For pnr: bstgbr, we had a round-trip flight booking that was cancelled due to coronavirus. We placed a full refund request and goibibo said that we were not eligible for it because the airlines won't allow it.
We talked to the airlines and they said we were eligible for the full refund and that goibibo had the money, not them. I sent the screenshots of this chat with the airlines to goibibo, but no reply yet.
I have been trying to take my money back out of them for a month now. The customer care is useless. Their social media accounts reply to publicly posted stuff but not to dms. Goibibo is run by a bunch of freeloaders.

    Pathetic service by goibibo. I tried booking a hotel near biju patnaik international airport, bhubaneshwar for my uncle as he could not board his flight for chennai (6e145) this evening.in the first go i found one hotel "oyo 43422 ma forest park inn, bhubaneswar, india" near the airport just (1.2km according to google maps). I tried booking this hotel but in the first go amount was deducted from bank account but the room was not booked (Booking id - htl69pszdq) and it showed in the application payment failed, rebook. So, i gave a second try and it was booked in the second attempt (Booking id - htlfpgpp66). So, i forwaded all the details regarding the hotel booking to my uncle and he took a cab from the aiport to this hotel. First of all it was not easy to locate but anyhow he reached the hotel, and makes a call to the hotelier to which the hotelier first enquires about the "booking id", "which booking platform was used", "under whose name the booking is made" and so on then replies that the hotel is closed and denies them entry. Then i try to reach the so called "customer service" of goibibo and file a complaint about "denied checkin into hotel" ticket id - [#31573792] from where i get to hear that they will fix this issue. After 30min the customer support guy calls me and tells that the hotelier said that the hotel is open and have not denied anyone from checkin into the hotel and also adds that the customer with booking id-htlfpgpp66 were demanding "lift" in the hotel and to no avail they left off. To which i replied the customer support that we have checked all the amienties before booking the hotel and bro seriously why we need a "lift" in a budget hotel, seriously!! Around 9 pm in the night why we will deny a hotel for not having a "lift" in it and we booked this hotel only because it was near to the aiport, and clearly i could make out that the hotelier was lying and denying from the actual reason as i had made the payment already and he has recieved the payment in his account and so, during the night one could do nothing rather than listen to his nonsense and leave the place as he has no concern about the individual who has came all the way from chandil, jharkhand travelling 400km on an hired ambulance just to catch a flight from biju patnaaik airport, bbsr to chennai and further travel till cmc hospital vellore for his serious health issues. I booked this hotel only because he could not board his flight as e-pass for the tamil nadu state was not processed till his boarding started so he postponed his flight for next 2 days (As direct flights operate in 2 days interval bbi - maa) and decided to stay in a nearby place till the e-pass was processed. But who knew that this trip will give him so much trouble than his illness. So, finally after getting no help from anywhere i came here to file a complaint against these money making institutions so that no other individual has to face these. And i need a full refund for these two bookings or else going to file a legal complaint and sue the institution for such troubles.

        I have 2 train tickets booked for 19th May and 26th May with Goibibo which got cancelled by government due to lockdown of covid-19. I got the refund intiated message from irctc on 17th May for both the tickets. It's been 11 days now but Goibibo has not initiated my refund yet. My PNR details for the tickets are mentioned below.

          Hello Team,

          This is Apurba Ghosh and I have 2 PNR with Goibibo for Indigo.
          First PNR is WHDF9P, Journey date was: 30th May 2020 from CCU to IXZ, thats already cancelled from their end automatically and credit shell enabled on the same. That suppose to be FULL REFUND at my original payment source(Credi card/Bank). That's not accepted.

          And also problem is with another PNR : FF7PK, Journey date was: 5th June 2020 from IXZ to CCU, You can see that as they cancelled 30th May 2020 Journey from CCU to IXZ so how we will use return journey? It's a common sence So you should automatically cancel the PNR: FF7PK and get REFUND to me. But they are not taking this seriously.

          NOTE: If Goibibo unable to do that then I need to take CONSUMER LEGAL action on the same. As you have automatically cancelled the PNR WHDF9P(Dated. 30th May 2020), but still not received REFUND on the same. You suppose to REFUND as the flight has been cancelled from your end but you have enabled Credit Shell, WHY I WILL ACCEPT THE SAME?

          So I have to take LEGAL ACTION, IF I NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND for my both PNR.

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: train services

            The issue that i have experienced was: hi team,
            My name is Biren. My registered mobile no with goibibo is [protected]. I have two train tickets booked for may 19th and may 26th. Now that govt has cancelled all the train due to covid situation i have received an sms from irctc on 17th May stating that the amount will be refunded within 3 to 4 days and it's been 12 days i have not received the amount yet from goibibo.Not even received the refund initiated message from Goibibo yet.Ideally when we book directly from irctc if they refund we get it in 2 3 days. I had couple of tickets for march which i had booked directly from irctc for which i got refund in 3 days. But this goibibo is not refunding my money.

