    I have booked a ticket from banglore to vijayawda on 22nd june 2020 with spicejet airways. I used my credit shell amount and paid the balance through phonepe. I have received a mail that the amount is received but the ticket has not yet confirmed. No customer service number mentioned and no mail to contact. The worst experience and i would never recommend this site. It gives you all kinds of mental agony and stress except for the booked ticket. Top cheater of indian online ticket booking sites.

      Dear team,
      I have made a reservation through goibibo. I have canceled the ticket against pnr g6tl2z from mumbai to chd due covid 19 dated on 12th june from go air & also one side travel train ticket already canceled by indian railway.
      I have two small kids & my mother is 70 yrs old.in this situation i can not travel till covid 19
      Small kids age 2 yrs & 10 yrs.
      You can check my train pnr for your reference. Same person was travelling.

      As per customer care person my amount will be fully refunded within 7 days in my agency account. (Goibibo) after 7 days i have contacted the same to goibibo for crediting the amount, as per goibibo customer care person my amount can not be refunded only credit voucher will be credited in my account account after my confirmation it was not told to me that i am going to get a credit voucher instead of amount pls look in to matter & refund amount in my account instead voucher as per go air customer care confirmation my amount has been refund in my travel agency (Goibibo) in amount. So i have request to you please refund my money in my account. I have in need of money in this situation.

      Note - customer care person has also confirmed your flight has been cancelled dated on 27th june 2020.

      Note - voice call is also attached before cancellation.

      Note - ticket cancellation is attached.
      Aside to ceo sir-pls look into the matter pls refund my money. I have in need of money in this situation.

        No proper response from goibobo - getting contradicting response from airlines (Emirates)..

        Goibobo customer care gives misleading information every time, no proper status - i got 3 responses last 1 week, 1 customer care person said refund rejected, other one said in progress and other one said already refunded.. But i have not received any penny so far.. Talking to airlines (Emirates) saying goibobo not submitted for refund at all.

        I need to get ticket refund of abotu four lacs (Inr 4, 00000/-) for four tickets - from bangalore - los angeles and return.

        Ticket numbers: amds7nbhp, mysmf[protected], amds85p9j and amds7vklr

        Goibobo ticket tracking id: goibibo[protected]

        Information provided by goibobo extremely misleading and it is in a deep mess.. I feel they are dragging and cheating for not refunding..

        I cant imagine their customer care can be so useless..

        I have cancelled the tickets as flights got cancelled due to covid situation and lock down. I spoke to support that time and i was told i am eligible for refund.. And then i have cancelled and requested for refund in april 15th time frame.. For couple of months i was getting the reminder email that refund is in progress.. But no updates last 1 month, i called customer support i was told airlines rejected the refund now and it is a open ticket and i can use for next 2 years.. I have asked them to send an email but customer support didn't send any details.. So no records, no emails whatsoever on the rejection or open ticket option..

        If i login and check in support site, 3 out of 4 says it is already refunded and 1 ticket says refund in progress.

        Now the fun part: i called up emirates to check the status - they are saying they haven't received any request for refund for these tickets and these tickets are very much eligible for refund.. But no one requested it.. Since we have booked through goibobo only they can submit for refund.. But it will take another 90 days to refund..

        Again i called customer care, whoever picked up giving all kinds of misleading information.. He is saying refund in progress but cant give any timeline.. He cant give anything in writing..

        Customer care doesnt want to listen.. I have asked him to give to supervisor - he refused to give..

        I ahve written a email to [protected]@goibobo.com - but no response for last 1 week.

        Now they have convenient covid situation as reason for not responding.. I am not sure why customer care cant respond to email - even if they work remotely..

        Please file a compliant against goibobo customer care..

