I booked a flight ticket from goibibo but unfortunately due to health issues i got it cancelled from airlines directly. Airasia confirmed me on 9th April that the refund has been initiated to goibibo and i can collect it from them. I have raised multiple complaints but there is no response. They say your credit it with airlines but the airlines have transferred the full amount to goibibo. Please give me my money. PNR-C4FLQQ

    Hi,
    I booked total 7 tickets with 2 PNRs (H8E3QJ And M4TD7S)
    I canceled my tickets at goibibo on 26-March-2020.My travel is from Leh to Mumabi on 16-may-2020. Cancellation is processed correctly from Goair airline on 4th of April and they provided refund amount deducting cancellation charges to Goibibo. But goibibo giving Refund as a credit voucher that too after deducting my cancellation charges, If cancellation charges are deducted I am eligible for refund as airlines are providing credit shell as full amount not half.
    Please find attached invoice from airline that they are claiming that they provided refund to goibibo and i think that is the fact

        There was my booking on 28th april 2020 from silchar to delhi (Pnr-g7jzsv) due change in departure timing i have to cancel that booking and i have cancelled the booking directly from airlines and they confirm me that they will refund the full amount. I. E rs.5349/- as it was there change in timing.
        1-2 days back i have received a sms from goibibo that they are provided me a credit voucher. To raise a query i visited goibibo website and there i get to know that there will be no refund against my booking as i have cancelled the booking by myself.
        So today i have words with the airline regarding the refund and i get to know that they have refunded the full amount as same mode and not issued any credit voucher.
        So i want to complain regarding that they are not providing my refund which they have received from airlines and i hope you will take serious action regarding it and will process my refund amount as soon as possible.

            Booked a flight from hyderabad to delhi (Travel date:[protected].

            Cancelled same flight on[protected].

            After cancellation it was mentioned that refund in progress.

            On[protected], i have received a mail regarding cancellation notification of flight booking stating that refund of rs.3293/- has been processed via original mode of payment.

            But i have received only rs.1138/- only on[protected].

            Taken support from "help" link provided in goibibo app. Stated that amount of of rs.3293/- has been processed to original mode of payment.

            After contacting customer care regarding the issue, received a message stating "refunded total amount of rs.3293/-".

            Images of conversation with customer care and bank statement are attached herewith.

            After 3 days of posting complaint, I have received a mail regarding the query and since then there is no update even after followups.

            Request you to kindly update and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                Dear goibibo

                Due to nation wide lockdown my ticket from ccu to ixs got cancelled pnr (Thw67u), spicejet.

                As per your request, to make any changes to the booking shall be done directly from www.spicejet.com

                But i asked for the refund of my amount inr (8472) for my pnr thw67u. Spicejet have agreed to my refund request and have generated successfully and reversed the same amount within 24 to 48 hours to the respective travel agent (Goibibo). Email dated april 29 2020.

                But still today i have not received the refund amount in my account, from which the booking was done. Please do the needful. Below i have attached the screenshot of the email. I am a senior citizen and in this pandemic situation this money is very important, so please take necessary step asap.

                  My booking id is NDCU93YBT. I had booked 2 tickets from Paris to Mumbai for Rs. 40800. The journey was supposed to begin on 3rd May, but I had to cancel my booking because of the current circumstances of Corona.

                  I have received an email from Goibibo that full refund had been initiated on 8th Apr 2020. I have also received an automated email that I will be receiving Rs. 40800 on 5 to 14 workings days, on 8th Apr 2020.

                  Since then, I haven''t heard anything from the team. I have not received refund amount yet and tried to reach out to Goibibo customer care via phone, email. But, everything seems to have stopped functioning

                    I have booked airindia flight tickets for my wife (Alekhya) and daughter (Vendanshi) through goibibo. Ticket details — pnr-jmthh booking id: tua46b7k0 on feb 2020- 25 (India-hyd to germany-frankfurt) for the journey on mar 2020-20.
                    Flight got cancelled due to corona virus issue.

