Dears, I purchased IBall Tab ( Model : 3G 73334i 16 GB) on 26th August 2013 from Bangalore. My tab is still under warranty as warranty is 1 Year. With in a year I faced so many issues with tab. Now I am really pissed off with the tab and either I want new replacement or money back. Issues which I have faced are listed below. With in 6 months i.e. on 22nd February, 2014 I had given my tab to service center as battery was not functioning properly. It was getting drained completely with usage of only 20 mins. Along with the battery issue my data cable and charger adopter and headset was also not functioning. I got replaced all the things( i.e charger adapter, charger cable, hedsets and serviced my tab )in 1st six months itself. Again its not even another six months and my headsets and charger cable is not working at all. As it is 7 inch dual sim calling Tab, it is hell difficult to operate it without headset. I tried to launch complaint but didnt got any response as their lines are always busy. I tried to purchase a new IBall headset as well as I was not able to launch a complaint. At purchase store I came to know there is a problem with Jack as well. Only 1 earbud is getting enabled as Jack connectivity is having some problem. Not able to charge my tab with its own charger cable. I request you to please help me out of this thing ASAP as I am really very pissed off with this product & my product is still under warranty.     Hi, I had purchased iball tablet model i9018 on 16/4/2014 from Amazon. By mistake the screen got broken down, and I contacted the iball service center for getting the screen repaired. I submitted them the tablet on 17th May 2014, and was told that they would be fixing it in 10 working days. Since then I am trying to call their service center and each time I am getting a reply that they will get back to me very soon. The document no which I have received from them is [protected] dated 17/May/2014. My complaint is regarding iball which is selling its product and not giving any service. Thanks in advance Divyen

      I ordered I ball tarang 2.1 speakers, three days back. ive got the order, but got the wrong speakers. its a single speaker when there should be 3 speakers( 2 satellite speakers and 1 woofer). please give me the correct speakers soon as i have to go somewhere as soon as possible with the speakers.

        i purchased a i ball baton 150m wireless-n broadband router worth RS:1000/- on[protected], after successfully using 1month 3days it started troubling me as it is not detecting the Ethernet cable here cable is very fine no problem with it and also ensured by Internet operator and my self as it is able to work when it is connected to my pc(Ethernet cable from user end directly into the system) so it is confirmed that the problem with the router And I'm now here to book a complaint against to the company on consumer act.so please, kindly take action against to the company on behalf of the quality of the product, that the company has made.I will be the responsible for any legal enquiry and i hope justice will be done and added a proof when Ethernet cable placed into modem were on desktop it shows as it did not connected further any verifications im ready for it thank you.

          I gave my iball andi 3.5i mobile to service center to change display and battery on 5th april 2014 they said my phone will be ready with in 10 days and also they said they will give a call once display and battery changed but till now they did call me and i went to service center directly they didnt service my mobile at all and i asked them for this delay they didnt answer me properly and they behaviour is not good they didnt give respect to customers

          This is complete unfortunate that IBall is responding with same words.

          Instead proper reading of email...your response is completely INJUSTIFY, also note I am talking about Tablet & your response is for Mobile!!!.

          First of all I would like to remind you that I had almost daily called you but you are not concluded this from last 27 Days and today you are replying its damaged by our self.

          As customer I knew the fact and fact is this is damaged itself while plugged in for battery charging.

          Mr Jagdish Shetty had given me commitment that he will comeback to me within 3 to 4 Days time but till date he had not given single call( in spite of commitment) and when I called them he has not attending calls, so this is very clear that he is not interested for review it but just he want to LOSS OF CUSTOMERS FOREVER.

          Can you plz respond for...

          1. Your service center report.( In writing).
          2. My Tablet Damaged screen analysis report.
          3. Report for Video footage which I told your service centre representative them to repair only after discussion with you.
          4. Why my tablet is completed without my advise.
          5. How your service center representative take decision just starting the Tab.
          6. It is not damaged from your side and this damaged peace so Iball has to replace it.( I don't want repaired peace) because it is in warranty and your product get damaged within 6 MONTHS.
          7. IBall team is completely professional take money from customers and they believe customer are always wrong.

          I WILL NOT PAY SINGLE RUPEES AND IF REQUIRED I WILL TAKE THIS ISSUE WITH YOUR TOP MANGEMENT AS WELL AS ISO AUDITORS.

          IF I WILL NOT GET COMPLETE JUSTIFICATION THEN I WILL TAKE THIS LEGAL ACTION.

          Plz note this complain with regards to above my tablet & note this first Purchase of IBall Product.


          I need your support to get resolved my issue!!! expected that it will get resolved very soon.


