I have a iball Slide i6516 tablet PC, the touch screen of which got damaged. I gave it to your Authorised Service Centre in Kolkata at Chittaranjan Avenue, Kolkata-700012 on 17.02.2015 for replacement of the touch screen. They gave me an estimate of Rs.1, 540/- and told me that it will be repaired by three days. But after more than a week, they called me today to inform that the touch screen for this model is not available and it cannot be replaced for now. They also told me that only if the Head Office can arrange for the new touch screen for this model, then only it can be repaired. I shall have to wait until your HO informs me about it. What is this? I use the Tablet regularly and will face immense difficulty without it for a long period of time.Is this the quality of after sales service of your company? The tab is 2 years old and the service centre's explanation is that as it is an old product, the part is not available. A product of price of[protected] Rupees has only a serviceable life of 2 years? How a company with such after sales service can become the no.1 in Indian tablet PC market?

    I buy an iball Edu Slide i1017 few months back on snapdeal. It hangs too much and although I manage them with few forceful turn offs and resets I was using it fine while not running heavy applications. But 7days ago after I factory reset it and after installing few applications it shuts down itself. I try every possible methods just to see if the screen glows. At last after holding all the available buttons including the reset button on the back it turns on after about 3 hours from the shutdown. But it freezes again and then there was another shutdown after few seconds. This time nothing else happens with every possible methods. As my home is far away from the city and near of exam i open it myself ignoring the warranty in hopes that I may find one or two loose cables. But nothing else more.. I took to the iball servicing centre but they won't take it as it was opened before. Now my tablet is nothing but trash(Sometimes I used it for shaving my beard). Can you help please

Avenue, 2nd Floor, Kolkata- 700012 ::::::::::::::: 29th October of 2014, when I Submitted an Iball tab to the service centre (Kolkata) after 3 months of purchase as it generating a touch problem in the right portion of touch pad. The serviceman of Iball said that they will inform me when my product will be ready. Getting no response i called them after some weeks. They said that my product have been sent for servicing & will inform me as soon as it reach in their hand. I waited... A month passed... I called back... They said that the product will be replaced by a new one & I have to wait some more times & they will inform... Okay Boss... I got a call after some weeks with the pleasing information that my tab is ready to receive... BUT... They said that I have to pay near about RS-1500 & the reason is that the company can't provide me the replacement of same model but an upgraded one... & to recover this discredit of INDIAN FAMOUS IBALL Company I have to pay this amount... I didn't agree to pay for that & ask them to manage that. They told me that they will return the product to the company & I have to wait till a same model will be available in company's store.. All Izz Well Boss... I Waited... One more month passed... I called... They said to come... I went... Again the same story of RS-1500... I patience instead of argument & flashed back them with the memory of whole story... After a call, with a gentle manner they told me to come back in 2 or 3 days, my set will be in hand they confirmed. I called after 4 days. They said my product is reaching by afternoon. I said I will come tomorrow. I gave one more space of day & called on the day (Today, 11/02/2015) I was about to come. Jesus Christ!!! Again the same story, that my product is coming after two days with 100% surety... I then asked gently that what they want to do with me & the gentle man of Iball asking me whether I want any argument. Then, , as soon as I tried to make him remember all that he has been promising since some last days, he ended the call suddenly. I am now in full of doubts whether I get my set back or not.. So I am now asking IBALL that whose fault it is?? Service centre's?? Company's?? Or mine?? If its my fault, that is surely choosing a product of this company, which takes money from us instead of a colourful box of harassments & hopelessness...           one month back i had given my iball tablet to repair at the authorized service centre of iball, pune22, A WING SOBA TOWER PUNE HOSPITAL, PUNE 411040 TEL NO. [protected]...i gave it for display repair and touch, i collected my iball tablet on 24th evening at 6 pm and immediately when i went home and kept my table tkept for charging and the display was not there and i could see white display with black patches.Previously when i had given my tablet my display was alright .It is the mishandling and faulty repair of the engineer that has created this problem, I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTRE NEXT MORNING IMMEDIATELY BUT THER IS NOT GOOD RESPONSE .I HAD PAID 4000 RPS FOR THIS REPAIR NOT TO GET MY TABLET DAMGED .I HAD KEPT MY TABLET IN THE SERVICE CENTRE ONLY GIVE ME MY TABLET REPAIRED IN THE SAME 4000 RPS .PLEASE LOOK FORWARD FOR THIS ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE MY COMPLAIN NO :157030 TABLET PC SLIDE 3G9728 SERIAL NO :[protected]

          I have iball andi 3.5i mobile phone .I need its battery having specification - IBL- MA36 / 1200 mAh / 3.7V / 4.44Wh. I am not getting it anywhere since a long time not even in the service centres.

