We had booking for jetairways through goibibo in april 2019 and we received call from travel agent saying airline has cancelled the ticket and amount will be refunded. After several follow-up with travel agent (Goibibo) didn't get any response and till date didn't get any refund as well.

Below is the subject reference number from goibibo

What the hell? This site is hacked. Person call regarding refund amount and debited money from account instead of credited. Now mobile is switched OFF.

      I booked GO AIR airways from Mumbai to Chandigarh flight for 23rd March 2020. The cost of the ticket was 5, 705 inr. But due to the lockdown and travel ban, it was canceled by GO AIR on 22nd March 2020. I have not got my refund till date and the refundable amount shows 0.00 inr in the GOIBIBO app.
      I would like to kindly request you to please get the issue solved.

          Had canceled booking id: tua6jhvmo; airline (Qatar airways) ticket from bangalore to berlin booked with goibibo, after receiving a telephone confirmation, followed by email, that i will receive the refund in full. (Pfa, the statement from goibibo in screenshot attached) also, the time frame for refund process was stated as - maximum 14 days. The date of cancelation was 13/03/20. Today is the 15th of may, and i am awaiting my refund till date....

          I have booked airasia flight from guwahati to bangalore on protected. Protected. Protected having pnr no. X9npvh.. Due to lock down, the flight got suspended.. Since goibibo customer care suggested to contact airline cust care for refund, the same was done and airasia initiated refund to goibibo as credit facility not provided for bookings done through third party agents.. Airasia told to contact goibibo to get refund from them.. But i am unable to contact goibibo. Still they have not transferred the refund even after more than 1 month.. When trying to contact, automated message is received showing that airline will give ctedit facility for all suspended flights.. Pls help i wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.

            I booked british airways delhi to toronto flight for 1 april 2020. The cost of the ticket was 53000 inr. But due to the lockdown and travel ban, i had to cancel the ticket on 25th march. According to the cancellation policy, 9300 has to be deducted. But still, i have not got my refund. Neither goibibo is responding efficiently. Goibibo is mentally harassing me in this tough time by not responding properly. I would like to kindly request you to please get the issue solved.

            My complaint has been NOT resolved yet. Goibibo is threatening me by saying that "I can do anything and complaint to anyone". They are not returning the money, in spite that more than 2 months have gone since I made the cancellation. Please look into the matter.

              Still i m waiting for my refund of booking PNR no QN9SUA, which more than 2 months, i was committed from Goibibo through mail but still there is no refund. if you have refunded please provide me ARN or BRN so that i can complain to credit card company.

                I have booked 3 tickets from goibibo but due to pandemic outbreak i have to cancel my tickets. Airlines had mailed me that they have refunded my full amount but this fraud company is not refunding my full amount and giving me excuse that 10000 is deducted my airlines as a penalty and i have all the proofs that airline has refunded full amount. And even they are not responding through mail as well. I will take legal action against goibibo if they dont refund my full amount.

                  I have cancelled my flight on 4-april-2020 due to covid-19 and my another flight got cancelled on 18-april-2020 due to covid-19.
                  As per latest dgca guidelines full refund should be provided to the customers but goibibo has not yet paid my refund. It has been more than a month and i have tried to reach them several times but no response from goibibo.

                  Goibibo is a corrupt company severe action should be taken against it for keeping customers money.

                  I want my refund. My booking id for 4-april-2020 is slszfq and for 18- april-2020 is hdswql.

                    Dear concerned,

                    I booked 4 train tickets from goibibo in feb. Journey date was 26 april and return 10 may. Both the train got cancelled and refund was given by irctc in 2 days. I have mail from irctc to prove my point but till now my money is not returned by goibibo. Also i complained about it on email and twitter but no is replying and helping. I want my 16000 rs refund soon. Please help.

                        My international flight of date 22nd march got cancelled so the amount needs to be refunded. Goibibo said they have refunded amount but it's been 50 days since then and bank has got no refund. Their refund details are showing n/a in transaction id field on goibibo. They have stopped picking any calls for complaints and and don't have an email for complaint. I raised complaint using covidform they added since more than 25 days still i haven't gotten any resolution. My airline was thai airways and they have given amount back to booking agent as per their customer care. So goibibo is now having my money and not refunding it for 50 days now.

