Based on above delivery status I have check the item it is not working. Refer below explanation
I receive the item on 20th & after that I charged the tablet up to 100% (around 8 hours) & tried to use but it is not switched on & i tried by charging the tablet & switched on it is working.

Based on above I concluded that without charger plug tablet will not work.

Even i have contacted the iball service centre in Bangalore & they are certified as DOA (Dead on arrival) (refer attachment).Requesting you to take consideration.

    DEAR SIR,
    I purchased one assembled computer with I-ball SMPS bearing sl.no.-SW01383 on 22.08.2011 from PRASAD COMPUTEC, SANTINIKETAN ROAD, BOLPUR, BIRBHUM, W.B. PIN-731204 VIDE BILL NO-PC/BOL/1512/2011-12.This is 4th time SMPS went faulty. I'm fed-up with this defective product from a reputed company. Every time dealer replaced with another SMPS and took 10 days for replacement. This time I informed him and got no positive response though it is within the warranty period. I've very busy work schedule find no time even to complain. Hope my problem will be solved to my satisfaction.

      Dear Sir,
      I bought new headphones in rediff online shopping.In that advertisement you have mentioned that it is supported for both iball andi 3.5/3.5i.
      It is only supported to andi 3.5.But it is not supported to andi 3.5i because it doesn't contain 3.5mm head set jack.So u please refund my money back @ 355/-.

        I had made biggest mistake in my life by purchasing Andi 3n. From the day one I am facing problems in my mobile in six months it is the third chance that my phone is admitted in service center and not for one or two days but nearly for a whole month for two times. As I have purchased this phone in rayagada, Orissa and my hometown is Agra. My phone is admitted in service center in Agra for more than a month and it works for some days smoothly but after fifteen days I have to again admit my cell phone in service center this time in Nagpur as I have to travel a lot. I think soon my phone will see most of the service center of this country. What a lucky phone. From[protected] my phone is in service center of Nagpur and they are saying that they don't have the parts. I don't understand why this cheap companies works in India when they don't have proper Infrastructure or customer service. I also tell you that the service centers which I had visited till now was awesome. The whole service center is on a table and chair. One must look their standard before purchasing any Iball phone.

          I am Hardik Gupta.I have given my Iball speakers model booster for replacement and they have'nt come yet.It's been 2 months I have been going to the shop daily and the shopkeeper is making excuses.Please check this problem out and try to give my speakers as soon as possible.

            i m totally harassed by these two people in iball service center in vashi.there are names are (Mr Siva Behera)and (Mr Vivek Goswami).it has been more than 25 days still my cell phone is not repaired .once they called me saying that phone is ready,but after reaching there still the phone was not repaired,they made me sit there for 45 minute . when i gave my cell phone they gave me the bill of rs 1500 after diagnostic.now they are bringing up new issues,which was ok at the time of diagnostic.

                I Brought i ball mobile on 08th month and igot the issue in bluetooth within a 2 day and they are replaced and same issue i got after the 8 th day of replacement but i just feel OK already replaced i don't have time to change so i was advise to my sister don't use Bluetooth use data cable,


                and at the 10 th month mobile display LCD broken so i was ask to i ball service center, they are told it will take 400/450 like and i just told OK change
                But they are told right now we don;t have stock come after 10 days,..........it was cont til now it was happened 7 -10days now also got the answer like 10 days ,

                why the people running/sale i ball products please shutdown your company in India

                  I have purchased Iball mobile Andi3n model , on 15th October 2012 from Alpha, vile parle.
                  There are many features written on box of this mobile but none of them are adequate ...

                  1. Mobile camera - 3.2MP as written on box but actually its digital camera, iball customer care executive confirm that its not real 3.2Mp camera.

                  2. Battery life written as 6-7 hours but within 2-3 hours its going down... very poor.

                  3. It has mentioned 1 Ghz processor but phone is getting hangged and not even supporting few applications.

                  4. Display quality is very poor... from sides its not at all visible.

                  5. phone getting hot while using... cant put to ears more than 20 min....