            I had bought I ball ANDI 5.5 N2 Quadro phone(IMEI no.- [protected]) in the month of 27 January-2014.After 3 month of Normal operation I had faced problems of audio jack and touch in my instrument. I had sent my phone to Vadodara service centre for resolving these problems but due to resolving in ability of workmen at vadodara service centre, they sent it to Ahmedabad service center. At Ahmedabad service centre I got my phone repaired somehow and got it back after 25 days. After 15 days same problem arise in my phone so I again sent it back to vadodara service center. They resolved the problem and sent it back to me after 10 days. Recently Before 1 month the phone fall-down and damage touch screen. Again I approached Vadodara service center for repairing touch screen on chargeable basis (as phone was damaged due to my mistake). When technician at vadodara service center dissembled the phone he found that the Audio jack is short-linked so he told me to get it repaired on chargeable basis. But whenever problem arises in Audio jack I had got it repaired from I ball Authorized service center only and it is under warranty period. So why should I get it repaired on chargeable basis? So I requested technician to contact me with executive of vadodara service center. He made me to meet with executive Mrs. Chetna Patil. But she also told that the short-link of Audio-jack is done by out-side agency and denied to consider my case for repairing under warranty. So I contact via mail and telephonic support to Mumbai head I ball service centre but they also told audio jack circuit not considered in warranty period because mobile damaged.so I told to Mumbai I ball head service centre (sonika mam) only touch was damage due to fall down and ready to pay 2150 rupees( touch replacement charge)but not ready to pay audio jack circuit problem 6370 rupees(audio jack circuit replacement charge) because temporary some extra thin wired soldered at circuit instead of replacement for save rupees 6370 /- by service centre whenever problem arises at past.But she also not considered audio jack circuit in warranty period. They blame to me this audio jack circuit short-link job done at out side unauthorised service centre. So I need your help for resolving this problem.Because this is fully cheated to customer by I ball service centre. When technician at vadodara service center dissembled the phone he found that the Audio jack is short-linked so he told me to get it repaired on chargeable basis. But whenever problem arises in Audio jack I had got it repaired from I ball Authorized service center only and it is under warranty period. So why should I get it repaired on chargeable basis? So I requested technician to contact me with sr. executive of vadodara service center. He made me to meet with sr.executive (Mr. Umesh yadav and Mrs. Chetna ). I told that the short-link of Audio-jack is done by out-side agency and denied to consider my case for repairing under warranty. The behavior of both the personnel was not so good and this is not the correct way to treat your precious customers.                 Dear Sir/MadamToday I am writing you to file the complaint against IBALL Mobile "ANDI UDAAN" with the below full details :- Note: I purchased Iball Andi Udaan from Mehta Agency, Ahemdabad with his commitment that Iball will provide you one year warranty and replacement service if any problem will arise. The IMEI No. of the Mobile is [protected] Problem Day 1 (04.09.14): I went to Iball service center for very small problem of loose of charging slot. They took my mobile, gave me receipt and asked me come on 06.09.14 (2 days later) to take the mobile from service center so I gave them mobile, take receipt and come back. Problem Day2 (06.09.14): I went to Iball service center to collect the mobile as committed by them but they asked me to wait till 09.09.14 so I argued them and asked the reason for the delay but they didn’t respond properly. Again I come back without mobile Problem Day3 (09.09.14): I went to Iball service center at 06:45 PM to collect the mobile but the staff has leave the office even after the office timing is around (10AM – 7PM) and I request one person to give my mobile so he return my mobile and I return him the receipt which they issued me on 04.09.14 Problem Day4 (16.09.14): It was very surprising for me that only after two days of servicing I was facing the same problem of loose charging slot and I send the complaint to Iball service center @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in. In my email to Iball, I clearly mention that even after servicing I am facing the same problem and this time the problem was bigger than the first because the charging slot was loose. I asked them to replace my mobile with new one as committed by Mehta Agency, Ahemdabad. Problem Day5 (19.09.14): I received the call from customer care representative Mr. Sonika Shetty and she were asking me to again leave the mobile for more few days in service center and they will again check the same so I clearly denied to go again as I had already left my mobile in their service center for 6 days before this conversation and as I am also working in a company so I cannot go service center again and again. She also sent me the email regarding the same.In reply to her email, I informed her that I will go to service center only If they will return back my mobile in 24 hours. Problem Day6 (24.09.10): I again write email @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in that I mentioned that I cannot submit my mobile again and again but then again I receive call from Mr. Sonika Shetty and she were asking me to go and leave the mobile at service center and then again I argued the same and didn’t submit the mobile just because I didn’t had any other mobile with me and I leave alone in Ahmadabad so It was not possible for me to go to service center which is very far from my paying guest and I don’t have the vehicle too. I also didn’t submit