Hi goibibo,

I was searching for goibibo cs phone number and got this number.
This number is mentioned as goibibo customer care number_ [protected]

It was metioned with below details on fb page:

[protected] ticket cancel payment pending please call me support number: [protected]

Sometime they are saying we are goibibo support and sometime tata cliq.
And they are always saying to download software from playstore and follow some process and u will get refund.
They are fraud and looting customer money.

    As i have booked train ticket from goibibo on march 26 but still i didnt get any refund amount and as they are very poor company they dont have any proper customer support service now i am stucked in between please help me out that what action shall i take and what is procedure

      As per information received from spicejet they have initiated the refund for rs. 10, 311/- against booking pnr cblzmw on 22 may 2020. But i have not received my refund till date.

      Request you to refund the same to my account on priority.

        I have received the credit shell from indigo but i am not able to apply the same on my goibibo account. I am using it for the same contact in whose name i have received the credit shell. I called up indigo to book the ticket but on their payment portal it says to contact ibibio but ibibio doesn't have the option to use credit shell and ibibio people are not getting contacted their mails bounce their chat is a bot doesn't answer their phone numbers get disconnected on ivr. I am being given a run around since one week and not able to get resolution.

          This is to bring into your attention that this is a long pending matter, further you don't need to pay a penny from your pockets rather the airlines had agreed long back for the refund and with your inefficiency you are delaying the same for an inordinate period.

          Even after receiving ref mail and every info, it's been 3 months they are in silence.

          So we got refund approval of refund from Singapore Airlines and Air Asia and you are asking refund from Lufthansa!! Great! So this way those 45-60 days will never arrive.

            I had booked air india flight from delhi to ranchi on 26-may 2020 through goibibo app.
            The flight got cancelled. I submitted all the documents for the refund on the same day from airport itself along with a letter received from air india counter. The air india representative told me that you will get refund within 2-3 days. I am trying to call airindia and goibibo customer care but getting no response. 2-3days back in goibibo app it was showing refung in process but while going through goibibo app today i found it is showing that you have travelled and you cannot cancel your booking and will get no refund. How it is possible?
            The flight got cancelled and now they are saying that you have travelled.

              1. I had booked my airasia ticket from hyd to srinagar for 04 jul 2020

              2. I got a message (Sms) from airasia informing cancellation of the flight on 29 mar at approx 2000 hr

              3. I have been trying to contact airasia and goibibo on phone, email and twitter since last night but to no avail.

              4. Iam undergoing a lot of trauma since the cost of new flight booked is 9000/- more than what i had paid earlier.

              5. Iam in the army and my timely reporting the unit is of operational and security importance. I couldn’t have delayed the move.

              6. Airasia is running a flight in the same sector at different timings. I feel cheated. They’ve cancelled my booking just to earn additional money, since the same airlines is now offering tickets at higher cost.

                Hi team,

                I would like to raise formal complaint against goibibo. I booked 3 international flights with them and due to lockdown i couldn’t take it. I tried to contact goibibo through their new covid form - they never reply to that request, through their ivr which never connects to any executive, through direct email - they reply back “its non responsive email, please raise through covid form”
                As per dgca rules i’m get my full refund due to covid cancellation.
                I finally tweeted to seek at least some reply from goibibo. They replied “will get back to you”, after 7 days again no reply. I again tweeted, they replied “cancel your flight and rebook any time, increase flight charge will be applicable “. They took four months to give me this useless option. Then i go back to goibibo app, it gives me no option to cancel the booking ir do anything with that booking, it only showing covid cancellation. Why the hell goibibo is so careless, man customer has lacs stuck with you and you dont care? You completely looting your customers. It just not me they did this with almost 1000 customers. I want my refund. As formal complaint against goibibo.

                  I have booked 25 air tickets (Tru and fro) in month of february 2020 but our air ticket amount is not refunded in our account by ibibo due to cancelled during lock down period by government of india

They now not returning our amount, delta had already refund our payment but goibibo telling they r waiting for response. This is not done in this corona period we need money, my hard earning money which they r not giving us back

                      The issue that i have experienced was: i was to fly to greece from 2 may 2020 to 9 may 2020. Because of covid reasons, india did not even allow me to leave the country. Because of this, i demanded that my flight amount be refunded. Goibibo clearly refused this stating that, gulf air, the airline, is not processing any refunds. Even for rescheduling the only option they offered to me was to travel again in 2020. After multiple arguments for 2-3 months, as the date of the trip came closer, i chose to cancel the ticket. Even after canceling in early may, as on today, i haven't received the remainder amount from goibibo. The amount is almost inr 70000. They are also charging me convenience fee for cancellation. Ever since i have started to interact with them, i havent received any confidence that they will pay me back. Whenever i ask them, they say that since the airline has not refunded the amount, they can't pay the same to me. Incredibly frustrating dealing with their customer service team.

