I purchased andi 5c iball mobile in sep 2012 (Rs 13000) & screen got broken in sep 2014 since then i visited mumbai & also in rajasthan iball service centers...& they are telling that it cannot be repaired as parts are not available (Only after 2 years of purchase) or will inform me when its available. Since 2014... Till today (April 2016) i am following up with customer care but no action taken. Hence do not buy such products or services or even recommend... Though they have huge money to spend on film stars...

After so much of followup & escalating the matter to company executives, in may'16, customer service executive has given me rs.1000 as a discount if i purchase any new mobile product from their website. Crazy guys.
Who will now purchase their product when they can't repair it... So plz don't spend a single rs on iball product. I wrote several time this complain since 18th oct'14, since then no progress.

    Tomorrow i complained about my handset iball andi5t cobalt2, its not working, it is very defective piece, it is given to service center for repairing, i have received a call tomorrow, he ask me about my complain and amount of handset, and details of bank account, he says amount is transfer in my account in 24 hours, but i have no received any amount, please tell me about this, what's matter, and last option i do the case against this company

          I have purchased a i-ball slide q45 on[protected] with ref. No. S9689e / 15-16 / 2801 dt.[protected] / iball 3g q45 but the touch is not working what is to be done this is not good quality of product and is manufacturing defect what is the next step to be done or else i have to proceed to the next feedback. Only 3 months is over in this products very sparingly used which quality is zero.
          What is this product like this within 3 months the quality is zero what brand is this i don't understand whether replacement will be done or just service no response in service center and they say give it and go we will service within 3 months service means we don't want to buy a new one from i-ball.

          Today also i went to a place where your accessories staff gave a address for service the address is given below : srk micro mobiles, 561 c, 1st street / century towers, sathy road, coimbatore

          In the above service centre the touch pad was again complaint and i went to the above service centre and i said that this is within the guarantee period, then the service people told this won’t be covered in the guarantee
          And then i asked for what is the spare cost, then the lady working there told that approximately rs. 1, 000/- then i told ok and given for service. He has given a job sheet no. 17530. After the service i went to collect the product then i asked for bill then he told bill won’t be given. Bill should not be asked, then i went to their spare section and i got the rate from the i-ball company with the customer care. The price of the spare was only rs. 260/- and the service charge is rs. 100/- he has collected more money so he is not issuing the bill.
          Please let me know the feedback. Thank you.

            With due respect and humble submission that i state the following few lines for your consideration please.

            1. It is pleasure to inform you that i had purchased i ball smart phone on 31 may 2015. The details of the phone is mentioned below. A scanned copy of bill serial no 1945 dt 31 may 2015 of sanal mobile communication, new delhi, is attached herewith for ready reference.

            2. On purchasing the phone within three months the battery of the phone was changed due to not filling charging properly. In addition, constantly i visited i ball service centre, janakpuri, dist centre, delhi for hacking and other problems. In order to busy job schedule in defence, i managed regularly treatment of the phone from the service centre. Details regarding the same can be obtained from the above stated service centre. Hence, it seems that the phone model was not giving upto level standard utilization to me and my family. Moreover, the repairing centre was not giving substance for repairing the phone since the phone is under warranty period.

            3. According to my perception, the touch screen of the phone is stopped during the functional period. As per service centre opinion, liquid damage can not be repaired under warranty period, albeit i am sure the functional problem in phone since purchase time as stated above.

            4. In view of the above, it is my kind request you to verify the details and either repair my above stated phone or issue new model for better utilising in my defence routine life.

            I shall be ever grateful for act of this kind.

              iBall — Mobile battery not charging

              My Iball mobile battery is not charging from the time i have purchased the mobile. The customer care centre asked me to change the data cable. I did. But still it is not charging. NOw the mobile is totally switched off.

                The above motor bought on 25.1.15. 3 yrs warranty. Monitordeveloped display problem -onsite complaint regtd. Display problem -onsite complaint regtdmonitor.On 9.5.15. Sl.No. 11007gt00593- speakers not working-complaint regd. On 14.3.16 and confirmation reply sms recd on 15.3.16 no. [protected].
                Understand the now a days monitors come w/o speakers. It is impossible to replace the monitor. However iball will try (No time limit)

                What i claim is; when i paid for built-in spakers with 3 years warranty and if you fail to replace with similar monitor provide a set of speakers free or arrange to rectify the speakers onsite

                    New tablet of iball slide curdleA4 bought on 1/01/2016 at aurangabad (MH). within 5day it was having problem In hearing device. So we put it in service center in 23Jan16 at Aurangabad. now it's being 13feb16, on today's date we have not received our tab, all the time from centre they are saying within 4day it will be in hand but no body is giving right feedback neither shopkeeper nor from service center.this one is truly irresponsible behavior from company. side toward coustemer.