the mobile because I had already given them my mobile to repair just before 10 days then what they did in first time servicing and why they required to submit my mobile again after 10 days. Problem Day7 (03.11.14): The problem in the mobile become bigger and I went to service center after coming from home and Diwali vacations on 3rd Nov. 14. When I reached there, they asked me to pay Rs. 280/- for the repairing of damage. I told them that this problem arises because in first servicing you leave charger slot “LOOSE” so she told me that It is damage and you will have to pay the charges so I told them that I will talk to your Mumbai Head office and then will come back. I come back to home and immediately send an email @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in with full conversation details Problem Day8 (04.11.14): I received reply from Iball that we will revert back to you shortly. Problem Day9 (05.11.14): I received the reply from Iball that you will have to bear the charges.I replied to this email on the same day and again highlight my point which I was repeating again and again from day 1 after first servicing that "my mobile started facing this problem after 10 days of first servicing just because they leave charges slot “LOOSE” in first servicing and after 1 month this problem become big just because your mistake and I mentioned all my points of first servicing mistake, replacement commitment given by distributor in my email." Problem Day10 (06.11.14): As I was not receiving any reply to my sent email dated 05.11.14 so I sent them reminder to revert back to me then I received the call from Ms. Sonika shetty and she asked me to go and meet to Mr. Bipin Patel (Manager – Drive In Road Service Center) so I told her okay I will go Problem Day11 (08.11.14): I informed to HO office of Iball that I will visit to your service center to meet Mr. Bipin Patel.I went to service center between my office time in the noon and then receptionist asked me to wait and I waited there for 30 min. in my office hours and Mr. Bipin Patel took 30 min. to come out at the reception.I talk to him and also start recording of full conversation in my friends mobile just to save the proof of conversation. I argued a lot and I was arguing because I didn’t wanted to pay Rs. 280 just because damage was due to fault at service center part. I have the recording of around 15 minutes in which I am mentioning all the problem which I am facing from 04.09.14.while this conversation at service center, Mr. Bipin Patel asked one of the colleague to open the mobile and when he opened the mobile the socket was attached to my mobile but what he did; he took the charging slot out of the mobile and took the photo, just to show that the charging slot was totally broken. I didn’t tell him anything about this at that time and I was recording everything. The point to be noted here is that in the full conversation he didn’t mentioned anything related to PCBA. I will send you the recording also so that you will also come to know about this. Again I am pointing you that I was arguing with entire team of Iball just for Rs. 280/- which they were asking to pay and I didn’t wanted to pay because mistake was not at my part.One more thing to note here is that manager told me that I will tell you the discounted charges after discussion with HO by tomorrow. This was the second commitment on behalf of Iball (First was the commitment given by distributor to replace the mobile and second one was by manager to confirm the charges)I argued a lot with him and then come back and write everything about this conversation @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in. Problem Day 12 (10.11.14): I was waiting for the discounted charges and also waiting for the reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder. Problem Day 13 (11.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder again. I sent them two reminders on 11.11.14. I called in their office too to know the discounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet. I also tried to contact at their HO but they didn't helped me. I tried to get in touch with Iball through their online chat facility but first I tried to chat their " Iball Slide and Mobile Live Chat Support" so they told me we are technical support team you will have to contact to "Iball Baton Live Chat Support" and then started chatting with them so they told me that we can't help you as this is different department so you will have to talk to our customer care team and the same was happening again and again... Problem Day14 (12.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet. Problem Day15 (13.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder again. I called in their office too to know thediscounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet. Problem Day16 (14.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet. Problem Day17 (17.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet so I told them that I am coming to your office directly and will talk to the manager face to face. Problem Day 18 (19.11.14): I went to service center with mobile and original bill with the mindset that I will pay the charges for repairing the mobile as my mobile was dead from last 15 days and will submit the mobile after discounted charges confirmation from Mr. Bipin. When I went to their office they asked me to wait, I waited again for around 30 minutes and then he come out at reception. I told him that today is 19.11.14 and I awaiting for your response from 08.11.14 why you didn’t confirmed me the discount charges yet so he added THE VERY NEW STORY in the full picture that I talk to the HO and they also sent you the email and we are giving you 20% discount and now you will have to Pay only Rs. 4000/- instead of Rs. 6000/- for PCBA repairing. I was totally shocked at that time; from where this 6000/- come suddenly in the story so I argued him that I didn’t received any email as I was online till 6 