payment deducted from.my account but not credited to bigbasket

1048 was paid from my airtel bank account but the same has not been received by big basket....

Respected sir, i booked my international flight ticket from goibibo, whose pnr number is he2dvq. This ticket made by spicejet airlines via goibibo. I inquiry my ticket on goibibo's customer care number [protected] on[protected] at 12:11 am and got information about cancellation on full payment. Goibibo's customer made it clear to me that if spicejet issues us full money and without any wallet or credit shell, we would have no objection. Goibibo will immediately deposit all your money into your bank account.
I clarified this again on goibibo's customer number [protected] on[protected] at 13:11 & dated 03.05.20 on 09:29. Again customer care told me that, if spicejet issued us full money and without any wallet or without any credit shell, we would have no objection. Goibibo will immediately deposit all your money into your account.
Of which i have all the recordings.

So in a conversation with goibibo, i asked spicejet to cancel my ticket.
So spicejet has cancelled my flight for some special reason/case. Spicejet sent the full amount to you (Goibibo) on 03.05.2020. These rupees are sent in purely cash i. E. Mode of payment account. They did not create any kind of credit shell or wallet. I have also talked to my spicejet many times on[protected] at 12:28, 13:01, 13:27, 13:49, 17:15 & dated 03.05.20 at 09:43 & dated 04.05.2020 at 11:07 & dated 07.05.2020 at 11:39.
Of which i have recordings.
So i strongly request you to transfer my money to my bank account immediately.

Finally, after goibibo repeatedly asked for spicejet's written confirmation, spicejet has sent me a written confirmation e-mail on 07.05.2020 at 21:55.in which they have clearly given confirmation that "spicejet already processed customer's full refund into agency account on dated 03.05.2020 ie. Inr 34034/-
Customer pnr he2dvq does not hold any credit shell amount for future use."
So you are requested, please credit my full rupees in my bank account as early as possible.
No body did not solve my problem.

    I had booked thru goibbo portal for my son to travel back in may from abq-sea-nrt-blr-nrt-sea-abq by booking id flight booking id:-sea[protected]. The booking of the tickets was done on 25th jan. I am attaching the screen shot of the booking. Due to the current covid situation the airline (Jal) have cancelled some of its segments of the trip. Hence the booking is now of no use. I wrote to the goibbo support team and have been chasing up for the refund. They wrote to me back telling that the airline has to take care of this refund. When i checked in the airline website for this, the site says it cannot process as it was booked thru a different site. Now tell me where should a common man go. We used the portal for booking tickets so that all the further process is smooth. If at all this is the situation, why should one use goibbo portals for booking. I have written to goibbo team, there is no response from the goibbo team request you to please look into and arrange for the refund. The date of travel is fast approaching and is about 11 days now. So far govt of india has told no decision on resuming flight to and from international destinations. Under these circumstances, i expect the travel may not be possible so i would request for refund of the ticket. Please help. Expecting your response on this at the earliest

      Dear sir,
      Htlpfvbggr is my hotel booking id with hotel dolphin - digha through goibibo. Due to the lockdown extension and digha being declared a red zone by the government, we would not be able to visit digha neither we want to visit in the next few months due to the government restrictions.

      A full refund is requested on the basis of exception irrespective of the hotel cancellation policy if any as per goverment guidelines and rule implemented in india but neither goibibo nor the hotel authority is refunding my full booking amount.

        Respected sir, i booked an international hotel from goibibo. I can cancel my booking without any charges before 06.06.2020 as per the booking policy. This payment should be credited to my bank account as per the booking policy instructions.
        In this regarding, i contacted many times to goibibo customer care no [protected]. But gobibo says, your payment will not be credited to your bank account. They want to put my money into goibibo's credit shell.
        I don't want any kind of credit shell. I want to take my full payment in my bank account (Mode of payment)
        This is because under the goibobo and hotel policy at the time of booking, all bookings will be refunded to the customer's bank account after the booking has been cancelled before the respective date.
        I much need this money now. Later, these rupee (Credit shells) will not be use to me.

        Respected Sir, I booked an international hotel from Goibibo.
        My Goibibo Ticket no is 31551103.
        I can cancel my booking without any charges before 06.06.2020 as per the booking policy.
        This payment should be credited to my Bank account as per the booking policy instructions.
        Regarding Above Ticket Goibibo Supervisor call me on 19.05.2020 at 18:51-19:03 (from [protected] to [protected]).
        He Said "Once you cancel the booking, ". When money is credit in the wallet, then we will put it in your bank account.
        After their assurance, I gave my consent to cancel. They cancelled all my bookings and put the money in my wallet.
        So, under the assurance given, Please deposited my all money in my bank account as soon as possible. Because I am in emergency need of this money medically.
        Otherwise these rupees will be of no use to me later.

