I booked a flight ticket from kolkata to bangalore on 21st april, 2020 through goibibo, booking reference number nsgujydxe. Due to coronavirus scare as an infant travelling with me, i was trying to explore various rescheduling and cancellation option via goibibo android mobile app. I was directed to gia which is a chatbot. During exploration, the cancel button is pressed without my realization and the moment i understood it, i tried to stop it immediately by sending stop cancel message through gia chat. But all my efforts failed. There should have been a confirmation prompt after pressing cancel button in chat which is normal, but in this case there is no such option. I immediately tried to call goibibo customer care number but due to heavy congestion in customer care, i could not get the connection. After 2-3 hours i managed to get to talk to one of the customer care guy, who raised a ticket number 31433136. I again called them up saying, they cannot do anything about it. I have send them all chatbot screenshots and also attached some of them here on how desperately i was trying stop it but without any luck. I tried to spicejet as well but they said, the booking agent which is goibibo should provide me help. What i want from goibibo is that they should give me either full refund incase they cannot stop cancellation, or rebooking without any extra charges, or rescheduling free of cost considering the prevailing situation around us covid-19.

    I have booked a return ticket on 03.02.2020 (From delhi to hyderabad) (Pnr yiei5m) for my brother's son's marriage supposed to take place on 8th april 2020 at new delhi. The ticket was booked by goibibo. I have received an sms from goibibo on 27th march 2020, advising me to reschedule the ticket due to covid as the flight is suspended. It was further stated that no refund option is there and only rescheduling is allowed.
    My brother is not in a position to decide the next marriage date due to present situations in the country and both the bride and groom have to come usa. Hence it is not possible to reschedule the ticket and either indigo or goibibo cannot unilaterally decide that one has to reschedule the ticket only.
    Hence goibibo must refund the full amount as flight is cancelled by air lines and passenger cannot be denied full refund.

      This is serious case of passenger harassment, while a carrier causes inconvenience by canceling the flights and the booking portal harassing them at the time of refunds in such a critical situation outside due to corona - covid 19.

      I have booked my go - air flight for passenger moumita from new delhi to kolkata for 20th march 2020 through go-ibibo on 19th march 2020 and have paid 6090 inr for booking the flight.
      Unfortunately on the same night 19th march 2020 at 11:59 i got an email from go-air regarding the flight cancellation which clearly mentioned regarding the full refund so i have cancelled my ticket on go-ibibo portal under the flight cancelled category.

      I have tried to reach go-ibibo customer care number for thousands times, and wasted almost the whole day to get in touch with any of your representatives (For both go-ibibo & go-air) on customer care numbers for refund status but i never got succeed.

      As its clearly clearly mentioned in the email from air line - go air regarding the full refund i have cancelled my ticket on go-ibibo portal under the flight cancelled category.

      It was shocking for me, while receiving a fund of inr 2293 out of inr 6096 for a cancelled flight - is that a joke? Whose fault is this carrier or mine???

      I have escalated it and written an email to go-air and they have responded me that they will refund the whole amount, but still no communication from go-ibibo even they don not even have any email id where i can log an compliant or talk to their customer care.
      Go-ibibo does not have even a plat form where we can raise such concerns! Such a worst management - who do not know the importance of customer relationship management.

      Hello Team,
      There was no update from Go-Ibibo, Even Go Air have already confirmed that they refunded the whole amount but Go-Ibibo is still not paying me the whole amount. Not even a single communication for their side. (image attached- confirmation from G0-Air)
      Even they do not have any email id where you can make any complaints, and customer care is one of the worst.