          We booked flight on 9-6-2020 with pnr. R7evyy confirmed booking from spicejet. We have paid total amount rs. 19276 to you. But after few days we got the information your flight has been cancelled.
          Sir in lockdown situation we required money to survive. Train was not running that time that's why in emergency we booked flight any how to reach our village because no job no money is situation occur in front o[censored]s. Now our total money is locked with you which helps to get food for our family so please refund the amount which you have.
          Sir we requested to spicejet team also for refund the amount and they have taken my genuine request for refunding process.
          Sir now it's pending from your end so please you help us to get refund back.

          Please find some flight information for your reference in the neme of mr. Rajesh and family.

            I had booked a flight for 22nd June and due to some issues from SpiceJet, they had cancelled the flight. SpiceJet has refunded my money to Goibibo and they are denying that they haven't received the money. I am going on an emergency case as my dad's hospitalized and the money that they are having could be utilised in some or the other way for his treatment. I requested them so many times and never they had replied to resolve the issue.

            Would request you to kindly get my money back.

              I booked bus ticket from bangalore to hyderabad on 14th june, 2020. After 4 days i got an email from bus operator (Yolo bus) that bus got cancelled due to covid19 issue. But, goibibo is still showing the status as travelled in their app. Due to the lack of coordination between goibibo & yolo bus operator my refund got stuck. I want my refund back. Refund amount: 2000rs.

                I booked a ticket for 1 june from dushanbe to delhi via goibibo. They showed me fake booking and after few days they denided for giving full refund. My travelling date was 1 june but whenever i call customer care they say airline is not giving us money.
                Goibibo replies me to book tickets after 1 july, they are not giving me full refund

                How is it possible that my travelling date was 1 june and goibibo is forcing me to book ticked after 1 july, they knows that it's impossible to have such a big gap for travelling

                Goibibo did a fraud by showing fake booking

                          I have booked 2 tickets through goibibo
                          1. Mumbai to rome via cairo dt 24th april 2020 (Booking id: tuaelvv08)
                          2. Milan to delhi via rome dt 3rd may 2020 (Booking id: n6evgblqf)

                          Both the flights are already cancelled due to covid pandemic. I have tried to contact goibibo multiple times, and everytime i don't get a clear answer about my refund/ credit shell. It was clearly written in airlines policy that full refund will be credited if flight gets cancelled.

                          It's been more than a month i am trying to chase goibibo but in vain. Help me get my money back.

                            Dear team,

                            I have an international return flight from tokyo to lucknow via new delhi from
                            15 july to 15 august, 2020 (Booking id: tuat464f0).
                            But due to covid spread we can’t travel during this period so we initiated cancellation on 14 june, 2020. Till now we didn’t get any notification from them and it is showing cancellation in progress. We have called them many times but no response. We are ready for rescheduling it in december as well. It is not a small amount and is around 1 lakh rupees which are hard earned.
                            We either want its refund or reschedule it. Hoping yo get the response soon.

                              It’s been 2 months since i booked fligts for melbourne australia from ahmedabad
                              Now they were not replying to any messages regarding refund amount
                              As already they digest hyderabad ticket from ahmedabad by go air
                              I already asked scoot airlines for refund but they said they already gave money to go i i i so now how can’t they refund money?!! Please i am not dat vijay maliya

                              I have hired a lawyer and pursuing a case against Goibibo if you want I can include your concern.the better the more numbers it will easier to put a case on them.

                                I have booked the tickets on 24.09.19-rupees 657 was debited in my bank account &
                                I cancelled the tickets,
                                Refunded cancel ticket amount rupees 380 was credited in my bank account on 30.09.19,
                                But again debited that 380 rupees on 15.06.20. I have attached my account mini statement list.
                                So plz check & refund the cash.

                                      We have booked mum-singapore and singapore mumbai back this is in jan 2020 before covid 19 lock down in india. Airline have put a remark of full refund while we cancelled the flight where rs 10855 /- was refunded and other part of rs 10070/- is still pending from jan 2020 which i have been trying from past 6 months to get it but no respond from them.
