding this I have also filed a complaint against Sapphire Hyundai in the Consumer forum as well.
                                    I'm totally disappointed with this attitude of Hyundai Employees.
                                    If someone is reading this mail at a higher rank in HYUNDAI please help me to get out of this situation & let my vehicle be repaired. I shall be thankful to him...

                                      Hi All

                                      I have been a customer of Hyundai for more than 13 years. Had owned a Santro for 12 years and now from almost a year a brand new Hyundai i20.

                                      This incident occurred on 6August, 2020 when my car while driving on the middle of a national highway broke down. The master clutch cylinder broke down, thus seizing the clutch. Luckily we avoided any major tragedy, my mother and cousin who was driving the car contacted the Hyundai Roadside assistance, who assured the nearest provider will approach them within 15 minutes. On numerous calls and failed attempts, after more than 3 hours of waiting they hired a local towing company paying them almost 1000Rs and cab for themselves got the car to the Berkeley Hyundai Dealership, where the car was purchased.

                                      On initial investigation they had confirmed that both the master and connecting clutch cylinder had been completely damaged and needed immediate replacement. My question was isn't it unusual for a car driven only 4600Kms having an issue related to clutch cylinder, this pretty means that it is a manufacturing fault. When we purchased the vehicle we did not pay to get a faulty vehicle up our way, even though they are replacing the part, we never know how many other such manufacturing blunders might have been in the car.

                                      So we have, completely requested them for a refund of our money or at the very least to issue us a new car as we did not pay to drive a repaired car, where we had zero involvement. The area manager Mr. Anil Sharma had been incompetent in providing a satisfactory resolution and we escalated on [protected]@hmil.net and [protected]@hmil.net, with no response at all.

                                      The incident occurred on 6August, 2020 near Kala Gram, Chandigarh Housing Board Road.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        Hope you and your family members are well and healthy.

                                        I'm proud owner of Hyundai Verna car.
                                        I bought it last year with road side assistance services of Hyundai.

                                        As per this service, whenever I need any help/assistance at road side, Hyundai team will provide their support.

                                        Today, I faced some issue with ignition of engine. It suddenly stopped and didn't start.
                                        So, I gave call to Road Side Assistance team at around 11.30 AM.
                                        I explained the whole scenario and situation with location to the guy who picked my call. They said, your request has been registered and you will get a call back from our team soon.

                                        I waited for 4 hrs in the car itself as it got stopped at some remote location in Gurgaon city. Then at around 3.30 PM, I again called on the customer care's no. This time they said, your previous call was cancelled somehow and we are raising new request. And again the same words, you will get a call back from our support team soon.

                                        But I don't know how my previous complaint got cancelled in their system. They didn't even inform me about this cancellation.

                                        Since then, I'm continously trying to call them, everytime the answer is same, our support team will call you in next 15 mins.
                                        I've called them more than 10 times and still
                                        no help provided from their side.

                                        My concern is, I'm waiting for the service since morning and not getting any help.

                                        Kindly help me to raise this point with the company.