        Hi Team,
        I, Manvir Singh, had booked two tickets with goibibo on 26th Feb 2020 from phone number bearing +[protected].
        We had boarded the flight from India to Bali on 15th March 2020. Our return flight was on 23rd March 2020, due to the serious issue of Covid-19 and the government order passed by The Indian Government of Flights and Aiports being completely closed from 22nd March (00.00hours) we were hoping that our air Asia flight will be rescheduled or any alternative will be provided to us. No information was given to us neither about the cancellation nor about the reschedule. The lack of poor service and communication given to us from your end left us to helpless and clueless.
        Inspite o[censored]s calling your customer care number no information was given. We kept on calling till 20th March to even ask about the rescheduling as the government order was passed on 19th march. Because of your careless and irresponsible behaviour we had to book some other flight paying triple the air cost. You have no clue of what mental stress we have been through those 2-3 days when we will trying to get in touch with you.
        So we request you to kindly provide us the refund for the return flight.

          As per current scenario my flight is cancel, as airline confirm via customer support I am eligible to get complete refund and amount will receive from goibibo since I booked tickets from this side.

          When I login to your site its showing the past travel is 18th March which is wrong, it has been already reschedule to 28th march.
          Please do check with AirAsia airline help desk and please refund my money.

            I have three reservations with Goibibo vide PNR reference numbers Z58HHH, Z2K5VB and IBRVRN.

            All the reservations have been cancelled due to the current situation. However I am not been able to communicate with Goibibo and claim for refund.

            I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and help in getting full refund since I don't have any travel plan in near future.

              Hi there,

              I made following booking through goibibo with ref# N6EOE3YHL as my connecting flights. Our originating flight was from Auckland, New Zealand and with recent announcement by Indian government our travel must postponed.

              I used my New Zealand contact number to book our flights. Unfortunately, the goibibo system doesn't recognized my contact number. It is very frustrating, no matter what option I choose I can't get into our booked flight.

              This is all to just get simple help or touch based with goibibo. I dialed all possible support contact number to get help from goibibo but couldn't get through for assistance. I didn't stop there, I tried contacting them via Twitter but regardless multiple approach no proper response.

              I've attached flight cancelled status by Airlines. I found this very unethical. Now, can someone please assist to process this refund?

                  Booked round trip doha to lucknow. Was able to travel to lucknow but due to corona pandemic the return flight got cancelled and indigo refunded the amount to goibibo but goibibo did not refund my amount neither is responding.
                  Onward flight: 28th feb 2020
                  Return: 14th march 2020
                  I got return reschduled to 17th march by paying 1710 rs
                  Later airlines cancelled my 17th march flight and refunded rs 37596 to goibibo. This is visible on indigo website.
                  But goibibo is not responding to my tweets and facebook posts. They have blocked the rest of the channels to communicate with them. If i call them i have to enter mobile number after which it says there is no booking on this number. Pnr: ej23wj

                    We booked indigo return flight from udaipur to doha via hyderabad (1 stop), departing from udaipur on 19th feb 2020 and return from doha on 15th march 2020.

                    The return flight from doh-hyd of indigo was cancelled by indigo airlines, and for which goibibo needs to refund money but it has been more than 14 days and indigo status is refund under process, and no service request is being raised by goibibo neither any refund process notification is there, and no support from customer care, nobody picking phone.

                      I have received additional cancellation refund from the airlines but the same is still not credited back to my bank account though it is confirmed by the airlines nor am i able to get in touch with any of your helpline numbers.. Please revert back i've been constantly trying to get in contact with your customer care from past 10 days with not a single call being connected..

                        I have booked a hotel vide booking id - htlu5ym7zn. My stay is on 03.04.2020 at mpt kipling, pench. On contacting the hotel it was learnt that hotel will not be operational due to corona effect. Therefore, i raised a request to goibibo for enabling us to stay in the hotel or initiate for full refund. Surprisingly, goibibo, immediately cancelled my booking and deducted the 10% cancellation fees. I sent mail to them seeking reason for the same.in response i was told that its company policy. The fact is i never intended for the cancellation still they have deducted the cancellation fees. Very, mean and disheartening approach of goibibo.

                        I have cancelled it only due to covid-19.

                        As govt. rule it should be free cancellation. But you have refunded me 386rs only agailnst 4500rs.

