I bought universal laptop charger(adapter) at iball. the product did not last for even 6 months. when i gave the product to service center at iball at chindatripet, i was told replacement will happen within 3 working days. it is been a month now. no reply on mail/phone. worst service....

With respect to above I have registered a complaint more than 2 months back. IF company is not able provide the spares they should take back the models from the market or they should provide the substitutes for the same. iball care centre are expressing that they are help less on this matter, then on what grounds they are marketing the goods of iball they should stop selling these at once....