          I have purchased this Tablet in the month of Feb'14 and as of now under warranty, this has been used mostly for watching Video Clips( Satsang) and it was got damaged during when power code is plugged in.


          When I was visited your Kandivali service center, your representative just started it and concluded within two minutes that it is damaged by myself and this is not problem of tablet but due to your operational pressure it got damaged. I must say this is not the case and this actually damaged itself.


          I was shocked to here this as they advised me a cost will be around 2700 INR, I informed them that before operating you can speak to Mr Prajval[protected] I called at that time but Mr Prajval was on leave 23rd Aug) as I was spoken earlier days with Mr Prajval about this issue.

          As proof I can say you can check video footage of your service center of 23rd August (timing around 10.30 AM to 11 AM).


          On same day evening I got call from your service center that my tablet is Ready for delivery.


          Plz look in to this and close this issue as soon as possible & requesting to replace this my Tablet instead of repair as it got damaged within 6 Month of period, I don't know when once again repaired peace will got damaged once again, As customer I am not wrong and why customer suffered for such instrument issue.


          Also want to highlight here that I had taken feedback and found that many of peoples face such issue for this Model Tablet(3G 9728) whicle power is plugged in so as improvement side take call on this issue for all customer of IBall.


          Specially want to Thanks Mr Jagdish Shetty[protected] & Mr Prajval, who both tried to solved this till now...


          Hope Iball Mangnment team will review such thing on priority so customer

          I gave my iball andi 3.5i mobile to service center for charger connection problemon 11 oct 2014 they said my phone will be ready with in 20 days and also they said they will give a call once mobile will OK but till now they didnt call me and i went to service center directly they didnt service my mobile at all and i asked them for this delay they didnt answer me properly and they behaviour is not good they didnt give respect to customers

            I have I ball Mobile this mobile is faulty and i put request give me new battery and i will pay also for that but I ball-Kandivali-west Service center not giving response very well They also not talk with the customer Properly. Its Totally Bad Service.

              I bought I-Ball Andy 5LI model before 6 month and it hadsome problem in ON-OFF Key and Speaker. That’s why I give it to I-Ball servicecenter at that time Service Center associate giving me 10 day’s SLA to handoverthe handset in minimum 10 day’s for replacement of some handset Part. But 10day’slater again they said we need 4day’smore and whenever work will done I will arrange a confirmation call-back for youbut till 15 days, I didn’t get anyconfirmation called from service center hence After 15 day’s I had call them but they said we are unableto make change part here as we don’t have motherboard so I have to send yourmobile to MUMBAI office for further action so you can called me after 7 day’s meanproblem not solve here. After 7 days someone again told me you’re mobile still inPUNE office as no need to send mobile in MUMBAI office as we found the issue butfor procedure we required again 4 day’s more but problem doesn’t solve here After four days when I had called in I-Ball service center someonein technician team ask me who gave you this information like to no need to sendmobile in MUMBAI office .I got two different answer from same service centerand as of now my 10+4+7+4+ day’s has wasted but problem hasn’t solve here Finally yesterday again I had call them and they told me your mobile has been sent toMUMBAI office for further action and for that they want one month more. I am very flustered and disappointed to use I-BALL service I-BALL service is Very poor and Helpless service, alwayswrong commitments; they are making fool and harassed to us I have already talked to customer support more than 10 timesthey always assured me that I'll got my phone after four day’s but day willnever come as yet Not received good response from service center Whenever I called in service center they told Some StupidReason for not giving mobile on time

                i submitted my cell phone iball AASAN black [protected], at ghatkopar east service center on 14april2014 for not working of flash and torch light.they said it takes a week serial no. is [protected].after a week i was still trying to call but they didnt attained my calls.So i complaint to iball, they gave me a complaint no.IBM101247, but now they too try to pretend for it, a month passed already, they pretend that havent parts of it, same thing repeated some months ago for my other cell iball andy 3n they made retual because nobody taking action against such companies, I m requesting to take promt action with compesation

                i often use PAYTM mobile apps for recharge and bill payements.On 2February i paid a reliance cdma post paid bill of Rs700, for no.[protected], transaction no.[protected].But transaction was unsuccessful, so i did again of Rs670 for same no.[protected] bcz 700 was not accepting by system, this time transaction successfully done, but amount was deducted from my bank account two times first 700 second time 670, so i complaint to my bank n mail to paytm also.Paytm responded that we refund money in to ur paytm wallet, i never created paytm wallet, I used to direct pay by my id [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@gmail.com, hence there is no money found in my wallet, Bank replied that paytm declined our request SR[protected].I m still sending mails but they r not replying even i send my bank statement.my icici account no[protected]

