Hi, i booked a qatar airways flight to travel from hyderabad to miami having travel date on mar 27 2020 from goibio but flight got cancelled because of covid19. From the next day on wards i am requesting for refund but there is no proper response from goibibo. I have raised several complaints from past 1 month to both qatar as well as goibibo. Qatar airways confirmed that they have processed the refund from their side but goibibo is not refunding the money. They asked me to share my check details and bank details on jun26th and sent a message that refund initiated and will be credited in 10 days.. But nothing happend. Again i raised an incident on july 6th.. They requested my check and account details once again.. But nothing happend.

Please help me in getting the resolution asap.

    Dear sir/ madam,

    I had booked two ways flight from goibibo that is hyderabad to tirupati and tirupati to hyderabad in rs 7635rs.
    After few days i received message that my flight has been cancelled, so i contacted to flight customer care service they updated me that due to flight cancellations they are refunding full amount to goibibo and goibibo can process my amount.in fact i got confirmation email from the flight company that have processed full amount to goibibo but goibibo didn't refund me full amount.

      I booked goindigo flight ticket through goibibo on 24th may 2020 pnr "aqdvnb" but flight got suspended due to covid-19 knockdown in india.
      I spoken with goindigo customer care they told me that they refund full amount on 6th june 2020 to goibibo. Transaction id is[protected], i'm trying calling past 1 month to goibibo customer care numbers[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] /[protected] and also sent email to ([protected]@goibibo.com) but no response.

        Flight booked through goibibo pnr md8atd and ticket number is[protected].
        My finnair delhi to edinburgh return flight canceled due to covid-19 and full refund issued by the airline. Why isn’t goibibo giving that refund to me? Instead goibibo is lying to me for the past 2 months by saying that the refund is still being processed by the airline whereas the truth is that the airline has issued full refund to me. Screenshot of the email from airline attached herewith. Please expedite and get my refund credited to my account immediately. Any further delays won’t be tolerated. Thanks.

          I have initiated my refund on 28th June.They told me to wait for 15 days..now I again submit a complaint and they called and they told me to wait another 10 days.I want to know the reason why they are playing with us as team assured over phone that we will get in within 15 days. As a member of go ibibo I never expect this misbehavior from thier end .This will lose their customer satisfaction.Please request to look in this matter..

          I got the refund .Thank you go ibibo for the prompt response and work on my case..Most appreciated on that.

          I had booked ticket on 25 Jan Booking Id: N6EFG7ITS. Flight was from Ahemdabad to Delhi by PNR-FG7ITS of INDIGO flight amount 5, 378.
          Ticket got cancelled due to covid 19.
          I have been confirmed by goibibo for returning refund on 16 July by email and by message on mobile on 24 July.
          But no action has been taken so far. Attaching snapshot for both.
          Kindly help.

          I have booked flight from Ahmedabad to Delhi, Booking Id Flights Booking ID N6EZKR6QW. I have been told that refund has been sent to your account, but till date no refund is received and even customer care number and mail id is also not working for goibibo.

            Dear sir/ma'am
            I have requested for rescheduling of my flight on 4th july 2020. My flight was on 5th july 2020 with indigo6e-982 with pnr ynhc7n and i have requested to reschedule on 30th july 2020 for the same flight. Till date it is showing booking in progress for rescheduled flight of 30th july'20 and reschedule requested for flight on 5th july'20. I have attached the screenshot for the same. I have requested before 24 hours of flight departure and from that time it is showing the same thing. Screenshot is attached for you reference.
            Customer care executive called me and refunded rs 290 for the extra charge taken for rescheduling. I have paid rs 11000 approximately for my booking on 5th july 2020 and requested to reschedule the booking to 30th july 2020. Request was made by goibibo app on 4th july 2020. Neither rescheduling was done nor amount was refunded. Request you to please look into the concern otherwise i will be left with no option then to go for a legal step.in fact i have mailed thrice but it is irresponsive.

              No registered email id to raise complaint

              There is no email id provided to contact customer service or even to raise any complaint.
              Any mail sent to goibibo comes back as no reply email id and we are forced to check online 24/7 online chat forum where there is no correct reply received for any query as it is automated question answer with few pre defined questions.

              there is no way to escalate any complaint or send any mail which can be used to track the delay....

              We had booked the tickets for two person on Sunday, Mar 10, 2019 details below:
              journey date : 08 Jun'2019
              Brussel - Amsterdam and Amsterdam - Bangalore
              Booking Id: RMDWLZB4D
              Airline : JetAirways

              Later on 17th April Airline stopped working and asked us to cancel our tickets.
              We got the ticket cancelled by Goibibo as they were not willing to provide any alternative flight and got an email saying we are eligible for full refund.

              Now, its been one year and if we call customer care of goibibo with this reference number, we just get information saying they are still working with jet airways.

