There was airticket cancellation due to covid 19 and i had paid 20975 and they are refunding me after deducting 1450 rs without my fault.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Hotel Booking via Goibibo

    The issue that I have experienced was: I had booked for one night for a couple at the Hotel.
    Inclusions had
    Free Breakfast, Free Lunch Or Dinner

    Total Amountl - Rs. 1958
    Without the Meal it was 600 lesser
    Without the breakfast it was further 250 odd lesser. However, I paid around 850 additional for 2 meals for 2 persons.

    When I called the morning of check-in Oyo said they Do NOT see any bookings for breakfast or for the meal. I googled and called the hotel number to talk to Hotel manager and was informed that Hotel does not provide any complimentary breakfast or prepaid package meal inclusions.

    I informed Goibibo of the same and Goibibo desk said they will talk to OYO/Hotel.
    When I reached hotel and Untill the time I checked out next morning, the Hotel still didn't have any notifications from the Oyo or Goibibo booking desk. This is after hours of being on call with multiple agents of Goibibo on and off.

    It occurred on: 12/07/2020

    Goibibo charged some 70 odd in the name of "convenience fee" that apart around 850 for the meals. How inconvenienced I was is evident. I am deeply pained by the attitude of Goibibo and its handling of the issue. Later l, after 3, 4 days an agent called and offered me a refund of 428 Rs. This is half of what I actually paid and went through such harrassment and they are treating me like I am a beggar that will be happy with 428.
    You can imagine food costs in a hotel that has room rack rates at Rs 3000+ and water at Rs 35+. I want my full money back which was in the 850 range. I wish I could ask for a higher compensation for this harrassment.

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

    That was 23rd July and we are already on 15th August. When can I get a adequate response. And please do not give me the Rs 428 offer because as per your own charges you had charged me almost double. I am not claiming any compensation for the harrassment or anything. I am asking for Only MY MONEY TO BE RETURNED TO ME.

      Myself Dr.Dilip Meneni, deeply regretting to inform you that you have displayed an insensitive attitude during these times of covid crisis.
      I had booking made through your web portal for the AIR ASIA FLIGHT 15-317 from MUMBAI TO KOLKATA which was scheduled to depart on[protected], with my PNR NUMBER I4WGWT.
      Flight was cancelled due to corona lock down. As per my request AIR ASIA airlines have refunded an amount of 3199 on[protected] as a credit voucher to go ibibo online portal.
      I m deeply regretted to let you know that when I initiated a new booking the credit voucher is showing an amount of 1060 rupees only. I strongly need the reason for this discrepancy and immediate action to retrieve full amount of 3199 in the credit voucher.
      After repeated attempts to communicate the travel agency they came up with apology after 14 days and ensured that the refund will be processed with in 14 days into my bank account.I waited patiently for 25 days..No refund yet no communication, even after posting on goibibo twitter account.

        I have a credit shell available for a cancelled domestic flight of indigo booked on 28/04/2020.PNR ZDIISB.I tried booking a new flight and credit shell was not available for use.
        I tried booking through airline website, but when I typed the PNR and last name, message came as credit shell already been used, contact your travel agency.
        And I tried contacting with goibibo customer service multiple times and atlast gave up and booked a new flight without credit shell.

          Consumer forum - i booked a flight through goibibo under the booking reference # ag8h473fv for my journey from pune to nagpur on 17th june 2020. The goair airlines cancelled the flight however they processed a refund of rs 9, 284 whio lich they paid to goibibo since the booking was made through them. Goibibo did not refund the amount back to my credit card using which i made the payment. I tried to reach out to them by all means possible such as email, call, social media and even tried to visit their nearby office which was shut. Their email address is non responsive and their call center is telling tht they are not able to assist due to limited staff. I am unable to reach anyone. I got a reply on facebook a few days ago they they are cancelling the credit vouher that they issued and will refund the amount back to my credit card. They even sent an email confirming this however later i can still see the credit voucher and they are not refunding the money back to my credit card as they had promissed. Since this flight was cancelled by the airlines - i must get the full refund. The airlines provided the refund but goibibo is not giving the refund to me. Please help me as this is an injustice to me and my hard earned money is taken by goibibo for no reason. Its a huge amount for me and i need your help on this.

