Dear Sir/ Mam I want to inform you that last year i purchase iBall prince mobile dated 8/07/2014(Bill Date) with warranty one year. Now it showing problem So i prefer to go iball service center Navi Peth, Pune Dated: 7/07/2015 before warranty expire. As per as warrenty datel upto 7/07/2015. iball service center rejecting warranty benifit saying warrenty period expire. How it Possible before warrenty expire.     on December i have given my iball i1017 tablet in vashi service center to replace touchpad but they tempered old touch pad and made it work and charged me 4500 rs, now i had a power socket problem, they told your touch pad is not working. i asked them what is the problem they told me that our tablet was dead condition. without power in battery how long it stands for 5 to 10 days. kindly replace the touch pad of my tab charges i will pay. today i went to vashi service centre they told that touch pad is out of stock nearly for 3 to 4 months.

      I have purchased I ball tiger mobile on nov 2015 through online, After few days the handset's connector was not working so I given to I ball service centre & problem was sorted out. Again in the month of may same problem was happened I had given the mobile for service after service the mobile is totally hanging no Apps are getting open. When we try to open any of the app it will hang also I could not switch off the mobile. I fed up about this service. I had call to customer care they are not responding well. Pls help me to overcome by this issue. mobile IME NUMBER :[protected].

      Starting problem

      My iball slide 3G 7271 HD70 8GB, its happen on 05/06/2016, when i start opening its open and then got struck, I did factory reset so many time and reboot system but it did not work. please suggest something that i can repair my tablet.

        i bought i ball slide 7236 2G on dated 21/06/2015 bill no. 111 from shivpushp mobile a/p mhalsakore tal niphad dist nashik. on occurring problem with its display i concern the authorized service center at nashik address is shop no. 107 1st floor mahapalika bazar opposite to railway reservation office near HDFC house sharanpur road link road nashik. They refused to attain me on any reason. behaved improper way and said that they will not solve my problem any how.

        The worst ever experience that one can get as a customer on purchase of a i ball slide. From the time of opening the box which was bought through ebay.in the tablet did not work as there was an issue in the adapter. I am not able to get a replacement or any solution till date since 24Apr. About 50 calls, 3 direct visits to service center, many calls 7 emails to ebay customer care, calls to seller... all done but no effect other than a feel of all money spent is lost. A clear cheating strategy by the ecommerce method. Since the time it is purchased I'm not able to use it. Sincere request to all not to buy any iball item as their customer care is completely bad. I tried escalating but not able to get to the right person my complaint no is IBCC 18825

        i buy tablet from amazon . i have some problem in tab. i go at care but they tell me .. there is no warranty on online buy... now what am i do???

          I Have Purchased The Mobile From Flipkart, After 1 Months The Problem Starts, The Dead Pixel In LCD, I Made a Call to customer care no response, I went to Service center in chennai, Chindaripet. They Told They Will Replace the LCD, Irresponsible People. They Replaced in One Whole Month., The Replaced LCD Also Has More Dead Then Previous. Again Replaced LCD Another one Month That too Had a Dead Pixels, They Told All this Model Has a Problem, If All this Model has a Problem Why do They manufacture it?. From the Three Months of Purchase 2 Months in customer care. After 3 months i used mobile with dead pixel. After 7 months of purchase. Battery Buldged, Battery Gone Away Replaced the Battery For Cost, Warranty over for battery. Still The Battery Giving 8hrs in Idle mode, And they problem with Power Circuit. Again I Want to Change, Finally i purchased mobile and given to service center.

            Sir, I purchased iball Slide 3G Model-7345Q-800 tablet from Jayanti Market, Jaipur on[protected]. Next Day when I checked its configeration, its camera was found defective. Contacted to Shopkeeper but he refused to replace and advised to contact to iball's Authorised Service Centre. And the tablet was replaced from the shop after receiving order from iball. But the second one device also found defective and its I have been brought it THREE TIMES to iball's Authorised Service Centre but the Heating device, Hanging device and very week battery problems have been facing continue. Now, this device is within free service warranty period and within 7 month's period the device has been facing problems 3 times. So I would not like to keep this device no more because of company will refused to do free service of this device. Please let me refund the device cost to me otherwise if replaced this device than give me one year free service warranty from the company from the date of replacing the device. Thanking You.