              The status on goibibo site says refund in progress but the status has not been changed for last one year.

                I made an international booking through Goibibo from new delhi to doha and return, due to covid -19 I cancelled my booking on 16th of April and I accepted all the cancellation charges, with all the endless calling and waiting i still haven’t received any refund and also they are not receiving any calls now . So i want to file a fraud complaint against them as their covind refund timings are also completed now Thankyou Sudhanshu rai

                      Hi team, goibibo is lying and saying it will automatically process the refund when they receive from airline. My refund was processed on 10 june but still they are not helpful.

                        I have booked a ticket from goibibo for 14 july 2020 but when i did the web check in for the same, the boarding pass is showing travel date of 15 july 2020.

                        Also with reference to the goibibo booking reference id... Travel date is showing 14 july 2020 but when i am clicking the option of print ticket it is showing 15 july 2020.

                        I have attached both for your reference.

                        I am trying to contact go ibibo customer care i am not able to reach out to them.

                          I booked my brothers flight of 14th june on @goibibo which i cancelled due to some reasons and asked @goibibo for the refund in return they stated inr 900 something will be refund if it doesn't then for every 2 hours of delay, they shall credit gocash plus of inr 100.
                          But yet i haven't received the same and now on webportal they are showcasing travel history as travelled for a cancelled flight. When i asked customer care for the same they stated you have cancelled the cancelled status and travelled on 14th june when i told them that i already travelled on 7th june why would i travelled again which wasn't possible they were not able to clarify.

                          I want my refund as well as my delay gocash plus money as mentioned on mail.

                            Hi,

                            I am vishnu priya o g. Two days back i booked an indigo flight (6e463) from bangalore to kochi from goibibo application (19/07/2020 - 8.20 pm flight). Booking date: 09/07/2020. Pnr: ewg9rx.

                            Now bangalore govt. Announced that 14th july onwards complete lockdown started till 22nd july. Due to this i cancelled my plan. I tried to cancel the ticket, but the cancellation refund is showing 123rs/-. I paid 2783rs/-. It's a huge loss for me. Kindly understand the situation and do the needful.
                            So i humbly request the goibibo team to refund my full amount.

                                  I had booked my flight from pune to udaipur on goibibo for 13th july 2020. My booked flight had a connecting flight via delhi (Pune to delhi on pnr nl6zrg and delhi to udaipur on pnr u4pd7a). Since the two different airlines were involved i had bought a connection guarantee for rs 299 additionally which comes under general insurance.

                                  I received a msg on 7th july that my connecting flight from delhi has been canceled. I had checked with the airlines and there was no alternative flight for the same route. Therefore i had contacted goibibo customer care on [protected] where i had communication with the executive named anubha and she informed me that she can't provide me a full refund and can only provide me a refund for the connecting flight and in times of covid the connection guarantee is not eligible. The complaint id created with goibibo is [ goibibo[protected] ]

                                  I requested anubha that i would like to speak to her supervisor and she had mentioned that i would get a call within 2 hours. But i haven't received any call from goibibo after the last conversation with anubha.

                                  While booking the flight there was no such covid clause mentioned. My flight is booked recently and the agency (Goibibo) is completely aware of the covid and did not mention it anywhere on their website for connection guarantee. Furthermore, the connection guarantee is not available for all the connecting flights, it is only available for selected flights and hence it makes it eligible even in times of covid for the flights that it is available for.

                                  They also stated that if i want they can provide the amount back that was used to purchase the connection guarantee. This is not how the insurance works.

                                  I am entitled for a full refund as i had insured my flight. But i am being denied this by goibibo. Hence i would like to file a complaint against them demanding compensation.

                                    Regarding go ibibo account linked with mobile no. 99xxxxxx44
                                    The amount for pnr uv44ae for booking of flight from new delhi to san francisco on 7th feb 2020 for shri suresh chander wig and wife, was made by using icici credit card no. 431xxxxxxx003.
                                    Requested for cancellation on 05.05.2020.
                                    Cancelled and refund of rs xxk is being shown as lying with goibibo in gocash+ account since 09.06.2020 but the same is not refunded to the correct beneficiary viz. Icici bank for credit to the credit card no. 431xxxxxx03 through which the payment was made at the time of booking.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I booked a ticket from goibibo on[protected] and used upi payment option. After proceeding with payment which didn't go through, it again asked to proceed for payment.
                                      When proceeded again, i got 2 debit transactions but the ticket got booked only once.
                                      When checked with my bank, they notified that the beneficiary (Goibibo) is already credited with both amounts and i need to follow up with ibibo for the same.
                                      I am trying to get in touch with goibibo since then but could not get any response at either mail ([protected]@goibibo.com) or at customer support.
                                      I am really frustrated with the service where i could not get required assistance.
                                      Hopefully this request finds the appropriate team and request you to kindly look into the issue and credit the extra debited amount back to my account.
