Booking pnr kxehf3 booked through goibibo. I cancelled flight by agreeing to bear cancellation charges. Original booking amount 30, 102, after cancellation charges 23110/-. But instead of crediting to bank, they have illegally put it as gocash, which is their wallet. Please help...

The return tickets from jaiour to mumbai booked via kotak app from goibibo. The airline (Go air in this case) cancelled the tickets due to lockdown. Airline refunded ticket amount. But goibibo has not refunded the amount yet....

I am dhiraj baranwal and i booked a ticket with pnr-uefcrx, airline-goair with goibibo. Departure date was 23rd march 2020, this flight cancelled and i received airline message and email while goibibo app is showing as travelled for this pnr, which is wrong. I written to goibibo and they asked to reschedule directly at airline and then i rescheduled at goair on 07/04/2020 and paying 18k extra for departure 17th april 2020,...

I haven’t received any messages of refund from @goibibo nor from @airindiain i have to take my flight on 16th march PNR Y55G8 flight number AI-879 its been more than 2 months.I don’t know when will i get my refund...

Pnr mbignj & i8etqs, refund processed by spicejet on[protected] but the customer care team at goibibo does not bother to check. They say amount is updated as a credit shell with spicejet. I have sent them the screen shot of goibibo app & also spicejet website which says not credit shell for these pnr's. No response to the email. Ticket was raised for the same but closed without contacting me by their executive rosy...

I have my train bookings on 9th may2020 of Rs2751 and on 10th may 2020 of costs Rs.390, but due to lockdown train got cancelled, but still the amount has not refunded please make it as soon as possible...

2nd pnr:t3dajf which is on 13 thaug is mine, name is sneha dangarwala and return for both o[censored]s is on 10th sept
Since he is senior citizen, i don’t want to take a risk of his health by making him travel due to corona virus.
I need to cancel both the tickets due to risk involved of his health.br...

My ticket with pnr no. [protected] get cancelled automatically due to lockdown on 2nd may 2020. I have also get message by irctc that your train is cancelled due to covid 19 on 2nd may.

But still refund not get credited in my account why?? 15 days already gone. I have done this booking by goibibo account [protected].

Please check and refund my money....

We had booking for jetairways through goibibo in april 2019 and we received call from travel agent saying airline has cancelled the ticket and amount will be refunded. After several follow-up with travel agent (Goibibo) didn't get any response and till date didn't get any refund as well.

As we had booked Railway ticket and had cancelled that ticket but the amount is not yet refunded in my Account throgh which payment made...

I booked GO AIR airways from Mumbai to Chandigarh flight for 23rd March 2020. The cost of the ticket was 5, 705 inr. But due to the lockdown and travel ban, it was canceled by GO AIR on 22nd March 2020. I have not got my refund till date and the refundable amount shows 0.00 inr in the GOIBIBO app.
I would like to kindly request you to please get the issue solved.
