I have booked my tiket on 27 mar 2020 but airlines airasia cancelled my booking and assure me refund i called to airlines directly they give me refund id transaction tht is[protected] but whn i chked my account its no appear so i called them back as they told me tht it may stopped by agent that is goibibo so plz refund my amount asap

    Journey date - 18 mar 2020

    In view of covid 19, i've requested change in flight on 14 mar 2020 at around 7 pm. Reschedule request was made from 18 mar 2020 to 14 sept 2020 @ noon indigo flight. The request was accepted on the goibibo mobile app with status request submitted for reschedule

    After few days rep from goibibo called and stated that ive requested for reschedule on 14 mar hence, refund is not possible. She was not ready to listen to how can someone make a request for an afternoon flight on the same day at night; instead she disconnected the call and zero refund was processed.

    I wish to raise an escalation and request to look into this matter asap. Your apps will have accurate time slots that ive raised a reschedule request.

      I booked a flight ticket on 20th mar-20 guwahati to delhi but ticket could not be recd and amount Rs 7888/ has been transferred, on inquiring the same i was told it shall be refunded in 7 working days .
      but sorry to say till date no any refund i recd .

        The flight was cancelled on 14 mar 2020.
        With no option foe change of date i proceeded for cancellation/refund
        On conversation with indigo i found that the full refund has already and paid to goibibo.
        Airline has already processed my refund against the cancellation of my ticket on 18 march 2020. Till date goibibo has not returned the money which they received from airline to customer.
        Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Dear support,
          I have book a ticket from bom to ccu for march 21 st and return 23 march ccu to bom but die to covid-19 the flight has been canceled and the same amount was refunded by goair (Pnr-q3yenl) on 21 st march and confirm the date of refunded on 24th march to my agent goibibo till the amount is not credit to my account till today. I have tried to reach to goibibo support last 1 months but not reach and also their chat option very bad no any agent talk to us and also their have not any email id to mail. They not understand the customer problem, how can computer chat understand my prob. After wait for one month i have complained to you.in my life this the worst support by goibibo.in this covid 19 all company have chat option and also mail option and they are replying us but goibibo not their any option. So please take action and refund

          I getting fraud call continuously after showing my complaint to other . It is difficult for me for such kind of call. so please do not show my complaint to other .

            I had cancelled my flight from nagpur to mumbai and the airlines goindigo confirmed that the full refund amount has been processed from thier end. But i still didn't receive the refund amount and i was advised to contact gobibo since the booking was done via goibibo. I didn't recieve the refund amount not the credit shell.
            No assistance whatsoever.

              The flight was cancelled by airline on the same day and since then i am looking for my money
              Airline has refunded my money but these goibibo people are not returning it and making false reasons
              I have a proof from airline stating that the money is with goibibo
              Nobody on the chat is responding to the problem, not even replying to any mails and messages.
              It's been 25 days and i want my money back as soon as possible.

                I have booked flight ticket with spicejet airlines via goibibo group pvt. Ltd. (The agency). Spicejet has created a credit shell (Voucher) for the amount they received from the agency as the flight was cancelled due to the ongoing covid.
                Goibibo group pvt. Ltd. Has made the credit shell of the same amount that spicejet has created and the convenience charges charged during initial flight booking are not added in the credit shell amount. Another point is that they have made a policy to charge extra money (Re. 1) from the passengers if we book another flight ticket with the same airlines (Spicejet) via their web portal and the total booking amount is of the same or different amount that of the credit shell amount.
                I demand that goibibo should refund the service charges to me they charged for the booking as the above mentioned conditions are against customers' right. This is not customers' fault that they are charging extra money or withholding convenience charges.

                Please see the tax invoice. There is no convenience charges but Service charges of ibibo. Which means they are providing false information to the customer while booking and we are made to pay Rs.580 as convenience fee. But while invoicing this Rs.580 is broken as service charge plus GST which is falsification of information from the original information provided by airline at the time of booking

                So we all have to pay only the Fare charges which is Rs.580 lesser than the total amount paid.

                  Hi, i attempted to book train ticket on mar 14, 2020 on ibibo online site twice however both the times, my credit card was debited for rs.889/- (2 times) but ticket booking was not successful. Issue is that i have no information on my refund and nobody cares to revert back to me in order to resolve my issue. They have some online bot chatting with customers which is insane as its not useful at all.
                  I need to know my final refund status immediately failing which i will proceed for further action.

