Book ticket from Delhi to Gaya from goibibo on 2nd April for 19 April which was cancelled automatically due to corona outbreak but I still didn't get any refund as it said DGCA claim refund on 4 may, 21 day time which was given by DGCA has passed and I still didn't get any refund.They say use our web forum but it show you have no upcoming booking with us and as there is no way to communicate them due to lock down they are taking advantage...

Created 9 tickets as of now for the refund on flight cancellation happened in mar 2020. Just imagine the service from goibibo.

Looks like goibibo support team, without reading the issue description simply closing tickets with some junk information.

In some cases, they just drop the call in the middle and soon they close the ticket.

It's been more than 3 months now, can...

I had booked my flight from Bangalore to Ahmedabad for 16th April. However 2 days before the flight I was notified by Goibibo that the flight will not run and requested us to cancel the flight booking. I went ahead and cancelled the flight but its been more than 2 months I have not received my money. I understand these are unprecedented scenarios but 2.5 months a long long time even in the situation of the pandemic to update me on my refund....

I have booked a ticket from seattle to delhi via paris through goibibo (Pnr g2k7t4 travel date 18 mar 20). But the flight from paris to delhi got cancelled due to covid 19. Due to that i have to cancel my ticket. But i have not got the refund till date from goibibo for my cancelled ticket....

The amount of refund due to flight cancellations due to covid has not been full. Goibibo has deducted cancellation and reschedule charges from the refund amount which is totally wrong....

I had written so many emails to customer service, but nothing worked out.

I cancelled the ticket through goibibo app. The refund processed is rs.6350 however i have booked the tickets amounting rs 14670.
Since the flight got cancelled by airasia i am eligible for full refund. I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest....

As of now I created 9th ticket in GOIBIBO, For one Flight Cancellation(From Airlines end). Not sure How many tickets required to provide the solution.

In my latest ticket (#[protected], goibibo team provided infomation like "processed Cash Refund Amount - INR 44528".Not sure where is my remaining amount ( Total amount I paid --47, 315/-)??

I have cancelled my international flights on 21st March. Goibibo did not refunded back my cancellation amount till now. They are not reachable via customer care number and no response in mails. Please help.

I booked my flight yesterday from pnq - ixg. However my ticket status is showing in progress from yesterday. Ticket amount was deducted from my card. There is no e ticket being received and no pnr.

I tried multiple channels for help but they re just ignoring my commnet twitter/fb/email.
Such a pathetic experience so far with goibibo. Worst customer experience.

As i have booked train ticket from goibibo on march 26 but still i didnt get any refund amount and as they are very poor company they dont have any proper customer support service now i am stucked in between please help me out that what action shall i take and what is procedure...

As per information received from spicejet they have initiated the refund for rs. 10, 311/- against booking pnr cblzmw on 22 may 2020. But i have not received my refund till date.

Request you to refund the same to my account on priority.

I have received the credit shell from indigo but i am not able to apply the same on my goibibo account. I am using it for the same contact in whose name i have received the credit shell. I called up indigo to book the ticket but on their payment portal it says to contact ibibio but ibibio doesn't have the option to use credit shell and ibibio people are not getting contacted their mails bounce their chat is a bot doesn't answer their phone...