              I Bought – IBall Slide – WQ 140 Tablet in January 2015. While using the tablet, I have observed that whenever I access an internet page with a video running on the same, the screen of the tablet goes blank, and then start blinking. Since the screen appears for a fraction of seconds, I cannot even turn the internet page off. Just to make video screen thing clear, pages like Youtube, or if I play video posted on Facebook or if I visit TimesNow where a video is continuously played on their home page, etc. Since then following is the whole experience with the manufacturer, it’s a Joyride... 16th January 2015 – I took my tablet to one of the service centres, where I was told that the problem is recognized by the company, it is faced by all the buyers of this series and that the company is working on resolving the issue. Once the company finds the solution I will be informed and necessary steps will be taken from the companies’ side. 22nd January 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care to confirm the same. 24th January 2015 – I received a mail from customer care confirming registering of my complaint and Ticket Number was issued. 30th January 2015 – After few reminders from my end, finally, I received a call from Customer Care, accepting the fact that there is an issue with the whole series and that the team is working with ‘Intel’ to resolve the same. On my request to put it on record, a mail was sent to me in the same regards. As I was assured that I will be informed whenever they come up with solution to my problem. I had no other choice but to wait. 4th March 2015 – After waiting for quite a reasonable time and not getting any update from their end, I once again sent a mail inquiring about the status. 13th March 2015 – After 3 reminders, finally I received a mail from their end, advising me to go to service centre to get the issue resolved. 31st March 2015 - As per their advice, I again took my IBall Slide to their service centre. They kept my tablet for resolving the issue. 1st April 2015 - They called and informed me that they have solved the issue and I can pick up my tablet. However, when I checked my tablet I observed that the problem was still there. When I asked about the same their service engineer told me that this issue cannot be resolved and I have to live with it. He was giving me some bizarre suggestions like I should download VLC player from the website. 1st April 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care informing the whole episode. 3rd April 2015 – Customer care advised me to install VLC player and check whether the issue gets resolved or not. 7th April 2015 – On their advice I installed VLC player, however the problem was not resolved. Hence I took my tablet again to their service centre. First they refused to accept that there is any problem. I had to show them that it was still there only then after wasting quite a long time, they kept my tablet for resolving the issue. 18th April 2015 – On getting a call from their service centre, I collected my tablet assuming that this time; they would have surely resolved the issue. However the problem was not resolved. 20th April 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care, informing the whole episode. This time I also attached (google drive link was sent) copy of customer receipt and two videos showing the problem in detail. Since then, there are few mails exchanged between us, however it is not at all helping me in resolving the issue. 2nd May 2015 - I received a call from customer care and a lady wanted me to explain the problem. So after 4 months we are back to square one. 2nd May 2015 - I wrote a mail to customer care informing the same. Since then they are insisting to take my tablet to their service station. I asked them send me report on what different thing they are going to do this time and what they did till date. To that, they are not responding. They are just sending me same mail repeatedly and asking me to visit their service centre. Thirteen such mails are sent to me with same content, not a single word is changed. I have mentioned the problem to them in the very first mail of 22nd January 2015, and it has not changed a bit since then. I also sent them videos on 20th April 2015. I fail to understand what is that their team not understanding. It is quite evident from the trail above, that it’s not that they have not understood the problem, its more to do with they have no clue how to resolve this issue.

                My wife purchased one I Ball Tablet 7236 3G17 in July 2014 from Datamation in Guwahati. It was working fine but after three/four months the tablet could not be switched on after it was charged. Sent to Service centre at Guwahati. Repaired and used till May, 2015 with minor problems like hanging, automatic restart etc. In May, 2015 the same problem started. In fact, this time the tablet got switched off while it was being used and could not be switched on. Sent to Service Centre. Now the service centre replies that there is heavy ingress of water. A reason stated clearly to get rid of blaming the consumer. Will anyone help me so that I can get the problem truly diagonised by an independent agency.

