Request to kindly check my refund status of my train number-16724 ananthpuri exp, from ncj-ms, dated 7april 2020, pnr-[protected], the said train was cancelled due to prevailing covid-19 situation in india, as government of india guidelines all train services are cancelled from 22/02/2020, and refund will automatically get credited to users account, but unfortunately i didn't get my refund amount for this cancelled booking.
Hence it is requesting you to kindly refund me my amount.
