Hello,

I had booked a flight during covid 19 situation on 24/04/2020. However, due to this lockdown flight got cancelled and goibibo has provided me with credit shell amount and with validity till feb 2021. But i dont have any plan to go for any trip till feb 2021 and according to goibibo only the reticket can be booked on same names on which the booking was done before. This is total fraud and harrasment of the customer. Ideally, i should get my refund amount in my bank account why arethey giving me this # of credit shell. I dont want your credit shell. I want refund my amount in my bank account or else i have to raise a consumer forum complaint against goibibo for the fraud.

    Hi, i am sudhir kumar
    I have not received my refund amount already 20 days is over. My pnr sef9xd. Amount have been credited from spicejet to gobibo account on 7th july. But gobibo has not transferred in my account till today 30th july. Please help me to get my amount back. I have sent mail but no reply now. Sent massage on twitter, no response.
    Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    On 10th July gobibo initiated refund, request number cnx[protected]. After that no update. Please see attachment

      Dear sir \ madam,
      i have booked flight tickets from goa to mumbai departure dt.15 august 2020 with pnr no. Lzfzfc (Air asia flight i5-472) through goibibo app on 17 jully 2020.
      I received message from air asia airline on 25 jully 2020, that your flight i5-472 (Goi-bom) on 15-aug-20 is canceled due to regulatory restrictions.
      Then i contacted with air asia customer care executive for refund of tickets on 26th july 2020, they had told me your flight i5-472 (Goi-bom) on 15-aug-20 is canceled due to regulatory restrictions so you will get full refund of rs. 2773/- with refund ref. No 69058677.

      My second complaint to goibibo for refund
      Dear sir / madam,
      With reference to your mail in respect of refund amount initiation, you have initiated refund of rs.2334 /- with transaction id. Gomupkgande[protected] dated on 30 jully 2020.
      i had paid rs.2784/- for flight booking from goa to mumbai (Pnr no lzfzfc) and same flight has been cancelled by concerns air line (Asia airline) due to regulatory restrictions and i beared big loss along with mental harrashment and loss of my valuable time apart from giving me compensation of loss's and you are as a travelling agent goibibo charging me rs.450/- ( charges like meal, seat, baggage etc.. ) this is rediculas and unlawful.
      I humbly request you kindly review this issues again and refund whole amount of rs.2784/- to my payment account without deducting any charges at the earliest.

            I had booked flight from GOIBIBO, on 26 march20 from Aurangabad, MH to delhi and returned flight on 28 march 20 from Delhi to Aurangabad MH.Due to corona all india was lockdown .all flights were cancelled .Now Goibibo has to return back my amount .But the not returned .They have given credit shell .I dont want credit shell.I want reurned back my money .

              This is my Booking Id - SEA[protected].
              I had received a confirmation on refund as credit note..but have not yet received the credit note.
              I tried n number of times to connect the Goibibo team for my update, it’s been more then 2 to 3 months but in vain..would request you to please go through my issue and resolve it.. I am also attaching few email conversations for your reference for your better understanding.

                  PNR JFG8SV FLIGHT TICKET REFUND NOT EXECUTED WHEREAS INDIGO ALREADY CLEARED THE REFUND ON 9 JULY20. ( JOURNEY DURATION 25 APRIL 20 DEPARTURE AND 5 JUNE 20 RETURN)

                  RETURN TICKET OF PNR NHM3XC REFUND STILL AWAITED. INDIGO CANCELLED FLIGHT ON 20/3/20 WITH CLEAR MAIL TO CUSTOMER STILL GOIBIBO SAYING TICKET IS UTILIZED.

                  Attaching screen shots of messages received from indigo airlines.

                  Indigo cleared all refunds without any cancellation charges. So goibibo is not authorized to deduct any charges, as all flight cancellations are through Airlines himself and customer has no constraints.

                  I AM JOBLESS FROM MARCH-20 I AM IN DIRE NEED OF REFUND. PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL.

                  ONLINE SUPPORT IS VERY COMPLICATED AND THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR DIRECT CONTACT. ALL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS NOT CONNECTING TO CUSTOMER CARE DIRECTLY.

                    I already booked return tickets via goibibo, sometime on feb 2020. The flight was due on april 2020, but due to covid situation, all domestic flights were cancelled or postponed.

                    That time i tried to contact goibibo, but since they were not responding (Via e-mail/twitter/phone), i reached out directly to the airlines, and requested them to re-schedule the ticket. The airline (Airasia) did honour my request and did a re-schedule later some time in 2020.
                    And i got the ticket as well - this was completed in april 2020.
                    Surprisingly when i looked at the ticket - i saw it has a different route, and when i contacted airaisa they said the ticket has already been cancelled and refunded to goibibo.

                    I did not get any notifications from them, regarding this new update. However, as i tried to book a new set of tickets (Based on the credit note of last ticket), i saw that there's no airasia flight from goibibo site for the month of october 2020, whereas other travel aggregators do have regular flights!

                    On reaching out to goibio on twitter, they did not even reply.

                    I need some help to get this resolved - best if i can book some other flights without paying extra on the same timelines, that i had earlier.

                    Unfortunately, goibibo is not helping or even replying on this.

