I booked hotel and flight through goibibo application. Due to corona outbreak i had to cancel my trip. Airline and hotel have already refunded the amount. Goibibo initiated the refund two weeks back. I have yet not got any refund in my bank account. Goibibo is sitting on the cash of customers and delaying the refunds into the account. There is no way to reach out to the customer care of goibibo. Their response on facebook and twitter is just a copy paste response for all the queries. Highly un professional behaviour from goibibo in this testing times

    Address: goibibo

    Had booked ticket for flight on 19-march-20 form maa-bom and 20-march-2020 from bom-maa and cancelled the flight due to corono issue. I had canlled the ticket in both vistara customer care as well as by contacting goibio group customer care.

    They confirmed that the booking cancelled and the refund will be done within
    7 working days. Its been more than 20 days my refund not done. Only refund done for onward (Maa-bom) and return ticket refund not done till now. Also as per the statements in news i have requested for full refund but they denied to give full refund. Atleast they should process the refund what they confirmed in call.

    Goibibo support is not getting connected.

    My pnr - t7rajv - maa-bom - refund done but not full refund.
    My pnr - t7mrjf - bom-maa - no refund done till now.

    It has been a terrible support from the team and called approx 15-30 times. I have attached the ticket copies and payment receipt for pnr, amount nand other reference. I received only rs.5400 but i paid rs.24500.

    Goibibo is not willing to share me complaint number nor any details.

    I have booked flights on goibibo but had to cancel due to Covid-19. I spoke to indigo they said the refund is processed to goibibo but goibibo did not process the refund to me

      I have booked return flight from bengaluru to istanbul via kuwait airways through goibibo but due to covid 19 the flight was either cancelled or airport is closed, so i decided on cancelling my tickets.
      Kuwait airways is providing complete refund without any cancellation charge but goibibo is not letting us cancel the tickets and even after raising the tickets as well they are firm on stating that there will be no refund
      Even when airways is providing the refund.
      Have attached screenshots regarding the same. Please look into the matter. My more than 50, 000 rs are on stake due to this fraud

        I have booked flight from warsaw to delhi for 1st april, 2020 through goibibo. The flight is cancelled due to covid cancellation automatically. There is no status of refund in the goibibo website. I tried calling customer care for the refund or rescheduling but they do not receive the call. There is no way to mail them even.

          It is nowadays, most common about goibibo group to fraud customers. The same had again happened to me. I booked two flights on 04 april and 11 april respectively pnr mg8u4d4sy and mg8yeeq5h respectively, i booked cancellation protection by paying extra charges to goibibo, in which they guarantee you full refund under any condition. But the company as expected is not doing the same as promised. The company always does such fraud. It is not at all a trustworthy company. I will request everyone to stay away from goibibo group, instead try any other app. As per terms the company is bound to give me the refund as the flight is under cancellation protection, so i will request goibibo company to try to be trustworthy with customer, otherwise days are not far that your whole buisness will ruin.

            Hi sir/madam,

            I have cancelled the flight tickets with goibibo on around 19 th march and the flight was cancelled with full refund, as they agreed due to issues of coronavirus going on. After waiting for some time i again called upon goibibo and they told me that they have processed the full refund and again waiting for several days when there was no action, i called upon the airline and they told me that everything will be done from the agent side. (I have the mail chain, if you want that i can provide that.)
            Since then there is no action from goibibo side and its a huge amount of around 74000 including rescheduling charges. They are
            Not picking up the phone and this time they have no email id to contact for.
            Please contact them so that i can recieve my money asap.

              I have cancelled my flight 15days ago directly from indigo customer care after contacting them i get to know that my refund has been given to my travel agent/company. So, i want to know when my refund will be processed to me.

              And i have cancelled my flight before lockedown.

              I have cancelled my flight tickets from 16th March 2019 but till now I had not received any refund, when I call their customer care they automatically decline my call. Please help me to get the refund of amount approx. 34, 500/- rupees.
              We have cancel this flight directly with the airlines with full refund . But we have been refunded only half of the amount .

              Ticket amount was approx Rs 82000, and they have refunded only approx Rs. 40000 .

              We have reminded goibibo many times but for no use . We have sent them mail also but did not got any reply from them .

              Please help .

                Hello sir/madam, i have cancelled one ticket which pnr is dewhyi and another ticket which was cancelled for covid-19 with pnr is fwvkrh, still now it's almost more than 15 days gone but i didn't get any refund amount from goibibo where as i contacted with indigo airlines regarding this refund amount, from indigo they showed me proof that they already gave to goibibo all my tickets cancelled refund amount, is this kind of joke that from goibibo still it's not processing, i can't wait more, i will complaint to consumer forum regarding this issue with the proof, below i will attached my proof info and my online chat msgs with indigo airlines regarding these 2 cancelled flight. Seriously i am become very old customer of goibibo now i am feeling that goibibo is cheating with us and pls check all this proof ok.

