I Bought – IBall Slide – WQ 140 Tablet in January 2015.
While using the tablet, I have observed that whenever I access an internet page with a video running on the same, the screen of the tablet goes blank, and then start blinking. Since the screen appears for a fraction of seconds, I cannot even turn the internet page off.
Just to make video screen thing clear, pages like Youtube, or if I play video posted on Facebook or if I visit TimesNow where a video is continuously played on their home page, etc.
Since then following is the whole experience with the manufacturer, it’s a Joyride...
16th January 2015 – I took my tablet to one of the service centres, where I was told that the problem is recognized by the company, it is faced by all the buyers of this series and that the company is working on resolving the issue. Once the company finds the solution I will be informed and necessary steps will be taken from the companies’ side.
22nd January 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care to confirm the same.
24th January 2015 – I received a mail from customer care confirming registering of my complaint and Ticket Number was issued.
30th January 2015 – After few reminders from my end, finally, I received a call from Customer Care, accepting the fact that there is an issue with the whole series and that the team is working with ‘Intel’ to resolve the same. On my request to put it on record, a mail was sent to me in the same regards.
As I was assured that I will be informed whenever they come up with solution to my problem. I had no other choice but to wait.
4th March 2015 – After waiting for quite a reasonable time and not getting any update from their end, I once again sent a mail inquiring about the status.
13th March 2015 – After 3 reminders, finally I received a mail from their end, advising me to go to service centre to get the issue resolved.
31st March 2015 - As per their advice, I again took my IBall Slide to their service centre. They kept my tablet for resolving the issue.
1st April 2015 - They called and informed me that they have solved the issue and I can pick up my tablet. However, when I checked my tablet I observed that the problem was still there. When I asked about the same their service engineer told me that this issue cannot be resolved and I have to live with it. He was giving me some bizarre suggestions like I should download VLC player from the website.
1st April 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care informing the whole episode.
3rd April 2015 – Customer care advised me to install VLC player and check whether the issue gets resolved or not.
7th April 2015 – On their advice I installed VLC player, however the problem was not resolved. Hence I took my tablet again to their service centre. First they refused to accept that there is any problem. I had to show them that it was still there only then after wasting quite a long time, they kept my tablet for resolving the issue.
18th April 2015 – On getting a call from their service centre, I collected my tablet assuming that this time; they would have surely resolved the issue. However the problem was not resolved.
20th April 2015 – I wrote a mail to customer care, informing the whole episode. This time I also attached (google drive link was sent) copy of customer receipt and two videos showing the problem in detail.
Since then, there are few mails exchanged between us, however it is not at all helping me in resolving the issue.
2nd May 2015 - I received a call from customer care and a lady wanted me to explain the problem. So after 4 months we are back to square one.

Since then they are insisting to take my tablet to their service station. I asked them send me report on what different thing they are going to do this time and what they did till date. To that, they are not responding. They are just sending me same mail repeatedly and asking me to visit their service centre. Thirteen such mails are sent to me with same content, not a single word is changed.
I have mentioned the problem to them in the very first mail of 22nd January 2015, and it has not changed a bit since then. I also sent them videos on 20th April 2015. I fail to understand what is that their team not understanding. It is quite evident from the trail above, that it’s not that they have not understood the problem, its more to do with they have no clue how to resolve this issue.
Starting problem
My iball slide 3G 7271 HD70 8GB, its happen on 05/06/2016, when i start opening its open and then got struck, I did factory reset so many time and reboot system but it did not work. please suggest something that i can repair my tablet.
