I have booked two tickets on mumbai-delhi sector (Pnr : jdv2rf), which got cancelled by airlines due to covid pandemic and airlines confirmed full refunds via acm.

However, in goibibo site, it is shown that passengers have travelled. Initially it was shown that refund is in process but afterwards they simply wrote passengers have travelled. Kindly look into the matter and dont harass in an already tizzied time.

Refund amount is less

Hi team,

I booked a round trip ticket for myself and sreeraj on 16th feb 2020 for a travel to hanoi from kolkata and back dated 30th september to 10th october 2020 for ₹34419, pnr gq1ejr. However, the airline, indigo informed me that the flight is cancelled due to covid and the full refund will be processed to my original payment method.

So i should get full refund but goibibo processed a refund of ₹16162...

Booked indigo ticket using kotak bank app (Goibibo is travel partner). When the flights were cancelled, i didn't receive a refund. Airline confirmed that refund was issued to goibibo.

Refund cancellation

I booked one flight from banglore to hyderabad in airasia through goibibo for the date of 24 march and my flight got cancelled by them and they asked to raise refund. Then i raise on refund and they said me to wait, but its been 4 months and now they are telling that, "there will be no refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per request". Money charged, ticket not issued

On 8th july 2020 i made my ticket from delhi - bhopal for 12th july (Journey date), the transaction was made, money was deducted and yet ticket wasn't issued.
I tried talking to their customer service but no response was given, just an automated ivr reply.
Please look into the issue.

Regarding my cancelled flight refund

Hi, i booked a qatar airways flight to travel from hyderabad to miami having travel date on mar 27 2020 from goibio but flight got cancelled because of covid19. From the next day on wards i am requesting for refund but there is no proper response from goibibo. I have raised several complaints from past 1 month to both qatar as well as goibibo. goibibo is not refunding suspended (due to covid-19) flight tickets amount

Delayed of refund

I have initiated my refund on 28th June.They told me to wait for 15 days..now I again submit a complaint and they called and they told me to wait another 10 days.I want to know the reason why they are playing with us as team assured over phone that we will get in within 15 days. As a member of go ibibo I never expect this misbehavior from thier end .This will lose their customer satisfaction.Please request to look in this matter.....

Refund of amount paid

I have requested for rescheduling of my flight on 4th july 2020. There is no email id provided to contact customer service or even to raise any complaint.
Any mail sent to goibibo comes back as no reply email id and we are forced to check online 24/7 online chat forum where there is no correct reply received for any query as it is automated question answer with few pre defined questions.

there is no way to escalate any complaint or send any mail which can be used to track the delay....

Hi team, goibibo is lying and saying it will automatically process the refund when they receive from airline. My refund was processed on 10 june but still they are not helpful.