in the evening so he told I will ask them to resend you the email to confirm the charges. I again argued a lot that why you didn’t tell me on 08.11.14 that the problem is in PCBA and why this thing come suddenly in the picture today. From the starting till today I am arguing for Rs. 280/- and I discuss for Rs. 280/- with the manager on 08.11.14 then why he didn’t told this thing onthat day that the problem is not in charging slot, the problem is PCBA. He return back to his cabin and asked me to wait as he was asking HO to resend me the email so I again waited for around 20 min. then he come after 20 min. and told me that they have sent you email now and in their first email, they didn’t confirmed the charges which was sent at (6:10 PM in the evening) and now in second email, they confirmed the problem as well as charges... Here the point to be noted is that"The manager of the service center Mr. Bipin Patel and his customer care not mentioned any problem like PCBA before my conversation with the manager at service center on 19.11.2014 and suddenly he changed his statement. Customer Care sent me the email before 40 min of my visit to service center and in their first email they didn't mentioned the problem of PCBA, they mentioned only charging slot problem. When I reached to their service center as manager has already changed his statement so he asked this customer care also to change their statement and email and resend the email to my email address [protected]@gmail.com. In their second email, customer care of iball mentioned the problem of PCBA first time and charges.I think the Manager (Mr. Bipin Patel) of the service center is very much confused and he have no technical knowledge of the problem of mobile that's why he is changed his statement suddenly and asked his customer care team to change the statement in email also, I will also forward you the recording and video of 08.11.14 of my conversation with the manager in their service center so that you all will come to know what was happening Point to be Noted: 1. I bought this mobile on 15th April and only in 5 Month I was facing below problem:- 1. The charging slot which become very big now 2. Lower button of mobile sometimes work and then stop, then again start and then stop. 3. Battery Life is almost completed and it takes full day to charge 4. Ear Phone stopped working properly 5. Charger cord not working properly 6. As concern for PCBA so I talk to other service center and they informed me that "company is making you full and there is no need to change the full PCBA for the small problem of charging slot" This is the full story till today and now please sees the below my all questions which I want you to ask from Iball and clear this matter:- 1. How can I trust on the company whose products are becoming dead in only 5 months and to whom I should blame? I paid Rs. 8800/- to this fake company for their stupid mobile so who will pay me back my money. 2. Why their distributor is making false commitment of replacement to sell Iball products to customer and to whom I should blame for this. Is this not the responsibility of the manufacturer to see that how their distributors are promoting their product in the market? 3. Why they leave charging slot “LOOSE” in first servicing. This was the main root of this big problem today. 4. Why they took 6 days in the first servicing. Even after 6 days, I was facing the same problem so what they did in 6 days 5. I was arguing for Rs. 280/- then from where suddenly the new problem come of Rs. 6000/- 6. Why they didn’t said the same problem on 08.11.14 when I went to meet them in their office. On 08.11.14, they were also arguing for Rs. 280/- and I mentioned Rs. 280/- in my conversation then why he didn’t told me that the charges are not Rs. 280/-, the charges are Rs. 6000/- 7. Why they were not replying to any of my reminder or call between 09.11.14 to 19.11.14 and why suddenly they reply to email on the same day when I was about to reach their service center. Does it mean that as I had already informed them that I will come to meet you directly that’s why they replied on the same day? 8. Why the Manager didn’t took the photo of damaged and attached charging slot and why he took the attach slot out of the phone. 9. Why the manager and his customer care has to changed their statement in just 1 hour and why they didn't send the clear email in the first email if they knew the issue. 10. Now who will bear the charges of my time which I spend in waiting for the manager in his service center, they cost of coming again and again to service center, the cost of mobile which I purchased just before 7 months of Rs 8800/-, the charges for annoying to customer by adding new story at last stage from Rs. 280/- to 6000/- 11. I want my full refund back.They have the camera in their office so you can track the record in their camera too day by day which I mentioned above. I will not let this company go because If they are asking me to pay Rs. 6000/- only after 7 months so this is the question on the company that what kind of products they are selling in the market and what is the quality of the products they are distributing to the customer by making false commitment of replacement through their distributor.It is the big question because If this products of this company "Iball" is also exporting out of India then It will not only create a bad Impression of company but of Indian products too in the world so I am not going to ignore this matter at any cost.If you need any other detail from my side then please let me know.                 I am writing you to file the complaint against IBALL Mobile "ANDI UDAAN"
                with the below full details :-
                Note: I purchased Iball Andi Udaan from Mehta Agency, Ahemdabad with his
                commitment that Iball will provide you one year warranty and
                replacement service if any problem will arise. The IMEI No. of the
                Mobile is [protected]

