I made Indigo Airlines International flight booking from goibibo.com Airline cancelled flights and processed refund on 25 March 2020. Goibibo has not processed refund then. Reached out several times they only mention that refund processed and declined by bank. They do not have any ARN number even upon their request I have sent NEFT details but no refund. It's been 3 months still no refund.

Why has complaint been marked as resolved I have not received any amount yet. Are you guys running fraud business??
Goibibo has asked for NEFT details and cancelled check twice an still keep responding that refund will be processed to original mode of payment whereas they said it's getting declined as it is old transaction. Do they really care to refund customers money or just want to use it.

    I booked two international flight tickets from Goibibo (round trip) for me and my husband on **th February, ****. My date of journey was **rd May, **** and the return flight was on **th May, ****. Due to Covid** lockdown, both the flights were cancelled by respective airlines assuring us of getting a full refund. On contacting the airlines, they confirmed that they had already processed a cash refund of both the flights to the concerned travel agency (Goibibo). However, my repeated attempts of getting in touch with Goibibo through email, chat bot, social media etc. have only resulted in negative or no response at all. By following them on Twitter, I found out that several people have the same complaint as mine and Goibibo gives the same general automated reply to everybody. In addition to this, they are unwilling to refund in cash and instead they are forcing me to take the refund in the form of a credit shell. In these difficult times, I want nothing more than my own money in my original account. I have no plans of travelling in the near future owing to the pandemic situation so the credit shell amount will be simply wasted. Hence, they are taking advantage of my situation and blocking my money without my consent. They are blaming the airlines for not refunding the cash and instead giving it in the form a credit shell. But I have written information from the airlines saying it's just the opposite. I am so frustrated with them. They are literally making me beg for my own money. I don't know what to do. I really need the money as soon as possible to sustain my family since I have no source of income for the last * months. Please help. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

      I did not take the trip, the previous day (23.06.2020) bus is cancelled & my ticket booking is transfer to next day (24.06.2020)... Why? Then i did not take the trip (24.06.2020)& i would like to claim a refund my total fare in my account.

        I have two booking from goibibo on 14 apr 20 having pnr no f8ktxs and on 04 apr 20 having pnr no d5b98y. I hv talked to airlines customer support regarding the issue of refund and they have initiated the refund on 13 may 20 to goibibo and since then no customer support is picking up the call from goibibo intentionally only there is one voice regarding we have reduced our staffing' due to corona. Please don't play the hard earned money of cudtomer. Please refund the money in my respective account

          I wish to state i have booked 8 domestic flight tickets from varanasi to chennai on 25.3.2020 with indigo airlines in goibibo app at chennai for the return of my parents and relatives for a total cost of rs.47456/-. The pnr no. And flight nos are detailed below:

          Booking date 23-mar-2020
          Travelling date 25-mar - 2020

          But due to covid-19 on flights are cancelled so service denited goibibo said credit shell to use the tickets we need full money back
          We ask under the order

          In the dgcas' memo dt.16.4.2020 it has been ordered that the airlines to give full refunds to those who booked flight tickets both for domestic and international flights cancelled in the lockdown period between march 25th and may3rd. The airlines shall refund the full amount without any cancellation charges within a period of three weeks on the date of their request

                I had booked three seats on the 18th march 2020 goair mumbai - cochin flight (G8347) through goibibo. The booking reference number was g8/z5f2gv. But the airlines had suspended all its flights owing to the national lockdown due to covid-19 and our flight got cancelled. We opted for the refund option but have not received the cash back yet. We tried contacting the customer care multiple times but there have been no responses yet. They have not responded to at least one of the multiple mails sent by us.

                    Hello,

                    As ai121 on 13 may 2020 and ai120 on 24 may 2020 flights are already cancelled.
                    I want to cancel the above flights and refund the amount.

                    But no cancellation and refund option is coming in goibibo website and
                    After contacting them they are not give the refund option but only giving the reschedule option. I don't want to reschedule the flight.

                      Dear sir,

                      I have booked a ticket of indigo airlines on[protected] with goibibo from hyderabad to varanasi but due to some personal problem i have dropped my plan for journey so that i have cancelled the ticket on[protected] with direct indigo airlines. I have done the payment with my credit card. But at this time i can't receive my refund amount. I have also tried to call the helpline no. Of both (Goibibo and indigo airlines) but its not reachable. I have also chat with indigo help care then they told me they have sent the refund amount to goibibo and then i have chat with goibibo help care then they told me that they don't know about it. So again i chat with indigo airline then they told me that they refund the amount 2063.00 to goibibo against reference no.[protected]. But goibibo did not refund my amount.