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: train services

                          The issue that i have experienced was: hi team,
                          My name is sanil. My registered mobile no with goibibo is [protected]. I have two train tickets booked for may 8th and may 11th. Now that govt has cancelled all the train due to covid situation i have received an sms from irctc stating the amount will be refunded on may 2nd and it's been 8 days i have not received the amount yet from goibibo. Ideally when we book directly from irctc if they refund we get it in 2 3 days. I had couple of tickets for march which i had booked directly from irctc for which i got refund in 3 days. But this goibibo is not refunding my money.

                          I have the details from irctc that the refund was processed on may 3rd the settlement id's are [protected] - pnr [protected]
                          [protected] - pnr[protected]
                          . There is noway to contact the goibibo customer. Their online assistance is worst big time. I would request you to escalate this to the highest possible level and get the amount refunded to the original payment mode.

                            Hi team,

                            My flight data 19 april 20 which i have booked with goibibo got cancelled due to extension of lockdown. Pnr eqv3nb.

                            Hence aa pe order from dgca authorities full refund should be provided by the airlines and agency within three weeks time.

                            Accordingly i have reached out to airline partner who confirm that refund had been credit to travel agency bank account as on 21 april.

                            Since then i am following up with goibibo for refund of money. There is no customer care no and there no one to reply. The only way to connect is twitter but i am not a getting any reply from goibibo.

                              We had booked a flight with go air via travel and bookings website go ibibo along with travel insurance so as to get full refund in case of cancellation. Now that we cancelled the flight go ibibo has mailed us to provide us a credit voucher and not the amount to our bank account. Also the credit voucher will be with a condition that we can redeem it only if we travell by go air. We want full refund and not a credit voucher. Details of the flight (To and fro) are mentioned below.

                                Respected sir, i booked my international flight ticket from goibibo, whose pnr number is he2dvq. This ticket made by spicejet airlines via goibibo. I inquiry my ticket on goibibo's customer care number [protected] on[protected] at 12:11 am and got information about cancellation on full payment. Goibibo's customer made it clear to me that if spicejet issues us full money and without any wallet or credit shell, we would have no objection. Goibibo will immediately deposit all your money into your bank account.
                                I clarified this again on goibibo's customer number [protected] on[protected] at 13:11 & dated 03.05.20 on 09:29. Again customer care told me that, if spicejet issued us full money and without any wallet or without any credit shell, we would have no objection. Goibibo will immediately deposit all your money into your account.
                                Of which i have all the recordings.

                                So in a conversation with goibibo, i asked spicejet to cancel my ticket.
                                So spicejet has cancelled my flight for some special reason/case. Spicejet sent the full amount to you (Goibibo) on 03.05.2020. These rupees are sent in purely cash i. E. Mode of payment account. They did not create any kind of credit shell or wallet. I have also talked to my spicejet many times on[protected] at 12:28, 13:01, 13:27, 13:49, 17:15 & dated 03.05.20 at 09:43 & dated 04.05.2020 at 11:07 & dated 07.05.2020 at 11:39.
                                Of which i have recordings.
                                So i strongly request you to transfer my money to my bank account immediately.

                                Finally, after goibibo repeatedly asked for spicejet's written confirmation, spicejet has sent me a written confirmation e-mail on 07.05.2020 at 21:55.in which they have clearly given confirmation that "spicejet already processed customer's full refund into agency account on dated 03.05.2020 ie. Inr 34034/-
                                Customer pnr he2dvq does not hold any credit shell amount for future use."
                                So you are requested, please credit my full rupees in my bank account as early as possible.
                                No body did not solve my problem.

                                  I had booked thru goibbo portal for my son to travel back in may from abq-sea-nrt-blr-nrt-sea-abq by booking id flight booking id:-sea[protected]. The booking of the tickets was done on 25th jan. I am attaching the screen shot of the booking. Due to the current covid situation the airline (Jal) have cancelled some of its segments of the trip. Hence the booking is now of no use. I wrote to the goibbo support team and have been chasing up for the refund. They wrote to me back telling that the airline has to take care of this refund. When i checked in the airline website for this, the site says it cannot process as it was booked thru a different site. Now tell me where should a common man go. We used the portal for booking tickets so that all the further process is smooth. If at all this is the situation, why should one use goibbo portals for booking. I have written to goibbo team, there is no response from the goibbo team request you to please look into and arrange for the refund. The date of travel is fast approaching and is about 11 days now. So far govt of india has told no decision on resuming flight to and from international destinations. Under these circumstances, i expect the travel may not be possible so i would request for refund of the ticket. Please help. Expecting your response on this at the earliest
