    In my case, my cancelled ticket has been re-opened by goibibo.com and no notification was given to this effect. Today (24th may 2020) when i logged in into my account on to their website, i found a notification in red color stating
    "dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request."
    Infact i have a cancellation voucher from them on 27th april 2020.
    When i call up airlines to get info, they direct to the travel agent saying they do not know the agreement between airlines & goibibio. After several tries to connect goibibo, if one fine day, we are lucky to get connected, we are directed to the airlines saying we can contact airlines as they do not have any updates.
    It sounds as if we have turned beggers.

      Flights has been cancelled for my booking id ndcumggbt and ndcu6hgbt for 2 return tickets for myself and my wife from chennai to detroit for 27th april 2020 and return from detroit to chennai for 19th may 2020 due to covid19. I had booked 3 tickets and cancelled due to covid 19 on 5th april and i have received refund for 1 ticket with booking id ndculggbt on 8th april 2020 but still its more than 45 days and i have not received the refund for 2 other tickets. Currently i see a status like this — "dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request" in my account in goibibo for both booking id ndcumggbt and ndcu6hgbt. I had received cancellation mail on 5th april 2020 for 3 tickets and received refund only for 1 ticket with booking id ndculggbt. I have received mail saying refund will be given but now i see the message -"dear customer, there will not be any refund applicable for your booking, as we have aborted the cancellation placed by you as per your request". I never requested to abort the cancellation anytime
      Please help me refund the amount soon.

        I had booked 3 return tickets from chennai to detroit in usa for april 27th 2020 and return from detroit to chennai for 19th may 2020. But due to covid19 and since all international flights were cancelled, i had cancelled my tickets on 5th april 2020. I have received refund for 1 ticket on 8th april 2020 but did not receive refund for 2 other tickets. I tried all ways to contact them but i am not getting a proper answer from goibibo. Currently i see a message in my goibibo account saying there is no refund for my tickets. Kindly help me with the refund process

          Booked 5 tickets for trujet 2t-144 on 18 may 2020, departing time 21:25 with pnrs ef22e2 and u22e8b.
          The flight is cancelled due to corona outbreak. Due to the reason being the flight itself is cancelled im eligible for a full refund of rupees 7552.
          But rupees 368 was refunded.

          For the same flight, i booked 2 more tickets on easemytrip.com with pnr e592e5 and p43a24 and the amount was fully refunded which means it the problem with goibibo and not the airline.

          Do see that the refund is correct.

            I have booked flight ticket through goibibo, for journey 15-apr-20 from pune to lucknow. But flight was suspended due to a nationwide lockdown.

            At 05-may-20 i have raise a request for refund at goibibo, but 18 days have completed after raising request and still i have not got refund.

            Pls provide my refund urgent.

            Hi, Still i have not get my refund of flight suspended.

            Attached mail for reference, in which goibibo saying your refund will proceed between 21 days.

            But its going 20 days complete and still i have not get my refund.

              My train ticket has been cancelled on 14 march and i didn't receive any fund do many i raised the complainant but there is no action taken. Due to covid condition i need my money. Could you please look into this and take strict action to them..

              I have no recieved any information from gobibo group and there is no progress regarding my fund also I want to you that my monesy is showing in GOIBIBO Gocash however unable to transfer my fund into my bank account.. Due to covid I need my money please do and needful.

                Hi team

                This is one of the worst experiences with goibibo, i feel i’m being cheated and penalised for their mere irresponsibility, i had a planned vacation on the 4th april to singapore, but i gave the team a heads up in feb that i will not be able to travel due to covid that too with my 4 year old baby, the airlines got cancelled however the refund was made but the hotelier denied the cancellation, i was very clear to the team that it doesn’t make sense not refunding the amount rs 20, 000 during a lockdown period where there absolutely no chance of going out of country and singapore was locked down, not sure how they expect me to travel. I have written to the team some 20 times, and called some zillion times but the agents were least responsible in providing a resolution to this until today. To my surprise i get an email saying “hope you had a pleasant stay in the hotel’ i have been trying to submit a web form in the app but since it is showing as stayed i’m unable to submit a query and the call centres are not functioning, i am being traumatised with the unruly behaviour of goibibo team. I did not cancel because one of the executive mentioned if i cancel from my end i will not be able to get a 100% refund, this was recorded in one of the calls.