                On 21 march i was canceled my train and goibibo app says that the refund amount reflects in my account between 5 to 14 days and now today is 15 day and i didn't get a single rupee.
                I booked flight by gobibo for 5thApril from Pune to Delhi through Indigo.Due to covid 19 the flight is cancelled and indigo airlines have given a credit shell to goibibo.My PNR no. Is DJS62T. But we have not received any refund from Goibibo... My money is stucked with them... And they are not giving any response after several reminders.

                      My flight status vide pnr no. Lhtheg is showing cancelled. I checked this pnrstatus and it is showing cancelled. Ticket was a one way journey. As the flight is cancelled piease provide me refund of full amount for rs. 14552.00. I did not get any proper support from goibibo. As per airline policy, i should get full amount refund in my account as flight is cancelled by airline. No such information is being passed to me by goibibo. I do not have any plan to reschedule the flight date. Hence i should get full refund.

                      Airline is ready to refund full amount but goibibo is sending them request to reschedule on my behalf. See attached message from them. This is cheating by goibibo.

LHTHEG is showing cancelled due to Covid and when I am trying to cancel and refund, it is currently showing (refund information for request transaction ID is not available). Ticket was a one way journey. As the flight is cancelled please provide me refund of full amount for Rs. 14, 552.00.
                      My flight PNR LIV660 which is a refundable ticket for Rs. 29, 170.00 is now showing that no tickets have been booked in last 1 year and was under Covid cancellation. Earlier it showed that refund has been initiated but I have no update till now. Now is shows that refund is not applicable because I requested. However I have not placed any such request. The website software has automatically made this decision and is displaying the same. PFA

                        I had booked a flight earlier for the 17th of february 2020 in the name of mr kunal nandy flying for delhi to ahmedabad flight sg 8913.

                        While booking the session timed out, so i used a different travel portal to book the same flight for which the confirmation was received.

                        Unfortunately, after about an hour, the confirmation email for the same flight was received from goibibo - pnr - ogpz6h.

                        On receipt of the email, i immediately called the helpline number and had a talk with mrs prerna at the helpcentre, but without any fruitful outcome.

                        The refund was promised to me, but the cancellation email and the refund has not been received yet.

                        Attached below are the two tickets, one from goibibo (Which i received after the session timed out) and the second from make my trip (Which was the one mr nandy travelled on).

                          I had cancelled a hotel at goibibo on 29th feb. They said they had refunded the money (Rs 4900/=) on the very same day to your payment gateway & it would reflect in my bank account within 10-12 working days. But a month has passed, i am not getting my refund. Please help

                            My pnr no. Lh22uc, ihbb8m, s8d4qx, m8p85r stands cancelled. The flights are cancelled. It was a two way journey. I want full refund of amount of money of rs 20769. I do not see any costumer support from goibibo. As per airline policy the amount should get refund in full to my account. No such information is being passed to do. I do not have other plans to reschedule or change the date. Hence the refund should be done in full.

                            The Message Received is due to the Flights Cancellation the amount will be kept in Credit Account and will not be refunded. The amount can be used in future till September 2020 for future bookings. Such things are against the constumer knowledge from past and are unethical. I do not have further plans to go and I am not a frequent traveller. The agency GOIBIBO should refund the full amount as per policy i.e. on flight cancellation.
                            Due to lockdown in India because of Covid 19 IRCTC Cancel all tickets. When IRCTC send message of full refund will be credited then why Goibibo deduct 42RS from the amount? Kindly take action against Goibibo because unnecessary deduction is not fair at all. Kindly check and take necessary steps against Goibibo.

                              I booked a flight ticket from kolkata to bangalore on 21st april, 2020 through goibibo, booking reference number nsgujydxe. Due to coronavirus scare as an infant travelling with me, i was trying to explore various rescheduling and cancellation option via goibibo android mobile app. I was directed to gia which is a chatbot. During exploration, the cancel button is pressed without my realization and the moment i understood it, i tried to stop it immediately by sending stop cancel message through gia chat. But all my efforts failed. There should have been a confirmation prompt after pressing cancel button in chat which is normal, but in this case there is no such option. I immediately tried to call goibibo customer care number but due to heavy congestion in customer care, i could not get the connection. After 2-3 hours i managed to get to talk to one of the customer care guy, who raised a ticket number 31433136. I again called them up saying, they cannot do anything about it. I have send them all chatbot screenshots and also attached some of them here on how desperately i was trying stop it but without any luck. I tried to spicejet as well but they said, the booking agent which is goibibo should provide me help. What i want from goibibo is that they should give me either full refund incase they cannot stop cancellation, or rebooking without any extra charges, or rescheduling free of cost considering the prevailing situation around us covid-19.

