I purchase one iball tab from relaince in the month of feb 14 after some time i have problem in touch pad so i rush to service center but first they says that your warranty is over after contact with relaince people i get submit my tab on 10/9/14 after some time he is give me proper receipt on 24/09/14 document no. [protected] but till date my tab is not refunded, they say that we have not proper parts for the same model because the model is out dated but i purchase the same in feb 14 ; if the product is not repairable so kindly issue me new model

    Dear Sir, I have submitted my Iball Andi 4.5 K6 mobile at your Pune service center on 27 Aug 2014. Since then i have visited there five times. Every time they are telling me next 8 days for replacement. After one and half month also I am getting a new date after 8 days. Today 13 oct 2014 at 12:10 pm I visited there. Please stop all these nonsense practice and close the service after sale and the service center also. There should be some limit to make fool the customer.             Hi everybody, I am purchase IBALL Slide 3G 7271 Tablet from vile parle. Yesterday, in the night it go so dangerous product it seem like to blast. I think IBALL is making the product it is not testing the product before delivery of the product.It is my suggestion it is unsafe for small child and even for youngster. Today I visited to Andheri (east) center and talk with center head, He is arguing and not carying to customer and not listening.I am say they are manufacture are producing unsaftey products and harmful product. U can see in the image how battery become swellon and become fatty and dangerous and center head helpless to customer. Every customer, I suggest don't go to buy the IBALL product.Even if they don't manufacture user-friendly Item then why u should buy. I[censored] see the image I am sure you will not buy the product of IBALL...

              I have bought Iball Vibe WiFi on April 2012, and it got some issues after 11 months, i gave it to service and they cant solve the issue and they provide me other handset (But, that handset is not new i think, based on its conditions. After 10 months again that mobile got issues regarding touch problem. Again i gave it to service, there they have said warranty got over, so it will cost Rs.450/-. I gave service on June 9th 2014 and still now, they are saying touch panel is not available. waiting for spare parts. Is this the quality given by I Ball? I need it very soon as possible or replace that mobile with another mobile.

                I purchased Mobile from Vijay Sales Mira Rd, Mumbai in Oct 13. PCB issue found in JAN 14, I contact to Andheri, Mumbai Customer care, They told me it high level issue. So its L-4 category issue. PCB may repair . I requested him for New Mobile because serious issue came within 3 months. I did not submitted . Issue was still with PCB only. I did several mails but no action for Replacement. After some time mobile become complete off . I gone to service center Kandiwali Mumbai .They said mobile is damaged because of water seepage. and Told me for PCB will repair/ Change Charge Rs 5900 or more (while Actual cost of mobile is 7000) . Why shoul I pay as mobile already existing issue of PCB and it need to repair or change @ free of cost. Same thing ( PCB Repair/ Change )you did now and expecting money as repair charges ??? Since 7 months i am without mobile and mobile is still with Iball I had suffered too much after investing at I Ball Mobile. So please repair and revert my mobile at free of cost.                       I myself Kevin Thakker (email id : [protected]@gamil.com) wants to bring to your notice that I have submitted my mobile Andi 3.5i on 14 Aug 2014 (Mobile warranty valid till 9 Sept 2014) for battery issues I was being told by executive Reshma Parab of Kalyan branch taht I will be receiving new battery after 4 days with an estimated cost of 350 rs .When I visited Kalyan branch after 4 days i was again told to come after 2 days this continued till more 3 days, then finally she informed me that since my mobile was in warranty period so company has decide tp replace entire mobile and give you a brand new mobile.I was supposed to receive this new mobile on 18th of this month i.e 18 September.When i approached the Kalyan gallery again the executive there Reshma Parab told me to visit the galley on 20th Sept now this time i was been given a excuse of your service is under process and for my satisfaction she gave complaint numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]complaint number by given by above 4 contacts).When called on these number a lady picked up a call and told that "The number you have dialled is currently busy .Please try later".I was shocked to hear this reply as it was not a computerized system and literally the lady picked up the call and said it.Now finally I have decide to wait for for 5 more days else on this monday I will claim on this company.I request you all to please support me and being united we can fight for our justice.

