I need to know the status of the refund on an urgent basis.
I booked two flights on february 12. My flight status of pnr no. Lhtheg is showing cancelled due to covid and when i am trying to cancel and refund, it is currently showing (Refund information for request transaction id is not available). Ticket was a one way journey. As the flight is cancelled please provide me refund of full amount for rs. 14, 552.00.
My flight pnr liv660 which is a refundable ticket for rs. 29, 170.00 is now showing that no tickets have been booked in last 1 year and was under covid cancellation. Earlier it showed that refund has been initiated but i have no update till now. Now is shows that refund is not applicable because i requested. However i have not placed any such request. The website software has automatically made this decision and is displaying the same. Pfa
I did not get any proper support from goibibo. As per airline policy, i should get full amount refund in my account as flight is cancelled by airline. No such information is being passed to me by goibibo. I do not have any plan to reschedule the flight date. Hence i should get full refund.
Airline is ready to refund full amount but goibibo is sending them request to reschedule on my behalf. See attached message from them. I am unable to reach goibibo on call and the complaint portal has also given me no response. This is cheating by goibibo.
I hope to receive a solution and do not want to further reach out through various social media portals.