                      It is requested to you please make it fast because i have to pay the Credit card payment. If i will not do the payment of the credit card before 2-3 days then i will have to pay the penalty. I think you have to understand my problem.

                            Hi team,

                            It has been 3 months and i was supposed to get refund of rs 10945 from goibibo due to my international flight cancellation due to covid lockdown. Even though airline has processed the amount from their end, amount has not been credited to my account till date.

                            Every time i ask gobibo they say refund request has been initiated from goibibo but it never gets credited. And in app its hows goibibo has refunded my money. But my refund is still pending.

                            Hi Team,

                            I would like to inform the GOIBIBO team that every time when i check in the self support the refund processed date keeps on changing, but not even once BRN gets updated.
                            So, from Mar 2020 i have been waiting for my refund and no one in call center is there to support the issue. The self support GIA doesnt support/ clarify my queries as why my refund is not getting credited. Even though the timeline is 14 working days to get the refund, i have been patiently waiting for last 3 months and now it seems unfair as I am asking for my money which has been credited to GOIBIBO by Indigo airlines.

                            I am not sure what could be the possible reason as why even after processing its not get credited. Sometimes i feel is the refund even being initiated from GOIBIBO end or they are just making excuses and not interested in refunding back to customer.

                            Attached are the screenshots for your reference. Hoping someone from goibibo support will look into the issue and genuinely try to fix it .

                              I had my flight booked through goibibo which was cancelled by the airline due to covid. Goibibo mentioned that it will take 45-60 days for the refund, which itself was not making sense as it's a very long time for the refund. I still waited but now it's been 90days and my refund has still not been processed. I have contacted goibibo numerous times over email, on their portal, over twitter, but no luck. They are continuing sending their standard response that refund will take 45-60 days and they will check and get back in 24 hrs.

                              This is so frustrating and my hard earned money is on stake which i need urgently. I need help with this. The pnr number for my booking was vhjcxu

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: flights

                                The issue that i have experienced was: i have requested for refund for a couple of my flight reservations, sea[protected] and sea[protected]. I worked with airlines and got the refund sent to goibibo in may. Goibibo hasn't sent me the refund yet.

                                  I have booked trujet flight with pnr jwa23m for 17th june. It was cancelled by airlines. But goibibo app is showing the status as booking not confirmed. I am not able to contact goibibo as they are not responding to any calls due to covid. Kindly provide their working email or phone number. Thank you

                                      I have booked a ticket from banglore to vijayawda on 22nd june 2020 with spicejet airways. I used my credit shell amount and paid the balance through phonepe. I have received a mail that the amount is received but the ticket has not yet confirmed. No customer service number mentioned and no mail to contact. The worst experience and i would never recommend this site. It gives you all kinds of mental agony and stress except for the booked ticket. Top cheater of indian online ticket booking sites.

                                        I have made a reservation through goibibo. I have canceled the ticket against pnr g6tl2z from mumbai to chd due covid 19 dated on 12th june from go air & also one side travel train ticket already canceled by indian railway.
                                        I have two small kids & my mother is 70 yrs old.in this situation i can not travel till covid 19
                                        Small kids age 2 yrs & 10 yrs.
                                        You can check my train pnr for your reference. Same person was travelling.

                                        As per customer care person my amount will be fully refunded within 7 days in my agency account. (Goibibo) after 7 days i have contacted the same to goibibo for crediting the amount, as per goibibo customer care person my amount can not be refunded only credit voucher will be credited in my account account after my confirmation it was not told to me that i am going to get a credit voucher instead of amount pls look in to matter & refund amount in my account instead voucher as per go air customer care confirmation my amount has been refund in my travel agency (Goibibo) in amount. So i have request to you please refund my money in my account. I have in need of money in this situation.

                                        Note - customer care person has also confirmed your flight has been cancelled dated on 27th june 2020.

                                        Note - voice call is also attached before cancellation.

                                        Note - ticket cancellation is attached.
                                        Aside to ceo sir-pls look into the matter pls refund my money. I have in need of money in this situation.