                  6. No PC suit CD with box, when enquired with customer care found that they even dont have manual of this model with them. and very surprising that they dont have any information on their website about this model. http://www.iballmobiles.co.in

                  Please help me getting my money back... I paid 6000 for this phone.

                    I purchased iBall S207 mobile from Reliance Mart , Hyderabad on 19th August 2012. It boasts of very many features. But it failed to meet the basic requirement as a mobile phone. Its voice quality is horrible and low to the person on the other side and our side as well. I gave it for service on 23rd Aug at ameerpet service center. ( centre no is[protected]. They don't have any technicians at the centre to service. They send it Secundrbad centre for service. ) Till this date no information on the position. They are dodging on the service. A brand new piece doesn't work properly and not getting serviced for days!!!

                      i am very sorry to say that i am very much dissatisfied with your mobile...this mobile is not working properly since i was bought this mobile. i sent this mobile for two time for repairing to your service centre.



                      today i received this mobile after 3 week but when i get back it from to you that i found it back from reliance courier docket number 638637. i check it i found so many problems which are following...



                      1- its key pad is not working properly .. (Y, H, J, N AND 2-3 MORE KEY ARE NOT WORKING)



                      2- BACK CAMERA IS NOT WORKING ...90% BLURISH .



                      3- HEARING SPEAKER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.



                      4- IMEI NUMBER IS CHANGED OF MOBILE...



                      5- i sent it in good condition but when you see its back panel and keypad all is scratched



                      sir its my last request to you that please change the piece of my mobile. i don't want this mobile of all this problem.



                      i hope you will do favor and change it...and maintained the good relation between us...because i am very old customer of I ball and i don't want to do any legal action for my mobile(hope you also want the same)..

                        I have purchased product from flipkart which is a Computer Speaker iBall Tarang USB 2.1 Multimedia Speakers,When at a time of booking it showed me 2-4 day delivery time you will get the product,and the day which is going to be delivered was today,According to the status it is showing me that the product is already out for delivery and i got a message that the product will be getting delivered by today 7:00pm.but it has not yet delivered,i have called the consumer support and talked to 5 assistance everyone are giving me the different reason,one of the person told me that it will be getting delivered today only,the other told you will be getting tomorrow for sure and some one told me to wait till 8pm.

                          I bought i ball glam 3 mobile from flipkart on 21-Apr-2012. The mobile buttons were not working from 2 weeks intermittently. I have already complained about this to flipkart. I have received call from iball also. They asked me to restore the mobile. I did that. Again from yesterday I am facing the same problem.

                          Either replace this mobile with new one or take back this mobile and give my money back. Please do the needful.

                              I bought iBall tarang 2.1 speakers from Vallabh Traders Nadiad after 2 days i notice continuous humming sound from speakers so i talk to the owner and he send it to company's service center directly after 1 week they send new pair of speakers at the same day i tested on my pc and found same noice from it even sound is muted and volume control is 0. so i decided to return it back to the owner of the shop and again tell whole story about that and he also committed that this is a problem so he directly call service center and request to solve my problem. again speakers send to service center.
                              after 1 week its come back to me with out any replacement or modification same noise is coming from it.

                              I request you all readers iBall is 3rd class company in "Services" also they have defective products.

                                I purchased a iball vibe wi-fi cellphone from snapdeal few days back. My order number was[protected], and I got the delivery of my product on 9th of February, the problem is, from day one the cellphone is not functioning properly, there is some defect in its touch screen n its not working properly and I am not at all satisfy with the product.                                     With due respect I beg to state that I had bought a mobile phone(i-ball gracia) on 8th Oct'2011 from a shop named Audio & Video Clinic whose address is In front of Doecc Computer center, Beside vodafone mini store, Budharaja, Sambalpur, Orissa, pin code- 768004. And my phone got damaged within a week and when I gave my phone to the shopkeeper he refuse to exchange the phone and gave me the no. to talk 2 the distributors whose full name is Krishna Distributors. When I called that person he switched of his phone(his no. is [protected]). Again I went to the shopkeeper to tell him that the distributor has switch of the phone. He told us to go to the service point of i-ball and ask them to write a note where it should be mentioned that "i-ball Gracia phone is to be change of this customer" then he will change the phone. When I go to the service point they took the phone and told us that they will be replacing the phone within 7 days but now its going to be 12 they are giving me the phone without replacing it, either they repair it simply and giving it to us. sir i want to replace that phone, I dont want a repair one. Within this 12 days I suffered a lot of loss.

