I booked the my summer vacation in the month of Feb 20 but due to Corona trip has been cancelled. I am totally unsatisfied with your support. spicejet flight pressurized me to cancel tickets from my side. Goibibo not support me to resolve the issue. From the airline I got the information of rs. 2885 as refund and they transfer the money to your account after deduction of huge amount.now I got information from goibibo to transfer only 885. Again deduct rs. 2000.
goibibo neither provide any email not voice call to resolve.

    This is regarding Hotel booking HTL8K3PEE4.

    I still haven't receive the refunds of the below ARN's. Bank simply saying so such transaction. Customer care executive from Goibibo "Dhanya Wilson" is not even replying when asked for a call back. They are harassing me since four months.

      A railway ticket is booked from goibibo on 24.02.20 amt rs 6634. Reference no for the same is [protected]. I am my self is the staff of the bank also, regularly following our bank and goibibo. Goibibo is saying that he has refunded the same. Pl contact ur bank. After going to long conversation, our bank has informed as '
      This is with reference to your trailing email regarding non-receipt of refund of rs 6634/- in your credit card account.in this regard we wish to inform you that on receipt of your dispute, we have raised the chargeback with visa to recover the refund amount from the acquirer bank on 07.03.2020. Further, the chargeback got rejected by the acquirer bank submitting the reason that refund already processed to the cardholder’s account.
      On checking the record, we observed that there is no such refund amount received at ours. Hence, we again took up the matter with acquirer bank through pre-arbitration raised with visa on 05.05.2020. Meanwhile, we also took up the matter directly with the merchant payment gateway m/s payu for the early resolution of your case.
      The pre-arbitration request is also declined by the acquirer bank. Since the matter is pending at the end of acquirer bank and m/s payu, we are taking up the issue with them for resolution.
      Once the amount received at ours, the same will credited to your respective credit card account.
      We will update the further progress as soon we get revert from them.
      Your patience and cooperation is highly appreciated in this matter.

        I opened mail account shaikh*09 @ibibo.com in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

          I had booked a flight from mangalore to chandigarh dated 16th june 2020. This is a connecting flight from mangalore to mumbai (Pnr: lf3rgi) and mumbai to chandigarh (Pnr: lezb2u). The flight from mangalore to mumbai is cancelled. First of all i didn't get any notification from goibibo whatsoever, no news regarding my connecting flight. If i cancel on my own i will not get any refund at all. Also, it is not my fault that the first flight got cancelled, i should receive full refund for the same.

          Also, the customer care for goibibo is good for nothing, there is no e-mailid to send a mail to. I am in such a state of distress with no place to ask queries.

          If this is the case, i am going to raise the concern at higher management. Why do you keep the flights in the first place if you have to cancel them? Just saying that flight is cancelled because of covid-19 doesn't give any explanation. Also, they didn't even inform that my flight is cancelled. This is height o[censored]nprofessional-ism which is causing further chaos.

            I purchased a ticket of indigo airlines which pnr number is hfvmps. The airlines mailed me about full refund but goibibo is not returned my full amount. They are not response also regarding this matter.

            Please do something.

              I had booked train & flight tickets for 13 family members through goibibo in march'20
              Meantimr due to covid lockdown, trains & flights got cancelled, irctc & airlines confirmed regarding cancellation due to covid lockdown and also assured 100% refund will be provided.
              As per communication, irctc & airlines paid 100% refund to goibibo immediately.
              But, goibibo used refund amount for 15 days, there was no communication from goibibo despite getting refund from irctc & airlines.
              When i did follow up, goibibo refunded of train booking but deducted rs 3750/- in total refund of rs 14, 740/-. Here cancellation was not initiated from my end, then for what reason goibibo deducted charges?
              No such clause of covid cancellation charge was mentioned at the time of booking. I'm going to take action against goibibo.
              Beware.. Don't book anything from goibibo. Just ban goibibo and ask every one to ban.

                  I had booked 4 tickets for my travel from indore to goa and return in april 2020. I had opted for cancellation protect as well while booking and i had additionally paid amount per person for cancellation protect. My booking pnr numbers are along with dates are

                  1. Nn7yxn indore to goa 10/04/2020

                  2. V4eypg goa to indore

                  13/04/2020

                  3. Ng8nrs indore to goa 10/04/2020

                  4. Xzwbws goa to indore 13/04/2020

                  Out of the above mentioned 4 pnr, i have received credit shell for 3 pnr and partial refund for one pnr which is nn7yxn. But the booking amount for pnr no. Nn7yxn was rs. 9308 and i have received only rs. 1525 as refund while i m eligible for full refund of rs. 9308 as per dgca and goi directions.

                  Moreover, i don't want credit shell for the remaining pnrs. I need complete refund for all my tickets. I have been complaining on the goibibo app as well as twitter but i still haven't received my refund. Kind refund me immediately.

