Booking failed but they have not refunded back my money and even after 5 months i am yet to receive money...

I have booked 2 tickets through goibibo
1. Mumbai to rome via cairo dt 24th april 2020 (Booking id: tuaelvv08)
2. Milan to delhi via rome dt 3rd may 2020 (Booking id: n6evgblqf)

Both the flights are already cancelled due to covid pandemic. I have tried to contact goibibo multiple times, and everytime i don't get a clear answer about my refund/ credit shell. It was clearly written in airlines policy that full refund...

I have an international return flight from tokyo to lucknow via new delhi from
15 july to 15 august, 2020 (Booking id: tuat464f0).
But due to covid spread we can’t travel during this period so we initiated cancellation on 14 june, 2020. Till now we didn’t get any notification from them and it is showing cancellation in progress. We have called them many times but no response. We are ready for rescheduling...

It’s been 2 months since i booked fligts for melbourne australia from ahmedabad
Now they were not replying to any messages regarding refund amount
As already they digest hyderabad ticket from ahmedabad by go air
I already asked scoot airlines for refund but they said they already gave money to go i i i so now how can’t they refund money?!! Please i am not dat vijay maliya

I have booked the tickets on 24.09.19-rupees 657 was debited in my bank account &
I cancelled the tickets,
Refunded cancel ticket amount rupees 380 was credited in my bank account on 30.09.19,
But again debited that 380 rupees on 15.06.20. I have attached my account mini statement list.
So plz check & refund the cash.

We have booked mum-singapore and singapore mumbai back this is in jan 2020 before covid 19 lock down in india. Airline have put a remark of full refund while we cancelled the flight where rs 10855 /- was refunded and other part of rs 10070/- is still pending from jan 2020 which i have been trying from past 6 months to get it but no respond from them.

Thai Lion Air ready to refund the fare for cancelled flight. Goibibo is not submitting BSP/RA Link for them to refund.

Refund has been processed by air asia airline agst pnr r13qqp and g2r1jw of original payment mode due to cancellation of covid-19 on 01.04.2020. But goibibo not transfer till now in our account. Please processed my refund respectively....

Flight was scheduled from kolhapur to hyderabad on 27th feb and later it was cancelled. I tried reaching you guys but no response nor customer care number is working....

My flight from Washington to Abu dhabi via Sri Lankan airlines got cancelled way back. I have not received my refund yet. This is very disappointing....

I booked the my summer vacation in the month of Feb 20 but due to Corona trip has been cancelled. I am totally unsatisfied with your support. spicejet flight pressurized me to cancel tickets from my side. Goibibo not support me to resolve the issue. From the airline I got the information of rs. 2885 as refund and they transfer the money to your account after deduction of huge amount.now I got information from goibibo to transfer only 885....
