Hi, i've been having issues with goibibo privacy as my pic reflect in google search engine with goibibo link below. What kind of issue is it?
Happening 2nd time. Had a tough time removing it earlier. This is so annoying.

Pls guide me on deactivating the account by all means. I'm no longer using goibibo.

      Hi team, goibibo is lying and saying it will automatically process the refund when they receive from airline. My refund was processed on 10 june but still they are not helpful.

      No way to reach to them on call, social media

        Dear sir,

        I have booked a ticket from goibibo for 14 july 2020 but when i did the web check in for the same, the boarding pass is showing travel date of 15 july 2020.

        Also with reference to the goibibo booking reference id... Travel date is showing 14 july 2020 but when i am clicking the option of print ticket it is showing 15 july 2020.

        I have attached both for your reference.

        I am trying to contact go ibibo customer care i am not able to reach out to them.

          I booked my brothers flight of 14th june on @goibibo which i cancelled due to some reasons and asked @goibibo for the refund in return they stated inr 900 something will be refund if it doesn't then for every 2 hours of delay, they shall credit gocash plus of inr 100.
          But yet i haven't received the same and now on webportal they are showcasing travel history as travelled for a cancelled flight. When i asked customer care for the same they stated you have cancelled the cancelled status and travelled on 14th june when i told them that i already travelled on 7th june why would i travelled again which wasn't possible they were not able to clarify.

          I want my refund as well as my delay gocash plus money as mentioned on mail.

            Hi,

            I am vishnu priya o g. Two days back i booked an indigo flight (6e463) from bangalore to kochi from goibibo application (19/07/2020 - 8.20 pm flight). Booking date: 09/07/2020. Pnr: ewg9rx.

            Now bangalore govt. Announced that 14th july onwards complete lockdown started till 22nd july. Due to this i cancelled my plan. I tried to cancel the ticket, but the cancellation refund is showing 123rs/-. I paid 2783rs/-. It's a huge loss for me. Kindly understand the situation and do the needful.
            So i humbly request the goibibo team to refund my full amount.

                  I had booked my flight from pune to udaipur on goibibo for 13th july 2020. My booked flight had a connecting flight via delhi (Pune to delhi on pnr nl6zrg and delhi to udaipur on pnr u4pd7a). Since the two different airlines were involved i had bought a connection guarantee for rs 299 additionally which comes under general insurance.

                  I received a msg on 7th july that my connecting flight from delhi has been canceled. I had checked with the airlines and there was no alternative flight for the same route. Therefore i had contacted goibibo customer care on [protected] where i had communication with the executive named anubha and she informed me that she can't provide me a full refund and can only provide me a refund for the connecting flight and in times of covid the connection guarantee is not eligible. The complaint id created with goibibo is [ goibibo[protected] ]

                  I requested anubha that i would like to speak to her supervisor and she had mentioned that i would get a call within 2 hours. But i haven't received any call from goibibo after the last conversation with anubha.

                  While booking the flight there was no such covid clause mentioned. My flight is booked recently and the agency (Goibibo) is completely aware of the covid and did not mention it anywhere on their website for connection guarantee. Furthermore, the connection guarantee is not available for all the connecting flights, it is only available for selected flights and hence it makes it eligible even in times of covid for the flights that it is available for.

                  They also stated that if i want they can provide the amount back that was used to purchase the connection guarantee. This is not how the insurance works.

                  I am entitled for a full refund as i had insured my flight. But i am being denied this by goibibo. Hence i would like to file a complaint against them demanding compensation.

                    Regarding go ibibo account linked with mobile no. 99xxxxxx44
                    The amount for pnr uv44ae for booking of flight from new delhi to san francisco on 7th feb 2020 for shri suresh chander wig and wife, was made by using icici credit card no. 431xxxxxxx003.
                    Requested for cancellation on 05.05.2020.
                    Cancelled and refund of rs xxk is being shown as lying with goibibo in gocash+ account since 09.06.2020 but the same is not refunded to the correct beneficiary viz. Icici bank for credit to the credit card no. 431xxxxxx03 through which the payment was made at the time of booking.