                    Hi i had booked a train ticket for travelling to mangalore and coming back from there due to ongoing corona virus both the tickets were cancelled and gota message that refund will be initiated, but i only received refund in my account for going to mangalore from here, i did not receive refund for return ticket for coming from there although the ticket is showing cancelled, i tried customer service it keeps on going to automated ivr and also tried chat, it says no representative available for chat, please check and refund back the money for screen shot attached

                    Hey hii i have not yet received credit for refund request raised instead got a fraud call where the caller had said he is from ibibo support and told me to download team viewer app and than asked me to enter my card details, as soon as I realised there was fraud abt to happen I closed that call immediately, I have also attached the number from which the caller was asking me to enter card details in app and also had asked me google verification code and had taken remote access please look into it as soon as possible

                      not received the booking confirmation and e-ticket

                      I booked a flight ticket with booking id gofldand5c[protected], on[protected], for which i still haven't the booking confirmation and the e-ticket. The money was deducted but the status still shows booking in progress.

                      I tried the customer care support numbers, but they don't get directed to the agent....

                      The go ibibo has processed wrong refund amount after considering the cancellation fees of the flight booking of indigo airlines. However, I talked with the indigo airlines and they informed and emailed me the email that the full refund processed to go ibibo. The PNR details are: PMBCSD and ZDPUSB. The part flight got cancelled and hence they processed full refund. I have the refund email from indigo as well. Please look for the needful.

                        Dear sir,

                        I had booked 7 tickets (2 months in advance without knowing what the future holds) on goibibo app (Booking id: fsgj5bu7l) for spicejet flight number sg 3427 (Pnr no j5bu7l) tickets booked on 6th march 2020 for travel date 24th may 2020.

                        Please note: these tickets were for me and my family to return back to my hometown, (One way tickets) after visiting bangalore. We don't plan to travel at all in the near future.

                        Received your mail regarding cancellation of your airline services due to covid 19 situation.

                        But i certainly disagree to your one sided decision to not reimburse my payment towards all air tickets and keep my amount in a credit shell.

                        As this travel booking was a one time booking (Returning to hometown) and i with my family won't be traveling at all in the near future, hence what use would your shell credit amount mean to me. This is clearly illegal to withhold my money without my consent.

                        I request you to reconsider your decision and reimburse my total amount.

                          I cancelled my flight on 25 may (Pnr no ruairv) booking id :- tua8ts448. Flight departure date was 1st june. I booked it on goibibo site on 20th may.
                          Issue is refund of cancelled flight is in gocash not credited to my debit card.
                          I didn't opt for gocash whilre cancelleing the flight stil i got in gocash, which is useless. This is simply harassment and fraud done goibibo. My accoount details of goibibo is no. [protected] name - navdeep.
                          I want refund to my debit card. No is picking calls from customer care support.

                              Booked a flight on bangkok airways through goibibo. Flight got canceled and airlines announced refund. I raised a claim on march 23 for refund through goibibo. Goibibo was unwilling to give me a refund. I had to go call 7 times before they finally accepted my claim for refund. On an email they told me you will get a refund within 7 days. I waited for 30 days and there was no refund. Then i tried to call them and they asked me to raise a ticket. I raised 5 tickets and no reply to the tickets and they always closed the ticket saying "the issue was resolved".
                              I emailed bangkok airline and they wrote a mail saying they issued a refund to goibibo. With the additional information, i have been calling them over 7 times for the refund. They try to lie saying the airline has not refunded. When i persist that airline has refunded, they will promise you a call back which will never happen. Still waiting for the refund.

                                My return flight was scheduled on 31st march but due to covid -19 it got cancelled. So i should be getting refund according to goibibo rules. I even contacted the airline which was british airway. But they told me that as i have booked through goibibo. I need to contact goibibo. And i was using their app.in that i only see old flight tickets. Originally my tickets were different and i got them rescheduled by paying 38, 000 rupees extra. But in app i am not able to see the rescheduled dates. Which is delaying my refund even more. I tried to call goibibo but no one pick up the call. I just need my refund my booking reference is jmv8qf.

                                  I am writing to you to raise an issue about flights

                                  The issue that i have experienced was: corona refund-related - my booking id is n6exl8wgg, though the airline has refunded the entire amount, goibibo has deducted the convenience charges, while booking the ticket they have offered some discounts on convenience fee and charged only 334 +18% gst. However, at the time of cancellation, they have charged me rs. 1600/- towards the cancellation charges. The flight was canceled by the airline... Hence requested for a refund, they are not responding to my calls and mails

                                    I booked a flight for 11th april 2020 from toronto to delhi. The pnr of my booking is jkns7. From the beginning of the lockdown, i have been constantly trying to get in touch with customer support centre regarding the flight status as to what options i have regarding my booking as the government ordered suspension of flights all over the world, but i did not received any response from your end. I have been writing emails and calling the customer care numbers but they did not responded to the same. I was not contacted even once by your authorities for asking me whether i want to cancel my booking or i need to reschedule my journey. It was an irresponsible act from your end by deducting a huge amount of rs. 28000 from the total amount i paid when i was booking my ticket. As far as the airlines are concerned, they are providing refund vouchers of the same amount to be used in one year. This practice of yours to extort money from your customers is punishable by law.

                                      Goibibo initiated a refund of 35212 on 14th march 2020. But i have received only 19605 rupee, still 15607 is pending. I have complained many time but no response from goibibo regarding my refund.