                Problem Day 1 (04.09.14): I went to Iball service center for very small
                problem of loose of charging slot. They took my mobile, gave me receipt
                and asked me come on 06.09.14 (2 days later) to take the mobile from
                service center so I gave them mobile, take receipt and come back.
                Problem Day2 (06.09.14): I went to Iball service center to collect the
                mobile as committed by them but they asked me to wait till 09.09.14 so I
                argued them and asked the reason for the delay but they didn’t respond
                properly. Again I come back without mobile

                Problem Day3 (09.09.14): I went to Iball service center at 06:45 PM to
                collect the mobile but the staff has leave the office even after the
                office timing is around (10AM – 7PM) and I request one person to give my
                mobile so he return my mobile and I return him the receipt which they
                issued me on 04.09.14

                Problem Day4 (16.09.14): It was very surprising for me that only after
                two days of servicing I was facing the same problem of loose charging
                slot and I send the complaint to Iball service center
                @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in. In my email to Iball, I clearly mention that
                even after servicing I am facing the same problem and this time the
                problem was bigger than the first because the charging slot was loose. I
                asked them to replace my mobile with new one as committed by Mehta
                Agency, Ahemdabad.

                Problem Day5 (19.09.14): I received the call from customer care
                representative Mr. Sonika Shetty and she were asking me to again leave
                the mobile for more few days in service center and they will again check
                the same so I clearly denied to go again as I had already left my
                mobile in their service center for 6 days before this conversation and
                as I am also working in a company so I cannot go service center again
                and again. She also sent me the email regarding the same.In reply to her
                email, I informed her that I will go to service center only If they
                will return back my mobile in 24 hours.

                Problem Day6 (24.09.10): I again write email @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in
                that I mentioned that I cannot submit my mobile again and again but then
                again I receive call from Mr. Sonika Shetty and she were asking me to
                go and leave the mobile at service center and then again I argued the
                same and didn’t submit the mobile just because I didn’t had any other
                mobile with me and I leave alone in Ahmadabad so It was not possible for
                me to go to service center which is very far from my paying guest and I
                don’t have the vehicle too. I also didn’t submit the mobile because I
                had already given them my mobile to repair just before 10 days then what
                they did in first time servicing and why they required to submit my
                mobile again after 10 days.

                Problem Day7 (03.11.14): The problem in the mobile become bigger and I
                went to service center after coming from home and Diwali vacations on
                3rd Nov. 14. When I reached there, they asked me to pay Rs. 280/- for
                the repairing of damage. I told them that this problem arises because in
                first servicing you leave charger slot “LOOSE” so she told me that It
                is damage and you will have to pay the charges so I told them that I
                will talk to your Mumbai Head office and then will come back. I come
                back to home and immediately send an email @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in
                with full conversation details

                Problem Day8 (04.11.14): I received reply from Iball that we will revert
                back to you shortly.

                Problem Day9 (05.11.14): I received the reply from Iball that you will
                have to bear the charges.I replied to this email on the same day and
                again highlight my point which I was repeating again and again from day 1
                after first servicing that "my mobile started facing this problem after
                10 days of first servicing just because they leave charges slot “LOOSE”
                in first servicing and after 1 month this problem become big just
                because your mistake and I mentioned all my points of first servicing
                mistake, replacement commitment given by distributor in my email."

                Problem Day10 (06.11.14): As I was not receiving any reply to my sent
                email dated 05.11.14 so I sent them reminder to revert back to me then I
                received the call from Ms. Sonika shetty and she asked me to go and
                meet to Mr. Bipin Patel (Manager – Drive In Road Service Center) so I
                told her okay I will go

                Problem Day11 (08.11.14): I informed to HO office of Iball that I will
                visit to your service center to meet Mr. Bipin Patel.I went to service
                center between my office time in the noon and then receptionist asked me
                to wait and I waited there for 30 min. in my office hours and Mr. Bipin
                Patel took 30 min. to come out at the reception.I talk to him and also
                start recording of full conversation in my friends mobile just to save
                the proof of conversation. I argued a lot and I was arguing because I
                didn’t wanted to pay Rs. 280 just because damage was due to fault at
                service center part. I have the recording of around 15 minutes in which I
                am mentioning all the problem which I am facing from 04.09.14.while
                this conversation at service center, Mr. Bipin Patel asked one of the
                colleague to open the mobile and when he opened the mobile the socket
                was attached to my mobile but what he did; he took the charging slot out
                of the mobile and took the photo, just to show that the charging slot
                was totally broken. I didn’t tell him anything about this at that time
                and I was recording everything. The point to be noted here is that in
                the full conversation he didn’t mentioned anything related to PCBA. I
                will send you the recording also so that you will also come to know
                about this. Again I am pointing you that I was arguing with entire team
                of Iball just for Rs. 280/- which they were asking to pay and I didn’t
                wanted to pay because mistake was not at my part.One more thing to note
                here is that manager told me that I will tell you the discounted charges
                after discussion with HO by tomorrow. This was the second commitment on
                behalf of Iball (First was the commitment given by distributor to
                replace the mobile and second one was by manager to confirm the
                charges)I argued a lot with him and then come back and write everything
                about this conversation @customer.[protected]@iball.co.in.
                Problem Day 12 (10.11.14): I was waiting for the discounted charges and
                also waiting for the reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but neither
                received any call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted
                charges nor I received the reply from HO regarding my email dated
                08.11.14 so I sent them reminder.
                Problem Day 13 (11.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted
                charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any
                call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I
                received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent
                them reminder again. I sent them two reminders on 11.11.14. I called in
                their office too to know the discounted price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t
                come over phone to talk to me and no one confirm me the charges yet. I
                also tried to contact at their HO but they didn't helped me. I tried to
                get in touch with Iball through their online chat facility but first I
                tried to chat their " Iball Slide and Mobile Live Chat Support" so they
                told me we are technical support team you will have to contact to "Iball
                Baton Live Chat Support" and then started chatting with them so they
                told me that we can't help you as this is different department so you
                will have to talk to our customer care team and the same was happening
                again and again...

