I have requested you people to disconnect my wifi on 10.09.2019. Its been 5 days i am following with you people to having update on the same. Till date i have not received any kind of confirmation regarding the same. Neither you people have informed me regarding the security amount which i will receive.
Everytime when i had called at your customer care i was informed that i will receive a confirmation call from you. But till date i have not received anything confirmation call or mail.
Kindly disconnect the wifi & refund my security amount as i do not have time to call you again and again.