                                    Therefore I request you to kindly take some serious action against them for which I shall be ever grateful to you.

                                      I purchased an i-ball 4-port externally powered USB Hub 2.0 (product name Piano-423).
                                      My problem is - on the back side of the device, a port for power input has been provided, but it doesn't specify the input voltage either on the device or on the packaging.

                                      Without input voltage this information, it is risky to power it, as it may damage any other devices or PC connected to it. Furthermore, the standard power connector plug tip commonly used with mobile chargers (3mm and 1.6 mm) didn't fit the socket. Why is this non-standard power connector tip are they using?

                                      When searched i-ball website for the product, it did have a page for the above product (Piano 423), but it mentions in a cryptic way the following:

                                      Power Source: Sel[censored]SB Powered ( Port for optional 2.5AMP Adapter ).

                                      What voltage should I use for supplying the power???

                                      i-ball — exchange refused for damaged headphone

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      Since i would be travelling early morning sunday ie.29/11/2009, I had gone to Oasis Mall late friday (27/11/2009) for some emergency shopping. I eventually purchased (1) A laptop trolley for Rs.2399/- (2) Shoulder carry Leather Bag - Rs.999 and (3) I-ball head set from SPAR hyper Market.

                                      Since the I-ball headset were in a packed condition, there was obviously no choice of testing or seeing if it is in a new condition, but considering it sealed and a reputed brand i purchase the same presuming it will be in a new condition. On reaching home and opening the seal, i discover that the holder of the head phone (the plastic set that hold the ear piece) was partialy damaged and the holder was extremely loose (does not have a good grip over the ear).

                                      The very next morning i went to exchange the same but reached Oasis mall at 10 am prior to opening time and so went back there in the evening around 6:40 pm. At Spar exchange counter, Mr.Sendil the incharge point blank accused me that i must have scratch the head phone against a wall and hence he cannot accept exchange. I tried convincing him that i just bought the piece the other night and have never used it but he refuses to relent and continue to accuse me of trying to exchage a piece I had damaged. My obvious and surprise reaction "are you mad why would i wear that and bang myself against the wall? I have not used it at all"... to this another attender took serious offence (God knows for what reason) and was showing signs of aggresion untill he had to be shooed away. Now, I believe this is all a well orchestrated plot to refuse exchanges at Spar hypermarket.

                                      Then I spoke to Rajan, the store Manager but he turned out to be no different. He came up with new line of denfence that electronic items cannot be exchanged and testing is allowed before purchased.This came as a surpise because they generally do not allow you to open a sealed item and test it! I pointed out to him that such condition is not included in the terms of the exchange. But her refused to hear anything and stuck to his point.

                                      I understand that damaged goods cannot be exchange ie. if damaged is caused by customer, but if the Company sells damaged good in a seal pack, what is a customer suppose to do? Isn't he/she entitled for a brand new piece he deserve and paid for? This attitude of SPAR employees and the policy is totally against CUSTOMERS like me. I understand i can still use the product, but hey i purchased a new head set and it looks like a 2 year old with a damaged part, am I not entitled to have a product brand new,when i have paid for it? Is that asking too much?

                                      Would be really grateful if the same can be taken up with SPAR and they are asked to provide replacement of the damaged product any any such suitable action as may be deem necessary by your goodself. I am hurt for the way i have been treated and willing to co-operate in whatever manner necessary.

                                      You don't need to supply power as already mentioned that it is USB powered. It will work as soon as you connect it to a computer.
                                      As per USB 2.0 standard, if the total power being drawn exceeds 500 mA, we need to provide provide external power. That's precisely why externally powered USB hubs are used. But i-ball has disappointed here. Can someone answer from i-ball what voltage and connector-tip size to use?.
