I had booked flight tickets (Booking id: p3ycnu) for bangalore-london (10th april) and london-bangalore (19th april) through goibibo. My airline was british airways. It was a family vacation (Me, my wife and two children). The flights got cancelled due to covid-19. I have asked for a full refund from goibibo. They are stubbornly refusing to give me the refund (Inr 222258). Goibibo has been making many excuses.

I had booked a hotel via goibibo (Booking id htljf4385t), which i had to cancel for change of plans. The cancellation is eligible for a full refund if done before 1 june 2020. I have cancelled my booking on 24 april 2020 but i have received refund in my goibibo wallet, not in my bank account. This is wrong since i was not informed that the refund will be done to goibibo wallet and not to my bank account.
Please refund it to my bank...

I have booked flight from Mumbai to Chennai at 21st March 2020 but due to corona, I try to re-schedule my flight via app but nothing happen my request show rescheduling request is in progress. Then I called customer care and ask for re-schedule my flight they said they will call back me. I didn't get any response from them.

Today suddenly I got a response from them and my request cancel and that ticket is showing I traveled...

goibibo.com - still I am not recived refund from goibibo while irctc refunded to goibibo on 15.04.20.

I booked my e-ticket online from goibibo.com on 12 march 2020 for the date of journey 19 April 2020. PNR number for this ticket is [protected] and Goibibo transaction ID is TRNAFLH4KAZC5A. I Could not travel by this ticket due to cancel the train by Indian railway on 15 april 20. That train suspended from 15th April 20 to 3rd May 20 for the prevention of pandamic covid19.

And i have received a email from IRCTC...

refund for international flight cancelled not processed

I booked my flight ticket through goibibo.com for flight from toronto to bangalore via paris for march 24th, 2020 for an amount of inr 37495

I have booked flight ticket from pune to lucknow for journey 15th apr 20 from goibibo app (Go air flight) of rs. 5654. But due to covid-19 issue flight was suspended.

I opened mail account ([protected]@ibiboi.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. refund / change in flight

In view of covid 19, i've requested change in flight on 14 mar 2020 at around 7 pm. Reschedule request was made from 18 mar 2020 to 14 sept 2020 @ noon indigo flight. The request was accepted on the goibibo mobile app with status request submitted for reschedule

pnr-bfnshs refund for cancellation of flight

On conversation with indigo i found that the full refund has already and paid to goibibo.

I have book a ticket from bom to ccu for march 21 st and return 23 march ccu to bom but die to covid-19 the flight has been canceled and the same amount was refunded by goair (Pnr-q3yenl) on 21 st march and confirm the date of refunded on 24th march to my agent goibibo till the amount is not credit to my account till today. refund not received march 2020

I had cancelled my flight from nagpur to mumbai and the airlines goindigo confirmed that the full refund amount has been processed from thier end. But i still didn't receive the refund amount and i was advised to contact gobibo since the booking was done via goibibo. I didn't recieve the refund amount not the credit shell.
No assistance whatsoever....

Airline has refunded my money but these goibibo people are not returning it and making false reasons
I have a proof from airline stating that the money is with goibibo
Nobody on the chat is responding to the problem, not even replying to any mails and messages.br...

I have booked flight ticket with spicejet airlines via goibibo group pvt. Ltd. (The agency). Spicejet has created a credit shell (Voucher) for the amount they received from the agency as the flight was cancelled due to the ongoing covid.
Goibibo group pvt. Ltd. Has made the credit shell of the same amount that spicejet has created and the convenience charges charged during initial flight booking are not added in the credit shell amount....

no information on refund

Hi, i attempted to book train ticket on mar 14, 2020 on ibibo online site twice however both the times, my credit card was debited for rs.889/- (2 times) but ticket booking was not successful. Issue is that i have no information on my refund and nobody cares to revert back to me in order to resolve my issue. They have some online bot chatting with customers which is insane as its not useful at all.
I need to know my final refund status...

Due to covid 2019 flight ticket has been cancelled by you as per govt order and you have protected my bookings in the form of credit shell.

At present, due to the global pendemic corona virus disease, there is so much uncertainty in the life of mankind that no one can say.

I had a flight from new delhi to kuala lumpur to osaka. On the day of my flight, the airline emailed me and told me it was cancelled due to coronavirus.

The airline said i am entitled to a full refund, but that i have to go through goibibo to get the refund.

I used the goibibo app to request the refund, but it would take 5 to 10 days. I waited 2 weeks. Then it said it would take 2 days. 3 days later, it says...
