I have booked my tickets from goibibo and it gets cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. Airlines has given the refund to goibibo but they are not giving credit to me, not they are replying my emails even after followup since 5 months, their customer care number is also useless. I am not alone but I have seen their review on mouthshut.com, there are many victims of goibibo. I am tired after taking followup from them via emails, twitter, phone calls but still i have not received my money back. Please help, it seems like a big scam.

Updated by amsonin I have seen thousands of complaints against goibibo for not refunding the amount against cancellation of flight due to covid lockdown. I am sure they are doing this intentionally, their customer care numbers are not working, they are not replying on chats, not answering emails, not replying on twitter. It's a well planned scam.