                      I had booked a ticket maa-bah-lgw (Chennai to london via bahrain) thru goibibo in gulf air.
                      Onward journey date = `11.3.2020
                      Return journey date = 22.03.2020
                      Due to the sudden declaration of corona pandemic, the return journey from london to chennai of 22nd march 2020 got cancelled by the airline.
                      When i claimed for refund / extension without fine for this return journey the airline asked me to contact goibibo.
                      But goibibo is not attending to my complaint.
                      1. Their app does not list the above booking
                      2. There is no call center where i could call due to pandemic
                      3. Emails sent to them are returned asking me to complaint thru the app (Which again, as mentioned above does not list this booking at all)
                      I am unable to get any response since march 2020

                        I am dibakar biswas, recently book tickets from goibibo of pnr jpubje but the flight got cancelled even i have booking insurance of booking but goibibo refund show to me 4844 rs instead of 5303 which have first mail. But my bank reflect that refund amount is 4724.44, i do not know why this is happening. Account screenshot attached. Also i have receive two different mail from same booking of refund. Try resolve by goibibo virtual assistant cant understand my quary.

                          I have booked a flight ticket from jammu to delhi on 9th august 2020. I got a message from airlines that flight has not rescheduled and they have given an option for free cancellation. I cancelled the flight and the company provided me refund of rs 5278. But goibibo is providing me a refund of rs 4156. This is completely fraud as i was bound to cancel the flight due to air line reschedule. I want my full money back.

                            The refund against cancelled transection is not yet recieved, it always says "refund under process" and if i try to get refund details i always got a prompt stating "dear customer, we request you to please wait for 30 mins as the cancellation request placed by you for your booking is still under process. We will update you once the cancellation request gets completed within 30 mins.
                            " and the status is same since i cancelled the ticket.
                            It's been too long since this happened i had tried every phone no provided but couldn't reached to the human consultant, only pre programmed computerised ivr is available which i don't found helpful in my case.

                              I booked flight ticket in goair through goibibo website. For ranchi-bangalore-cochin trip. Paid rs.7258/-. Later the flight cancelled by goair and issued full refund of 6958/- as cash to agency goibibo (Email attatched) and told me to contact goibibo to get the money.
                              Now the goibibo is playing drama. They said goair issued them credit voucher only so there is no refund to original payment mode. Only they can issue credit voucher with lots of limitations. Later they put my number on blocked list and unable to contact them anyway. There is no e-maild id for communication.
                              I contacted again goair, they reassured that they are not issuing any vouchers. I have email confirmation from goair
                              Please help me to stop this organised unethical work

                              Problem not yet solved. The biggest liar and fraud is Goibibo. After lodging this complaint their executive called me and said with in 3 days money will be refunded. when asked, gave me an email id also. till date neither money refunded nor email id is active. no legal actions by government also.

                                  This is a complaint regarding my booking which i made for booking id htlt8ajskc which i tried to make payment through upi bhim app but payment got deducted successfully but booking was failed i even tried to contact them they denied to get any payment for this booking id, so i want to check them to check it out clearly were is my money of 3732.00 rupess, i am really getting frustrated for this transactions. Still after 4 days no refund nothing i am really very frustrated for this payment.

                                    Hi All,

                                    I booked Indigo tickets PNR IKJNQT &DJ73SW of Rs 10, 121 from Goibibo. Flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions. I got email from Indigo that they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but Goibibo has not refunded my money. I contacted Goibibo. Their customer care is not reachable. I also wrote emails to their customer care id [protected]@goibibo.com but email is bouncing back so I also wrote emails to [protected]@goibibo.com & [protected]@goibibo.com but these id emails are also bouncing back.

                                    After raising above concern here, on Aug 26, 2020 I got reply from Goibibio Helpdesk that "We have initiated the full refund process from our end. Refund amount would reflect in your original payment mode within next 7-10 business days depending on the bank processing cycle." It has been more than a month (Today is Oct 15, 2020) still I haven't received refund in my bank account. I want to ask what refund process & processing cycle? How many days it will take to complete 7-10 business days? What’s the point of aggressively selling #Goibibo, when your after sales customer care services are not in place? Are you guys running short of funds? Kindly show some professionalism and stop giving terrible customer experience. If you will continue to do so, someday or the other your business will be doomed for good!

                                    Greetings ! My issue is still not resolved. I didn't received any mail or call about my refund. Airline has refunded full amount to GoIbibo but I haven't received refund in my account.

                                      Hello,
                                      I need to know the status of the refund on an urgent basis.

                                      I booked two flights on february 12. My flight status of pnr no. Lhtheg is showing cancelled due to covid and when i am trying to cancel and refund, it is currently showing (Refund information for request transaction id is not available). Ticket was a one way journey. As the flight is cancelled please provide me refund of full amount for rs. 14, 552.00.
                                      My flight pnr liv660 which is a refundable ticket for rs. 29, 170.00 is now showing that no tickets have been booked in last 1 year and was under covid cancellation. Earlier it showed that refund has been initiated but i have no update till now. Now is shows that refund is not applicable because i requested. However i have not placed any such request. The website software has automatically made this decision and is displaying the same. Pfa

                                      I did not get any proper support from goibibo. As per airline policy, i should get full amount refund in my account as flight is cancelled by airline. No such information is being passed to me by goibibo. I do not have any plan to reschedule the flight date. Hence i should get full refund.

                                      Airline is ready to refund full amount but goibibo is sending them request to reschedule on my behalf. See attached message from them. I am unable to reach goibibo on call and the complaint portal has also given me no response. This is cheating by goibibo.

                                      I hope to receive a solution and do not want to further reach out through various social media portals.

                                        Spicejet refunded for cancelled pnr no J57J5L. But goibibo not refund it to my account. They stop customer care service. On mobile app, gia is unable to solve it. It is very ridiculas service by goibibo. I request to refund my amount earliest otherwise I will constraint to go consumer court