                      Hi team,

                      I booked a ticket from goibibo on[protected] and used upi payment option. After proceeding with payment which didn't go through, it again asked to proceed for payment.
                      When proceeded again, i got 2 debit transactions but the ticket got booked only once.
                      When checked with my bank, they notified that the beneficiary (Goibibo) is already credited with both amounts and i need to follow up with ibibo for the same.
                      I am trying to get in touch with goibibo since then but could not get any response at either mail ([protected]@goibibo.com) or at customer support.
                      I am really frustrated with the service where i could not get required assistance.
                      Hopefully this request finds the appropriate team and request you to kindly look into the issue and credit the extra debited amount back to my account.

                        Dear sir / madam,

                        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: flights

                        The issue that i have experienced was: i have booked tickets for 8 passengers via different pnr nos - fi8rxm, sgch7s, wd8mkb, tp75qx... It all has got cancelled due to covid -19 outbreak and airlines has issued credit note without deductions however my requirement is not a credit note but full refund... Kindly look into my issue... Indigo people have refunded money to go ibibo but they are not refunding money nor able to connect with go ibibo cusotmer care.

                        It occurred on: 14/06/2020

                        Since my money is kept with go ibibo after refund from indigo on 14th june'20 hence i want my entire amount to be transferred back into my account.

                        I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                          I had cancelled my flight from mumbai to bagdogra (Scheduled 21/06) because the airline cancelled the bagdogra to mumbai flight (Scheduled 20/06).

                          The airline informed me that the entire amount would be refunded for both the tickets.

                          However, i have not received the refund amount of mumbai to bagdogra flight. The airline told me that they have already credited the amount to goibibo. However, the gia app in gobibio shows that a refund of amount 0 was initiated.

                          There is no way i am able to reach any sales representative.

                            We had booked a flight ticket for travel on July 1st, from chennai to mangalore. Booking was made on Goibibo site on June 19th and airline was Indigo airlines.However, Indigo sent an sms on June 28th stating the flight is cancelled due to Covid. Upon asking Indigo for refund of amount, they said that refund is processed to Goibibo since the ticket was booked through Goibibo. And they also said that we should followup with Goibibo for obtaining the refund amount. There is no support from Goibibo in this regard and we are left in the dark, without refund of our ticket money. We request your intervention for obtaining the refund money at the earliest. It was promised bu Indigo that there will not be any credit shell created and funds would be credited to our credit card account. However, since the since the trip status on Goibibo appears as travelled there is ambiguity. Hence this escalation. Kindly resolve this issue and help us get our money back.                               I had done the above booking and could not travel from India (Due to Covid 19) due to which, I could not travel further from Sydney to Auckland against PNR VT42JH. This was the flight of New Zealand Air.
                              As this covid problem started, I had been following up with your team, for cancellation, but could not do so till the last moment. In the meantime just before the travel on 15th March i received whats app from your end (proof attached) to take insurance against the above trip by selection of option 1. which i did then i got the link and paid Rs 998 to secure the trip cancellation upto Rs 25, 000. Till this date I have not received the policy documents nor have you been able to help out against my loss.

                              I was looking forward to what you will do. But Alas, no help was coming directly nor you were able to send me an Insurance copy that I can follow up to get a refund of my Rs 22, 793.

                              After this, i was just thinking that now is the time to not to do the business with the aggregator, because at problematic times they are not able to help nor handle the situation and instead of thinking of business the focus is only on profitability from each transaction rather than profitability in overall business. This thought came to me because the Hollandamerica cruise booking which I had done gave 125% credit. Etihad travel booking which was done that gave Future Credit with $ 100 extra per ticket, whereas booking done through aggregators like you are simply looking around instead of running around and helping the CUSTOMER.

                              But again my perspective changed, when i received a call from your team on 13th May 2020, followed by the mail. In the call a person assured me that your team is trying to get a refund and will revert me at earliest with the same.