            I have booked tickets for canada in february 202 0 for the date 18 may 2020, but due to lockdown, flights got suspended, goibibo team said, they ll refund my amount, or give me their go money for future bookings, but till now, there is no response from their team, not answering my calls, not responsive from any source

              I had booked air ticket for two persons from pune to leh (Travel date 06 july 2020) and leh to pune (Travel date 15 july 2020) on 16 jan 2020 through goibibo (Prn no:n8mtnj) of goair airlines.
              Due to india china dispute and corona pandemic i have cancelled the and goair airline has refunded amount to goibibo after deducting airline charges in terms of rs,. I requested goibibo again and again but they are not ready to refund the amount to my payment method. Inspite they issued credit voucher against the amount.
              They are saying that airline has returned the amount to goibibo through credit vouchers only but the same booking done through direct airlines for another two persons and they had returned the amount to my payment method.

              I am having return mail from goair saying money is returned in terms of rs only not in credit voucher. I am asking them for proof for that goair has given you credit voucher not rs, they are denying that also.

              If one agent is refunding the amount then why other is not refunding. Rules are same for all agent.

                As a consumer i use you as a middle person in booking for any travel or to stay anywhere even you charge extra per booking we have no issues cause that's you're service charge an that's fine but tell me 1 think i booked my flight tickets an final amount was 21981 in you're bill i paid rupees 21981 to you're account even though actually amount to be paid to airlines were 20, 776/- an then after a month of texting you guy's on twitter goibibo app on customer care number you kept on saying we will refund full amount as it is after confirmation from airlines an now you guys kept my refund as credit voucher an that's 18, 556 so what do you think of yourself are we fool or we don't have any sense the amount i paid 21981 i need that in my account as i paid you my pnr number is kyq9rd an if you don't refund me my money you better be responsible for you're actions i have been trusting you guys since long back an now this is what you guys are i need my full refund i have you're customer service recording as said you'll refund full amount if airlines doesn't deduct any amount explain all this in consumer court if i don't have my refund as soon as possible

                  I had booked air ticket for two persons from indore to goa (Travel date 06 april 2020) and goa to indore (Travel date 10 april 2020) on 03 march 2020 through goibibo. Due to covid19 flight got cancelled and air asia airline has refunded full amount to goibibo. I requested goibibo again and again but they are not ready to refund the amount to my payment method. Inspite they issued credit voucher against the amount. They are saying that airline has returned the amount to goibibo through credit vouchers only but the same booking i had done through make my trip for another two persons and they had returned the amount to my payment method.
                  If one agent is refunding the amount then why other is not refunding. Rules are same for all agents.

                    I had booked tickets from goibibo (And am a gold user for this company) but due to covid19 situation the flights were not operational. I got my tickets converted into open tickets and in this regard have received mail from goibibo also as a proof. But recently received messages that it is cancelled and on the app it is showing as travelled. I am stuck and dont know what is the status of my tickets

                      Dears,

                      I was having a booking with goibibo and jazeera airways from kuwait to delhi to and fro with booking id - mysmf[protected].
                      Due to the current pandemic my airline cancelled the booking and paid refund on 16th jun-20 and still till date i am waiting to get refund from them.
                      I have raised so many request drop so many emails but they always say we are looking at it.
                      Can some one help.

                        Travel date 9th may 2020, booked in airindia express singapore to chennai. (Pnr yruosd) due to covid19 issue, just i canceled the ticket.

                        Ticket amount is rs 44100/-
                        After the cancellation penalty, they have to pay me rs.32388.

                        I got mail from airindia express on 20th may 2020, the amount already transferred to travel agent (Goibibo). But so far i am not received money from goibibo. More over i could not conduct goibibo either phone or mail.

