I booked a flight ticket from kolkata to bangalore on 21st april, 2020 through goibibo, booking reference number nsgujydxe. Due to coronavirus scare as an infant travelling with me, i was trying to explore various rescheduling and cancellation option via goibibo android mobile app. I was directed to gia which is a chatbot. During exploration, the cancel button is pressed without my realization and the moment i understood it, i tried to stop it immediately by sending stop cancel message through gia chat. But all my efforts failed. There should have been a confirmation prompt after pressing cancel button in chat which is normal, but in this case there is no such option. I immediately tried to call goibibo customer care number but due to heavy congestion in customer care, i could not get the connection. After 2-3 hours i managed to get to talk to one of the customer care guy, who raised a ticket number 31433136. I again called them up saying, they cannot do anything about it. I have send them all chatbot screenshots and also attached some of them here on how desperately i was trying stop it but without any luck. I tried to spicejet as well but they said, the booking agent which is goibibo should provide me help. What i want from goibibo is that they should give me either full refund incase they cannot stop cancellation, or rebooking without any extra charges, or rescheduling free of cost considering the prevailing situation around us covid-19.

i have not get full refund as i had cancelled my bookings due to Corona Virus in Delhi.
pls give me full refund so that i can take another flight in upcoming months.