                              I waited for a week, then today when i called up your system diverted me to go on net and do the chat. Your system chat is ### (i am sorry to say so with harsh word, because it's a program to frustrate rather than providing proper response). Again I dial on [protected] at 12:15 (this time I am giving so you can check the recording) and your agent says that because all are working from home they are unable to help, citing the reason of Covid 19.

                              Now, please think, if you people in travel constantly remind me of covid 19, the unwanted history and then you are spreading the fear among the people who are contacting not only for the past but for future business and in the process you are a loser.

                              Please do needful and solve my past problem fast, because from the bookings you can see that I have already planned to go to Canada on tour in October 2020. I still have to do lots of other booking and it's your responsibility also to generate confidence among the traveller like us, by solving the past problem at earliest.

                              I have already booked Antarctica Cruise for Jan 2021 and further North Europe cruise for June 2021. I have to book lots of flight and hotel booking in the months to come, so it is in the interest of our relationship that you solve the problem at your end itself instead of awaiting another person's response. If you can understand faster it's better for everyone, otherwise if people's psychology changes, aggregators will have a very tough time to get turnover, forget profitability. In my case you will be able to recover also from the Insurance policy which I took through your link. So please tell your team to spend energy. Help Clients and Help yourself.

                                I am manohar singh. I booked ticket from Jaipur to Indore on 4 july 2020. But I got a call from bus operator on that evening that my bus has been cancelled. I called to operator to refund but operator said that Goibibo would give refund. So look into this matter immediately and start process to give refund.

                                  This is with reference to our Flight Booking PNR No.UFYVKW for 3 passengers from Vienna to Mumbai via Istanbul scheduled ( now cancelled) on 8th April, 2020 by Turkish Airlines.
                                  As you are aware that due to the outbreak of COVID-19, all the international flights have been cancelled. We had made the said flight booking on 26th October, 2019 and paid Rs. 72984/- towards the booking.

                                  We sent an email on 8th April, 2020 to Turkish Airlines to confirm the refund.On the same day, in reply to our email, the Airlines confirmed the refund and advised us to contact the travel agent which is Goibibo. Thereafter we are in touch with Goibibo. However, unfortunately, there is no favourable response till date and hence we have had no other option but to approach Consumer Complaints Forum.

                                  We are unable to understand why even after confirmation from Airlines Goibibo is unable to refund amount. The matter is pending since 3 months.

                                  We request you to look into the matter and oblige.

                                    Booked indigo flight tkt scheduled depart on 11 july 2020 pnr dlqytq flight no 6e2486 but company suspended the flight due to covid 19 and also initiated the refund on 26 june 2020. But there is no resposnse from your side regarding status of my refund. Also i mailed many times to [protected]@goibibo.com but no response till date. Kindly look into matter and convey the time required to get my refund.

                                      I am working in Delhi in a media company.during lockdown period I booked a ticket from Delhi to Hyderabad on 19th April 2020..air asia flight 15-726 pnr: j135xp and paid rs 2223/-.for ticket and goibibo commission.
                                      Unfortunately govt extended lockdown period and air asia canceled flights and sent me that information.promised full refund. But till date I haven't received any refund.i tried many times to remind but goibibo message was refund under process..

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is reference to the booking id gofldkmb[protected] on 3rd june 2020,
                                        For which the transaction of rs 11454 happens through my kotak account but ticket was not generated. This booking was made through kotak goibibo app.
                                        I tried to book twice from the same platform on 4th june 2020 but again the transaction of rs.11454 happens and no ticket generated booking id is gofldkmb[protected].
                                        I have mailed this issue to [protected]@goibibo.com and they have agreed that ticket booking is not generated. They have also said that amount will be refunded through the same source from were the transaction was made within 5-14 working days but now it is more than 1 month and i have not yet received the amount.
                                        Please look into this issue i have also attached the snapshot of the mail for your reference.