                                I have booked a return ticket on 03.02.2020 (From delhi to hyderabad) (Pnr yiei5m) for my brother's son's marriage supposed to take place on 8th april 2020 at new delhi. The ticket was booked by goibibo. I have received an sms from goibibo on 27th march 2020, advising me to reschedule the ticket due to covid as the flight is suspended. It was further stated that no refund option is there and only rescheduling is allowed.
                                My brother is not in a position to decide the next marriage date due to present situations in the country and both the bride and groom have to come usa. Hence it is not possible to reschedule the ticket and either indigo or goibibo cannot unilaterally decide that one has to reschedule the ticket only.
                                Hence goibibo must refund the full amount as flight is cancelled by air lines and passenger cannot be denied full refund.

                                  This is serious case of passenger harassment, while a carrier causes inconvenience by canceling the flights and the booking portal harassing them at the time of refunds in such a critical situation outside due to corona - covid 19.

                                  I have booked my go - air flight for passenger moumita from new delhi to kolkata for 20th march 2020 through go-ibibo on 19th march 2020 and have paid 6090 inr for booking the flight.
                                  Unfortunately on the same night 19th march 2020 at 11:59 i got an email from go-air regarding the flight cancellation which clearly mentioned regarding the full refund so i have cancelled my ticket on go-ibibo portal under the flight cancelled category.

                                  I have tried to reach go-ibibo customer care number for thousands times, and wasted almost the whole day to get in touch with any of your representatives (For both go-ibibo & go-air) on customer care numbers for refund status but i never got succeed.

                                  As its clearly clearly mentioned in the email from air line - go air regarding the full refund i have cancelled my ticket on go-ibibo portal under the flight cancelled category.

                                  It was shocking for me, while receiving a fund of inr 2293 out of inr 6096 for a cancelled flight - is that a joke? Whose fault is this carrier or mine???

                                  I have escalated it and written an email to go-air and they have responded me that they will refund the whole amount, but still no communication from go-ibibo even they don not even have any email id where i can log an compliant or talk to their customer care.
                                  Go-ibibo does not have even a plat form where we can raise such concerns! Such a worst management - who do not know the importance of customer relationship management.

                                  Hello Team,
                                  There was no update from Go-Ibibo, Even Go Air have already confirmed that they refunded the whole amount but Go-Ibibo is still not paying me the whole amount. Not even a single communication for their side. (image attached- confirmation from G0-Air)
                                  Even they do not have any email id where you can make any complaints, and customer care is one of the worst.

                                    Hi Team,
                                    I, Manvir Singh, had booked two tickets with goibibo on 26th Feb 2020 from phone number bearing +[protected].
                                    We had boarded the flight from India to Bali on 15th March 2020. Our return flight was on 23rd March 2020, due to the serious issue of Covid-19 and the government order passed by The Indian Government of Flights and Aiports being completely closed from 22nd March (00.00hours) we were hoping that our air Asia flight will be rescheduled or any alternative will be provided to us. No information was given to us neither about the cancellation nor about the reschedule. The lack of poor service and communication given to us from your end left us to helpless and clueless.
                                    Inspite o[censored]s calling your customer care number no information was given. We kept on calling till 20th March to even ask about the rescheduling as the government order was passed on 19th march. Because of your careless and irresponsible behaviour we had to book some other flight paying triple the air cost. You have no clue of what mental stress we have been through those 2-3 days when we will trying to get in touch with you.
                                    So we request you to kindly provide us the refund for the return flight.
                                    The details are as follows:

                                      As per current scenario my flight is cancel, as airline confirm via customer support I am eligible to get complete refund and amount will receive from goibibo since I booked tickets from this side.

                                      When I login to your site its showing the past travel is 18th March which is wrong, it has been already reschedule to 28th march.
                                      Please do check with AirAsia airline help desk and please refund my money.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        I have three reservations with Goibibo vide PNR reference numbers Z58HHH, Z2K5VB and IBRVRN.

                                        All the reservations have been cancelled due to the current situation. However I am not been able to communicate with Goibibo and claim for refund.

                                        I would like to request you to kindly look into the matter and help in getting full refund since I don't have any travel plan in near future.