                    The total amount paid is inr 54488 and refund amount mentioned by goibibo is inr 2892.
                    As the flight itself is cancelled due to the corona virus, as a customer i should get the full refund.
                    Kindly consider my complaint and help in getting the full refund from goibibo.
                    The below is the mail from goibibo on refund.

                        I have booked an airasia flight ticket from delhi to guwahati on 11 april 2020. Flight is cancelled due to covid 19. So i had request for my refund to both airline and goibibo. Airline has told that they had refunded the amount to goibibo but now goibibo gave a message that a credit voucher has issued for the amount provided by airline. I don't want credit voucher i want my refund amount back. My pnr no ktenty. Please help me

                          The pnr numbers wer5jh, l62ujc, qewz4e, b4u19l are cancelled and reported refunded the cancelled amount through the reference no. 65624363, 65621453, 65621115, 65622055 of payment gateway, are not credited to my credit card account so far. Please check and ensure the credit of cancelled amount to my credit card account. Since, the same is delayed for long time, any further delay, need to pay the interest.

Although the cancelled (on 15.03.2020) tickets of flights are informed the status as refunded through reference no.65624363.65621453.65621115, 65622055 of payment gateway the same are not credited to my credit card account( through which booking was made).                           With regard to my above complaint of non refund of cancelled air ticket amount, neither I have received any reply for having resolved the complaint nor received the credit of amount.

                          Please reply, if the same is not credited to my account from where the amount is paid, I will have to approach the legal forum within eight days .

                              Hello, sir / madam i have booked a flight ticket from ahmedabad to varanasi for journey 30th apr 20 from online (Goibibo) of rs. 6894. But due to the covid-19 issue flight was suspended.
                              The tickets below belong to my mother, brother, and my son.

                              Please return the full ticket amount as soon as possible, as we did not travel due to lockdown
                              I tried to call your customer service to cancel this ticket, but it didn't help me much

                                Hi,

                                I have booked ticket on 7th april through goibibo for air india flight - maa - sfo, pnr - hkcmq and confirmation no: confirmation number tuanms9t3.

                                Air india has issued the statement for refund. I am trying for more than 10 days to contact, through mobile and gia app and chatbox, but in fail and not proper response from your end. Even send email to [protected]@goibibo.com still didnt got any response.

                                This is not their first time, always goibibo response is very poor and pathetic

                                    From - ixb (Siliguri) to idr (Indore)
                                    The above travel date is rescheduled to 25/mar/20 because of change in plan due to corona virus outbreak and airline charges the huge amount for rescheduling this dates. The indigo airline publish a publication for change of plans between 12th to 31st mar, 2020 and won't be charging any change fees. And later on government also declares the complete lockdown in india in this reschedulable period. However the airline taking this reschedule charges from consumers. This period is come under non service period for domestic airlines. So, please provide the rescheduling amount back or any other cash wallet.

                                      Refund full amount due to flight got cancelled and service is not provided by company on dated 25/03/2020 due to complete lockdown and covid-19 outbreak by government.

                                      If the company is not going to fly its flight for the date 25/03/2020 and how company taking the booking of this dates and charging the different types of charges to the consumers. The company not refund my full amount till dated 29/04/2020 and declares to provide refund amount on dated 28/04/2020 after taking the huge amount of airline charges. On the otherhand the government of different states lockdown the states for tourist before 25/03/2020 then how the travellers go to travel in this pandemic condition of corona virus. Indigo also saying in newspaper for change of plans? Consumer feel free for any kind of changes. And now the airlines taking the different charges from consumers. I request you to please provide the full refund amount as soon as possible.

                                        I have booked 5 no of room for
                                        (1) chandigarh hotel on 23 may to 24 may 2020 of amount 7878
                                        (2) manali hotel on 26 may to 29 may 2020 of amount 38938
                                        (3) amritsar hotel on 02 june to 03 june 2020 of amount 6116 thru goibibo.
                                        All hotels booking are free calculation. Do to covid-19. I have canceled my all 3 hotels booking on 24 april 2020. It is refund to total amount 52932/- to gocash+ instead of my payment gateway. So my amount is block for next trip
                                        So please check & get refund my amount to my account