                Problem Day14 (12.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted
                charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any
                call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I
                received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent
                them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted
                price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no
                one confirm me the charges yet.

                Problem Day15 (13.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted
                charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any
                call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I
                received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent
                them reminder again. I called in their office too to know thediscounted
                price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no
                one confirm me the charges yet.

                Problem Day16 (14.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted
                charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any
                call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I
                received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent
                them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted
                price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no
                one confirm me the charges yet.

                Problem Day17 (17.11.14): I was still awaiting for the discounted
                charges and reply to my email dated 08.11.14 but Neither received any
                call from Manager regarding the confirmation of discounted charges nor I
                received the reply from HO regarding my email dated 08.11.14 so I sent
                them reminder again. I called in their office too to know the discounted
                price but Mr. Bipin Patel didn’t come over phone to talk to me and no
                one confirm me the charges yet so I told them that I am coming to your
                office directly and will talk to the manager face to face.

                Problem Day 18 (19.11.14): I went to service center with mobile and
                original bill with the mindset that I will pay the charges for repairing
                the mobile as my mobile was dead from last 15 days and will submit the
                mobile after discounted charges confirmation from Mr. Bipin. When I went
                to their office they asked me to wait, I waited again for around 30
                minutes and then he come out at reception. I told him that today is
                19.11.14 and I awaiting for your response from 08.11.14 why you didn’t
                confirmed me the discount charges yet so he added THE VERY NEW STORY in
                the full picture that I talk to the HO and they also sent you the email
                and we are giving you 20% discount and now you will have to Pay only Rs.
                4000/- instead of Rs. 6000/- for PCBA repairing. I was totally shocked
                at that time; from where this 6000/- come suddenly in the story so I
                argued him that I didn’t received any email as I was online till 6 in
                the evening so he told I will ask them to resend you the email to
                confirm the charges. I again argued a lot that why you didn’t tell me on
                08.11.14 that the problem is in PCBA and why this thing come suddenly
                in the picture today. From the starting till today I am arguing for Rs.
                280/- and I discuss for Rs. 280/- with the manager on 08.11.14 then why
                he didn’t told this thing onthat day that the problem is not in charging
                slot, the problem is PCBA. He return back to his cabin and asked me to
                wait as he was asking HO to resend me the email so I again waited for
                around 20 min. then he come after 20 min. and told me that they have
                sent you email now and in their first email, they didn’t confirmed the
                charges which was sent at (6:10 PM in the evening) and now in second
                email, they confirmed the problem as well as charges...

                Here the point to be noted is that"The manager of the service center Mr.
                Bipin Patel and his customer care not mentioned any problem like PCBA
                before my conversation with the manager at service center on 19.11.2014
                and suddenly he changed his statement.

                Customer Care sent me the email before 40 min of my visit to service
                center and in their first email they didn't mentioned the problem of
                PCBA, they mentioned only charging slot problem. When I reached to their
                service center as manager has already changed his statement so he asked
                this customer care also to change their statement and email and resend
                the email to my email address [protected]@gmail.com. In their second
                email, customer care of iball mentioned the problem of PCBA first time
                and charges.I think the Manager (Mr. Bipin Patel) of the service center
                is very much confused and he have no technical knowledge of the problem
                of mobile that's why he is changed his statement suddenly and asked his
                customer care team to change the statement in email also, I will also
                forward you the recording and video of 08.11.14 of my conversation with
                the manager in their service center so that you all will come to know
                what was happening