                          Dear sir

                          In view of my complaint id 2601425 and 2601667, today the customer care have called me and they have said that they will send a link through quick support and with the help of that link i will have to pay rs 20/ - as a charge for making consumer complaint. Only then they can refund my rs 6852/- for the flight cancelled with pnr jjw28t. I can't understand what they are up to. Previously for the last 2 days they were asking me to share my debit card number which i denied due to security reasons. Now instead of refunding my money they are asking me to pay rs 20/- as consumer complaint fee. When i asked them to mail me regarding this fee they denied. Now i think that corrective actions has to be taken against them. I am really getting puzzled as what to do. Kindly help me in this matter so that i can get the refund of rs 6852/-

                          Today a person from Goibibo has called me and asked me to give details of ATM CARD of my bank account and instead of refunding my amount of Rs 6852/- they have deducted RS 4999/-, Rs 3000/- and Rs 1167/- from my account. They said that all my refunds will be credited in my account. But still now no amount is credited in my account. When I asked them they said that all the payments will be made through wallet.Kindly take strict steps against these fraudsters. The person who called me said that his name is Rahul and employee code is 709145R

                              I booked a ticket a air ticket from Pune to Delhi for 20th April but due to cornova virus disease I have to reschedule this ticket 20th to 04th April .firstly they deducted the remaining amount and confirmed my flight on 04th April but after half an hour they denied for my confirmation and remind my remaining amount what I paid for rescheduling the flight ticket. And they text me that I got I call from there side within a 2 hours but I didn't got any call from there side. I tried to contact many times but no. Was reachable then I mailed them on on there email id but not get any revert from there side. I done these amendment on 19th march but till now I haven't got any help from there side. Meanwhile due to Corona virus I booked another flight and reached home (Delhi). Now I wanted my whole amount refund from there side.

                                I booked ticket from calicut to jeddah on goibibo for 20/03/2020. I made the booking on january. Saudi arabia cancelled all to and from flights on 15th march due to covid19. I sent inquiry to goibibo regarding this, i chatted with their automated system but my ticket was automatically cancelled and i did not get any refund yet. The refund request was in process for a week, but its not showing there now. And there is no way to contact with any of their representative because everything is replied by their virtual chat.

                                  I booked a ticket PNR: GQ9BSR.
                                  The ticket had to be cancelled because of corona virus.
                                  I called airlines to reschedule the ticket they cancelled the old ticket as an exception and booked a new ticket.
                                  The new ticket was Rs 5530 cheaper indigo airlies said I need to call goibibo for refund..
                                  When I call goibibo they say no refund request received. But when I enter my old PNR it clearly says that 5530 needs to be refunded.
                                  Request goibibo to pls refund the hard earned money.

                                    For goibibo only means to contact the customer care is through their bot called gia. It is so primitive and useless bot having a very few options for reporting complains or getting information. They have no means to contact through email. Their so called customer care number is always busy. I had been trying for last 4 days and atlest kept on listening to music and their ads for more than 5 hrs in these 4 days. Yet i could not talk to customer care person.
                                    I am unable to find the status of the additional cancellation refund given by airlines.
                                    Can goibibo do something to improve their customer care service

                                      In view to my previous complaint id - 2601425 regarding refund of flight ticket directly cancelled with airline. The customer care service from goibibo has called me and they were asking my 16 digit atm card number which i felt suspicious. They said that without knowing the card number they can't process the refund. But how come is this possible when the refund has already been initiated by indigo airlines and i am attaching a copy of it. They are constantly forcing me to share my atm card number. Also neither their customer care number is responding nor any mail. They are just trying to cheat me. Still now there is no update of cancellation for the above flight booking in the goibibo site. As i have already intimated them then why haven't they update the status in their goibibo site. I think strict steps need to be taken against them.

                                        This is to inform you that my indigoflight with pnr jjw28t on 22.03.2020 has been cancelled by me on 20.03.2020 directly with the airline due to "janata curfew." as per the airline company they have already initiated the refund. But still now i have not received my refund. Also in the goibibo site, no cancellation status is shown. I am attaching the screenshot of the refund mail sent by the airline. I am unable to contact any of the goibibo customer care.