                  Sir I had purchased Tab 3g slide-Q 7271 from your dealer Baba Infotech in the month Nov 2014.The same is not working so I put it with your service center on 21/04/2015 at Pune service center named Best IT world at Navi Peth Pune(Maharashtra) & receipt No.is [protected] and my tab job.no.is [protected].Tab has a charging problem they have suggested me to change the motherboard and for that I have to pay Rs.6000/- for changing motherboard and last 3 days they are not attending me properly.If I had given warranty period of 1 year of the same then why should I pay them Solve my problem immediately or replace my Tab otherwise I don't have any alternative to complaint the same in Consumer Court.                     I BALL MOBILE ANDI 4D NOT RETURNED Hi, My i ball mobiles display is not changed saying the model andi 4d is stopped and spares not available. instead they asked me to purchase another iball mobile and take discount of 20% but the prices they are proposing for the models are very high compared to online prices of the same model. all service staff is very rude and kept to waiting in lobby till 2 hrs each time. Now they also not returned my mobile submitted for repair. No one from the senior staff is available to contact. Kindly help me in this regard. Complaint no.                         Hi, I bought an iBall shaan and within a month the phone doesnt get started at all. I gave it for servicing to iBall service center in September last week 2014. I didnt come to know after months, after several follow ups only the service center said that it has been repaired. But what I got when I went was the same phone with same problem in it. Nothing seemed to be repaired they admitted that there was just a battery replace required. For this it took for them several MONTHS ? This is service. phone too. Still the problem remained in it. It doesnt matter what the phone costs it matters how useful it is ? It was not even useful for me. FRAUD totally FRAUD...

                          i purchased it on 1 OCT 2014 from the same day problem started. 1>it don, t get connected easily 2>problem of on off switch is major 3>battery drains very fast i visited service centre several times in district Amravati Maharashtra till today. Serial no.of mouse is 0226AX03627 this will notify you all problems service centre don, t have substitute mouse nor AAA battery to check whether it works during delivery.because of this i used to collect defected mouse again and again.and also i tried to call customer care, they used to say all customer executive are busy and used to disconnected. it also happened several time. at last i emailed. i humbly request you to help me get mouse replaced. due to this experience i don, t suggest friends to buy your product contact no [protected]

                            I have iball Slide i6516 tablet, the touch screen got damaged. I went to iBall service center in Pune but got to know that, the touch screen for this model is not available and it cannot be replaced for now. If company provide us we will fix it.                               sir i sidharth mehra had bought a tablet from iball its model no is iball slide 3g 6095 q7oo accidently its display got broken took it to service station in devika towers sevice station (iball) nehru place was told to submit the tab i did never got any feedback from them when should i come to pick up so i decided to go myself to my horror my tab was in the same position as i left it i am not able to find its spares anywhere plz help me out in this my no is [protected]

                                  I have ordered iball slide 7236 2g from flipkart in the month of July 2014 which is still under warranty. I have encountered battery problem as the tablet was switching off again and again . I went to iball service center and asked for the replacement of battery. But they just asked me to get out and saying that battery doesn't come under warranty and also asking me to ask flipkart to resolve this issue. I have been calling iball customer care but no response and also if flipkart is going to resolve my issue then why the hell you have a service center. No manners at all.

                                    I bought a iBall Slide Performance Series 3G 7271-HD70 Tablet from Amazon only 2 months back. When i charged the tablet, the screen display is gone displaying only a white screen. When i took it to the customer care in Chennai, the representatives are so irresponsible and said they are demanding Rs 2100 for the replacement of display and it cannot be covered under Warranty. Why should i pay when the warranty is covered if there is no physical damage. It's a defect of Iball product and has to be rectified by them or should give a new replacement. Such a worst product and worst customer service. Please dont buy IBALL.

                                      I have brought a iballq800 4 moths back and it had problem soon after two weeks and it was non returnable because i brought it online now even the screen has been cracked though it dint fall down anytime.now when enquired from iball service center they say that the service will be charged. I have brought two tabs and both has same problem.i have written a complaint to them many a times but they have not responded for any... Regards, Pooja