                  I have given my tab 3g7334i to the service center on 04.04.2014 for replacing the damaged touch screen. on 04.04.2014 the service center person told that the tab will be repaired within or after 20 days. I visited the service center today (02.05.2014) to check the status of the tab and now they are telling that the spares of the tab are not available and we also don't know how much more time it will take. I trusted iball, the function and operating of the tab was excellent but due to the service problem now i think that i have taken a wrong decision by purchasing the tab of iball. I have spend Rs.11000/- for the tab not for keeping the tab in the service center for months. This is waste of my money. The details of my tab are: Sr.no.                     I purchased iball slide 3g tablet. That's display damaged and i gave that in service center. They told that will be solve within 2 week and then 1month but still now going to 1.5 month not any call and when i m calling response is no spare available on head office. Several times i sent them mail no reply, chatting with support, no reply, So strange how users are buying iball product with this type after sales service. So Sad. Also i m calling their head office, always that phone busy. Such a bad service, i didn't hope so...

                    Sir/ madam,
                    I have purchased the product from SNAP DEAL (refer 1st attachment). I contacted them refer attached email copy from my yahoo ID ([protected]@yahoo.com)

                    When I found the product was defective, I immediately visited I Ball service center at Andheri(Mumbai).
                    Then the series of Research &Development started and it resulted in nothing but harassment in terms of health and finance.
                    I made 4 -5 visits just to see the happenings. These were confirmed with I Ball representative over phone call to come and collect both to me and my wife.
                    Recently when I made a visit on 18th of March, I was surprised that they said product has not come from Bangalore.
                    When they call then only I need to come.
                    This is now coming as if they don’t call then please don’t come for the product.
                    It’s my hard earned money and I am seeing its going nowhere.
                    I incurred the different expenses due to them
                    a) Travel expenses from Bhandup to Andheri for service center to these many times.
                    b) My internet plan of postpaid connection which went unused due to their delay and irresponsive service.
                    c) The working hours of office which I spent on these trips to their service center.

                    Please help me out in this physical and mental harassment which I am going through this product purchase.

                    Last but not the least; they said some display is to arrive from outside India for the tablet. I wondered I ball is an indigenous company.
                    Why they will approach parts from abroad to make it indigenous.
                    Other than passive responses, it give me a feeling that, all are just fooling around, whoever I make call regarding my product.
                    I want to take a legal action against all responsible in this case of mine.
                    Please let me know way forward.

                    I had an iball slide wq149r. The charging port got damaged. Gave it for repair and those ### said it cant be repaired and then after 2 months gave me an old motherboard as a replacement. Within 3 months th board went dead and theyre not accepting the tablet back. Never ever ever going to buy from iball. Iball is for beggars and their services are worse than ###

                      I have bought iBall - BTM72 Bluetooth headset last year.. Within 6 months the device stopped working & did not get charged. I gave it for servicing at Bangalore, SP Road and I got a new piece as it is covered in Warranty. But this device also has the same problem and now it is out of warranty. However I gave it back for servicing at my cost. Even after 10days, there is no response but when i call them they said it is sent to Head Office, Mumbai. Now it is 20days over and i called again. The service guy is saying it cannot be repaired they tried in bangalore only and asking me to take it back. The board is gone and it takes 75% cost of the product. Is this how service will be done? I have lost faith in your products and not going buy anything more and also will recommend all me friends, colleagues to refrain buying your products.

                        I have purchased iBall slide TAB Model No.6318i from Amazon.com on 19.1.2014 While putting into charger pin into power socket by mistake Tab fallen down and the screen was broken. On 6th February 2014, I went to the authorized service center SRI MOBILES, HYDEARAB. Handed over the TAB and the service center people said that we will call & give you the repaired TAB after 4 working days. 3 weeks left. I called the service center several times finally they told that we can’t say anything call the customer care center. I called to the given number [protected]. A lady has picked my call and given another number[protected]. Again I called to that number. My call passed through more than 6 people and I didn’t get any answer.                             I purchased iball andi 4di+ through flipkart on 9 dec 2013 the set was defective and when i told this to customer care center they told me that they will replace it in 6 days but they didn"t notice about my set and after 15 days they are saying that set is not available and focing me to take set worth rs 4800 this set is my set is 900rs expensive than this .I want my set back i will replace it on flipkart their service is far better than this iball.If they didn't give my set on time than flipkart will also refuce it to take back.

                              I bought a 3G 7334i tablet for my cousin with sl no: [protected] on Nov 4 2013, thru amazon. Within 15 days it didnt charge up. Amazon showed hands to iBall as it didnt cover the 10 days return policy of Amazon. I gave it to service centre. I got the tablet back on 27Dec2013 after 1 month in working condition. But it didnt recharge again. The service station person has told that it is because the tab was not charged for almost two days. While every device in th world is charging even if we do not charge for a month how come iball doesnt work accordingly. Only god knows if it will work again. Amazon and iBall have put me into deep trauma and the worst service that you give to me. Since the day i bought it I couldnt use it and iball is taking its time to do R&D on my tab.