                Request you to kindly process the refund in the original form of payment made: rs 20k

                I made a hotel booking at singapore but due to the pandemic, covid19 and lockdown all over i was unable to travel and informed the same to the ibibo team, however they were least responsive and didn’t bother to respond on the resolution to the complaint raised which shows their irresponsible behaviour since feb until today. I had incurred a loss of 20k

                  Subject : booking not confirmed while fresh booking done through credit shell (Pnr no. Zcq3fr) against cancellation of flight due to lockdown for pandemic covid-19

                  While fresh booking of air ticket is done yesterday ie. 21st may' 20 against credit shell of above pnr, booking is not confirmed in spite of successful payment of difference of fare. Please resolve the issue as i have already paid the difference of fare through my credit card on priority or otherwise refund the full amount before proceeding to litigation.

                    Booking pnr kxehf3 booked through goibibo. I cancelled flight by agreeing to bear cancellation charges. Original booking amount 30, 102, after cancellation charges 23110/-. But instead of crediting to bank, they have illegally put it as gocash, which is their wallet. Please help

                        The return tickets from jaiour to mumbai booked via kotak app from goibibo. The airline (Go air in this case) cancelled the tickets due to lockdown. Airline refunded ticket amount. But goibibo has not refunded the amount yet.

                          We make train tickets through goibibo portal against pnr no.[protected], journey 25.05.2020, but all tickets of indian railways are canceled on 17.05.2020 due to covid-19, indian railway cancellation charge dated will be returned into goibibo account. 18.05.2020, but the amount that we have not received from our account, we again remind you that there is no response from your customer service and no other contact which we are unable to.
                          You are kindly requested to arrange for a refund of our payment rs.2010/-, avoid any legal case.

                              Greetings!

                              This mail is in ref. To my booking id htlrnm32tz.

                              I booked a hotel on 24th feb. 2020 with full advanced payment of rs. 4953.00.

                              I cancelled my booking much before the deadline. It is very unfortunate that i am still awaiting and struggling to get back my own money (Refund).

                              I had talked to mr uday singh and dharmendra on support team. They said refund initiated in the goibibo’s gocash wallet (Virtual cash). That is against the booking policy.

                              As per t&c of my booking, my booking was covered under free cancellation till 11june, 2020. I am entitled to get full refund of my advanced money in case of cancellation. My refund should be processed into my original source of account i. E. Credit card. But company forced customers to get refund in wallet (I. E. Virtual money). Its totally unacceptable.

                              It’s complete deficiency in service at company's part for not processing the refund and this act is the offence of conspiracy punishable under section 120b under indian penal code, sections 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal breach of trust) and 34 (Common intention).

                              I request to please process the refund amount into my original source of account (Credit card) without any delay. Its very much clear that due to covid pandemic, goi has not prohibited or imposed restrictions on any company to process refunds/payments and even instructed that all online channels of payments are operational without restrictions.

                              I hope for your prompt reply and necessary action.

                                But due to non availability of the site I am not able to check my email.

                                    I am dhiraj baranwal and i booked a ticket with pnr-uefcrx, airline-goair with goibibo. Departure date was 23rd march 2020, this flight cancelled and i received airline message and email while goibibo app is showing as travelled for this pnr, which is wrong. I written to goibibo and they asked to reschedule directly at airline and then i rescheduled at goair on 07/04/2020 and paying 18k extra for departure 17th april 2020, and this flight also cancelled. Now it has been more than a month and go-ibibo or airline not providing and credit note or and credit shell for future, they are always responding that they are working wit airline team and would get back to me. It is very frustrating to receive the same reply after a month of actual departure date. Please help me and provide the clarity on credit note or credit shell.

                                      I haven’t received any messages of refund from @goibibo nor from @airindiain i have to take my flight on 16th march PNR Y55G8 flight number AI-879 its been more than 2 months.I don’t know when will i get my refund

                                        Pnr mbignj & i8etqs, refund processed by spicejet on[protected] but the customer care team at goibibo does not bother to check. They say amount is updated as a credit shell with spicejet. I have sent them the screen shot of goibibo app & also spicejet website which says not credit shell for these pnr's. No response to the email. Ticket was raised for the same but closed without contacting me by their executive rosy