                        Airindia express already transferred the money, why goibibo is holding my money.in the near future i am not traveling, don't need credit voucher. I need only money. Please settle my money immediately.

                            Air india jaipur-delhi flight no. Ai-492 got cancelled. Pnr no. : yvsmg ticket no. :[protected] seat no. 2f. Flight was cancelled by airlines due to that i could not travel. Since 4th july following up with goibibo and not getting any support. More than 30 mails sent and 100 calls made but no response from goibibo. By now i have not received refund of my money rs. 5131. Since, the cancellation was from airlines end money has to be returned automatically in my account. Have paid the same via my citibank credit card. Please help me to get this money.

                              Hello. I have booked 5 tickets from delhi to bagdogra to travel on 4th july, 2020 in go aur through go ibibo. But suddenly the flight got cancelled without any reason. I called the goair and they said that they have processed my refund to go ibibo from where i booked.
                              Now when i called goibibo, they are saying we have received the amount from go air but we will not refund you. We can issue a credit voucher that too with lot of restrictions. More than 30k is stucked with them. They are not refunding and given me validity till march 2021 to utilise that. Due to cover i am not going to travel for next few months. Finally the amount will be completely in their pocket.
                              It's my hard earned money. Please help to get the refund.

                                My name is anil bikash chakma. I was booked a flight ticket but flight got cancelled due to nation wide lock down. I was claimed for refund from airlines. After 7 days airlines transferred the refund amount to goibibo but goibibo is not refunding my money. My pnr no. Is b8dvjw. Please take action against goibibo.

                                  I have opened mail account in ibibo.com ([protected]@ibibo.com) on 2012 to create facebook account.
                                  Now i am not able to recover and login my facebook account as my password is incorrect and the recovery otp and password is being send on my ibibo mail id which is not available any more and can't be found.
                                  Kindly help me to login my facebook account on priority basis as i don't want to loose my account.
                                  It is 10 years old and i have all my colleague and relatives and friends in facebook.
                                  Please help me to login and reset my ibibo.com mail account so that i could recover my facebook password.
                                  I need to get it done on urgent basis.
                                  Please help me on priority basis.

                                    I had booked a flight ticket, pnr # pcemkn, in goair airline through goibibo.
                                    But later, flight was cancelled by airline and they initiated the refund in the mode of payment i. E. Credit card payment.
                                    But when it comes to goibibo, they said that they will refund the amount in form of voucher.
                                    I have also attached the image of the response received from the goibibo.

                                    I want to know why i am not getting the refund in the same mode of payment?

                                    After posting a complaint, I got a mail from Rahul Tripathi pretending to be the executive from GoIbibo asking for my contact number.
                                    After sharing the contact number, he called me from the number [protected] and asked for the Credit card details and was asking all the details like CC number, valid till date, CVV number etc. He said that these details are needed to reverse the payment.
                                    Later I found that a transaction of amount for INR 36998.00 has been initiated as below :
                                    XXXXXX is the Onetime password (OTP) for your transaction at WWW SHOP SAMSUNG COM for INR 36998.00. Do not share this. If not requested, contact CitiPhone.

                                    After asking what is this, he said like this is the OTP generated for reversal of the amount and the gateway is SAMSUNG. WHAT a SCAM..

                                    It seems like these people are always looking for such type of complaints and try to fool people like this.

                                      I booked a flight through goibibo for bangalore to kolkata dated 17th july. I also availed additional service as seat selection via goibibo.

                                      Pnr: w8kkqm

                                      The flight was cancelled by the airline and the full amount was refunded by them to goibibo. Then i called goibibo and asked for a return. But goibibo said they are only returning the amount for the flight booking and not the amount for booking the seats. To mention, both amount was refunded by the airline already.

                                      Now i even can't call their customer service as it seems they don't entertain your queries if you don't have a future booking with them.

                                      Please solve this as soon as possible.