                                Dear Sir/madam,
                                My home theatre is given for service on 21 sept 2013 I ball serice centre- best it world (india) pvt ltd., mangalore. But still they are not returning back, when I call them they are giving simply reasons and playing with us. Please take the immediate action so that I can get my home theatre immediately. It is under warranty period, but 2 and half months warranty is completed in their work shop....

                                That I have purchased one Mobile Handset (iball Aura v36 M_IMEI S/N [protected] S_IMEI [protected]) from www.infibeam.com online shopping site in the month of December 2012 (Invoice date[protected] and the Handset is covered under one year manufactures warranty. My Handset, after using it for about 2 ? 3 months shown some signal loss/network problems and same was initially discussed with the Customer Support Team of M/s Iball through their live web chat, wherein I was advised to visit their local Service Center namely M/s Embassy Engineers, Karanagar, Srinagar (J&K) and accordingly, the problem was fixed by the Service Centre. However, after some time I was walking down to my Home and it was raining and upon reaching my Home I first checked my phone and found it working properly. Next day morning I could not heard the alarm and when I woke-up, I find that my Handset is switched-off and I tried to charge it but there was no response. Immediately I submitted my Handset at above local service centre of the M/s iBall and explained them the whole situation. They after a prolonged period (about 2 months) informed me that there is some damage in the main board due to rain and therefore repairs can be carried against cash payment. I tried to convey them that my phone is still under active warranty and to my utter surprize they denied to accept the warranty cover, declared it ?Physical damage? and distanced themselves from any trouble. Finally I again contacted customer support team of M/s iBall through their live web chat on 1st July 2013 who assured me of best possible solution and asked for submitting my Handset again to the local authorized service centre. Acting on their advice, I now again submitted my Handset at above local service center (M/s Embassy Engineers, Karanagar, Srinagar) on[protected] and then again informed the Customer Support of M/s iBall about it and requested them to kindly instruct the concerned Service Center to carry out the requisite repairs in my Handset under Warranty provisions. Subsequently, I received an email from one Mr. Jagdish of M/s iBall on[protected], apologizing for the inconvenience and informed me that the repairs will be carried on priority basis. However, so far as on today the 22nd of October, 2013 nothing has been done and my Handset is lying at local Service Centers for want requisite spares as stated by them. In-spite of the fact that I have taken-up my complaint regularly with M/s iBall customer care and even I have also send emails to their customer care email id <customer.[protected]@iball.co.in> nothing has been done, except that I have received 2-3 phone calls from Mr. Jahdish of M/s iBall assuring me that repairs will be done on priority. More recently, I have received another email from him on[protected] now stating that we are looking into the issue and the repairs will be carried out on priority basis. However, the fact is that My Handset is lying with them for now about 6 months and even the warranty period of one year is also likely to end in December, 2013. There appears no coordination between the local service center & the company as they are just passing the buck and blaming each other for delay and the resultant outcome is my suffering. I therefore, request to kindly intervene so that either my Handset is repaired under warranty as promised by the Company and personally by Mr. Jagdish or the cost of my Handset along with suitable penalty of Rs. 10, 000/- be paid to me to compensate my sufferings

                                  I purchesed I ball tablet 8 month ago I got some problem with that within 10 days I ask to replas that but hey told me can't do that I accept and I get fix my teblat issue from them but my teblat was not working on good . Then I got again problem with my teblat with charging I sudmit my teb to repair they gave me back after 10days with new problem with tuch paid they try to fix my teb 5 time but they want be able to fix my teb then I ask for replasment sarvice center maneger told me okay now its too mont I don't have any update I call them email them but no respos pls ddo the need full for me they want to fail case against I ball need with big penalty

                                    I am Abdul Waheed a NRI working with US company, I buy one tablet from Vijay Sales but that Tablet is not working so I given that Tablet to Thane service center without repair they return back to me then next time on 23 Sept again I given to Thane IBall Service Center they told me that they will Call but they do not call me When I call to them The pick the phone and keep receiver beside, they have land line number when I call they reject...

                                    On 21st jan 2013 i had went to the iball service center because the mobile phone (i ball vibe WI-fi white) was not working the mobile was only 5months old ( within the warranty period) and outlook panel was good, after several weeks they gave me the mobile but the outlook panel was replaced with old one and its not in the working condition , when i asked about it they were speechless and told sir kindly take this phone with you at present we are out of stock, we will replace it .. but still now they are not replaced . Still today i have the receipt given by the i ball service center.