                    Dear sir,

                    Due to covid 2019 flight ticket has been cancelled by you as per govt order and you have protected my bookings in the form of credit shell.

                    At present, due to the global pendemic corona virus disease, there is so much uncertainty in the life of mankind that no one can say.

                    Right now, this money will be used to help the poor and support the government in the fight of this pendemic disease covid 2019.

                    Therefore, i request you to please return the said canceled ticket money as soon as possible, instead of keeping it in the form of credit shell.
                    During the booking of ticket, i were taken the insurance of my trip. Now trip was cancelled due to govt order and as per policy of the insurance, i have eligible to claim the insurance amount the amount from insurance company. Please make sure that claim of insurance lodged and credit to the account. Any documents are required please informed me.
                    Serve the people and serve the nation🙏

                    I hope you may be understand the situation of country at this time and request you to also support the goverment.

                      I had a flight from new delhi to kuala lumpur to osaka. On the day of my flight, the airline emailed me and told me it was cancelled due to coronavirus.

                      The airline said i am entitled to a full refund, but that i have to go through goibibo to get the refund.

                      I used the goibibo app to request the refund, but it would take 5 to 10 days. I waited 2 weeks. Then it said it would take 2 days. 3 days later, it says it will take 2 days. It just keeps lying and telling me it will be resolved in a couple days.

                      It has now been 1 month!

                        I have booked cab to airport and flight for the date april 15th, 2020. Due to covid-19 rules for the nation, my cab and flight has been cancelled bye goibibo app. i dint the refund for both and in the app it is showing that refundable amout is zero ..is this some kind of joke! how could take our money without providing the services.

                          We had a booking delhi zurich delhi scheduled for 2nd may and return 10th may.
                          Due to coronavirus, the flights have been cancelled. Go ibibo has given us a credit of rs 26, 460 against a payment of rs 75, 442/ done by us for the booking.
                          We are as govt rules entitled to a credit shell of the full amount. Kindly check into the matter and refund the total amount to us at the earliest.

                              Booked return airtickets for go air on goibibo via kotak banking app. Tickets were cancelled by airline due to covid 19. Airline has refunded money- the proof is attached. But goibibo not processing refunds.

                                I had booked a flight ticket from Goibibo website amounting to INR 11260. Due to some reasons the flight was cancelled and the Credit shell was issued by the airline (Indigo) for INR 9830. In this booking i had also opted an Goibibo's addon i.e., Airport transfer (cab) amounting to INR 346. As the flight was cancelled, there is not meaning in holding the addon amount. I had asked Goibibo several times in twitter for issuing the refund for the addon, but no proper response. There was not option to communicate with the customer care executive directly. I want my 346 refund back to my account from Goibibo.

                                    Complete lack of communication with customers before the covid-19 lockdown. Customers who are senior citizens were unable to connect with goibibo to reschedule their flights through any means - the app had no options, the call center was offline & no response to emails. All this on

                                    The airline was contacted but were unable to take a decision till the booking agent goibibo was in the loop. What option does a consumer have in a looped situation like this?

                                    The online application would not give an option to cancel or reschedule! Although the buttons were present clicking on them only led to a page which asked us to contact the airline. Once we contact the airline guess what response we received? Please call the agent goibibo - smart loop to force customers to forfeit their flight.

                                    This cannot be classified as a force majeur event the timeline is prior to the lock down.

                                    Being travel agents ourselves we have been available to all our customers & processed refunds or offered reschedules to all customers.

                                    Goibibo's stance on the matter has been to avoid communication & push matters deliberately to a further date.

                                      I requested for cancel my june hotel booking in lachen done through goibibo. They are not doing so even on repeated request. My booking id is htlueelxdr.
                                      As nobody can able to travel in this covid 19 outbreak, how can anyone refuse to cancel hotel bookings. Even on repeatedly requesting through mail and phone. They are not ready to do so.
                                      Kindly seek into the matter and do the needful.

                                        My flight was rescheduled for more than 8 hours so I cancelled the ticket directly with Spicejet and they have initiated full refund from their end. But there is no update from goibibo yet. Its more than 20 days now, I haven't received the refund.
                                        Pnr is cdf3xd. Spice through Goibibo.
                                        Please look into it.
