I purchased an iball slide tab (under warranty) one months before. but charger is not working. when charger is connected to tablet, no sign of charging appears. without charger it is difficulties in charge the tab. it is unfortunate to know that a branded company will have poor accessories. pl. suggest replacement measures at may mail [protected]@gmail.com.

I have purchased i ball andy avonte on 13th feb 2016 and from then i have issue with the sound problem with the touch pad. I have submitted the device to customer care and after 8 days i received the same without any improvement. I have contacted the customer care person at bhyander, thane district and they have informed me that i have to again submit the same for servicing. I would like to know how many times i have to do this? I cant use the phone properly after purchasing..

I submit my phone to repair they told me come afte 15 day than I want it ..they told phone gone for replacement one after 10-12 day .. again i want there on the due date they told phone aren't received here again they told me come after 2-3 I want after they doesn't received the phone what should I do now I waited more than the month .my phone number [protected]

I ball class x1 special grey which was sold by prakash sales corporation, 728c, 1st floor, old dlf colony, sec 14, near ganpati honda showroom, gurgaon - 122001 had a touch screen problem with it so whwen reached the i ball service centre at saheed nagar, plot no -705 on 14/10/2016 they denied to give service as flipkart is not registered with them to give service. Even they denied to check our phone. My phone no ([protected])

I am writing this mail due to poor and worst services of iball service
center located in janakpuri, new delhi, 6th floor, jaina tower 1.
Having a tablet q45i which i purchased before 2 months and right now
they have some major issue of charging those my tab never turns on till right now and
visited 4 times in a single week at janakpuri center but nothing was done. So please it's a
humble request do the needful and take some action against them.

My iball (Andi avonte 5) phone has some problem with it, and i submitted it to service centre, luknow hazratganj, whenever i use to call service centre they dont receive call or i find it busy. Many times i had to go there to ask for my phone, but they refuse to give a exact date of issuing. I had suffered alot because of this kind of response and didnot get my phone back, when will i get my phone back, i ball provides worst service, and tired of its service centre shifting problem too. Who will be responsible for it. If after this complaint if no actions will be taken or i will not get any date of issuing i will take strict actions against iball, i want my phone well working with in three days. Thats an ultimatum fed up of bad services provided by you.

I have purchased above mentioned product dated on 17th July 2016. after 2 days i got keyboard problem.
after that i contacted to ur cusumer service centre. they brought new key board for the tab, now they took tab also . dated on 22 August 2016. from 17th July till current date i did'n get my tab.
they r givig irrelevent answers.

Plz take appropiate action.

I bought a iball tablet o900-c and found that a defective piece was delivered. The iball customer care people asked me to submit the tablet to a service center, which i did in the jalahalli service station. They kept the product with them for 15-20 days and returned back only updating the software but the screen was still flickering and ear phone jack failed to work.

They agreed that the product was defective and they would either provide a new piece or credit the amount back.
I have been writing to iball customer care who raised a ticket with number ib-cc52471.

After hundreds of calls and follow up emails, the branch manager (Ashwath) from bangalore made a call and promised a complete refund of money because of the defective piece and bad service. Also apologised on behalf of the service centre people (B. S. Enterprises, jalahalli) because those guys literally abused and misbehaved with me (Woman).

Now its come to a point that mr. Ashwath is no more receiving my calls or answering mails. So are the customer care email desk. I have been travelling to and fro to service centres, making calls. End of all what i receive is abuse from people for following it up. This is happening since 2 months now. I have spent 10k for the tablet and equivalent money on taxis and phone calls. This is emotionally very abusing too.

I had purchased iball AVONTE 5, 6 month ago. There are continue facing network and Internet access problem. I gave my mobile to service centre 2 times within 3 months and still facing same problem. Service centre representatives not returning mobile on given date they are asking for more additional time. I found it worst mobile i have purchased and its services are not satisfactory.

I wish you will take immediate action to resolve issues

From few days my i ball tarang 5.1 is making humming noise...can you give me some solution... i had many solution but it wont happend...i used diffrent power supply connection for that...but unfortunately it wont worked...so want you to give some proper solution on that...it making me irritating...due to this i cant listen sound properly...when i increase bass humming starts...give me solution...