            I have the details from irctc that the refund was processed on may 17th.

            . There is noway to contact the goibibo customer. Their online assistance is worst big time. I would request you to escalate this to the highest possible level and get the amount refunded to the original payment mode asap.

                Pnr tbcsmm, nyvesm & v74ckp got auto cancell due to covid19 lockdown. As per the communication from airline spicejet, they have refunded full amount to goibibo but goibibo is issueing credit voucher and blocking our money. A huge amount of money is blocked by goibibo. I'm requesting you to plz look into this and help me in getting refund in original mode of payment.

                  My journey date 16th March but some personal reason Iam changed my journey date 23 march Iam call indigo Air payed extra 3500 rs. but due to the lockdown my flight is cancelled. So Iam waited Iam call to indigo Air. For my refund amount they said they allredy pay to gobibo 13848 for the refund amount. But Iam call to the customer care no body coming to contact.                     I had booked air tickets through goibibo for my journey on 7th may 2020 mumbai-chennai sector by vistara airlines. Since the flight was cancelled due to covid 19, through much persuasion vistara airlines had agreed for full refund. They have informed me that they have sent the papers to goibibo on 13th may 2020 for full refund of my tickets. However goibibo is not responding properly as a result of which i have not received the refund amount till date. I am a senior citizen and i very rarely travel by air/train. I would therefore urge you to please look into the matter and arrange for refund of full amount at the earliest. When vistara airlines have sanctioned for full amount of refund, i am not able to understand as to why goibibo are not releasing payment. The pnr no. Is v5eyxt. Thanks.

                      I am writing this mail with extreme dissatisfaction with how goibibo has handled my refund for pnr mk99gt.
                      Refund processed by indigo : 20, 716/-refund received from goibibo : 13, 286/-amount deducted by goibibo — 7, 430/-
                      Let me give you the full context here.
                      - i booked a mum-dubai return flight (6-jan-20 onward & 11-jan-20 return)- the return flight (Dubai to mumbai) got cancelled on 11-jan on account of bad weather and we were reallocated a 12-jan flight - the 12-jan flight again got cancelled - since both flights got cancelled from indigo and we were not even given any information on when the next flight will take off and to add to it, we were not even given any accommodation for the extended stay so we had to bear 2 day's of extra cost towards hotel stay - we realized that a few emirates flights were taking off so after having left with no alternative, we had to book us on the same at the last moment, which also cost us a bomb.
                      Now, goibibo is additionally charging us ~7.5k towards this cancellation. I find this totally unprecedented and uncalled for. Hence, i would request if you could reconsider this and transfer the remaining refund amount asap.

                              2. Return flt booked vide id: NAKRU4ZNI for 31 mar 2020 was cancelled by Airasia. But goibibo showing "travelled". No cancellation /refund option on webpage. Mailed many times but not response..

                                A refund was processed by my carrier on 20 March, same was processed by Goibibo on 12 April. I haven't received anything till date. I am not able to contact customer care. Email is unresponsive. Web form is not working for me. I am not able to contact Goibibo by any means and they are not processing my refund of 24, 0063.

                                    I have tried reaching goibibio on their chat app, customercare numbers and emailed to [protected]@goibibo.com but no response from them at all.

                                    My booķing id is : amduq4lql

                                    When i reached airline customercare thay said i should ask for voucher through goibibo.

                                    2 days back i got a message that 34, 407 is refunded. I asked for refund voucher which is issued by british airways for full amount paid.

                                    Instead without contacting they cancelled it refunded less than 50% which is not acceptable. The amount is yet to be credited.

                                    I want a refund voucher given by british airways for full amount.

                                      My flight with pnr n32i8g and case no. 52331798 was resolved by air asia by providing the refund to goibibo (Email proof attached). However goibibo has unethically retained the money for themselves and giving me a credit voucher only. Moreover goibibo is not reachable on phone nor do they respond on emails. I need to get the refund which is rightfully mine.

                                        Hi i am book a ticket on 3 months ago and the ticket was already cancel because of corona virus on 15 march and i am calling goibibo customer executive and he say your money will reflected on your account only 2 day and after 1 week i will cal again and he says your money sent to you account and money never received and then i will cal again many times but there is no response in customer care and self support app every time same answer 2-3 day we will working on this
                                        Very bad experience with your company and disappointed and i will never book any ticket on goibibo very bad experience very bad service