                      I would actually like full refund of my flight money. I would also like goibibo to be more sympathetic towards their customers, since there is a lot of money at stake and these are tough times for me and my family.

                        I booked a indigo airlines international flight from goibibo.com on 19-01-20 for rs. 71000/-. Due to corona pandemic airline cancelled flights and processed full refund on 23rd march 2020. Goibibo refunded only rs 53700/- saying that balance amount not received from airline. It's been 3 months still no refund. Even after contacting them several time they only say that balance amount is not received to them from airlines.

                          We have booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Nagpur via Pune, date of journey 12 June 2020. PNR of flight: ZCHW5N. Flight was GoAir G8-283. I have also booked cab thru goibibo for my home to bangalore airport.

                          Total amount i paid for ticket was 16501 rupees. However, flight was cancelled on 11 June 2020 and we have not received any message from goibibo side regarding refund of paid amount. We have tried to reach out to you but failed. Goibibo 24x7 assistant, Gia, is not at all good. Please let me know when i will receive my full paid amount.

                          Worst thing, goibibo knew flight is cancelled then also they have sent cab in night to pick up. We want our cab book amount as well.

                              Previously, i was booked flight from guwahati to kolkata pnr no. Gdqyyd has been cancelled by me. And another flight from kolkata to gwalior pnr no. Lyg27z cancelled due to covid-19 situation. Both flight booked via goibibo app. I confirm spicejet airline service it alredy sent my mony to goibibo aggency. But why goibibo aggency not sent mony to me. Please send my mony as soon as possible

                                I wish to state I have booked 8 domestic flight tickets from Varanasi to Chennai on 25.3.2020 with indigo airlines in goibibo app at chennai for the return of my parents and relatives for a total cost of Rs.47456/-.The PNR no.and flight nos are detailed below:

                                But due to covid-19 on flights are cancelled so service denited goibibo said credit shell to use the tickets we need full money back
                                We ask under the order

                                In the DGCAS' memo dt.16.4.2020 it has been ordered that the airlines to give full refunds to those who booked flight tickets both for domestic and international flights cancelled in the lockdown period between March 25th and May3rd. The airlines shall tefund the full amount without any cancellation charges within a period of three weeks on the date of their request

                                Note; goibibo said credit shell but we need only full refund another one year we cannot travel in Airways so kindly asking to refund the amount kindly take the action against of goibibo do the needful

                                    I made Indigo Airlines International flight booking from goibibo.com Airline cancelled flights and processed refund on 25 March 2020. Goibibo has not processed refund then. Reached out several times they only mention that refund processed and declined by bank. They do not have any ARN number even upon their request I have sent NEFT details but no refund. It's been 3 months still no refund.

                                    Why has complaint been marked as resolved I have not received any amount yet. Are you guys running fraud business??
                                    Goibibo has asked for NEFT details and cancelled check twice an still keep responding that refund will be processed to original mode of payment whereas they said it's getting declined as it is old transaction. Do they really care to refund customers money or just want to use it.

                                      I booked two international flight tickets from Goibibo (round trip) for me and my husband on **th February, ****. My date of journey was **rd May, **** and the return flight was on **th May, ****. Due to Covid** lockdown, both the flights were cancelled by respective airlines assuring us of getting a full refund. On contacting the airlines, they confirmed that they had already processed a cash refund of both the flights to the concerned travel agency (Goibibo). However, my repeated attempts of getting in touch with Goibibo through email, chat bot, social media etc. have only resulted in negative or no response at all. By following them on Twitter, I found out that several people have the same complaint as mine and Goibibo gives the same general automated reply to everybody. In addition to this, they are unwilling to refund in cash and instead they are forcing me to take the refund in the form of a credit shell. In these difficult times, I want nothing more than my own money in my original account. I have no plans of travelling in the near future owing to the pandemic situation so the credit shell amount will be simply wasted. Hence, they are taking advantage of my situation and blocking my money without my consent. They are blaming the airlines for not refunding the cash and instead giving it in the form a credit shell. But I have written information from the airlines saying it's just the opposite. I am so frustrated with them. They are literally making me beg for my own money. I don't know what to do. I really need the money as soon as possible to sustain my family since I have no source of income for the last * months. Please help. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

                                        I did not take the trip, the previous day (23.06.2020) bus is cancelled & my ticket booking is transfer to next day (24.06.2020)... Why? Then i did not take the trip (24.06.2020)& i would like to claim a refund my total fare in my account.