I am writting this mail due to the issue of internal storage memory of i ball q45i tablet which i 've purchased it from amazon those delivered it on 22 july 2016 but the dispute is related to the memory of internal storage of those they 'd commited to me and on mention on the box is 8 gb internal storage but the fact is that they only have the storage of 4 gb. This is wrong commitment so please do the needful for me.

Now porblem is totaly off this set. How many times will it be shown problem?

The bought tablet is not even 2 months old but with lot of issues and the service is also not provided by the company iball.
It doesn't provide the specified specifications also,
like 8gb inbuilt memory which is fake,
the tablet seems to reboot itself for no reason,
Sound Quality is not up-to mark,
Camera Sucks in Room light.

Battery is not good. Once you charge it fully it gives a back up of 3 ours. Once battery is below 40%, it starts discharging very fast even if you dont use it.
The Mic doesn't work properly. So when you are on call (using iBall earphones) the person at the other end can hardly get 10% of your voice even if you shout !!!
OTG is not working

My mobile had been repair 6-7 times but still it is not working properly it's validity of guarantee has been expired on 10.6.2016 my mobile submitted in service center with in warranty period complaint no. is Ibcc 48501.So kindly grant me new mobile phone in exchange of this mobile phone .

मेरा मोबाइल फोन वारंटी में था जिसके कैमरे ने अचानक से काम करना बंद कर दिया | जब मैं सर्विस सेंटर पहुंचा तो उन्होने मुझसे कहा कि आपके मोबाइल का अंदर से तार टूटा है | कैमरा ठीक करने के 1250 रू. लगेगें तब मैंने कहा ये तो अभी वारंटी में हैं | तब उन्होनें मुझसे कहा इसका अंदर से तार टूटा है | तब मैंने कहा बाहर से तो टूट भी सकता है अंदर से तार कैसे टूट सकता हैं तब उन्होनें मेरे से पैसे लेकर फोन का कैमरा ठीक कर दिया लेकिन उसकी आबाज बंद कर दी तब में दोबारा सर्विस सेंटर पहुचा तो वह कहने लगा कि आपसे हमने क्या कहकर फोन लिया था तब मैंने उससे कहा आपने मुझसे यह कहकर फोन लिया था कि अगर कोई और कमी होगी तो हम जिम्मेदार नही होगें | तब उन्होनें मेरा फोन ठीक करने को मना किया तो मैंने १०० नंबर पर शिकायत करने को कहा तब उन्होनें मेरा फोन का स्पीकर ठीक कर दिया और वापस दे दिया लेकिन अब इसकी बैटरी सही से चार्ज होना बंद कर चुकी थी और १० दिन बाद अब मेरा मोबाइल फोन बिल्कुल बंद हो चुका हैं | 5800 रू. के मोबाइल में 1250 रू. लगाकर भी खराब है व सर्विस सेंटर वाले अब हर चीज का चार्ज करते हैं व एक चीज को ठीक करते है तो दूसरे में कोई कमी कर देते है जिससे हमें सरविस सेंटर के हर महीने चक्कर लगाने पडते हैं | मोबाइल फोन न होने के कारण अब तक मेरा 50 हजार रू. से ज्यादा का नुकसान हो चुका हैं |

Sir, i submit my i ball earphone to the i ball service center (18/04/2016) (G. N. Enterprises
F-15, 2nd floor, vikas manzil, gmd road. Moradabad, uttar pradesh - 244001.
India.). Sir that time service center owner was not present there. Two children was in the shop. Children receive my earphone and give me time 15 days. But sir after 15 days i go to service center then i show the service center owner again not present. Children are present. They contact his boss and tells me your earphone is on the way. Told me "you come after two or three days". After three days again i went to shop again owner is not present children are there. I asked where is my earphone. They told me earphone is not come.
Like that i go service center almost 5 or 6 time. Almost two month is done but my earphone does not back to me. My home and service center distance almost 12 km. I never seen the owner of service center. Plz help me sir. The children behavior is not good.
