Address: 5th Floor, Good Earth City Centre. Sector-50, Gurgaon-122018. Haryana (India).

I have booked a 2 ticket, 1 from airindia website and 2nd through goibibo.
The flight could not operate due to covid lockdown.
Now i am in receipt of full refund for the ticket biked through airindia website on 08.08.2020, however the goibibo have still not processed the refund received from airlines and only giving option to book future tickits through goibibo and mentioning that airlines have refunded in form of credit shell/ voucher.

This excuse may work for them who have only booked through travel agent, but in my case i have parallel booked a ticket directly through airlines website and they have refunded full. So whchy not this travel agent like goibibo can do it..?

    I booked flight from cheanni to jaipur on the 4 july 2020
    But today date 27/8/20
    I didn't get my refund back from the goibibo agency
    & the customer care also didn't receiving calls

      On 2nd July, 2020 airlines returned money of Rs. 875 to travel agency (goibibo) but till yet I haven't received this amount waiting for past two months. Customer service number also not working neither the travel agency active on email ids. They just mentioning to message on customer support that is a robotic/ automatic mail system that doesn't understand, don't know why goibibo not returning my money. This was my first and last booking with goibibo and not even going to recommend anyone. Everyday calling them but no response neither with mails. I want my Rs 875 back.

        I M.Arunprasadreddy, goibibo I'd [protected], I was booked bus tickets from Ravulapalem to bengalore in April 2020, due to COVID-19 lockdown all bus services cancelled by operator, operator refunded the booking amount to goibibo but goibibo not refunded the same to customer.
        The following are the booking datails

          I have complained so many times, but they are not responding well. after complaining on this platform they told me that they will refund it within 7-10 days. but today they messaged me that they are closing this issue, and i haven't got the refund yet. Pnr NO- [protected] TXN I'd - [protected] goibibo is the fraudest company ever i have experienced.

            Dear sir/madam,

            This is to inform you that i, ms. Soma pal was about to travel with my aunt and cousins to mumbai from kolkata on 21st march 2020 via air asia flight i5-316, booking id: gofldand[protected], which was booked on 28th january 2020.

            But, due to the covid 19 pandemic we decided to reschedule our flight to september end.

            We then spoke to the air asia customer support team and they had rescheduled the flight to 18th september 2020.

            On 20th august 2020, i had received a message from air asia airlines that our flight had been cancelled and they have provided us options to refund our money or credit the money to the air asia credit account.

            I then spoke to the customer care team of air asia and they told me that they have initiated a full refund of rs. 14756/- and they will transfer the money to the account of the travel agency via which we had purchased the earlier tickets.

            As i then saw my go ibibo account i could find out that the tickets had not been cancelled from your end and it is marked as "trip completed".

            I therefore, kindly request you to mark the trip of 21st march 2020 from ccu to bom as rescheduled and refund me the full amount as soon as possible in my account number given below.

                I tried to book a flight ticket in goibibo app and selected the UPI payment mode. I received the payment request in the UPI app very late.The transaction of Rs. 7039/- was successful in the Google pay application but no booking Id generated in the goibibo app.. so I humbly request you to reverse the transaction and credit the amount in my account.

                  It has been months that I have not received my refunds in my bank account for 2 tickets I have booked through Goibibo. In spite of repeated calling and emails, it has not been refunded. One has been refunded in my Goibibo wallet with some deduction, but I have been in touch with airlines and they said they have made full refunds to the travel agent. I have booked another ticket directly with the airlines, and they have made a complete refund in my bank account. I wonder why I shall book again next time with Goibibo. It is always better to book directly with airlines.

                    I have rescheduled a flight for which airline has issued refund to Goibibo in March but Goibibo is not issuing the refund even after multiple followups. Customer service confirmed that it will happen in 15 days but they didn't refunded.

                      Now my total amount pending with goibibo is of 53578.
                      I have already travelled to my destination, I don't want any alternate date. I want my refund as I need to fill my credit card dues.

                        Inhad cancelled my travel ticket on 15.04.2020 the travel date was 11.05.2020 till date I have not received the refund charges back in my credit card only got an message that the refund is initiated on 06th july but till date i.have not received the amount 15212 booking I'd MEJE7S. Travellers name kusa narasimha bhat, suresh Kumar s, jayant bai narasimha batt travel ticket booked on 27.09.19 which was cancelled on ac of flight not operational on ac of covid 2019.

                            I booked for ticket through Goibibo to travel on May 2020 in Air Asia airlines.
                            now Air asia told they have returned money to Goibibo but Goibibo not at all responding to my email or phone compliants.

                              I am a doctor by proffession and had a conference which had to be held on 5th-7th april at goa. Due to the covid circumstances the flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 11th september. I have paid a huge sum of money i. E 44k for the booking through your agency with lot of trust and faith. But i am sorry to say that the services you provide are very pathetic, i do understand this situation but no calls are being answered, flights are being rescheduled on its own without my permission and no audacity from your side sir. Therefore, i want a proper full refund at the earliest.
                              Sir, it is your duty to serve the country in this situation the right way and not fool innocent people by gulping down their hard earned money.

                              Sir i have already done as mentioned above and airasia claims that your agency is the one who is going to refund our money as it carries all our booking information and account handled were done by your agency.

                              Sir i am again requesting you not to fool us in such a way, its our hard earned money. What would you do if you loose your 44780inr, maybe not a big deal but yes it is a hell lot of deal for middle class people like us. You should be helping us in these covid times and not put impose to each other and what you and airasia are doing not ethical.

                              I beg you to please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                My booking ID is TUAZWDK6G and according to them they would refund my money back to Visa debit but have not the done so. Tried contacting them no answer to phone or email or Facebook messages.

                                      I had canceled my flight ticket when the Jet airways was a out to temporary shutdown. I am supposed to get about 10, 000 rupees refund. But not yet got it. Flight was cancelled much before the Date of Journey 23 May 2019. And till now no information. I hd booked my flight ticket through GOIBIBO. They are straightly denying their responsibility and saying they did not gt from Jet airways. They are not even providing any detail of filed claims. Please help to guide me how I can get refund?

                                      Awaiting response from GoIbibo. I have also contact them several times and every time they deny putting the ball un court of Jet Airways. Jet Airways customer care told me I will get my refund through GoIbibo. My friends who have raised their cancellation even after me have got their refunds.
                                      Hope this time GoIbibo refunds my amount.

                                      Hello, till now no reply from GoIbibo. They are just ignoring this.
