My sister have made two flight ticket bookings with booking i'd: n6eke1lqy on jan 18, 2020 with pnr: ke1lqy and m6ezpgjtk on jan 24, 2020 with pnr: zpgjtk. Due to lockdown as flight services were stopped the trip was not made and the amounts were subsequently credited as credit shell balance. While trying to use the credit shell for one of the pnr, it was being shown empty. On contacting the airlines we have been informed that my booking n6eke1lqy was of inr 5, 536and an amount of inr 5, 222 was credited to the credit shell. From the said booking we have booked another ticket and a balance of 1796 is left in that credit shell. Now for pnr: zpgjtk 's actual booking was of inr 4550 and the credit shell is of inr 4266. Airlines have informed me that both the credit shells are enabled. But when i try to use the credit shell of pnr: zpgjtk, i am getting"there is no credit shell balance against the details entered". I kindly need your help to resolve the issue as i urgently want to book a ticket from the credit shell of pnr: zpgjtk

    I am trying to book a ticket for same traveler.

    In payment options, I am not getting the option to use Credit Shell Amount of 3541 rs with GOIBIBI have for my old canceled booking PNR number LDNK6Y (flight canceled by INDIGO).

    I want a book ticket now and facing this issue. I am trying to reach GOIBIBO and no one is responding either by email, phone, or online support.

    This is very bad support.

    Kindly fix this so that I can book my ticket now.

    I complained about this number of times to customer care in facebook but no one fixes this.

      I had booked a flight for an international trip from delhi to paris via chennai on 6th of march, 2019. But, due to the temporary shutdown of the company jet airways, my flight was cancelled. It has been almost a year, i have not received my refund amount.

        My flight booking id - n6eafectc on 25th march 2020 got cancelled due to lockdown and goibibo didn't refund me back for the same till now.

          Dear Team

          This is regarding My bookingID GOMUPKGINT90C8249076 for 25th March flight which got cancelled due to COVID & I haven't recieved the refund till now. Goibibo is responding with a general message from past 6 months i.e. they are yet to receive a refund from airline LOT Polish Airlines which is a lie as LOT Airlines has reponsed with the fact the money is with Goibibo and not the airlines.
          There's no way to contact Goibibo customer care seems their customer care number is out of order or they may have done it purposefully.

          Please help me to get my money refunded.

            Sir we have booked tickets through your company but this time experience worst. Due to flight cancelled by spicejet and as per their email they done refund process in 1st week of april-2020 but we are waiting for refund from you.
            My return journey pin v9z lrf for 6 tickets and it involved 25000 amount which was big for us.

            How much time company will take that we don't know but sir your company promes us to give rs.100 per every 2 hour after 2 days. We are happy that we get more then refund amount as per your companys promis

                11th August I booked a ticket from Patna To Bangalore but the amount was debited from my account but the ticket was not generated.
                I tried so many times to customer care.but no option to reach your agent.Am very disappointed. I already contacted goibibo customercare but no action ...

                  I have booked a ticket using goibibo. and i filed a tdr on 18 march for this booking and irctc have told me that they have refunded my money on 9 june and told me to contact goibibo. when i tried to contact with goibibo, they are making excuses that wait for 10-15 days but i didn't got the refund till now. and if i try to contact goibibo, they only say that we will update on this . but no any update is given . its have beeen more than 65 days but i didn't got the refund. please help me in getting this refund. my details are - User ID- abhi827136 Date of booking- 1 feb Date of journey- 18 march Tdr file- 18 march Pnr NO- [protected] TXN I'd - [protected] Passenger name- [removed] . goibibo booking id is TRNA1K0XJJIIIM . please update me on (email- [protected]@gmail.com)

                    I had booked flight tickets on 12 Dec 2019 from Bangalore to Mumbai for 10 April 2020 by indigo airlines and return from bombay to bangalore on 27 May by Air India airlines by GOIBIBO APP.

                    Due to COVID CANCELLATION, both the flights got canceled and the amount was returned to GOIBIBO as credit shell which was visible till June 2020.

                    Now when i had to do rebooking and i checked Goibibo app and nothing is visible on the app and no past booking is visible upon putting email, no response and customer helpline runs a recorded IVRS and gets disconnected..

                    Seems we have been cheated and i look forward for my money 20969 back.

                      Hi ibibo team,

                      This is regarding my unsuccessful online transfer via ibibo (Payu) gateway.