                Point to be Noted:
                1. I bought this mobile on 15th April and only in 5 Month I was facing
                below problem:-
                1. The charging slot which become very big now
                2. Lower button of mobile sometimes work and then stop, then again start
                and then stop.
                3. Battery Life is almost completed and it takes full day to charge
                4. Ear Phone stopped working properly
                5. Charger cord not working properly
                6. As concern for PCBA so I talk to other service center and they
                informed me that "company is making you full and there is no need to
                change the full PCBA for the small problem of charging slot"

                This is the full story till today and now please sees the below my all
                questions which I want you to ask from Iball and clear this matter:-
                1. How can I trust on the company whose products are becoming dead in
                only 5 months and to whom I should blame? I paid Rs. 8800/- to this fake
                company for their stupid mobile so who will pay me back my money.
                2. Why their distributor is making false commitment of replacement to
                sell Iball products to customer and to whom I should blame for this. Is
                this not the responsibility of the manufacturer to see that how their
                distributors are promoting their product in the market?
                3. Why they leave charging slot “LOOSE” in first servicing. This was the
                main root of this big problem today.
                4. Why they took 6 days in the first servicing. Even after 6 days, I was
                facing the same problem so what they did in 6 days
                5. I was arguing for Rs. 280/- then from where suddenly the new problem
                come of Rs. 6000/-
                6. Why they didn’t said the same problem on 08.11.14 when I went to meet
                them in their office. On 08.11.14, they were also arguing for Rs. 280/-
                and I mentioned Rs. 280/- in my conversation then why he didn’t told me
                that the charges are not Rs. 280/-, the charges are Rs. 6000/-
                7. Why they were not replying to any of my reminder or call between
                09.11.14 to 19.11.14 and why suddenly they reply to email on the same
                day when I was about to reach their service center. Does it mean that as
                I had already informed them that I will come to meet you directly
                that’s why they replied on the same day?
                8. Why the Manager didn’t took the photo of damaged and attached
                charging slot and why he took the attach slot out of the phone.
                9. Why the manager and his customer care has to changed their statement
                in just 1 hour and why they didn't send the clear email in the first
                email if they knew the issue.
                10. Now who will bear the charges of my time which I spend in waiting
                for the manager in his service center, they cost of coming again and
                again to service center, the cost of mobile which I purchased just
                before 7 months of Rs 8800/-, the charges for annoying to customer by
                adding new story at last stage from Rs. 280/- to 6000/-
                11. I want my full refund back.They have the camera in their office so

                mentioned above.

                I will not let this company go because If they are asking me to pay Rs.

                    I have given my Iball phone which i had past 2 months and it is not working properly. i gave my phone on 4th Dec, 14 in Kandivali west service center, Mumbai an was been informed that it'll b done within a week. Calling number of times I am said that ur phone will b done in 2 days as we have ordered the damage n the same is reparing till date. again calling on 11 dec i was said that by 12 my phone will b done so recently called for confirmation today i was informed that the part which was asked was bad so we had to replace it. so now i'll b getting my phone on 16th Dec accordingly. Kindly help me out with this as my phone is still under warranty period and m suffering this nonsense

                      I visited iball service centre at Mandya, Karnataka - S.V. Telecom, No. 2599, Hosahalli Circle, Gandhinagar, 2nd cross, Mandya PH. NO. [protected] for servicing my new iball mobile on 11.12.2014 at 10.15am and waited till 12.00pm, but no body turned up and the service centre was not opened at all. I called the above mentioned Service centre ph no and the person was telling that he will take 30 minutes more and he was giving the same answer, when I called repeatedly at 11.00, 11.30 & 12.00 and never turned up. I was totally fed up and went back. Totalling 3 persons were waiting for the service and after waiting upto 12.00pm everbody was fed up and went away. which reflects the bad impression on your company, failing to provide proper service. I wish to bring the inability of the above service centre to provide services to the valuable customers and request the company to take necessary action, S.SHANMUGHAN

                        Ive purchased an iball celphone in May 2014, it ws nt working normally since june, suddenly it gets switched off and dsnt start again. After submitting it to service centre, they said its dead and will be given for replacement, its been a month now and i still hvnt got hte phone ! Worst mobile ever !