                        Your custmer service center at SEC 44d ...their technician ruined my cell phone and my all cell phone is damaged now...i gave them 3 months before and now there is no status.. 3 months before only my camera is now working and now yesterday the told me your battery, motherboard, camera, led, ringer have changed...what the hell is wrong with my celll phone... only my camera was damaged ..now everyhing...bull man...ask the technician ...how is it possible...

                          Pathetic products is what this company makes ..to top it they have amazing service centers where probably they have hired people to scare the customers away .. As screen was broken I wen to Janak Puri, New Delhi Service centre, they checked it and it was working .                               my phone was giving me troublr in starting of august thats why i submit my phone to i ball service center they told me that they will repair my phone in 10 days and they give me my phone on 17 of august but they didny do that and they give me my phone on 22 of august but the thing is that this time my phone is in even worse situation thay did not give proper service and when i asked them to when they return my phone they said within 7 days but not in a wrriten and when i said them to give me writen statement then they said me in a very bad way and said itto me that if they give me proper date then i will sue them and still hey did not give me proper response

I'm the consumer of your product (iball andi5e7 )this product lacks with 3g, whereas other manufacturers provide 3g to their phones at the same price or lesser than this . but this makes me feel so sad when it comes to internet . as the speed of internet is very very very poor. except lack of 3g . everything is good . therefore I'm not satisfied with this product which lacks 3g support . hence your product is not satisfactory and I would rather suggest my friends not to purchase this product . thank you

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, I had purchased IBALL ANDI 5LI last year 10 th August 2013, in intial period was ok, but when 10 months was completed camera started giving problem. I had gone to service center so said wait for 4-5 days to get repaired but after waiting they said camera could not be repaired & they will give a replacement within 10 days as told on 5th August 2014 till date they are saying we havent got any replacement in thane Service Center at thane Station.                                     Hi I have purchased iBall bluetooth headset on 11-Nov-2013 and in the last month I faced an issue over my product. I have taken that to Service Center and they said they would provide me the replacement. The product produced to Service Center on 25-Jun-2014. Still I am not getting proper response from the center. They keep saying that we would arrange you in another 3-4 days. But its been more than a month and no solution. Escalated this to their officials and even they say the same which is annoying me.                                       I am PRAKASH. I brought my new 3G 7271 HD70 a performance series tablet on 16/06/2014. On 02/07/214 it was dead and I found NO POWER. Immediately on next day I went to iball service center in Coimbatore and handover to them. Service engineer Documented the case and he said that the device need to send Chennai because tablet service station is available only in Chennai and they will be revert back in case of any physical damages. Obviously, I know that physical damages not comes under warranty, but the issue starts later on, they were under research I think.

                                      After 3 weeks, on 30/06/2014 I received a call from local service station (after many follow-ups) and simply he told me that your device display was physically damaged, I asked him why? you peoples took this much time to find this issue? And is it the reason it become NO Power? (Issue locked as NO POWER & now (after 3 weeks) it was a display crack). He told that incase want to change the display you have to pay 2000 for it. I refused that and asked him to return the device without replacing display.

                                      Actually I love Iball products, my first desktop cabinet, SMPS, pen-drive, WIFI router and now TABLET. It is a very nice experience too. Now the problem is again on 31/07/2014 I call up to the local service station and check for my device. They simply replied as we need to check it, and will be call back you. Waiting for an hour and again I call-up and service engineer asked me to come and collect the device.
                                      I went there and found the device with damaged display, and it seems like a device found after 100+ years (that much dirty) old and convey my dissatisfaction. I started to check the TABLET and found some error popup and SIM not deduct on it and I asked the service engineer to check both the SIM, but it was refused to working and to response service engineer. Finally he asked me to hand over the device, and collect it after our call.

                                      Today is 02/07/2014, completing a month with service station. Now I am waiting for their call. I just want to know how these service engineers are placed in I-ball? and why they were spoiling the brand? and will they care about the customer product? What will be reaction from I-ball for their customer?