                      Extremely poor service by iball service centre. Job sheet [protected] at Rourkela centre
                      Dear sir,
                      I am really surprised to get poor service from your service centre at Rourkela.
                      I purchased one iball Andy 5 phone with 2 gb ram in the month of May 2015. Within 2 months o[censored]se the back camera was full of dust and front camera becomes faulty. The back camera was cleaned. I submitted the front camera for replacement on 12th jan to your service centre vide the above job sheet no. After one week i received info that the camera has been replaced and to collect the same from service centre. When i went to collect the same i found that the camera replaced was also faulty and not of 3.2 mp which is the original one. When i asked about it they told me to take back the phone and put in use and in the mean time they will ask for replacement camera. It is rather very unfortunate that the camera part is yet to be supplied to them even after 3 weeks. I am not able to use the phone due to non functioning of front camera.
                      If company is not able to repair the same, i presumed that it is waiting for the gurra tee period to be over so that they do not have to do any thing. As per the guarantee term i[censored] are unable to repair then you must replace the phone. As such this particular model is having several complaints regarding camera as per the service station.
                      May i request you to either repair my phone immediately or send replacement failing which i shall be compelled to approach consumer court for filing case against the company.

                        I purchased iBall Tablet WQ32 in September 2015. It started giving problem in Dec 2015. I took that tablet to service center and they told me that Micro USB port is physically damaged. It is hard to believe that the port gets damaged within 2 months. Still I gave it to them for repair. After 15 days, I got a call from service center and they told me that PCB is also damaged and it will be done on Chargeable basis.
                        The tablet was never mishandled, nor dropped on floor, no water damage, still the PCB got damaged. It clearly means that the tablet was built poorly. I submitted the complaint to their support site, but they are like it will be done on Chargeable basis only. How come PCB got damaged physically??
                        This is very frustrating. I am disappointed with the pathetic service by iBall and their support staff.
                        I will recommend all the people not to buy a single product from iBall ( a Scrap company)...

                          Dear Team,

                          This is regarding my I BALL Tablet purchased by me spending my hard earned money i just want to get a complaint logged against I BALL as i have purchased the tablet on[protected] after one month i got an issue in the touch screen of that tablet thereafter i went to the service center and issue was resolved they have replaced the touch screen.

                          on 21-Jan-2016 i tried to install Whatsapp on the tablet but unable to do that i went to the service center they said they will get it done for me but after trying for an hour they were unable to install the app. Than they said this tablet is not working they need to change the motherboard but from past 16 days they had not even reverted me i am calling them again and again to update the status they always says that we will check and revert you but nobody tries to call back. I request you to please take necessary action and i want refund my money as i do not want to connect with such a company whose services are so poor. I am attaching the JOB Card & bill for your reference.

                            I had purchased a iBall Side PC Tab from M/S Croma retail in April 2015. I the nine months I have had it, the device has crashed eight times. Each time I take it to the service centre, I get it back only after ten to fifteen days. The fifth time I took it in June, they changed the mother board after which it worked quite well for three months. Accidentally it fell and the screen cracked and when I too it to the service centre, I got it back...

                            This is Santosh I have buy mobile on 7th Jan 2016.. after next day i have realised, mobile is not working properly.. next day morning i visited mobile shop, which is from i buy this mobile... sales men told me plz visit customer service centre, which is located.. Lamington Road, mumbai 400004.. final i have visited iball service centre on dated 13th Jan 2016, ... submitted my mobile for check purpose.. after that again i visited service centre on 24th Jan 2016 & collect mobile from him Mr. Vishal, but same time i have found key board related issue.. mobile hung issue, calling key related issue.. that time he agree mobile was facing same handwork related & agree for DO certificate... but till date i have not received DO certificate & not received return mobile also...

                              Have purchased iball slide3g q7271ips vide invoice no. S1fa18/15-16/76 dt 24.05.2015 from jaicorporation-kukas .
                              The same tablet started giving charging problem since oct’15. The tablet was examined by iball service centre vide their invoice no [protected] dt 15.12.15 andiball company complain ticket number is ib-cc34723 and was refused to repair with a plea that the port is damaged.
                              In this connection i tried to convince them that this is not damaged case but charging port has been uprooted only due to manufacturing defect . Since the port is enclosed inside of the case. And without damage or opening the case how it may be damaged. Certainly either proper care have not been taken at the manufacturing or no care has been taken to protect such a perishable item, which ia being damaged only during charging. I requested to get the same repaired
                              It is clear case of violence of warranty which compelled me to go to forum / court.
                              It therefore prayed that an order/ directive may be issued for replacement/ repair under warranty.
                              2. Compasadtion cost of rs 200, since i am put to  inconvenience on nonfunctioning of tablet
                              An early action is needed.  

                              Irecive the PEN DRIVE from iball but it not working

                              I receive the material from e-bay from Iball pen Drive but itis not working condition so please help to solve the problam

                                Hi, My complaint number is IBCC33961. I have IBALL ANDI 4.5M ENIGMA mobile phone. The battery of this phone is damaged and needs to be replaced. I am searching for this battery since 4 months. The battery is unavailable in the market. I have contacted several service centers but the battery is unavailable. Also the customer care also says that the battery is out of stock and not available. Please suggest my phone is dead and cannot be used.It is of no use to me.I am thinking it was my biggest mistake to purchase this phone Please suggest when the battery will be available.                                       i bought i ball 2.0 multimediea speaker in aadinath computers in chennai on oct 8th-2015.But now a days it has some problem for stereo cable issues.so i went to gave that speaker into service center on December 15th-2015. That service people would not responce to customer peoples, and they ask one week time for changing that stereo cable. i think it would be a silly reason from your guys.i am totaly upset from your service engineers.here after i wont buy your company products. with in two months it has issues. what a brand, chanceless.