                          They won response properly!!! they launch a new model and keep it for six month and vanish it move to new model when we had a pbm with that mobile they said no spare parts available bec its a old model. With in six month they decide their product itself as old means what they hell to having old one!!! While trying to contact they service center by phone they never respond to you. when i meet in person i shocked bec they kept receiver wrongly to avoid customer calls. and also taking much time to service it. after fifteen days as the said i go to their service center to collect my mobile as they said( I cant get a update from them since they wont respond so need to go every time in person to check the status) again they telling it will take 10more days since we havent receive the spares from iball!!! I fully SCREWED UP from their PRODUCT and also fair SERVICE CENTER!! Please take an action @@

                              My IBall slide tablet is still not repaired on time as it was submitted on 14th Oct. 2014 at their Wazirpur, Delhi service center. These days, it's a daily routine for me to call them and get the status of my tablet but still I always get an negative response from them. Below is the email which I have sent on 8th Oct, to their customer support team. "This is to keep you informed; on 14th Oct I have deposit my slide tablet (7344i) at I-Ball Wazirpur, Delhi branch, withacknowledgement no. – [protected] as its display needs to be get changed. Replied by I-Ball: We assure you that you will be able to collect your Tablet 7344i positively on Tuesday: 11.11.14." Now, today is 12th Nov and just now I have checked with I-Ball service center, (Wazirpur, Delhi) and came to know that they have still not received the part and my tablet still not get repaired. This is really irritating as I am being provided false promises despite my tablet not even repaired.?I am getting mentally harassed by iBall as now a days.

                                SUB-Unacceptable Delay in service Dear sir, I purchased iball tab 3g-7803Q on 20/09/2014. Due to some problem I deposited my tab in your service center at Ghatkopar west, mumbai on 08/10/2014. Today is 10/11/2014. Till now IT WAS NOT REPAIRED. IS IT NORMAL OR NOT. I CALLED THEM MANY TIMES, BUT NOBODY PICKING UP THE PHONE. I VISITED 3 TIMES AND GETTING SAME ANSWER THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK. THE DETAILS ARE ATTACHED WITH THIS MAIL. KINDLY GIVE SOME MEANINGFUL REASON FOR THIS DELAY AND HARASSMENT. I REALLY REGRET THAT TO BUY THIS TAB. I HARDLY USED 15 DAYS AND STUCK UP IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH. IS IT BEEN USING BY ANY OTHER PERSON IN YOUR SERVICE CENTER, BECAUSE IT IS A BRAND NEW PIECE. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE REASON BEHIND THIS DELAY AND HARASSMENT. I PURCHASED A NEW GOOD LATEST MODEL TAB AND NOW I AM REGRETTING FOR MY DECISION TO BUY. I WENT TO THE RETAILER AND HE ALSO QUITE DISSAPPOINTED TO GET THIS NEWS THAT THE NEW TAB HAD BEEN STUCK FOR ONE MONTH. THE SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE VERY ANNOYING AND NOT READY TO LISTEN THE PROBLEM, AT LEAST THEY CAN GIVE ME A PROPER DATE OR AT LEAST THEY CAN PICK UP THE PHONE. THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN COMPLAIN ANYWHERE BUT THEY CANNOT HELP.THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT OR WRITE TO YOU OR DO ANYTHING ELSE.                                   I have given my mobile (iBall Aura 2.8C Touch, White, SN.[protected]) for servicing/repairing (Touch Damage) at Gurukul Road Ahmedabad on 18/09/2014 and I have called 10 times and visit once at your Center, the answer was always "Repaired within 10 days" till now it is not repaired.I had also called at iBall Head Office and registered complaint(No.IBCC95L) for this the concerned person also said that "Repaired within 10 days" but still not. I have told her that the product still under warranty.I have original receipt but she further repeat the same answer second time if the part is unavailable then why you have taken my valuable time 40 days(approx.) and why always answered "Repaired within 10 days" . So please take strict action against the IBall Service Centers. Please find attachment of Product Invoice. Thanks & Regards! Abhishek Srivastava

                                    I bought universal laptop charger(adapter) at iball. the product did not last for even 6 months. when i gave the product to service center at iball at chindatripet, i was told replacement will happen within 3 working days. it is been a month now. no reply on mail/phone. worst service.
                                    Iball is having worst service centres
                                    very true. Dont buy iball products

                                      With respect to above I have registered a complaint more than 2 months back. IF company is not able provide the spares they should take back the models from the market or they should provide the substitutes for the same. iball care centre are expressing that they are help less on this matter, then on what grounds they are marketing the goods of iball they should stop selling these at once.

                                        Respected Sir, I Kartika Narayan Swain purchased a i ball-yogue 2.8a mobile IMEI NO: [protected] from The Hello World, Berhampur dist Ganjam on[protected]. On the 2nd August 2014 i faced some problem about network. So I gave Berhampur Service centre after 4 days the gave me again on 6th October i faced some problem so i gave Berhampur I Ball service station on 6th October 2014. In service station told me that its board burnt.But till now they have not given me and telling it will not be warranty. Berhampur service center receipt document date no: [protected] dated. 06/10/2014.So please arrange a new phone or i will take necessary action.