                      I have transferred an amount of β‚Ή641.00 on 17-july-2020 from my south indian bank towards idea cellular (Vodafone) for recharging my mobile (Ph:[protected]).

                      Details are as below

                      - south indian bank transaction was successful and money has been debited from my account vide reference ibibo-shp[protected]
                      - unfortunately money was not credited towards idea cellular (Vodafone). I have already enquired with idea and got confirmation that transaction was not captured in their system and issue might be due to some technical glitches from the 3rd party payment gateway.

                      To summarize, β‚Ή641.00 has been deducted from my bank account, but mobile recharging was unsuccessful. So would you please help to do necessary arrangement to refund the amount, which was transferred via ibibo (Payu) gateway

                        Regarding this pnr b3zd2d and nh64yx cancelled during covid19 lockdown. Goibibo issued credit shell. I can not use it i haven't plan travelling nothing close and i have returned home so please refund my amount.

                          Booked tickets from Johannasburg to Bangalore and Back prior to COVID19 outbreak in December 2019. Travel plan was in April. Post cancellation of flights . GOIBIBO not allowing to apply for refund online asking me contact customer care but customer care not responding.

                              I have booked ticket from newdelhi to surat of 1st august but the flight was cancelled by airline. If airline cancelled his flight that is not customer fault then also goibibo has deducted my amount. When i asked to goibibio to refund my amount because if flight is cancelled that is not my fault.
                              Goibibo has denied to refund my amount.

                                  Request to kindly check my refund status of my train number-16724 ananthpuri exp, from ncj-ms, dated 7april 2020, pnr-[protected], the said train was cancelled due to prevailing covid-19 situation in india, as government of india guidelines all train services are cancelled from 22/02/2020, and refund will automatically get credited to users account, but unfortunately i didn't get my refund amount for this cancelled booking.

                                    I have booked a delhi-mumbai - delhi flight from your platform.
                                    Round trip flightbooking id - gofld18d[protected]

                                    Because of covid reasons my family could not travel, also flight got cancelled. I asked for refund. But no response. My constant followup what i got refund is only rs. 118 whereas cost of my tickets was more than 10, 000 rs.

                                    Is it fair, i tried to many times but no response.

                                    Can some one look into it and help me with the resolution.

                                      I had to follow up several times to get the refund status (4 tickets in the past 2 months). The other bookings for same airlines and same dates, got refunded to my account two months ago from another travel agent.

                                      My tickets are not shown in booking history, i can't call customer service, i can't reach from the mobile app - no history is shown in website.

                                      This is a pathetic service to be honest.

                                      Last communication received on july 19th as below. No updates after that.

                                        I need to put my complaint on this forum as i am not getting refund of the flight ticket i cancelled at the start of covid lockdown. It has been 5 months now.
                                        I had booked flight ticket for my mother - mrs. Sushila vashishta (Booking pnr - jpp4sx), klm flight departure march 26, 2020 (Mumbai-toronto) and return flight (Toronto - mumbai) sept 14, 2020.
                                        As the govt announced lockdown and flight suspensions, i contacted goibibo customer care and cancelled the tickets on march 20, 2020. I was told by goibibo representative that it will take 2-4 weeks to get the refund.
                                        I followed up again on april 3 with customer care - they replied - "we have initiated the full refund against your booking and the same is under the validation from the airlines once the validation is complete refund will be released will be reflected in your account through the same mode of the payment."... Email attached for reference
                                        As i didnt receive the refund, we sent an email again to goibibo on may 27, but this time got automated reply saying that goibibo email id is now non-operational.
                                        We tried contacting their customer care number multiple times but it doesn't connect. Also tried their online goibibo support, it is of no use as it is an automated chatbot and does not provide update.
                                        Then i wrote on their facebook page asking for the refund;i only got the same standard reply/excuse - "we are yet to receive a confirmation from the airline regarding refund against cancellation of your booking. Once we receive the confirmation, the applicable amount will be processed automatically to you."
                                        I even tried contacting klm airlines directly, but they replied that if the tickets were booked through travel agent (Goibibo) then i need to contact goibibo regarding refund.
                                        It is really annoying to followup over and over again to get the refund of our hard earned money. It has been 5 months now.
                                        Response from goibibo has been very poor.
                                        I would like to seek intervention of the senior authority managing this consumer complaints forum to kindly intervene and tell goibibo to process and credit the refund money on immediate basis.