          Departure from HYD to DEL was to be cancelled by your side and I have still not got any full refund... How long I have to wait for your processing...
          Please make me clear when did you start your refund process for the loss on my flight date 18/03/2020...
          Just because of you I have to cancel my train and hotel also...… Huge loss of mine as a student …

          I just want full Refund for cancellation nothing else...I need no coupon or any voucher please just my money back...I request to you again kindly give the refund in the form of cash only as we have no plans for any future travel...

              I have a booking with Pnr: PMCUYN i cancelled it on 12th March, 2020 and airlines confirmed me refund has been successfully processed to Goibibo on 20Th March and its been almost two months now but I haven’t received the refund . Wrote numerous mails and tweet but no response . Pathetic service.

                          This is with reference to the earlier mail sent to you on 01.05.2020 regarding non-refund of cancelled ticket booked from goibibo.com portal on air vistara flight.
                          I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have received an official mail from the esteemed management of air vistara which states “you are requested to get in touch with your travel agency to claim the amount. Please consider this as an official email confirmation regarding a full refund of the pnr l5oi5o from air vistara”.
                          It further states that i am eligible for full refund of my money from goibibo. Your customer service which i feel is worst in this world after several attempts said to reschedule the journey.
                          I want to reiterate that i am not planning any journey in near future and please give me my money back. Please explain why goibibo is hoarding my money, when air vistara has already made it clear to you, for refund of money?
                          I request the management of goibibio to return my money, as i have no plans for future international travel. I am a senior citizen and the present situation is not congenial for my travel. Please refund my money and please stop this loot and hoarding. Please arrange to refund my hard earned money at the earliest.

                          I would like to inform you with great pain that I had booked a return flight ticket form goibibo.com portal on Air Vistara flight (Delhi to Kathmandu and Kathmandu to Delhi). I had cancelled the flight because of COVID-19 pandemic. On cancellation I was assured by the call center that refund would be credited back to my bank account within seven to ten working days, but has not happened till date.

                          The flight details are as follows:

                          I made several calls and done several inquires for refund of cancelled tickets, and each time I was assured that refund is in progress and shall be done soon. Despite several requests I have not received any refund. Every time I was informed to have patience as the refund is under process. It has been more than one and a half months since cancellation and still there is no development.



                          I am a retired person and please stop harassing a senior citizen like this. Please arrange to refund my hard earned money at the earliest.

                            I booked a flight ticket from goibibo but unfortunately due to health issues i got it cancelled from airlines directly. Airasia confirmed me on 9th April that the refund has been initiated to goibibo and i can collect it from them. I have raised multiple complaints but there is no response. They say your credit it with airlines but the airlines have transferred the full amount to goibibo. Please give me my money. PNR-C4FLQQ

                              I booked total 7 tickets with 2 PNRs (H8E3QJ And M4TD7S)
                              I canceled my tickets at goibibo on 26-March-2020.My travel is from Leh to Mumabi on 16-may-2020. Cancellation is processed correctly from Goair airline on 4th of April and they provided refund amount deducting cancellation charges to Goibibo. But goibibo giving Refund as a credit voucher that too after deducting my cancellation charges, If cancellation charges are deducted I am eligible for refund as airlines are providing credit shell as full amount not half.
                              Please find attached invoice from airline that they are claiming that they provided refund to goibibo and i think that is the fact

                                  There was my booking on 28th april 2020 from silchar to delhi (Pnr-g7jzsv) due change in departure timing i have to cancel that booking and i have cancelled the booking directly from airlines and they confirm me that they will refund the full amount. I. E rs.5349/- as it was there change in timing.
                                  1-2 days back i have received a sms from goibibo that they are provided me a credit voucher. To raise a query i visited goibibo website and there i get to know that there will be no refund against my booking as i have cancelled the booking by myself.
                                  So today i have words with the airline regarding the refund and i get to know that they have refunded the full amount as same mode and not issued any credit voucher.
                                  So i want to complain regarding that they are not providing my refund which they have received from airlines and i hope you will take serious action regarding it and will process my refund amount as soon as possible.

                                      Booked a flight from hyderabad to delhi (Travel date:[protected].

                                      Cancelled same flight on[protected].

                                      After cancellation it was mentioned that refund in progress.

                                      On[protected], i have received a mail regarding cancellation notification of flight booking stating that refund of rs.3293/- has been processed via original mode of payment.

                                      But i have received only rs.1138/- only on[protected].

                                      Taken support from "help" link provided in goibibo app. Stated that amount of of rs.3293/- has been processed to original mode of payment.

                                      After contacting customer care regarding the issue, received a message stating "refunded total amount of rs.3293/-".

                                      Images of conversation with customer care and bank statement are attached herewith.
